1.1 - AVVERTENZE GENERALI
Prima dell’ impiego della macchina è necessario che
gli addetti (responsabili e operatori) siano istruiti sul
contenuto delle “NORME DI SICUREZZA” descritte
nei capitoli “1” e “2”.
Le istruzioni per l’ uso e la manutenzione contenute nel
presente manuale devono essere lette con estrema at-
tenzione onde procedere a un corretto impiego della
macchina alla quale sono riferite.
Per ottenere la massima durata e la migliore economia
di esercizio è necessario seguire scrupolosamente le
norme contenute in questa pubblicazione.
E' obbligo del responsabile della macchina, attenersi
alle direttive comunitarie CEE e alle norme locali, nei
riguardi dell'ambiente di lavoro, ai fini della sicurezza e
della salute degli operatori.
1.1.a - VARIE PER RESPONSABILI E OPERATORI
- Per "OPERATORI, PERSONALE SPECIALIZZATO
o AUTORIZZATO" si intendono quelle persone che
per la loro formazione, esperienza, istruzione, nonchè
le conoscenze delle relative norme, prescrizioni, prov-
vedimenti per la prevenzione degli incidenti e sulle
condizioni di servizio, sono state autorizzate dal re-
sponsabile della macchina ad eseguire qualsiasi ne-
cessaria attività ed in questa ad essere in grado di
riconoscere ed evitare ogni possibile pericolo. (defi-
nizione per il personale tecnico, vedi anche I.E.C.
364).
- Il responsabile della macchina è tenuto a conoscere
i dispositivi di sicurezza installati, nonché le corrette
modalità d’ uso degli stessi.
- Il responsabile della macchina designa gli operatori
autorizzati al funzionamento e stabilisce le rispettive
competenze e limiti di intervento.
Solo detti operatori possono lavorare sulla macchi-
na.
- Il responsabile della macchina deve inoltre istruire
gli operatori su quanto segue:
- Normative di sicurezza e antinfortunistiche.
- Normative specifiche relative alle macchine.
- Collocazione sulla macchina dei vari comandi.
- Collocazione sulla macchina, per un pronto in-
tervento, dei “PULSANTI DI EMERGENZA” (se
presenti).
1.1.b - POSIZIONE DELL’OPERATORE
L’operatore, durante il lavoro è seduto al posto di guida
o nella parte posteriore della macchina durante l’uso
del sistema “CANAL JET” se presente.

1.1 - GENERAL WARNINGS
Before using the machine, operators and managers
need to be trained with regard to the “SAFETY
RULES” described in chapters “1” and “2”.
Use and maintenance instructions contained in this
manual have to be carefully read in order to proceed to
a good use of the machine to which they are referred.
To have the longest life and the best running economy
it is necessary to follow carefully the rules described in
the manual.
The person in charge with the machine has to comply
with the EEC directives and to the local standards with
regard to working environment in order to ensure
workers’ health and safety.
1.1.a - COMMUNICATIONS FOR OPERATORS AND
PERSONS IN CHARGE
- By "OPERATORS, SPECIALIZED OR
AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL" we mean all the
people that thanks to their training, experience,
education and the knowledge of rules, prescriptions
and provisions for accident prevention and service
conditions, were authorized by the person in charge
of the machine to perform any action needed and to
recognize and avoid any possible danger. (definition
for technical personnel, also see I.E.C. 364).
- The person in charge with the machine has to know
the installed safety devices, as well as the right
operation mode of the latter.
- The person in charge with the machine selects the
operators who are authorized to run the machine and
decides their tasks and limits.
Only the said operators can work on the machine.
- The person in charge with the machine has to train
the operators on:
- Safety rules and accident prevention.
- Specific rules related to the machines.
- Location of the controls on the machine.
- Location of the “EMERGENCY PUSH-BUTTON”
for a prompt action (if any).
1.1.b - OPERATOR’S POSITION
During work, the operator is sitting on the driver’s seat or
in the rear part of the machine when using the “CANAL
JET” system, if present.

1.1.c - RESPONSABILITA’ DEL COSTRUTTORE
Il costruttore, DULEVO INTERNATIONAL, non si riter-
rà responsabile di inconvenienti, rotture, incidenti ecc.
dovuti alla non conoscenza (o comunque alla non ap-
plicazione) delle prescrizioni contenute nel presente ma-
nuale. Lo stesso dicasi per l’esecuzione di modifiche,
varianti, e/o l’ installazione di accessori non autorizzati
preventivamente.
In particolare la DULEVO INTERNATIONAL declina
ogni responsabilità per danni derivanti da:
- Calamità naturali
- Manovre errate
- Mancanza di manutenzione
La Ditta Costruttrice non risponde dei danni (di qualsia-
si tipo) causati da interventi sulla macchina (per manu-
tenzione, riparazioni, ecc.) se detti interventi non sono
stati eseguiti da PERSONALE AUTORIZZATO DULEVO
INTERNATIONAL (salvo accordi diversi autorizzati da
DULEVO INTERNATIONAL).
1.1.d - SOSTITUZIONE RICAMBI
Nella sostituzione di ricambi usare esclusivamente RI-
CAMBI ORIGINALI collaudati e autorizzati dal CO-
STRUTTORE.
Non attendere che i componenti siano logorati dall' uso,
sostituire un componente al momento opportuno signi-
fica un migliore funzionamento della macchina e con-
temporaneamente un risparmio dovuto al fatto che si
evitano danni maggiori.
1.1.e - RICHIESTE D’INTERVENTO
Il COSTRUTTORE mette al servizio della Clientela il
proprio Servizio Assistenza Tecnica per risolvere qua-
lunque problema riguardante l’impiego e la manu-
tenzione della macchina.
Le eventuali richieste devono essere fatte dopo una at-
tenta analisi degli inconvenienti e delle loro cause.
Nel caso di richieste scritte si prega di specificare nel
messaggio quanto segue:
- Modello macchina.
- No. matricola.
- Il dettaglio dei difetti riscontrati.
- I controlli eseguiti.
- Le regolazioni effettuate ed i loro effetti.
- Ogni altra informazione ritenuta utile.

1.1.c - MANUFACTURER’S RESPONSIBILITY
The manufacturer, DULEVO INTERNATIONAL,
declines any responsibility arising from breaks,
accidents, etc. due to the lack of knowledge (or to the
lack of application) of the prescriptions contained in this
manual. The same is for changes, variations and/or
installation of accessories that are not previously
authorized.
In particular DULEVO INTERNATIONAL declines any
responsibility for all damages caused by:
- Acts of God
- Wrong maneuvers
- Lack of maintenance
The Manufacturer cannot be held responsible for
damages (of any type) caused by the operations
performed on the machine (servicing, repairing, etc.) if
these are not carried out by DULEVO INTERNATIONAL
AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL (unless different
agreements authorized by DULEVO INTERNATIONAL).
1.1.d - SPARE PART REPLACEMENT
When replacing spare parts, always use ORIGINAL
SPARE PARTS tested and approved by the
MANUFACTURER.
Do not wait that the components are worn, replacing
the component at the right moment means that the
machine works better and at the same time that you
save money because you avoid greater damages.
1.1.e - REQUEST FOR ACTION
The MANUFACTURER offers to its customer internal
servicing to solve any problem concerning machine use
and maintenance.
Any request has to be made after a careful analysis of
the problems and of their origins.
In case you provide a written request, please specify
the following:
- Machine model.
- Serial number.
- Detail of defects.
- Checks performed.
- Regulations made and their effects.
- Any other useful information.

La documentazione (Manuali, Dichiarazioni di conformità
CE, Cataloghi, disegni, ecc.) è parte integrante della mac-
china e deve essere conservata per tutta la durata della
stessa.
Nel caso di vendita della macchina l'utente si impegna
a consegnare la documentazione al nuovo acquirente e
contemporaneamente ad avvisare la DULEVO
INTERNATIONAL S.p.A.
CONSERVARE IL PRESENTE MANUALE E TUTTE
LE PUBBLICAZIONI ALLEGATE IN UN LUOGO AC-
CESSIBILE E NOTO A TUTTI GLI UTILIZZATORI

Il presente Manuale fornisce indicazioni ed istruzioni sul-
l'impiego della macchina che si aggiungono, ma non
intendono comunque sostituire, integrare o modificare

GE di carattere generale o specifico in vigore nel luogo
in cui avvenga l'installazione e riguardante la sicurez-
za, l'uso e la manutenzione di apparecchiature o im-
pianti meccanici, elettrici, chimici, oleodinamici, pneu-
matici, od altro.
1.1.g - MODALITÀ DI CONSULTAZIONE DEL MANUA-
LE
- Questo manuale è suddiviso in capitoli; all’inizio di
ogni capitolo è presente un indice.
Nelle pagine interne è indicato il numero del capitolo
posizionato nella parte superiore destra o sinistra del-
la pagina, con il titolo dell’argomento trattato.
- Per identificare i messaggi di sicurezza inseriti in que-
sto manuale sono stati usati i seguenti simboli:
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
Avverte che esiste un serio pericolo; senza usare le
dovute precauzioni, è probabile che l’operatore o
terzi possano incorrere in gravi infortuni o morte.
AVVERTENZA:
Avverte che esiste un pericolo per l’integrità della
macchina; se non si utilizzano le dovute precauzio-
ni c’è il pericolo di danneggiare la macchina che

1.1.f - USE AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL AND ALL THE
ANNEXED DOCUMENTATION
The documentation (Manuals, EC conformity
declarations, Catalogues, drawings, etc.) is integral part
of the machine and shall be kept for the whole machine
life.
In case you sell the machine, the user has to give the
documentation to the new customer and at the same
time has to inform DULEVO INTERNATIONAL S.p.A.
KEEP THIS MANUAL AND ALL THE ANNEXED
DOCUMENTS IN AN ACCESSIBLE PLACE, KNOWN
TO ALL THE USERS (OPERATORS AND
MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL).
This Manual provides indications and instructions
concerning the machine use which are added to, but do
not want to replace, integrate or modify any general or
specific RULE, PRESCRIPTION, BILL OR LAW effective
in the place where the installation takes place, the use
and maintenance of equipment or mechanic, electric,
chemical, oleo dynamic, pneumatic plants etc.
1.1.g - MANUAL READING MODE
- This manual is divided into chapters; the beginning
of each chapter includes a list of contents.
The inner pages indicate the chapter’s number in the
right or left upper part of the page, with the title of the
topic being dealt with.
- To identify the safety messages included in this
manual we used the following symbols:
CAUTION DANGER:
It warns about a serious danger; without the required
precautions, the operator or third parties might
suffer serious injuries or death.
WARNING:
It warns about a danger for the machine integrity; in
case the required precautions are not adopted, the
machine might be damaged and, indirectly, this
might cause an accident.
NOTE:
It draws the attention on key information the
personnel shall be aware of and bear in mind for the
correct operation of the machine.

