Now, what is our relaxation? Creative relaxation is physically based in the pituitary. Not in the penis or in the vagina, I mind
you. For Gods sake dont take it wrong. A penis of a male with its two testicles and the vagina and uterus of a female are just
two wholes. It has absolutely no value. If you think that it is great that I had intercourse with so and so, you didnt do a thing.
Down there it is totally physical. Absolutely! The relaxing pituitary is here. If you do not understand this you can never be
successful, youll never be happy and you can never be together. It doesnt matter who you are, what religion you belong to,

The most powerful and commanding situation is the pituitary, the sixth chakra. Next to the fifth is sixth. Fifth has a
parathyroid and it has thyroid. Both are absolutely connected with the testicles and the vagina. And its not that Im going to

thyroid and parathyroid.
Thyroid, parathyroid and pituitary are the most important centers in your entire nervous system. Their vibration, their
stimulation and their nurturing is required. How do you learn to do that? Tell me honestly. Anybody? Come on! Meditation?
Nam Japana? Nobody. By masturbation. This stimulation, here, affects the male and the female to the point. They end up
masturbating. Ninety-nine percent of the people masturbate when they are young. But everybody denies it. No, no, we dont

That was invented only because men used to masturbate so much that they were totally hopeless and useless. Religiously it was
ordered that they should be circumcised so nothing can move and they cant enjoy it.
A circumcised man may be very clean and may be religious. But he cant enjoy sex. Because there is nothing to move. With
that movement is the pituitary. It is not the penis, it is automatically the pituitary which orders the glandular system to send
the pressure and send the blood in. And the blood goes into the cells and it hardens or it hardens in the vagina. These are the

understood the chakras. Then they developed the science of it because they waned the value of life and they wanted to live.
When there was no religion, there was reality. And reality has a dimension. It has length. It has breadth. It has structure. That
was measured by Tantric.. Mental reality was measured by black Tantric. Mental projection was measured by black Tantric.
Sexual reality was measured by red Tantric. And science was understood by white Tantric. Because finally they understood, by
doing this black and red business they wasted their time. Lets get to the roots. All we want is human to be elegant, sufficient
and together. Therefore they decided that white Tantric is the only thing for a human. The rest is subsidiary knowledge which
a person should have.
Now we are talking of sexual ejaculation. Thats not true. When you yell and scream and find and dramatize thats also

ejaculation. Sometimes you are very angry, break the plates, make holes in the walls. Thats intercourse. Its a gross form.
There is another form of it. You start crying, you break up, you become a nervous wreck. All these are statements of imbalance
of one area only: the pituitary. Thats why they say, if you meditate on the tip of the nose, it locks the pituitary and the optical
nerve. You can totally command the balance of the glandular system which are the guardians of health. Thats the secret of
health.
Health has many secrets. Good food, good sleep, good exercise, good living and vacationing. But nothing matches the fact
that man can balance the first triangle. If this first triangle is balanced you can enjoy life. If it is not balanced it doesnt matter
who you are, it doesnt matter how you are, it doesnt matter what you actually mean and it doesnt matter what you actually
do. It also doesnt matter how much wealth you have. It doesnt matter how much wealth you dont have. Youll be an
unbalanced human being. Then, youll be scared to get rid of your faults and afraid of not being scared. Youll find some
people fanatically exact. Its a good quality. Caringly fanatically exact, very exact, very creative. They are scared. They are not
normal. There are some people youll see totally withdrawn. They dont want to work. They are scared. There are some people
who are outgoing, laughing, smiling and beautiful. They have a luxury life. They charm you. But they absolutely have no
depth. They are scared to be deep.
So everybody puts up efforts. The reality is lost. And without knowing your own reality, how do you know who you are?
Im not talking about religion. Im not talking of country. Im not talking of this or that. Im telling you how this life is about.
Once you are born, until your death all your life goes through its complications. First you complicate life, then you solve it,
then you complicate more, then you solve it, then you solve the complication to solve it, then you solve the complication to
solve the solution of the complication. You are the funniest creature. Thats why, whenever animals see you, they run away.
The cat is a very intelligent animal. It will never become the pet of the human, it doesnt matter who it is. Because the cat
thinks: This stupid guy?
You know, so much complication comes in life at one time you cant even sleep. You must understand the amazing principle of
Tantra, the amazing principle of this chakra. You must understand this science. Not only should you understand it, but you
should realize it. Success will come to you. And not the success which people say that you are successful. No, no, no. Thats
not success, folks. Success is when you say you are successful to yourself. Not to be appreciated by anybody, not so anybody can
appreciate you. Absolutely not. When your self esteem is self-satisfying, then you have started living. Do you understand what
Im saying?
The second chakra is also very vital. It is creative. It is the source of human life. The union of sexual organs creates the human
life. Its so important. There is nothing more important than that. You can not produce it with language. You can produce an
atmosphere, you can produce environment, you can do a lot of things. But you can not produce babies. Every baby born is the
outcome of a sexual intercourse.
I know that normally people are taught not to talk about it, not to understand it. No, no, it doesnt touch me. But everybody
does it. Its such a science which everybody does but nobody knows about. Why? We are very shy about it. We are very
unrealistic about it. We are very untruthful about it. We are very dishonest about it. Do you know why? Because we are very
guilty. We use it for the relaxation of the pituitary. Your entire sexual life will change, itll become productive, positive and
beautiful if you relax your pituitary through meditation. And you must relax it. If you think by not relaxing the pituitary you
can live your life you are crazy. There is no way out.
Action is needed there. You have two options: meditate, release the pituitary tension, stimulate the thyroid and parathyroid.
Or intercourse. With your meditation, you grow in strength. With sexual intercourse, you weaken your physical strength. And
ultimately one day a time will come when you will be alive, youll be healthy, you have all the senses but cant have sexual
intercourse. By that time, the pituitary does not need low relaxation. Sex will leave you. At that time the tragedy will happen.
You cant leave sex because you are habituated to it.
We dont teach our children meditation. We dont teach them the importance of it. We totally ruin them to concentrate.
That day in the club, when I was going on a treadmill, a young girl came, and she was next to me. The first thing she did was

