• Marginal Contribution (MC) is the difference between Sales
(Value) and cost of goods.
• MC is the basis of an healthy profitable business.
• As a basic rule MC has to be higher than all variable costs: e.g.
transport, logistics, cost of selling.
• MC can be expressed in absolute value and\or in percentage.