DESTRO (DS), SINISTRO (SN), INFERIORE (INF) e

RATORE seduto al posto di guida.
NOTA:
I componenti con la dicitura “OPT” si intendono
accessori a richiesta (OPZIONALI).
Detti accessori non sono sempre presenti sulla
macchina.

All’interno del presente manuale si utilizza il termi-
ne “MACCHINA” per indicare l’oggetto spiegato in
questa pubblicazione.
1.2 - PRINCIPALI NORME
COSTRUTTIVE
DI RIFERIMENTO E
MARCATURA CE
La progettazione e realizzazione della presente mac-
china è conforme alle seguenti direttive e norme:
- DIRETTIVA MACCHINE 98/37 C.E.E. del 22/6/98
(sostituisce la 89/392/CEE) e alle successive mo-
difiche della stessa.
- DIRETTIVA COMPATIBILITA' ELETTROMAGNE-
TICA 89/336 C.E.E. del 3/5/89 e successive modi-
fiche.
- DIRETTIVA EMISSIONE VIBRAZIONI 2002/44/CE
del 25/06/2002 e successive modifiche.
1.2.a - MARCATURA CE
La macchina riporta la marcatura CE di conformità alla
direttiva del Consiglio delle Comunità Europee CE 98/
37 e successive modifiche.
NOTA:
La marcatura Ce è posta sulla targhetta di identifi-
cazione della macchina (vedere capitolo 3).
Con la macchina viene consegnata la “Dichiarazione
di Conformità CE alla Direttiva firmata in originale”.
Questo documento deve essere conservato con cura
da parte del proprietario della macchina per essere esi-
bito su richiesta delle Autorità competenti.

NOTE:
The terms FRONT (ANT), REAR (POST), RIGHT (DS),
LEFT (SN), LOWER (INF) and UPPER (SUP) used in
this document always refer to the machine from the
OPERATOR’S perspective, seats at the driving
position.
NOTE:
Those components bearing the “OPT” wording are
accessories that can be obtained on demand
(OPTION).
Such accessories are not always present on the
machine.
NOTE:
Within this manual, the word “MACHINE” is
employed to indicate the object described in this
publication.
1.2 - MAIN REFERENCE
MANUFACTURING
STANDARDS AND EC
MARKING
The conception and implementation of this machine
comply with the following rules and directives:
- MACHINE DIRECTIVE 98/37 E.E.C. of 22/6/98
(replacing 89/392/CEE) and following modifications.
- ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY
DIRECTIVE 89/336 E.E.C. of 3/5/89 and following
modifications.
- 2002/44/EC DIRECTIVE ON VIBRATION
EMISSION dated 25/06/2002 and subsequent
amendments.
1.2.a - EC MARKING
The machine bears the EC conformity marking in line
with the European Communities Council EC 98/37
Directive and subsequent amendments.
NOTE:
The EC marking is placed on the machine
identification plate (see chapter 3).
The machine is delivered together with the “EC
conformity marking in line with the Directive, signed
in its original copy”. This document shall be carefully
kept by the machine owner to be exhibited when
requested by the competent Authorities.

MACCHINA
- La macchina può essere impiegata solamente per il
lavaggio e la pulizia di pavimenti industriali.
NOTA:
La macchina non è destinata a funzionare all’aper-
to!
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
È vietato spazzare e/o aspirare qualsiasi tipo di
materiale (solido, liquido o aereiforme) superiore ad
una temperatura di 50°C, infiammabile, esplosivo,
tossico, cancerogeno e/o altre sostanze che rappre-
sentano un pericolo per la salute.
AVVERTENZA:
Qualsiasi altro utilizzo rende l’utilizzatore l’unico re-
sponsabile per danni a persone e/o cose e fa deca-
dere qualsiasi condizione di garanzia.
1.4 - LIMITAZIONI D’IMPIEGO
- Utilizzando la macchina in ambienti con detriti corro-
sivi consultare la rete di vendita.
- Per operare in condizioni gravose (climi estremi, pre-
senza di forti campi magnetici, presenza di aria ed

washing and cleaning of industrial floors.
NOTE:
The machine is not suitable for outdoor use!
CAUTION DANGER:
It is forbidden to sweep a/o suck any kind of material
(solid, liquid or aeriform), at a higher temperature
than 50° C, inflammable, explosive, toxic, cancer-
causing a/o other substances which represent a
danger for health.
WARNING:
Any other use makes the user as the only
responsible for damages to people and/or things and
cancels all warranty conditions.
1.4 - USE RESTRICTIONS
- When using the machine in environments with cor-
rosive debris, please consult the sales network.
- To operate in heavy conditions (extreme climates,
presence of heavy magnetic fields, presence of air
and brackish water, etc.), particular precautions might
be required: contact the sales network.
- Do not use with climatic conditions differing from
those indicated in “chapter 3”.
The manufacturer, DULEVO INTERNATIONAL S.p.A.,
will not be held responsible for mishaps, breakings,
accidents, etc., resulting from machine employment with
environmental conditions differing from those specifically
indicated in “chapter 3”.
1.4.a - EXPLOSION RISK AREAS
It is strictly forbidden to use the machine in places with
explosion risk where there are gases, vapours, fluid and
inflammable and explosive powders.

1.5 - CONSEGNA DELLA
MACCHINA
- La macchina viene collaudata e controllata dal co-
struttore prima dell’uscita dallo stabilimento. La rete
di vendita è tenuta ad effettuare ulteriori controlli pri-
ma della consegna.
- Alla consegna della macchina controllare che sia
completo degli accessori richiesti e che a corredo
siano presenti le seguenti documentazioni:
A. n° 1 Manuale uso e manutenzione della macchi-
na;
B. n° 1 Manuale ricambi;
C. n° 1 Dichiarazione CE di conformità;
D. n° 1 Libretto di garanzia;
Firmare il certificato allegato al libretto di garan-
zia ed inviarlo alla DULEVO INTERNATIONAL;
NOTA:
È opportuno conservare accuratamente i documenti A-
B-C-D affinché possano seguire la macchina nella sua
vita.
Accertate queste condizioni, confermare al concessio-
nario la regolare consegna.
1.6 - CONTROLLI
CONTROLLARE, prima di iniziare il lavoro, l’eventuale
presenza di difetti visibili sui dispositivi di sicurezza e il
regolare funzionamento del pulsante di arresto di emer-
genza, se presente.
Non mettere in funzione la macchina se sul quadro di
comando si notano strumenti, spie, ecc. difettosi.
Detti controlli, devono essere eseguiti:
- Prima della messa in funzione.
- A distanze di tempo adeguato (vedere “capitolo 6”).
- Dopo modifiche o riparazioni.
- Vedere anche “Controlli preliminari, capitolo 5”.
CONTROLLO DISPOSITIVI DI SICUREZZA
Ogni 6 mesi controllare l’efficienza dei dispositivi di si-
curezza. L’ispezione deve essere eseguita tecnici della
DULEVO INTERNATIONAL o da personale specializ-
zato abilitato dal costruttore.
Per garantire l’efficienza dei dispositivi di sicurezza, ogni
5 anni, la macchina deve essere revisionata dal perso-
nale della DULEVO INTERNATIONAL.
CONTROLLO ANNUALE
Il responsabile deve sottoporre la macchina ad un con-
trollo annuale. Durante questo controllo viene stabilito
se la macchina corrisponde alle disposizioni di sicurez-
za tecnica. A controllo avvenuto, alla macchina verrà
assegnata una targhetta di collaudo.

1.5 - MACHINE DELIVERY
- The machine is tested and checked by the
manufacturer before going out from the factory. The
sales network has to check it again before delivery.
- When you receive the machine, make sure that it is
completed with the required accessories and with
the following documents:
A. n° 1 Machine use and maintenance manual;
B. n° 1 Spare part manual;
C. n° 1 EC Conformity declaration;
D. n° 1 Warranty paper;
Please sign the certificate enclosed to the guarantee
booklet and send it to DULEVO INTERNATIONAL;
NOTE:
You need to keep the documents A-B-C-D carefully so
that they can last for the entire machine life.
Once you checked all these conditions, inform the agent
about the regular delivery.
1.6 - CHECKS
CHECK, before starting working, any possible defect
presence on safety devices and for the correct
functioning of the emergency button, if any.
Do not start the machine if the dashboard indicates the
presence of defects.
The following checks have to be carried out:
- Before starting the machine.
- At preset time intervals (see chapter 6).
- After modifications or repairs.
- See also “Preliminary checks, chapter 5”.
SAFETY DEVICES CHECK
Every 6 months check for the performance of safety
devices. The inspection has to be carried out by the
technicians of the company DULEVO INTERNATIONAL
or by specialised staff skilled by the constructor.
To ensure the performance of the safety devices, every
5 years the machine has to undergo an overhaul by
DULEVO INTERNATIONAL personnel.
ANNUAL CHECK
The machine responsible has to schedule an annual
check of the sweeper. During this check the machine
compliance to technical safety provisions is checked.
After this check, a testing plate is assigned to the
sweeper.