to open up a big thick book and put it on the handle of the machine. I said: Excuse me, Im asking you a question. What are
you going to do? She said: Im going to read. There is no place in your house? She said: There is. I said Why are you
going to read here? She said: To keep my mind off. I said: You exercise to concentrate your mind and not take your mind
off it? What are you learning? You are learning to be insane! Number two, youll concentrate with the optical nerve, and then
you will weaken your eyesight. She said: What should I do to keep my mind off? I cant do it. I cant exercise my mind. I

life and your balance have to come in the second chakra. Does anybody know what they call it by name? Do you know the
meaning of it? Get some book on chakras, read it, understand the basics of it, so you can understand what Im saying to you.
The entire taste of life depends on this. Not in a physical sense. In the creative achievement and productive sense. Thats why
when we apply Moolbhanda, the root lock, it is the anus, the sexual area and the navel point. That is the basic triangle. Are
you going to watch it? You take that lock, staying five minutes, your blood pressure will shoot up. Not for bad reasons, for
good reasons. Spinal fluid will start rushing to the brain. Your arteries in the brain can not take it, and your body is not flexible
enough.
Learn to stimulate this area. Today, Im giving you the introduction of it. Im going to give you one small exercise, but

Whenever you are very sick, very weak, do this kriya. You can be totally different in 15 minutes.

the lotus. Lotus roots are available in China town. They are very tasty. Normally, people eat them like crazy. Orientals eat

them. Orientals can die like flies because of what they do and how much mental exertion they have. But thats part of their
food. Its part of their life. Three things: water chestnuts, lotus roots and bananas.
Bananas have many other things in them. If you ask somebody because you need potassium he will tell you to eat bananas.
There is only one thing which bananas dont contain, and thats vitamin C. Besides that everything is complete.
If you really want to do it make a dish. Ill teach you a high-potency dish. Do you know cashew nuts? Do you know bananas?
And do you know water chestnuts? Put those three together and fry them with olive oil. And add herbs or whatever you want
for the taste. Then take two pieces of bread and fill the center of it. Then take that thing which locks it and put it into the
oven. Make a grilled sandwich so that the bread locks itself with the other bread, and inside is all the stuff. This thing is
available for ten or fifteen dollars in any hardware store. Do you know what I am saying? It is something which can press both
pieces of bread and it is made for sandwiches only. Its a very tasty sandwich. If you keep that sandwich handy, youll not regret
it. When I used to eat it, I used to put lemon on the bread to make it a little softer. Then you have to heat it a little more. It is
the tastiest thing if you have some time.
I know, to you Americans anything without cheese is not eatable. I saw somebody eating grilled sandwiches, two pieces of
toast and a piece of cheese stuck in it, heated and melted. Actually it is the cheese which people enjoy, not the bread or the
sandwich. It is no purpose to it. You can melt the cheese and eat it alone. Why are the nachos so important? Nachos are
important because of the taste. It is not even the cheese, its the taste of the cheese. Nacho cheese can never go wrong because
its a product of chemicals. It looks like cheese, it tastes like cheese, but its not cheese. It is a squeezy cheese, just to fill your
taste. But thats what people like.
Why do people go after cheese and all those kinds of things like meat? These are the people who can not deal with
carbohydrates. What does protein do? It doesnt do much, it breaks into carbohydrates. It takes a little longer, thats all it is.
Carbohydrates are quick. But when you cannot take the quick energy, you cannot take the quickness of life. Do you
understand what I am saying? The body should be in a position to stimulate the energy by itself at command. The
transmission should be right. And the second chakra should produce it.
What exercise have you done today? You have pulled that thing, right? With the hands? Absolutely not. You have done a
pituitary exercise. It has nothing to do with down there. Thats just a tool. There is no way to put your finger through your
nostril and massage the pituitary. So something has to be done. Its a very little piece sitting right behind the brain, behind this
nose. Either it can be stimulated by breath or by what we did today. But tomorrow well do the right thing.

