1. Stretch Pose
Posa elastica (da 1 minuto a 3 minuti)
1. Sdraiati sulla schiena con le braccia lungo i anchi.
2. Sollevare la testa e le gambe di sei pollici e le mani di sei pollici
con i palmi rivolti l'uno verso l'altro leggermente sopra i anchi
per creare energia attraverso il Punto dell'Ombelico.
3. Punta le dita dei piedi, tieni gli occhi concentrati sulla punta dei
piedi e fai Breath of Fire.

Naso a ginocchia (1 minuto a 3 minuti)
1. Porta le ginocchia al petto, con le braccia attorno alle ginocchia.
2. Tocca il naso tra le ginocchia e inizia Breath of Fire.

3. Ego Eradicator
Ego Eradicator (1 min a 3 min)
1. Sedersi in posa Celibate o Easy Pose.
2. Alza le braccia ad un angolo di 60 gradi.
3. Arriccia la punta delle dita sui cuscinetti alla base delle dita.
4. Inserisci i pollici nel cielo.
5. Con gli occhi chiusi, concentrati sopra la testa e fai Breath of Fire.
Finire
1. Per terminare, inalare, tocca i thumbtips insieme in alto.

8. Spine Twists
Spine Twists (1 min to 3 min)
1. Still on the heels, grasp the shoulders with the ngers in front,
thumbs in back.
2. Inhale and twist to the left, exhale and twist to the right.
3. Keep the elbows high, and parallel to the oor. (Do not reverse.)

9. Elbow Lifts
Elbow Lifts (1 min to 3 min)
1. Grasp the shoulders as in the previous exercise.
2. Inhale and raise the elbows up so that the backs of the wrists
touch behind the neck.
3. Exhale and lower the elbows to shoulder height, and repeat.