1.7 - NORME PER L’IMPIEGO
DELLA MACCHINA
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
ATTENERSI A QUANTO DI SEGUITO ELENCATO:
- NON LASCIARE AVVICINARE ALLA MACCHINA
PERSONE ESTRANEE AL LAVORO.
L'uso, la manutenzione e la riparazione della mac-
china è consentito solo agli operatori, autorizza-
ti dal responsabile della macchina, e a conoscen-
za del contenuto del Manuale.
- Detti operatori devono essere persone fisicamen-
te e intellettualmente idonee, non sotto effetto di
alcool o farmaci.
- Usare sempre abbigliamento antinfortunistico
secondo le norme vigenti.
- Usare scarpe adatte (suole antisdrucciolo).
- Per impedire che la macchina venga usata da chi
non è autorizzato si deve bloccare l’azionamento
togliendo la chiave d’accensione.
- Quando non lavora, la macchina deve essere pro-
tetta da movimenti involontari.
Inserire i dispositivi di sicurezza.
- Durante il lavoro si deve far attenzione a terzi, ed
in particolare a bambini, soprattutto durante la
retromarcia.
- In caso di accensione di spie di allarme, arresta-
re il veicolo, ricercarne la causa ed eventualmente
avvertire il Servizio Assistenza.
- Segnalare eventuali perdite di olio e/o di liquido
della batteria: sono pericolose ed altamente in-
quinanti.
- E’ vietato modificare le tarature definite dalla casa
Costruttrice.
- Non avviare la macchina con gli elementi della
batteria aperti.
- Non provocare cortocircuiti.
- Non invertire le polarità.
- Non appoggiare utensili ed oggetti metallici so-
pra le batterie.
- Non spostare la macchina manualmente e non
accenderla per alcuna ragione nel corso della
ricarica della batteria.

1.7 - MACHINE USE
INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION DANGER:
PLEASE COMPLY WITH FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:
- DO NOT ALLOW UNAUTHORISED PEOPLE
GETTING CLOSE TO THE MACHINE.
The machine use, maintenance and repair are
allowed only to operators duly authorised by the
machine responsible and informed of Manual
contents.
- Operatoras have to be physically and mentally
suitable to machine control and must not be
under the effects of acohol or drugs.
- Always wear accident-prevention clothes, in
compliance with the laws in force.
- Wear suitable shoes (anti-slip sole).
- To prevent the machine use to unauthorised staff,
the system start has to be locked by removing
the switch ON key.
- The vehicle has to be protected against
accidental movements when not operating. In this
aim safety devices have to be enabled.
- During work, attention shall be paid to third
parties, and in particular, to children, especially
during reverse motion.
- In case of lightning of the alarm control lamps,
stop the vehicle, look for the cause and inform
eventually the service centre.
- Signal any oil and/or battery fluid leaks: they are
dangerous and highly polluting.
- It is forbidden to modify the calibration
established by the manufacturer.
- Do not start the machine when the battery
elements are open.
- Do not cause short circuits.
- Do not invert polarity.
- Do not place metal objects and tools over the
batteries.
- Do not move the machine manually and do not
start it during battery recharge.

- Utilizzare un caricabatterie adeguato alla capa-
cità ed alle caratteristiche della batteria.
- In caso di irregolare funzionamento dei freni o
dello sterzo, arrestare il veicolo.
- Quando la macchina è a pieno carico è ne-
cessario moderare la velocità, soprattutto in cur-
va.
- In fase di trasferimento e lavoro non curvare su
pendenze.
Brusche sterzate e/o sterzate con volante com-
pletamente ruotato vanno condotte a bassa ve-
locità e comunque tenendo conto delle condizioni
del suolo.
- I sedili devono essere regolati solo con la mac-
china ferma.
- Non mettere in marcia la macchina se ferma per
interventi speciali (messa a punto, manutenzio-
ne, lubrificazione, ecc.).
- Accertarsi che non vi siano, sulla macchina, og-
getti estranei (utensili, stracci, ecc.).
- Accertarsi che la macchina, dopo la messa in
moto, non emetta rumori strani; se così fosse ar-
restarla immediatamente e individuare la causa.
- Accertarsi che siano regolarmente chiusi tutti i
portelli con le relative sicurezze e protezioni.
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
Le protezioni fisse (carter) o mobili devono rimanere
sempre nella loro sede, correttamente fissate e in con-
dizione di perfetta integrità durante tutte le operazio-
ni relative al normale funzionamento. Se per qualun-
que motivo i carter vengono rimossi e le protezioni
disinserite è obbligatorio ripristinare la loro efficien-
za prima di rimettere in funzione la macchina.
1.7.a - NORME DI SICUREZZA RELATIVE A MATE-
RIALI DI ESERCIZIO
Acido batteria
- Non inalare il vapore: è pericoloso.
- Indossare adeguati mezzi di protezione individuale
per evitare il contatto con la pelle.
- L’acido della batteria è corrosivo: in caso di contatto
con la pelle sciacquare abbondantemente con ac-
qua.
- Caricando la batteria si potrebbero formare miscele
di gas esplosive, pertanto i locali in cui la batteria è
caricata devono essere conformi alle norme specifi-
che in materia.
- E’ vietato fumare, utilizzare fiamme e luci libere nel
raggio di 2m dalla batteria carica e nell’area di cari-
ca della batteria.

- Use a battery charger suitable for the battery
capacity and features.
- In case of brakes or steering wheel
malfunctioning, stop the vehicle.
- When the machine is fully loaded, drive at mode-
rate speed, especially when cornering.
- During transit and working phases do not steer
on slopes.
Sharp turns of the wheel completely rotated have
to be driven at low speed and in any case
according to the ground conditions.
- Seats shall be adjusted exclusively with the
machine in standstill.
- Do not start the machine in case it has been
stopped for special interventions (timing,
maintenace, lubrication, etc.)
- Be sure that no foreing object lies on the machine
(cloths, tools, etc.);
- Be sure that the machine makes no strange noise
after the starting; otherwise stop the machine
immediately and find out the cause;
- Be sure that all the doors shall be regularly closed
with the relative safety and protection devices.
CAUTION DANGER:
Fixed or mobile protections (covers) shall always
stay in their housings, properly fixed and in perfect
condition during all the normal running operations.
If for any reason carters are removed and
protections disabled, it is compulsory to reset their
efficiency before restarting the machine.
1.7.a - SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUPPLIES
Battery acid
- Do not inhale the vapor because it is toxic.
- Use appropriate protection to avoid contact with the
skin.
- Rinse with plenty of water if contact with battery acid
occurs because it is corrosive.
- Make sure that battery-charging areas meet all legal
regulations due to the risk of mixing explosive gases.
- Do not smoke or use an open flame or light within a
2-meter radius of the battery while it is being charged,
or in the battery-charging area.

1.8 - NORME PER GLI INCENDI
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
Le parti della macchina incendiate e quelle vicine
possono essere a temperatura elevata; sussiste
quindi il pericolo di ustioni.
Nel caso di incendio allontanare le persone estranee,
utilizzare idonei esitintori ed indirizzare il getto dell’estin-
tore sulla parte incendiata.
1.9 - MESSA FUORI SERVIZIO
1.9.a - MESSA FUORI SERVIZIO TEMPORANEA
Se si prevede di non utilizzare la macchina per un lun-
go periodo è necessario effettuare le seguenti opera-
zioni:
- Pulire la macchina come indicato nel “capitolo 6” e
posizionarla in un locale non polveroso e umido.
- Togliere la batteria e/o batterie e collocarla in un lo-
cale dove non vi sia pericolo di gelo.
Procedere alla carica della batteria una volta al mese.
- Ungere leggermente tutte le parti metalliche non ver-
niciate con olio o grasso.
- Effettuare le operazioni di lubrificazione indicate nel
“capitolo 6”.
- Sollevare la macchina in modo che le ruote non ab-
biano il contatto con il terreno.
- Coprire la macchina con un telo NON in plastica.
1.9.b - VERIFICHE E CONTROLLI DOPO UNA LUN-
GA INATTIVITÀ
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
Prima di utilizzare la macchina è necessario effet-
tuare i seguenti controlli:
- Pulire accuratamente la macchina.
- Controllare la carica della batteria, rimontarla sulla
macchina e collegare i morsetti avendo cura di spal-
marli con vaselina.
- Abbassare la macchina a terra.
- Lubrificare tutte le parti provviste di ingrassatori.
- Controllare il corretto funzionamento dei freni.
- Controllare via via tutti i servizi, verificando l’esisten-
za di rumori anomali.
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
Per le operazioni indicate precedentemente attenersi
a quanto descritto nel “capitolo 6”.

1.8 - FIRE STANDARDS
CAUTION DANGER:
Machine parts set on fire, and those close to such
parts, can reach high temperatures; burning danger.
In case of fire keep away foreign people, use suitable
extinguishers and aim the jet to the part set on fire.
1.9 - OUT OF COMMISSION
1.9.a - TEMPORARY OUT OF COMMISSION
If you think you will not use the machine for a long period,
you need to perform the following operations:
- Clean the machine as indicated in the “chaper 6” and
place it in a room not humid and dusty.
- Remove the battery and/or batteries and place them
in a place which does not freeze.
Charge the battery once a month.
- Slightly grease all the unvarnished metal parts with
oil or grease.
- Carry out the lubricating operations indicated in the
“chapter 6”.
- Lift the machine so that the wheels are not in contact
with the ground.
- Cover the machine with a cloth NOT made of plastic.
1.9.b - INSPECTIONS AND CONTROLS AFTER A
LONG INACTIVITY TIME
CAUTION DANGER:
Before using the machine you need to perform the
following controls:
- Carefully clean the machine.
- Check the battery charge, put it again on the machine
and connect the terminals after smearing them with
vaseline.
- Lower the machine to the ground.
- Lubricate all the parts equipped with lubricators.
- Check the proper functioning of brakes.
- Check all services and be sure no strange noise is
heard.