Keeping your legs in easy pose, lift and release both knees at the same time as you touch
each finger with the thumb. Legs move up and down like a butterfly flapping its wings.
Keep the arms bent near the torso, palms toward the body as you play the fingertips
and lift the knees.
Chant "Humee Hum, Brahm Hum" along with Nirinjan Kaur's tape. Chant touching the tip of
the tongue to the upper palate. When properly chanted in this manner, it will sound
strange. One word of the mantra corresponds with one touch of finger and thumb.
Focus: Eyes are focused at the tip of the

2. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and extend your arms above
your head with the palms facing forward, the elbows slightly bent, and the
fingers spread wide apart. Swing your arms from side to side, keeping the

3. Once again grab the edge of the sink. Bend at the waist with your head

The main cause of suffering is the reality; the spread of reality is called religion; the main duality that makes
men suffer is called faith and the main lie we live is called knowledge.

kept secret from men. Let the fantasies going to the subconscious: this leaves you without self-confidence. All
your life is based on memory. Your diaphragm changes everything in your body in a second; in the same way
any thought released from the memory can change your mood and mental attitude. The metabolism will
change, your aura will change. Our tendency is to give up because sex carries tons of guilt. Sex is also our sixth
sense, the creativity sense; sex has many dimensions, the problem is that sexual fantasies hit our life so deeply
that we lose our sense of reality. Now, please yawn...yawn; this has a direct effect on your brain, do it 3, 4, 6, 7,
times. These artificial yawns help the relaxation for the next exercise.
Exercise II:
4 minutes Seat in easy pose, eyes are closed, the index finger (Jupiter) of the right hand is pointed at the third
eye, while the index finger of the left hand is pointed at the hearts centre. Face now your worse fear, face it
with courage, do not underestimate yourself. To conclude: Inhale, hold it, keep the finger in position, squeeze
your whole body very powerfully, synchronize yourself, and exhale. Again, inhale, synchronize, squeeze and
exhale. This is your last chance: inhale, inhale, inhale
deeply...again hold it, and at the count of 16 let it

Do this class when you change the house or do a long trip or you are in a new place.
The anxiety occur when the magnetic field is in conflict with the space surrounding us, causing the
mental variation; this is the reason why you bring in action a series of defensive attitudes and/or youll
try to avoid the danger.
The exercises will push a lot of bottom inside you and will have to do with the endurance. When

Facing the effects caused by your own actions.
The human body, by its own circumstances, is self-creative, the rhythm of the body is of 72 hours,
You cannot stop it, but you can stop being weak. You cannot look like eighteen years old, but you can
have the energy of an eighteen years old person. Within 72 hours, if you nourish yourself, retune
yourself, recharge the chakras, stimulate the tattwas, balance yourself, you will be fine. Otherwise, you
do not even know that you are death, but you have less sensitivity. Once a girl took some barbituric
pills, nobody knew why; we saved her, but the damage she has done to her own body is permanent.
There are certain actions we do out of any sensitivity. For only one bad action we paid the higher
consequences for the rest of our life. Nothing in the planet is meant to cause you pain. We do not
understand that every child, by his own right, is an individual. Every individual is individual.

and I walked away. She got so mad: "You Indians, always give money to those beggars! This is not an

through which you can stimulate the spinal cord

heart centre, your right hand at the side of your body at
the level of your shoulder.

