1. PREMESSE – BACKGROUND
1.1 IT: COME LEGGERE ED UTILIZZARE IL MANUALE
EN: HOW TO READ AND USE THE MANUAL
IT: Il manuale di istruzioni è una parte integrante della macchina, un componente di sicurezza
della massima importanza: la macchina non può essere comprata, venduta o messa in servizio
se non è accompagnata dal manuale.
Deve essere conservato con cura perché deve accompagnare la macchina per tutto il suo ciclo
di vita.
Deve essere aggiornato in caso di modifiche della macchina.
Deve essere letto da tutti coloro che hanno a che fare con la macchina (operatori, manutentori,
installatori, ecc..).
Negli allegati sono contenuti gli schemi elettrici ed eventuale altra documentazione alla quale
faccia riferimento il manuale.
Operazioni non previste nel manuale si intendono di competenza dei tecnici del costruttore, e
non debbono essere eseguite dal cliente.
Le note evidenziate dai triangoli di PERICOLO indicano situazioni di pericolo o situazioni che
possono causare danni alla macchina o al personale.

utmost importance: the machine can not be bought, sold or put into service unless it is
accompanied by the manual.

puntalini di trasporto prodotti, i nastri di trasporto e tutto quanto indicato nella distinta fornita
di parti di ricambio. Se non in possesso della suddetta è possibile richiederla ai numeri sopra
indicati.
Non sono coperti da garanzia interventi o registrazioni eseguite in maniera errata da parte del
Cliente che pregiudichino la sicurezza degli operatori e danneggino in qualche modo parti della
macchina.
Non sono coperti da garanzia i danni provocati da negligenza del Cliente o dei suoi operatori
così come i danni provocati da regolazioni eseguite senza una adeguata preparazione tecnica.
Ogni intervento non autorizzato, fa decadere la garanzia; parimenti la garanzia decade se non
vengono seguite le indicazioni relative alla manutenzione periodica ed alle procedure di
intervento indicate nell’apposito capitolo dedicato nel presente manuale.

mancate sigillature. E’ compito del Cliente ricercare quindi la migliore mescola di materiale per
favorire il lavoro della macchina acquistata.

IT: La presente sezione indica i punti in cui è possibile il sollevamento per poter movimentare
la macchina.
La macchina viene imballata tutta assemblata e avvolta con rivestimento plastico protettivo.
Nei casi in cui si ritenga necessario o in caso di trasporti oltremare vengono inseriti nell’imballo
dei sacchetti di gel di silice in grado di assorbire l’umidità che danneggerebbe i componenti.
Per i trasporti più lunghi è previsto un ulteriore imballo su pedana o in cassa di legno.

The machine is packed all assembled and wrapped with protective plastic coating. In cases

IT: Il carico e scarico della macchina dai mezzi di trasporto, così come gli eventuali trasporti o
spostamenti dovranno avvenire come indicato.
Solo se tutti i piedini toccano terra e le ruote (opzionali) sono libere, scaricare il peso della
macchina dal mezzo di sollevamento.
Dopo ogni sollevamento verificare che la macchina venga depositata su fondi rigidi, lineari,

4.2 IT: SPOSTAMENTO

IT: Per lo spostamento all’interno dello stabilimento osservare tutte le norme elencate in
questo capitolo.
Qualora invece la confezionatrice fosse dotata delle ruote opzionali, è necessario osservare le
seguenti precauzioni:
1: Avvicinare la macchina al pavimento e verificare che vadano a contatto con esso solo
i piedini di appoggio. Le ruote non devono toccare il pavimento e, per verificare ciò,
muovere manualmente tutte le ruote facendole ruotare sul loro asse verticale.
2: A questo punto verificare che la confezionatrice risulti in piano verificando con una
bolla. Se non lo fosse, registrare i piedini anteriori e posteriori agendo con una chiave
esagonale sugli appositi intagli ricavati nel filetto di questi ultimi dopo aver allentato i
dadi di bloccaggio . Al termine delle regolazioni bloccare nuovamente i dadi di
bloccaggio
3:Il trasporto della confezionatrice all’interno dello stabilimento dovrà invece avvenire
seguendo le seguenti operazioni:
 A: Verificare che il pavimento del tratto di strada da compiere sia liscio, stabile,
privo di avvallamenti, privo di ghiaia e che in tutti i tratti possa sopportare il
peso della confezionatrice senza cedimenti o flessioni.
 B: Avvitare i piedini eseguendo un giro di filetto di ogni piedino e procedendo in
senso antiorario, in modo da avvicinare la macchina al terreno in maniera
uniforme.

 C: Avvitare i piedini in modo che al di sotto vi sia circa 4/5 centimetri di luce.
 Inforcare la macchina come figurato al punto 4.1, procedendo a velocità molto
ridotte.Per questa fase è consigliato l’utilizzo di calzature antinfortunistiche e
robusti guanti da lavoro.