3.1 - CARATTERISTICHE
PRINCIPALI
Questa pubblicazione fornisce le istruzioni per l’uso e la
manutenzione delle macchine modelli H715 e H815. I
due modelli si differenziano principalmente per la lar-
ghezza della pista di pulizia.
3.1.a - DESCRIZIONE
La macchina è costituita dai seguenti gruppi principali:
- Serbatoi
- Gruppo spazzole
- Tergipavimento
- Gruppo trazione ed impianto elettrico
3.1.b - SERBATOI
Il serbatoio del liquido di lavaggio ed il serbatoio per il
liquido di recupero sono costruiti in materiale plastico. Il
serbatoio di recupero è collegato al motore di aspirazio-
ne e, tramite una tubazione flessibile, al tergipavimento.
Due portelli a vite situati sul lato posteriore inferiore con-
sentono l’accesso all’interno del serbatoio per il liquido
di recupero e del serbatoio del liquido di lavaggio per le
operazioni di pulizia filtro.
Un portello situato sulla parte superiore della macchina
consente l’accesso all’interno dei serbatoi per le opera-
zioni di pulizia.
Entrambi i serbatoi possono essere svuotati tramite ap-
posite tubazioni flessibili munite di chiusura.
3.1.c - GRUPPO SPAZZOLE
Il gruppo spazzole è installato sulla parte centrale della
macchina. La rotazione di ogni spazzola è comandata
direttamente da un motoriduttore elettrico, mentre un
attuatore provvede all’abbassamento ed al sollevamento
del gruppo. L’attuatore è provvisto di microinterruttori
che ne regolano la corsa ed escludono il funzionamento
dei motori delle spazzole a testata sollevata.
La pressione a terra della testata spazzole è variabile
grazie all’attuatore elettrico che permette al gruppo
spazzole di agire sul pavimento con due livelli di
pressione.
3.1.d - TERGIPAVIMENTO
Il tergipavimento, installato sul lato posteriore della mac-
china, consiste principalmente di una barra provvista di
due lame raschianti in gomma. Una tubazione flessibile
collega la barra del tergipavimento al serbatoio di
recupero ove, tramite la depressione creata dal motore
di aspirazione, viene aspirato il liquido usato per il la-
vaggio.
Un sensore esclude l’aspirazione dal serbatoio di
recupero quando lo stesso è pieno. Il tergipavimento si
solleva e si abbassa automaticamente.
3.1.e - GRUPPO TRAZIONE
Il gruppo trazione, che provvede all’avanzamento e alla
retromarcia della macchina, è costituito principalmente
da un motoriduttore elettrico.

3.1 - MAIN FEATURES
This publication provides the use and maintenance in-
structions for the machines models H715 and H815. The
two models differ essentially for the cleaning track width.
3.1.a - DESCRIPTION
The machine is made up of the following main units:
- Tanks
- Brooms assembly
- Squeegee unit
- Traction unit and electric system
3.1.b - TANKS
The washing fluid tank and the recovery fluid tank are
made in plastic material. The recovery tank is connected
to the suction motor and, by means of a hose, to the
squeegee unit.
Two screw doors placed on the rear lower side allow for
access to the recovery fluid tank and washing fluid tank
to carry out filter cleaning operations.
A door placed on the upper part of the machine allows
for access to the tanks for cleaning operations.
Both tanks can be emptied by means of hoses equipped
with caps.
3.1.c - BROOMS ASSEMBLY
The brooms assembly is installed on the central part of
the machine. Rotation of each broom is directly control-
led by an electric ratio-motor, while an actuator lowers
and lifts the assembly. The actuator is provided with
microswitches regulating the travel and excluding the
operation brooms motors with head in lifted position.
Brooms head pressure on the ground can be adjusted
by means of the electric actuator allowing for the brooms
assembly to operate on the floor with two pressure lev-
els.
3.1.d - SQUEEGEE UNIT
The squeegee unit, installed on the rear side of the
machine is essentially made up of a bar equipped with
two rubber blades. A hose connects the squeegee unit
bar to the recovery tank, where, through the pressure
created by the suction motor, the fluid used for washing
is sucked in.
A sensor disables suction for the recovery tank when
the tank itself it full. The squeegee unit is lifted and low-
ered automatically.
3.1.e - TRACTION UNIT
The traction unit, responsible for the machine driving
and reverse speed, is essentially made up of an electric
ratio-motor.

By turning the potentiometer (6) clockwise, water
flowrate in the washing area is increased; by
turning it counter-clockwise, water flowrate is
decreased.
Squeegee unit actuator thermal relay - (7)
In case of thermal relay intervention, the button
lifts up (7). To reset it, push the button (7).

Contaore/livello carica batteria - (11)
- L’orologio totalizzatore (11) registra le ore di funziona-
mento della macchina. In base alle ore di lavoro in-
dicate sul contaore, effettuare le dovute manuten-
zioni e verifiche periodiche.
- L’indicatore è diviso in due parti: la parte superiore
(11A) indica le ore di funzionamento, la parte infe-
riore (11B) indica lo stato di carica della batteria.
In condizioni di massima scarica consentita della
batteria (led rosso acceso) (1), la macchina blocca
la funzione lavante (gruppo spazzole) e lascia attiva
la funzione aspirante, così da raccogliere il liquido
rimasto sul pavimento (condizione pericolosa) e la
funzione di traslazione così da poter raggiungere al
più presto la staziuone di ricarica della batteria.
AVVERTENZA:
Se la batteria viene scaricata eccessivamente, si può
danneggiare a fondo (solfatazione).
Se la ricarica è stata ben eseguita tutte le luci dello
strumento sono illuminate. (vedi capitolo 5,
“caricabatteria”).

Battery charge level/hourcounter - (11)
- The clock counter (11) records the hours of machine
operation. Carry out the required maintenance and
periodical checks in relation to the hours indicated
on the hourcounter.
- The indicator is divided into two parts: the upper part
(11A) shows the working time, while the lower part
(11B) shows the battery charge state.
Under conditions of maximum allowed flat battery (red
led on) (1), the machine blocks the washing function
(brooms assembly), letting the suction function active
in order to allow for collection of remaining fluid on
the floor (dangerous condition), as well as the driving
function, so that the battery recharge station can be
quickly reached.
WARNING:
If the battery subsequently turns flat, it can be seri-
ously damaged (sulphating).
If the recharge operation has been carried out, all
the tool lights are turned on. (see chapter 5, “bat-
tery charger”).
Suction unit and squeegee unit switch - (12).
By pushing the luminous button, the suction unit
is started and the squeegee unit is lowered; by
pushing the button (12) again, the squeegee unit
is lifted and the suction unit is stopped.

Usare questa funzione solo per brevi periodi
così da non ridurre inutilmente l’autonomia
della macchina a causa di consumi superiori
non giustificati.
Per disattivare questa funzione ripremere l’inter-
ruttore (14).
Pulsante avvisatore acustico - (15).
Premendo il pulsante (15) si inserisce l’avvisatore
acustico.
Selettore di marcia - (16).
Interruttore a leva a tre posizioni:
- Spostando la leva (16) in posizione “ ” abilita la
marcia “AVANTI”.
- Spostando la leva (16) in posizione “ ” abilita la
marcia “INDIETRO”.

Brooms assembly extra pressure switch - (14)
By pushing the luminous button, the brooms
pressure on the ground is increased; this option
is particularly indicated for cleaning of very dirty
floors or in limited highly dirty areas.
NOTE:
Use this function for short periods only so as
not to reduce the machine autonomy due to
useless excessive consumptions.
To disable this function, push the button (14)
again.
Electric horn button - (15).
By pushing the button (15), the electric horn is
enabled.
Speed selector - (16).
Three-position lever switch:
- The lever (16) on “ ” enables the “FORWARD”
drive.
- The lever (16) on “ ” enables the “BACKWARD”
drive.
- The lever (16) in central position enables the
“NEUTRAL”.

- Premendo questo interruttore a macchina funzionan-
te, si avvia la rotazione delle spazzole e il funziona-
mento dell’aspiratore; le lampade presenti negli in-
terruttori (12) e (13) si illuminano.
Ripremendo l’interruttore le spazzole e l’aspiratore
si fermano e le lampade dei pulsanti si spengono.

5.1 - CONTROLLI PRELIMINARI
AVVERTENZA:
È buona norma effettuare giornalmente i controlli
elencati di seguito per mantenere in buono stato la
vostra macchina.
Detti controlli integrano e non sostituiscono le ope-
razioni di manutenzione programmata.
- Controllare visivamente il corretto posizionamento dei
vari componenti della macchina, in particolare la chiu-
sura del coperchio di accesso serbatoi.
- Controllare il corretto funzionamento dei freni, verifi-
candone la corsa e l’efficacia.
- Controllare il corretto funzionamento dell’avvisatore
acustico.
- Controllare lo stato di usura delle gommature.
- Controllare il livello dell’elettrolito nelle batterie.
- Controllare il corretto funzionamento della fanaleria.
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
Se si notano dei malfunzionamenti o si hanno dei
dubbi sulla funzionalità della macchina NON utiliz-
zarla ma chiamare il servizio di assistenza tecnica.
Oltre a questi controlli generici è necessario effettuare
prima dell’uso della macchina i seguenti controlli:
5.1.a - CONTROLLO STATO DI CARICA BATTERIA
DI TRAZIONE
- Controllare tramite lo strumento (1) lo stato di carica
della batteria di trazione indicato dall’illuminazione
dei LED (2).
- A= LED giallo (stato di carica)
“A1” massima carica, “A2” minima carica
- 0= LED rosso (Batteria scarica)
- Quando rimane illuminato solo il LED rosso “0” si
disabilita il funzionamento delle spazzole ed è ne-
cessario ricaricare le batterie di trazione come indi-
cato nel paragrafo “carica batteria”.

