Come esseri umani, condividiamo determinati istinti con gli animali, ma abbiamo anche la capacità di dirigere,
modellare e dare signi cato all'espressione di questi istinti. Molti degli istinti più forti trovano espressione e
rappresentazione attraverso il Triangolo inferiore dei chakra, che includono il primo, il secondo e il terzo chakra. I
correlati sici di questi chakra sono il retto, gli organi sessuali e il punto dell'ombelico.
Le disfunzioni del corpo si ri ettono nella mente e viceversa. Un grave comportamento nevrotico o un atteggiamento
autodistruttivo appariranno anche come uno squilibrio nel Triangolo inferiore. Uno dei modi più diretti per
correggere tale squilibrio è quello di stimolare sicamente i sistemi nervoso e ghiandolare al ne di alterare gli
schemi istintivi e appresi nei chakra inferiori. Una volta raggiunto questo obiettivo e raggiunto un nuovo equilibrio
energetico, quindi, attraverso l'autovalutazione analitica e la meditazione, è possibile e ettuare il cambiamento
globale nel comportamento desiderato.
Questo kriya è un esempio di tale tecnologia. Per usarlo correttamente, ricorda di focalizzare la mente su ciò che stai
facendo e vivendo durante questo kriya.

previous exercises.

Comments: These exercises open the upper spine and related nerve passages to the ow of Kundalini energy. They also
stimulate the thyroid and parathyroid glands.

8. Plow Pose
Plow Pose (1 minute to 3 minutes)
1. Continuing Breath of Fire, come into Plow Pose, by carefully
bending at the waist, dropping the legs down and touching the
pointed toes on the ground behind the head.
2. Ideally the back is straight, perpendicular to the ground. You
may interlace the ngers with the arms on the oor, pointing
away from the body.
To End
1. As you breathe, slowly and carefully stretch the legs farther away
from the torso so that you feel a mild stretch in the upper back
and neck. Then inhale deeply.
2. Exhale and relax the breath.
3. Slowly come out of the posture by releasing the spine, vertebra
by vertebra, from the top of the spine to its base. Then relax on
the back.

1. Inhale and squeeze the muscles tightly from the buttocks all the
way up the back. Mentally allow the energy to ow through the
top of the skull. Exhale and relax.