IT: Una volta trasportata in un posto coperto:

 Liberare la confezionatrice dall’imballo originale utilizzando utensili che non danneggino
il macchinario, la sua verniciatura o parte di esso.
 Se si utilizzano taglierini o coltelli, fare attenzione a non danneggiare la verniciatura, le
protezioni trasparenti o qualunque altra parte della confezionatrice.
 Rimuovere gli eventuali sacchetti di gel di silice.
 Nel caso la macchina risulti umida o bagnata, asciugarla immediatamente.
 Non disperdere nell’ambiente i materiali di imballo. Smaltirli secondo le normative
vigenti.
 Pulire la confezionatrice in ogni sua parte utilizzando un panno morbido imbevuto di un
blando detersivo o utilizzando un prodotto multiuso per le pulizie domestiche.
 Accertarsi che tutte le parti della macchina siano nelle condizioni d’origine.
 Aprire le porte posteriori della macchina e controllare se vi sono posizionati all’interno
eventuali accessori o ricambi. In tal caso rimuoverli, disimballarli con attenzione e riporli
in luogo sicuro e di facile accesso agli operatori addetti all’utilizzo o alla manutenzione.
 Nel caso in cui si utilizzi la macchine per il confezionamento di prodotti alimentari, si
consiglia, prima dell’avviamento di lavare e disinfettare tutte le parti in acciaio inox
mediante appositi detergenti purché non corrosivi, alcolici o abrasivi.

6.1 IT: CONNESSIONE ED ACCENSIONE DELLA MACCHINA

IT: Una volta posizionata la macchina, accertarsi di avere a disposizione una presa di corrente
da 220Vac e portata 16A di tipo industriale (di colore blu), con buona connessione a terra e
protetta da interruttore differenziale magnetotermico opportunamente dimensionato.

7. APERTURA DEL CARTER - OPENING SAFATY CARTER
IT: Aprendo il carter in modalità “START”, la macchina si arresterà immediatamente in stato di

emergenza. Il display a sfioramento ne indicherà lo stato e sarà in questo caso necessario
resettare la macchina mediante il pulsante di RESET BLU.
E’ consigliato pertanto aprire il carter solamente in modalità “STOP”.
Questo funzionamento consente il caricamento del film in fase di inizio produzione oppure per
eliminare eventuali inceppamenti.

10.1 IT: MONTAGGIO E REGOLAZIONE DELLA BOBINA DI PELLICOLA

IT: La macchina è attrezzata con un mandrino a coni per inseriemento della pellicola.
NOTA: Il diametro massimo consigliato della bobina di pellicola é di 350 mm e il diametro
massimo nell'anima interna é 3" (76 mm).
La larghezza massima della pellicola è di 600 mm.
Per azionare la chiusura del mandrino è a disposizione un pulsante F1 sul pannello HMI (fig.10)

Ricorda di oliare periodicamente gli ingranaggi in metallo e mantenere regolarmente puliti gli

11.1 IT: MANUTENZIONE E REGOLAZIONE TAGLIA/CUCI E LAME

Con una chiave a brugola mm 8 ruotando in senso antiorario le viti, poste sul coperchio della
testata del gruppo di saldatura trasversale, si diminuisce la pressione alle molle del gruppo
(fig. Y rif. 1). Agendo in senso orario sulle viti, avremo di conseguenza un aumento della
pressione.

Durante operazione non è necessario serrare i due grani in modo "forte" ma solo serrarli in
maniera leggera con una chiave esagonale.
Quando la macchina è a temperatura variabile dai 110 gradi ai 120 gradi e con il film
idoneo è possibile iniziare la regolazione eseguendo il ciclo macchina.
Così facendo si può iniziare a regolare i grani fig..4,5,6,7,8 allentando i dadi con una
chiave esagonale e successivamente avvitando i grani con una chiave a brucola.
Avvitare e far fuoriuscire il coltello sulla controlama agendo sulle viti di regolazione
fig..4,5,6,7,8 tramite la chiave esagonale, partendo dal centro e compensando
lateralmente sulle viti a destra e sinistra
La regolazione deve avvenire in modo da fare un quarto di giro in senso orario facendo
attenzione a non far fuori uscire troppo la lame dalla sede.
Evitare che la lame batta o faccia un rumore troppo forte.
Non appena il taglio è netto e la lama non e rumorosa fissare i contro dadi di fissaggio in
figura 4,5,6,7,8 tenendo fermo il grano con una chiave a brucola.

13. RICOVERO DEL MACCHINARIO- MACHINE RECOVERY
IT: Assicurarsi che il macchinario risulti rigidamente appoggiato a terra.

Solo in queste condizioni è possibile eseguire eventuali manutenzioni o ricoverare l’attrezzatura
in modo adeguato.
Quando non utilizzato, il macchinario deve essere riposto in un luogo chiuso e protetto da
proiezioni di qualsiasi genere quali saldatura o molatura, e protetto dagli agenti atmosferici
Pulire e lubrificare accuratamente il macchinario prima di riporlo nel suo luogo di ricovero.
Non utilizzare solventi, alcool, benzina, ecc.
Non utilizzare detersivi o prodotti contenenti polveri abrasive.
Utilizzare SOLO un panno soffice leggermente imbevuto di una blanda soluzione detergente.
Non ricoverare il macchinario in ambienti umidi o esposti ad intemperie e precipitazioni

Inoltre, la tipologia di confezionamento ed il tipo di film utilizzato è esente da sfrido.

16. GARANZIA- WARRANTY
IT: Il venditore sì impegna a riparare tutti gli eventuali difetti di costruzione che si
manifestano durante il periodo di garanzia, fissato in 24 mesi dal momento della consegna al
compratore.
Sono escluse dalla garanzia deficienze e difetti dovuti al consumo normale di quelle parti che
sono, per loro natura, soggette a continua usura.
Al fine di potersi giovare della garanzia, il compratore dovrà attenersi all'uso corretto della
macchina come indicato nel manuale.
Per la sostituzione delle parti, il compratore dovrà utilizzare solo ricambi originali.
La garanzia decadrà qualora siano avvenute modifiche senza il consenso della ditta
fornitrice.Per tutte le rimanenti clausole vedere contratto di vendita del fornitore.