5.1 - PRELIMINARY CHECKS
WARNING:
It is important to perform the following daily checks
to keep your machine in good condition.
The said checks complete and do not replace the
programmed maintenance operations.
- Visually check the right positioning of the different
machine components, particularly the cover clamp
of the waste container.
- Make sure that brakes work properly and check their
travel and efficiency.
- Make sure that the hooter works properly.
- Check the tyres wear status.
- Check the electrolyte level in batteries.
- Make sure that lights work properly.
CAUTION DANGER:
If you notice any malfunction or if you have any
doubt concerning machine functions DO NOT use
it but call the service department first.
Apart from these general checks it is necessary to
perform the following controls before using the machine:
5.1.a - TRACTION BATTERY CHARGE STATE
CHECK
- With the tool (1) check the traction battery charge
state indicated by LED lighting (2).
- A= yellow LED (charge status)
“A1” maximum charge, “A2” minimum charge
- 0= red LED (Battery flat)
- When only the red LED “0” is turned on, the brooms
operation is disabled and the traction batteries shall
be recharged, as indicated in the paragraph “battery
charge”.

5.1.b - PRIMA INSTALLAZIONE DI ACCUMULATORI
(macchina acquistata senza accumulatori)
La macchina può alloggiare n° 6 batterie da 6 V, colle-
gate in serie tramite gli appositi cavi in dotazione (vedi
schema), oppure un cassonetto unico da 36 V.
AVVERTENZA:
A seconda del tipo di batteria che si installa (a gel o
con acido) si deve tarare lo strumento di controllo
stato batteria. Lo strumento dalla fabbrica è tarato
per batterie con acido, nel caso si debba effettuare
una nuova taratura per l’installazione di una batte-
ria differente è necessario chiamare il servizio di as-
sistenza.

5.1.b - FIRST INSTALLATION OF ACCUMULATORS
(in case de machine is bought accumulators)
The machine can house n° 6 batteries (6 V), connected
in series by means of the specific cables provided with
the tool (see diagram), or a single 36 V box.
WARNING:
The battery status control tool shall be calibrated in
relation to the type of installed battery (gel or
Acid type). The tool has been calibrated in the fac-
tory for acid batteries; in case a new calibration is
required for the installation of a different type of
battery, call the technical service.
NOTE:
For batteries charge, please refer to the specific
paragraph.

AL FUNZIONAMENTO
- Sollevare il coperchio (1) e caricare acqua pulita nel
serbatoio (2), controllando visivamente quando è pie-
no.
NOTA: Non usare acqua a temperature su-
periori di 45 °C.
- Versare, la quantità di detergente stabilita in funzio-
ne al tipo di detergente, alla quantità di acqua e al
tipo di sporco.
NOTA: Per il riempimento del serbatoio, deve
essere utilizzata acqua pulita con l’aggiunta di appro-
priato liquido detergente nella concentrazione consigliata
dal produttore.
E’ comunque consigliato usare sempre detersivi con
bassa formazione di schiuma.
- Controllare che il serbatoio di recupero (3) sia vuoto
( per le operazioni di scarico vedi relativo paragrafo)
- Accertarsi che la bocchetta (4) di aspirazione del
tergipavimento non sia ostruita e che il relativo tubo
(5) di collegamento con il serbatoio di recupero sia
correttamente installato.
- Controllare che il tubo (6) di scarico acqua sporca e
il tubo (7) di scarico acqua pulita siano sul loro
supporto e siano correttamente tappati.

5.2 - OPERATION PRELIMINARY
STEPS
- Lift the cover (1) and load clean water into the tank
(2), visually checking when the tank is full.
NOTE: Do not use water at a temperature
higher than 45 °C.
- Pour the quantity of detergent set in relation to the
type of detergent, water quantity and type of dirt.
NOTE: For tank filling, use clean water with
addition of suitable detergent in the concentration
suggested by the manufacturer.
It is recommended to use low-foam detergents.
- Make sure the recovery tank (3) is empty (for un-
loading operations, see the relative paragraph)
- Make sure the squeegee unit suction opening (4) is
not clogged and that the relative hose (5) connected
to the recovery tank has been correctly installed.
- Make sure the dirty water discharge hose (6) and
the clean water discharge hose (7) are placed on
their support and have been correctly closed.

5.3 - FUNZIONAMENTO
Dopo aver effettuato i controlli giornalieri per l’uso della
macchina effettuare le seguenti operazioni:
- Salire sulla macchina e sedersi sul sedile.
- Accertarsi che la leva (1) di selezione senso di mar-
cia sia in posizione centrale (folle).
- Controllare che tutti gli azionamenti siano disinseriti.
- Inserire la chiave (2) nel commutatore e ruotarla in
senso orario fino al 2° scatto per abilitare le funzioni,
quindi rilasciare la chiave, che tornerà al primo scatto.
- Premere l’interruttore (8) per avviare la rotazione delle
spazzole e l’aspirazione, le lampade degli interrutto-
ri (4) e (3) si illuminano, oppure avviare la rotazione
delle spazzole agendo sull’interruttore (3) e avviare
l’aspirazione agendo sull’interruttore (4). Avviata
l’aspirazione il tergitore posteriore si abbassa.
- Se chiusa, aprire l’erogazione della soluzione deter-
gente mediante la leva (5) o il potenziomentro (6)
(OPT).
NOTA: l’erogazione della soluzione deter-
gente inizierà solo quando la macchina inizierà a
muoversi e si interromperà ogni qualvolta la macchi-
na verrà fermata.
- Posizionare il selettore di marcia nella direzione
marcia avanti e premere il pedale (7) accelera-
tore, la macchina inizierà a muoversi e le spazzole
iniziano a ruotare.
NOTA: Quando si rilascia il pedale (7) si
ferma la trazione e dopo alcuni secondi si ferma
la rotazione delle spazzole.

5.3 - OPERATION
After carrying out the daily checks for the machine use,
carry out the following operations:
- Get on the machine and sit down on the seat.
- Make sure the driving direction lever (1) is in central
position (neutral).
- Make sure all the actuators have been disabled.
- Insert the key (2) into the switch and turn it clock-
wise until the 2° click to enable the functions; then
release the key which returns to the first click.
- Press the switch (8) to start rotation of brooms and
suction, or start brooms rotation through the switch
(3) and start suction through switch e (4). Once
suction is started the rear Squeegee unit lowers.
- If closed, open the detergent solution supply by
means of the lever (5) or potentiometer (6) (OPT).
NOTE: The detergent supply starts only
when the machine starts to move and stops any time
the machine is stopped.
- Set the speed selector to forward speed and push
the accelerator pedal (7); the machine starts moving
and the brooms start rotating.
NOTE: When the pedal is released (7)
traction is stopped and, after some seconds,
brooms rotation stops.

5.3.a - INSERIMENTO RETROMARCIA
- Per inserire la retromarcia durante il funzionamento
della macchina è necessario rallentare fino a fermar-
si, posizionare il selettore (1) nella posizione , “
automaticamente il tergipavimento sale, quindi la
macchina procederà in retromarcia.
NOTA: la retromarcia è abilitata solo con
tergipavimento sollevato.
Riposizionando il selettore (1) nella direzione di mar-
cia avanti automaticamente il gruppo
tergipavimento ridiscenderà a terra.

5.3.b - MARCIA DI TRASFERIMENTO
- Disattivare tutte le utenze e spostare il selettore (1)
su nella direzione di marcia avanti, quindi premere il
pedale acceleratore.
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
- La pendenza massima superabile a vuoto è del
12%;
- è assolutamente vietato curvare in rampa;
- è vietato abbandonare la macchina in rampa se
non dopo aver inserito il freno a mano e posizio-
nato sotto le ruote degli appositi cunei.
5.3.c - NORME PER UN CORRETTO LAVAGGIO
- Per una buona pulizia del pavimento è necessario
utilizzare un detersivo adatto alla superficie da puli-
re e al tipo di sporco. In caso di bisogno farsi consi-
gliare dal fornitore o da persona competente, tenen-
do presente che un detersivo troppo aggressivo può
risultare dannoso per una lunga vita della macchina.
E’ necessario, comunque, utilizzare un detersivo a
schiuma frenata o un additivo antischiuma, al fine di
evitare danni al motore d’aspirazione.

5.3.a - REVERSE SPEED ENABLING
- To enable reverse speed during machine operation,
slow down and stop, set the selector (1) to position
”, the squeegee unit automatically rises; the
machine will now continue in reverse speed.
NOTE: reverse speed is enabled exclusively
with squeegee unit lifted.
Set the selector (1) back to forward speed direction
; the squeegee unit is automatically lowered to
the ground.
5.3.b - DRIVING SPEED
- Disable all the utilities and set the selector (1) to
forward speed direction, then push the accelerator
pedal.
CAUTION DANGER:
- The maximum admissible slope (with machine
empty) is 12%;
- turning on ramps is absolutely forbidden;
- leaving the machine on ramps is absolutely for-
bidden, unless handbrake has been pulled and
specific wedges have been placed below the
wheels.
5.3.c - INSTRUCTIONS FOR CORRECT WASHING
- For a correct floor cleaning, use a suitable detergent
in relation to the surface to be cleaned and to the
type of dirt. If needed, please contact the supplier or
a competent person for suggestions, bearing in mind
that too aggressive a detergent can jeopardize a long
machine life.
In any case, always use a low-foam detergent or a
foam-prevention additive, with a view to avoiding
damaging the suction motor.

