THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING ME

and opting for my advantages in terms of sturdiness, easy use and low Maintenance.
As an Euromac Notching Machine, each component I am made up of is subjected to accurate checks and a complete final testing to grant perfect
efficiency.
The notching groups structure is of simple but sturdy and compact construction. It is made up of a single block steel casting, working in
combination with the table which is also a single block casting, that optimises cutting performance and replaces the standard housing structure.
Our patented automatic blade gap adjustment allows for the cutting of different materials and thicknesses and eliminates the involvement of
operators, thus saving time and enabling the performance of clear cuts. It maintains the optimum distance between the blades and therefore lengthens
their working life.
Read each part of our manual carfully - from installation and starting up to everyday use. It will help you avoid accidents and achieve the best
from my use.
In the event of any doubts and questions, contact an EUROMAC authorised dealer.
GRAZIE PER AVERMI SCELTA

INSTALLING - CONNECTION:
- The machine may only be lifted by personnel who has been authorised to drive and operate the lifting means.
- The machine must be lifted and shifted using the eyebolts fitted to it. Make sure to use only the cables or chains
we recommend.
-Avoid lifting the machine bringing the table, because it is heavy
-Do not use fork lift trucks.
- Place the machine in the space intended for its installation. It does not need to be secured to the floor as it is fitted with
four rubber vibration-damping supports.

- Fill the tank with hydraulic oil up to its maximum level. The tank is inside the machine cabinet. Use only
paraffin based, anti-corrosion and anti-frothing oils for hydraulic circuits.
Recommended oils:

- AGIP OSO 32
- BP Energol HLP 32
- CASTROL-Hyspin-AWS 32

- SHELL Telluis Oil 32

- ROL Oil 32
- IP Hydrus Oil 32

- TOTAL Azolla ZS 32
- GULF Armony 32 AW
- VALVOLINE Hidraulic HLP 32

- Connections to the mains must be effected when the power supply line is not live. These operations must be
effected by qualified and explicitly authorised personnel and in any case in compliance with the standards in
force.
- Make sure the mains voltage and frequency fullfills the power supply requirements of the machine which are printed
on the input voltage.
- Electrical connections should be made using cables of a suitable size (4x2.5 mm). The earthing lead must suit the
voltage and temperature requirements of the appliance.
Use only fuses of a suitable type and voltage.
- Make sure the motor is running clockwise as indicated by the arrow printed on the power unit, otherwise invert
a phase.
- It is the users responsibility to calculate the intensity of a short circuit upstream to the machine and
assess whether the main switchs cutoff power is enough to interrupt it. On the contrary, before connecting
the power supply, it will be necessary to replace the main switch with one having a suitable cutoff power to
prevent it from exploding.