- Il dosaggio dell’acqua deve essere tale che la su-
perficie da pulire sia ben bagnata, senza generare
però schizzi, rivoli o perdite laterali dal
Tergipavimento.
- Nel caso che il pavimento fosse molto sporco può
essere necessario effettuare una doppia pulitura.
Nella prima fase verrà effettuata una passata con le
spazzole abbassate, ma senza aspirare il liquido tra-
mite il tergipavimento; la soluzione detergente verrà
lasciata sul pavimento per il tempo necessario a scio-
gliere lo sporco, per essere poi raccolta tramite una
seconda passata della macchina. Naturalmente que-
sta seconda azione di pulitura verrà effettuata con le

5.3.d - FINE LAVAGGIO E SPEGNIMENTO
Alla fine del lavaggio eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
- Sollevare la testata spazzole agendo sull’interruttore (1).
NOTA: non è necessario chiudere la
regolazione della portata acqua poichè la mac-
china è equipaggiata con un’elettrovalvola che
blocca il flusso automaticamente.
- Procedere con la trazione e l’aspiratore inserito fino
ad aspirare tutto il liquido presente sul pavimento.
- Fermarsi, rilasciando il pedale acceleratore (2) e la-
sciare in funzione l’aspiratore qualche secondo per
aspirare completamente il liquido contenuto nel tubo
di aspirazione; quindi spegnere l’aspiratore tramite
l’interruttore (3).
NOTA: Se la rotazione delle spazzole e l’aspi-
razione sono state avviate tramite l’interruttore (5) fer-
mare queste funzioni ripremendo l’interruttore (5).
- Spegnere la macchina posizionando l’interruttore a
chiave (4) su “0”.

Uso - Use
- Water dosing shall be such as to make sure the
surface is sufficiently damp, without producing sprin-
kles, streams or overflowing from the squeegee unit.
- In case of a very dirty floor, a double cleaning opera-
tion is required.
During the first phase, one cleaning operation is car-
ried out, with brooms lowered, but without sucking
the fluid in by means of the squeegee unit; the clean-
ing solution is left on the floor for the time required to
dissolve dirt, to be then collected by means of a sec-
ond cleaning operation. This second cleaning opera-
tion is obviously carried with working brooms in low-
ered position, the squeegee unit touching the floor
and the suction unit turned on.

5.3.d - END OF WASHING AND SWITCHING OFF
At the end of the washing phase, carry out the following operations:
- Lift the brooms head acting on the switch (1).
NOTE: closing of water flow rate is not
required as the machine is equipped with a
solenoid valve blocking the flowrate
automatically.
- Continue with traction and suction unit enabled until
all the fluid on the floor has been sucked in.
- Stop, releasing the accelerator pedal (2) and leav-
ing the suction unit on for some seconds to com-
pletely suck in the fluid contained in the suction hose;
then turn off the suction unit by means of the switch
(3).
NOTE: If brooms rotation and suction have
been starter through the switch (5) stop these
functions pressing the switch (5) again.
- Turn off the machine by setting the key switch (4) to
“0”.

5.4 - REGOLAZIONI
5.4.a - REGOLAZIONE DEL TERGIPAVIMENTO
Per una perfetta asciugatura del pavimento è essenzia-
le che il tergipavimento sia perfettamente regolato.
- Per prima cosa deve essere effettuata una
regolazione dell’inclinazione agendo sul volantino (1)
di regolazione, in modo che le lame di gomma giun-
gano ad avere la giusta angolazione sul terreno per
tutta la lunghezza.
- Raggiunta l’inclinazione angolare corretta, è neces-
sario regolare la pressione agendo sul volantino (2).
- É possibile bilanciare perfettamente la pressione del-
le lame in senso trasversale, abbassando la ruota
che è dal lato della lama più schiacciato; agire sul
relativo volantino (3) e (4).
La giusta pressione si ha quando lo spigolo della
lama posteriore tocca il pavimento con un’inclina-
zione di 60/45° circa; se la pressione è eccessiva la
lama posteriore tocca il suolo con la superficie late-
rale e non con lo spigolo, se è poca lo spigolo non
lavora bene e perde acqua lasciando sul pavimento
delle zone umide.
NOTA: La regolazione ottimale del
tergipavimento sarà indicata da una perfetta asciugatura
del pavimento. E’ importante ricordare, però, che spes-
so l’asciugatura viene influenzata da un cattivo funzio-
namento dell’impianto di aspirazione.
Se ciò si dovesse verificare è necessario:
• Pulire perfettamente le tubazioni di aspirazione,
gli ingressi e il tergipavimento.
• Controllare il funzionamento del motore di aspi-
razione.

5.4 - ADJUSTMENTS
5.4.a - SQUEEGEE UNIT ADJUSTMENT
For a correct floor drying, the squeegee unit shall be
perfectly set.
- Firstly, set the inclination acting on the adjustment
handwheel (1), so that the rubber blades reach the
right angle on the ground throughout the whole
length.
- Once the correct angular inclination has been
reached, pressure shall be adjusted acting on the
handwheel (2).
- The blades pressure can be transversally balanced
by lowering the wheel on the blade lowest side; act
on the relative handwheels (3) and (4).
The right pressure is obtained when the rear blade
edge touches the ground with a 60/45° inclination; if
the pressure is excessive, the rear blade touches
the ground with the side part and not with the edge;
if it is insufficient, the edge does not work correctly
and leaks water leaving damp areas on the floor.
NOTE: The ideal squeegee unit adjustment is
indicated by a perfect floor drying. It is important to bear
in mind that, drying is often affected by a malfunctioning
of the suction system.
In this case, comply with the following:
• Perfectly clean the suction hoses, infeed points
and the squeegee unit.
• Check the suction motor operation.

• Controllare che l’apertura di ispezione del ser-
batoio sia ben chiusa.
• Pulire perfettamente il filtro del motore di aspira-
zione.
Per le operazioni di pulizia indicate sopra attenersi
a quanto riportato nel capitolo “6” del presente
manuale.
5.4.b - REGOLAZIONE BANDELLE LATERALI
Se si nota un trafilamento di acqua lateralmente al grup-
po spazzole, è necessario regolare la bandella laterale
dove si verifica il trafilamento.
- Per la regolazione della bandella (1) agire sul volan-
tino (2), per aumentare la pressione sul pavimento
ruotare il volantino in senso orario, viceversa si dimi-
nuisce.
- La regolazione ottimale è quella indicata in figura “A”,
la bandella deve lavorare con lo spigolo interno che
appoggia sul pavimento.

5.4.b - RUBBER BLADE UNIT ADJUSTMENT
If water overflowing to the side of the brooms assembly
is detected, adjust the rubber blade where overflowing
is detected.
- For the adjustment of the rubber blade unit (1), act
on the handwheel (2) to increase the pressure on
the floor, turn the handwheel clockwise; viceversa to
decrease it.
- The ideal adjustment is shown by the figure “A”, the
rubber blade shall work with the inner edge leaning
on the floor.

5.5 - COLLEGAMENTO CANAL-
JET (OPT)
- Il sistema Canal-Jet permette, tramite l’apposita lan-
cia (1) di pulire dove la macchina non riesce ad arri-
vare come ad esempio negli angoli ecc...
Per il montaggio agire come segue:
- Spegnere la macchina come indicato nel paragrafo
spegnimento.
- Staccare il tubo (2) di aspirazione del tergipavimento
dal raccordo (3).
- Inserire il tubo (4) della lancia nel raccordo di aspira-
zione (3) e il relativo tubetto (5) dell’acqua.
- Avviare la macchina come indicato nel paragrafo
“Funzionamento”.
- Premere il pulsante (6) per avviare l’aspirazione.
- Regolare la portata d’acqua tramite il potenziometro
(7).
- Erogare l’acqua di lavaggio tramite il pulsante (8)
della lancia (1), lavare la zona interessata e control-
lare che la lancia aspiri completamente l’acqua la-
sciando il pavimento asciutto.

5.5 - CANAL- JET CONNECTION
(OPT)
- The Canal-Jet system, by means of the specific
nozzle (1), allows for cleaning areas that cannot be
reached by the machine, such as corners, etc....
For assembly, comply with the following:
- Turn off the machine, as indicated in the paragraph
on switching off.
- Detach the squeegee unit suction hose (2) from the
union (3).
- Insert the hose (4) of the nozzle into the suction un-
ion (3) and the relative water hose (5).
- Start the machine as indicated in the paragraph “Op-
eration”.
- Push the button (6) to start suction.
- Adjust the water flowrate by means of the
potentiometer (7).
- Supply water for washing by means of the nozzle (1)
button (8), wash the area and make sure the nozzle
completely sucks the water in, leaving the floor dry.

5.7 - CARICA BATTERIA
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
La carica della batteria deve essere effettuata in lo-
cali conformi alle norme specifiche in materia.
NOTA:
Per le modalità di carica, di controllo livelli, ecc...
fare riferimento al manuale della batteria e al ma-
nuale del caricabatteria utilizzato, accertandosi della
tensione erogata.
NOTA:
Per le avvertenze di sicurezza attenersi a quanto
descritto nel manuale della batteria e a quanto pre-
scritto nel “capitolo 1” e nel “capitolo 2”.
- Parcheggiare la macchina nei pressi del
caricabatteria spegnerla e tirare il freno a mano.
- Sollevare il cofano (1) ribaltando il sedile.
- Sganciare la presa (2) dalla spina (3).
- Se le batterie non sono previste di rabbocco centra-
lizzato, rimuovere i tappi degli elementi.
- Collegare la presa (2) al caricabatterie per iniziare la
carica.
- Il carica batterie deve essere del tipo automatico con
carica finale equalizzatrice. Il tempo di ricarica totale è
di max. 12 ore. Alla fine, se la ricarica è ben avvenuta,
mediante un densimetro si deve misurare su ciascun
elemento un valore di 1,28.
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
Le operazioni di carica della batteria devono essere
effettuate con il cofano (1) aperto.

5.7 - BATTERY CHARGE
CAUTION DANGER:
The battery has to be charged inside rooms
complying with specific standards.
NOTE:
For charge, level control modes etc, refer to the
battery manual and the battery charger manual,
checking the supplied voltage.
NOTE:
For instructions on safety, comply with the battery
manual and with the instructions outlined in “chap-
ter 1” and “chapter 2”.
- Park the machine near the battery charger, stop it
and pull the hand brake.
- Lift the case (1) tilting the seat.
- Release the outlet (2) from the pin (3).
- If batteries do not include centralized topping, remove
the element caps.
- Connect the outlet (2) to the battery charger to start
charging.
- The battery charger shall be of automatic type with final
equalizing charge. The total recharge time is of 12 hours
max. Once the operation has been completed, if recharge
has been carried out correctly, a value of 1,28 shall be
measured on each item by means of a densimeter.
CAUTION DANGER:
Recharge operations shall be carried out with the
case (1) open.

Manutenzione - Maintenance
6.1 - OPERAZIONI DI
MANUTENZIONE
È buona norma effettuare secondo la tabella riportata
di seguito le operazioni di manutenzione per mantene-
re in buono stato la macchina.
Oltre alle operazioni di manutenzione descritte in questo ca-
pitolo ci sono altre operazioni che devono essere effettuate
da personale tecnico specializzato della rete di vendita. Con-
sigliamo di rivolgersi alla rete di vendita per concordare un
contratto di manutenzione adatto per la macchina.
Le operazioni di manutenzione si suddividono in due tipi:
MANUTENZIONE SECONDO NECESSITÀ.
MANUTENZIONE PROGRAMMATA.
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
Le operazioni di manutenzione devono essere ef-
fettuate da personale tecnico qualificato e autoriz-
zato dal costruttore. Operare sempre in sicurezza
secondo le norme vigenti osservando le regole di
sicurezza per la movimentazione dei materiali di
esercizio e le norme indicate nei capitoli “1” e “2”.
6.1.a - OPERAZIONI PRELIMINARI ALLA MANUTENZIONE
Prima di effettuare le operazioni di manutenzione agire
come segue:
- Posizionare la macchina su una superficie piana ed assicu-
rarsi che non ci possano essere spostamenti accidentali.
- Inserire il freno di stazionamento.
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
- Durante la pulizia e la manutenzione della mac-
china o la sostituzione di parti si deve spegnere
il motore, togliere la chiave d’accensione e
sconnettere la batteria.
- Indossare indumenti e mezzi di protezione indi-
viduali in accordo alle norme vigenti.
AVVERTENZA:
Nelle operazioni di pulizia e di lavaggio non usare de-
tergenti aggressivi, acidi, liscivie, ecc. e prestare par-
ticolare attenzione alle parti elettriche e del motore.
Attenersi alle istruzioni del produttore di detergenti.
La macchina non può essere pulita con getto d’acqua.
NOTA:
Per qualsiasi manutenzione, revisione, riparazione,
impiegare personale specializzato o rivolgersi ad
una Officina Specializzata.
Usare solo pezzi di ricambio collaudati ed autoriz-
zati dal Costruttore.
Rispettare le norme vigenti per lo smaltimento delle
batterie esauste.
INTERVENTI SULL’ IMPIANTO ELETTRICO
Gli interventi sull’ impianto elettrico possono essere ese-
guiti solo da ELETTRICISTI SPECIALIZZATI, istruiti sul-
le caratteristiche elettriche della macchina e sulle
normative antinfortunistiche.

6.1 - MAINTENANCE
It is important to perform the maintenance operations
described in the table in order to keep the machine in
good condition.
Apart from the maintenance operations described in this
chapter there are other operations that have to be
performed by specialized personnel. We suggest that
you contact the sales department to sign a maintenance
agreement specific for your machine.
Maintenance operations are of two types:
NEEDED MAINTENANCE.
PLANNED MAINTENANCE.
CAUTION DANGER:
All maintenance operations have to be carried out
by qualified technicians authorized by the
manufacturer. Always comply with the safety rules
for operation material handling and with the
standards indicated in chapter “1” and “2”.
6.1.a - MAINTENANCE PRELIMINARY ACTIONS
Prior to servicing, act in the following way:
- Place the machine on a flat surface and make sure
that no accidental movement can take place.
- Pull the parking brake.
CAUTION DANGER:
- During machine cleaning and maintenance, or
replacement of machine parts, the engine shall
be turned off, the ignition key removed and the
battery disconnected.
- Wear personal protective equipment and clothes,
in compliance with the laws in force.
WARNING:
For cleaning and washing operations do not use ag-
gressive or acid cleansers and pay special attention
to electric parts and to the engine.
Comply with the cleanser manufacturer instructions.
Do not use water jets to clean the machine.
NOTE:
For any maintenance, overhaul and repair operation,
employ specialized personnel or contact a
Specialized Garage.
Use exclusively spare parts tested and authorized
by the manufacturer.
Comply with the laws in force concerning depleted
batteries disposal.
INTERVENTIONS ON THE ELECTRIC SYSTEM
Interventions on the electric systm have to be carried
out by SKILLED ELECTRICIANS duly trained on the
electric features of the machine and aware of accident-
prevention rules.

6.2 - MANUTENZIONE
SECONDO NECESSITÀ’
Le manutenzioni secondo necessità sono quelle opera-
zioni che si effettuano quando la macchina ha bisogno
di pulizia e quando qualche componente si usura o non
funziona, ad esempio, sostituzione di una lampadina,
sostituzione lame raschianti, ecc..
6.2.a - PULIZIA DELLA MACCHINA
La pulizia della macchina dipende dall’impiego e dal luo-
go di lavoro.
In caso la macchina venisse a contatto con elementi
fortemente aggressivi quali acqua salata, fertilizzanti,
prodotti chimici, ecc. occorre eseguire una pulizia più
accurata possibile.
Adoperare preferibilmente aria compressa e detergenti
a freddo per le zone: Motore elettrico, cruscotto, evitan-
do in ogni caso l’utilizzo di acqua.
AVVERTENZA:
NON usare solventi e benzine che potrebbero dan-
neggiare le parti elettriche e le parti in plastica.
6.2.b - SCARICO SERBATOIO ACQUA DI LAVAGGIO
- Posizionare la macchina in modo che il tubo (1) sia
in corrispondenza di un tombino di scarico.
- Quando è necessario scaricare la vasca; abbassare
il tubo (1) di scarico e togliere il tappo (2).
- Dopo aver scaricato completamente la vasca rimon-
tare il tappo (2) e riposizionare il tubo (1).

6.2 - NEEDED MAINTENANCE
Maintenance in relation to the needs refers to those op-
erations to be carried out when the machine requires
cleaning and when a component is worn out or does
not work, for instance replacement of a lamp, replace-
ment of rubber blades, etc..
6.2.a - MACHINE CLEANING
Machine cleaning depends on its use and on the work
place.
In case the machine comes in contact with highly ag-
gressive elements, such as salty water, fertilizers, chemi-
cal products, etc., cleaning shall be carried out as accu-
rately as possible.
Preferably use compressed air and cold detergents for:
electric motor, dashboard, avoiding to use water in any
case.
WARNING:
DO NOT use any solvent and gasoline which could
damage the electric and plastic parts.
6.2.b - WASHING WATER TANK UNLOADING
- Position the machine so that the hose (1) is close to
a sewer.
- When needed, unload the tank; lower the discharge
hose (1) and remove the plug (2).
- Once the tank has been completed unloaded, reas-
semble the plug (2) and reposition the hose (1).

6.2.c - SOSTITUZIONE DELLA/E BATTERIE 6.2.c - BATTERY/IES REPLACEMENT

Spegnere la macchina ed effettuare le operazioni preli-
minari alla manutenzione.
- Sollevare il cofano superiore (1) e togliere il sedile
(2).
- Staccare la spina (3) della/e batterie e appoggiarla
sulle batterie stesse.
- Sganciare il fermo (4) e spostarlo verso “A”.
Batterie in serie
- Scollegare i cavi elettrici che collegano le batterie.
- Sollevare le batterie e sostituirle, collegarle in serie
come indicato nel capitolo “5”.
Cassonetto batteria
- Svitare i due pomelli (5) e togliere il pannello (6),
prima spostandolo in avanti (Av) e poi sollevandolo
(S).
- Sollevare la batteria con una gru o paranco
dimensionata al peso della batteria.
Turn off the machine and carry out the maintenance pre-
liminary operation.
- Lift the upper case (1) and remove the seat (2).
- Detach the battery’s/ies’ plug (3) and place it on the
batteries themselves.
- Release the stop (4) and move it towards “A”.
Batteries connected in series
- Disconnect the electric cables connecting the batteries.
- Lift the batteries and replace them, connect them in
series as indicated in chapter “5”.
Battery box
- Unscrew the two handles (5) and remove the cover
(6) before moving it forward (Av) and then lift it (S).
- Lift the battery by means of a suitable crane or hoist
in relation to the battery weight.

AVVERTENZA:
Per il sollevamento della batteria NON utilizzare funi
metalliche.
- Rimontare il tutto procedendo in senso inverso fa-
cendo attenzione a riagganciare correttamente nel-
la propria sede il fermo (4).
WARNING:
For battery lifting, DO NOT use metal cables.
- Reassemble in reverse order, paying attention to
correctly hooking the stop (4) back into its seat.

6.2.d - SOSTITUZIONE SPAZZOLE H715 - H815
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
Le spazzole possono essere toccate solo con la
macchina spenta e con l’ausilio di guanti di prote-
zione al fine di evitare lesioni causate da detriti ta-
glienti eventualmente presenti tra le setole.
Le spazzole devono essere sostituite quando la lunghez-
za delle setole è inferiore a 20 mm.
Per eseguire tale operazione, svolgere le seguenti fasi:
- Sollevare manualmente dal pavimento la bandella
laterale (1) fino ad agganciarla nell’apposito perno
(4).
- Ruotare a mano la spazzola fino a quando non risul-
ta visibile la molla di fermo (2).
- Sganciare la spazzola (3) stringendo la molla di fer-
mo (2).
- Sostituire con una spazzola nuova, prestando atten-
zione a riporla in posizione corretta e bloccarla con
la molla di fermo (2).
- Sganciare il perno (4) ed abbassare la bandella.

6.2.d - H715 - H815 BROOMS REPLACEMENT
CAUTION DANGER:
Brooms can be touched exclusively when the ma-
chine is turned off and with protective gloves, with
a view to avoiding injuries caused by sharp debris
that might be present among the bristles.
Brooms shall be replaced when the bristles length is
lower than 20 mm.
For this operation, comply with the following:
- Manually lift the rubber blade (1) from the ground
until hooking it to the pin (4).
.
- Manually turn the broom until the stop spring (2) is
visible.
- Unhook the broom (3) by tightening the stop spring
(2).
- Replace it with a new broom, paying attention to bring
it back to the correct position and block it with the
stop spring (2).
- Unhook the pin (4) and lower the rubber blade.

6.2.e -SOSTITUZIONE SPAZZOLE H715R
NOTA: l’operazione di sostituzione spazzole
deve essere effettuata dalla parte destra della macchi-
na.
Le spazzole devono essere sostituite quando la lunghez-
za delle setole è inferiore a 20 mm.
Per eseguire tale operazione svolgere le seguenti fasi:
- Sganciare il fermo (1) ruotandolo di 1/4 di giro in sen-
so antiorario e aprire la bandella laterale (2).
- Svitare le tre viti (3) e rimuovere il coperchio (4).
- Estrarre le spazzole (5) e sostituirle facendo atten-
zione nel rimontaggio di ruotare alternativamente la
spazzola fino ad inserire correttamente le gole della
spazzola con i denti dei perni.
- Rimontare il tutto procedendo in senso inverso.

6.2.e - REPLACEMENT OF BROOMS H715R
NOTE: brooms replacement has to be carried
out from the right side of the machine.
Brooms have to be replaced when the length of bristles
is lower than 20 mm.
This operation includes the following steps:
- Unhook the stop (1) by rotating it of a quarter of turn
counter-clockwise and open the rubber blade (2).
- Unscrew the three screws (3) and remove the cover (4).
- Extract brooms (5) and replace them: while
remounting them rotate the broom alternatively to fit
correctly the broom grooves into the pin teeth.
- To reassemble follow the same procedure in the
opposite sequence.

6.2.f - SOSTITUZIONE BANDELLE LATERALI 6.2.f - RUBBER BLADES REPLACEMENT

- Svitare le viti (1) che bloccano la bandella (2).
- Sostituire la bandella (2) e riavvitare le viti (1) con le
piastrine (3).
- Effettuare la regolazione della pressione agendo sul
volantino (4) come indicato nel capitolo 5.
- Unscrew the screws (1) that block the rubber blade (2).
- Replace the rubber blade (2) and screw the screws
(1) with the plates (3).
- Adjust the pressure acting on the handwheel (4) as
indicated in chapter 5.

6.2.g - SOSTITUZIONE LAME RASCHIANTI
- Allentare i volantini (1) e smontare il gruppo
tergipavimento (2).
- Posizionare il tergipavimento al banco e allentare i
volantini (3) per togliere la bandella (4) blocca gom-
ma posteriore.
- Togliere la gomma posteriore (5) e sostituirla o ca-
povolgerla.
- Allentare i pomelli (6) per estrarre la gomma anterio-
re (7); sostituirla o capovolgerla.
NOTA: le gomme raschianti sono simmetri-
che, possono essere capovolte e utilizzate da entrambi
i lati prima di essere gettate.
Durante il montaggio porre attenzione per far comba-
ciare i fori (8) sulle lame di gomma con i perni (9) posti
sul gruppo tergipavimento.
Dopo aver montato le nuove lame raschianti, per rimon-
tare il tutto agire come segue:
- Rimontare la bandella (4) blocca gomma posteriore
(5); avvitare i volantini (3) tendendo leggermente,
quindi avvitare i volantini (6) fino a finecorsa.
Serrare i volantini (3).
- Rimontare il gruppo tergipavimento e avvitare i rela-
tivi volantini (1).

6.2.g - RUBBER BLADES REPLACEMENT
- Slacken the handwheels (1) and reassemble the
squeegee unit (2).
- Position the squeegee unit on the bench and slacken
the handwheels (3) to remove the plate (4) that block
the rear rubber blade.
- Remove the rear rubber blade (5) and replace it or
turn it upside down.
- Slacken the handles (6) to extract the front rubber
blade (7); replace it or turn it upside down.
NOTE: rubber blades are symmetrical; they
can be turned upside down and used on both sides
before throwing them away.
During assembly, make sure the holes (8) on the rub-
ber blades perfectly fit with the pins (9) placed on squee-
gee unit.
After reassembling the new rubber blades, to reassem-
ble the whole equipment comply with the following:
- Reassemble the rear rubber blade (4) support plate
(5); screw the handwheels (3) slightly tensioning; than
screw the handwheels (6) until end of stroke.
Tighten the handwheels (3).
- Reassemble the squeegee unit and screw the
handwheels (1).

6.2.h - SOSTITUZIONE LAMPADE 6.2.h - LAMP REPLACEMENT

Prima di procedere alla sostituzione di una lampada
occorre verificare che il relativo fusibile sia integro ( vedi
paragrafo “Sostituzione fusibili”).
Procedere alla sostituzione della lampada con una aven-
te le stesse caratteristiche.
Before replacing the lamp, you need to check that the
relevant fuse is ok (see paragraph “Fuse replacement”).
Replace the lamp with another one having the same
characteristics.

- Spingere leggermente e ruotare la lampada (3) bru-
ciata per estrarla dall’incastro a baionetta, quindi so-
stituirla.
- Remove the front panel (1) unscrewing the relative
screws (2).
- Slightly push and turn the burnt lamp (3) to extract it
from the bayonet joint; then replace it.

Lampada girofaro Beacon lamp

- Svitare le viti (1) e sollevare la calotta trasparente
(2).
- Spingere leggermente e ruotare la lampada (3) bru-
ciata per estrarla dall’incastro a baionetta, quindi so-
stituirla.
- Rimontare la calotta (2) facendo attenzione a posi-
zionare correttamente la guarnizione.
- Unscrew the screws (1) and lift the transparent cover
(2).
- Slightly push and rotate the blown lamp (3) to remove
it from the bayonet joint, then replace it.
- Put back the cover (2) and place the gasket carefully.

Daily clean the filter drawer positioned on the brooms
unit.
- Unhook the stop (1) by rotating it of a quarter of turn
counter-clockwise and open the rubber blade (2).
- Extract the filter (3) and wash with water.
- Reassemble following the opposite sequence.

- Posizionare la macchina in modo che lo scarico va-
sca sia posizionato sopra un tombino.
- Controllare che il serbatoio sia vuoto, se non lo è
svuotarlo come indicato nel relativo paragrafo.
- Svitare la ghiera (1) e togliere il tubo (2).
- Sollevare il coperchio (4) e lavare con una canna
l’interno del sebatoio.
- Inserire una mano all’interno del serbatoio e svitare
il filtro (3).
- Lavare il filtro con acqua corrente e rimontare il tutto
procedendo in senso inverso.
NOTA: se il filtro (3) si presenta molto sporco
o rovinato è necessario sostituirlo.
6.3.d - PULIZIA FILTRO E SERBATOIO ACQUA
RICICLO/RECUPERO
NOTA: Il filtro (6) è presente solo se è installa-
to il sistema Canal-Jet (opt).
- Posizionare la macchina in modo che lo scarico va-
sca sia posizionato sopra un tombino.
- Controllare che il serbatoio sia vuoto, se non lo è
svuotarlo come indicato nel relativo paragrafo.
- Svitare la ghiera (4) e togliere il tubo (5).
- Sollevare il coperchio (4) e lavare con una canna
l’interno del serbatoio.
- Inserire una mano all’interno del serbatoio e svitare
il filtro (6).
- Smontare il filtro (6) svitando la vite (7) e lavarlo con
acqua corrente.
- Rimontare il tutto procedendo in senso inverso.

6.3.c - CLEAN WATER FILTER AND TANK CLEANING
- Position the machine so that the tank drain is over a
sewer.
- Make sure the tank is empty; otherwise unload the
tank as indicated in the specific paragraph.
- Unscrew the ring nut (1) and remove the hose (2).
- Lift the cover (4) and wash the inner part of the tank
with a nozzle.
- Place a hand within the tank and unscrew the filter
(3).
- Wash the filter with current water and reassemble in
reverse order.
NOTE: in case of very dirty or damaged filter
(3) it shall be replaced.
6.3.d - RECYCLE/RECOVERY WATER TANK AND
FILTER CLEANING
NOTE: The filter (6) is present only if the Canal-
Jet system (opt) is installed.
- Position the machine so that the tank drain is over a

AVVERTENZA:
Prima di sostituire il fusibile eliminare la causa che

6.3.h - CONTROLLO STATO USURA CINGHIE H715R
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO:
Questa operazione deve essere eseguita dal tecni-
co aziendale.
Cinghia destra
- Sganciare il fermo (1) ruotandolo di 1/4 di giro in sen-
so antiorario e aprire la bandella laterale destra (2).
- Svitare i tre dadi ciechi (3) e togliere il carter (4) per
accedere alla cinghia (5).
- Controllare lo stato di usura della cinghia (5), se pre-
senta delle sfilacciature o abrasioni è necessario so-
stituirla. Per l’operazione di sostituzione chiamare il
servizio di assistenza tecnica.
- Rimontare il tutto procedenso in senso inverso.
Cinghia sinistra
- Svitare i quattro dadi ciechi (6) e togliere il carter (7)
comprensivo della bandella laterale.
- Controllare lo stato di usura delle cinghie (8) e (9),
se presentano delle sfilacciature o abrasioni è ne-
cessario sostituirle. Per l’operazione di sostituzione
chiamare il servizio di assistenza tecnica.
- Rimontare il tutto procedenso in senso inverso.

CAUTION DANGER:
This operation has to be performed by the
company’s technician.
Right belt
- Unhook the stop (1) by rotating it of a quarter of turn
counter-clockwise and open the right rubber blade (2).
- Unscrew the three blind nuts (3) and remove the
casing (4) to access the belt (5).
- Check the belt wear (5), in case it is worn out replace
it.
For the belt replacement apply to the technical
service.
- Reassemble by following the opposite sequence.
Left belt
- Unscrew the four blind nuts (6) and remove the casing
(7) rubber blade included.
- Check the belt (8) and (9) wear in case they are worn
out replace them. For the belt replacement apply to
the technical service.
- Reassemble by following the opposite sequence.