deve essere disteso davanti e il migliolino deve essere
tirato di fianco e il medio e l'anulare devono essere all'interno senza toccare il palmo della mano chiudete
gli occhi e provate,. Non piegateli completamente solo verso l'interno, se li piegate completamente
distrugger l'intera cosa, un esercizio molto potente chiudete gli occhi e sedete e personificate che siete in
un posto che vuoto, Sciuuunnia=niente, se una persona non medita sul niente non otterr il tutto, una
legge di natura che non si pu cambiare, ed anche una legge della prosperit, questa la prosperit che
deve arrivare a voi, perch voi state chiamando quel nulla che sta ottenendo il tutto, quindi per favore non
aggrappatevi ad alcun pensiero, un esercizio molto semplice meditate come un santo una semplice

iniziate a scuotere il vostro corpo per favore in maniera forte, scuotete pi forte
scuotete pi sarete in salute ( inizia a suonare Punjabi drum music ) scuotete
........ forte forte ...... muovete le labbra le guance e la lingua e muovete tutto,
Abbiamo lavorato per nove minuti, e questo tutto quello che richiesto, poi
abbiamo fatto circolare l'energia.
Adesso chiudete la classe i n questa posizione con i gomiti dritti ed i palmi
rovesciati.

Exercise I: 3 minutes.
Inhale through your mouth. Bring your hands to
your chest and exhale from your nose, turning it
up a little so as to produce a particular grunt
with a lot of force at the same time as your arms
stretch out. Everything at the level of your
shoulders.
To conclude: inhale...hold it...contract your molar muscles and
your entire body very strongly, and like a cannon exhale from
your mouth.
Exercise II:3 minutes. Your thumb holds down your little and
ring fingers, your mouth is in the shape of an O. Rotate your
arms forcefully, breathing through your mouth and making a
sound like that of the baboons. The rhythm is faster than that
of breath of fire...in the last 30 seconds pump your diaphragm,
your navel point very fast.
To conclude: inhale...press your lips together, hold it, and...like a
cannon exhale.
Exercise I: 3 minutes.
Breath of fire, thumb touching the little finger, twist your hands; your
navel point must move, and Mercury [little finger] is in contact with the
ego [thumb]. Come on, put strength into; the breathing has to come
from the movement of the navel point, and with that comes the power.
You can communicate with the entire body... fantastic: pump, pump,
pump. It is a body conversation, it is the combination of Mercury
(communication) with the ego, the breath has to come out like a rifle
shot; only your hands, which are twisting, and your navel point should
be moving. When your body receives a communication it's very good
for it. Move your entire spinal column and the navel point, and inhale
deeply... suck in the navel point deeply... twist your hands
completely...and exhale (3 times).
Exercise II
Please put your thumbs on the
mount of Mercury, make a fist
and look like you are strong:
you must do it
108 times per minute; this is
how fast you must do it. You
must also open and close your
thorax; upon
opening it you must inhale
through your nose and upon
closing it you must exhale through your mouth. Be
fanatics: if you give the body a chance it will respond, especially as you are working on the seventh
vertebra which can regenerate you.
To conclude: inhale deeply, go back with your elbows and pull in at the navel point and contract...contract
and exhale Do it once again Then relax.
Exercise III
Quick breath of fire. You spinal column will start to burn.
Raise your arms and move yourself slowly right and left:
this will correctly position your spine, your vertebrae and
your disks; or it will demonstrate in what bad shape you're
in, and it will do both things. You will feel the "sugar
point" in your shoulders.
Exercise IV.
Dance with your hands at the level of the heart (to the sounds of
PUNJABI DRUM MUSIC)... do not stop... move your shoulders, the
hands must move above this line... Inhale (the gong sounds)... your hands
should be in Venus lock behind your neck. Meditate... (the gong sounds)
after the sound of the gong inhale through your nose and exhale
through your mouth forcefully... Do this 10 times. Now inhale and
exhale powerfully through your mouth, and fill your lungs as you do
so. Do this 10 times. Now inhale through your mouth and exhale through your nose. Begin to laugh: ha ha, ha ha ha... Inhale and
now you have exactly 1 minute to
scream, Scream! Inhale from your navel point, inhale and say With all your strength "HAM DAM HAR HAR HAM DAM HAR
HAR..." for about 3 minutes. Inhale, lock your neck, hold it, pump the navel point as fast as you can and exhale (3
times)

Con questo set di Yoga vogliamo eliminare lincapacit di reagire alle avversit. Per farlo dobbiamo
lavorare sui FIANCHI questa zona
11 minuti muovendo dai gomiti, tirate su
la zona dei fianchi e del diaframma
attraverso il gomito facendo un
movimento a cerchio che solleva i fianchi
e vi porta a contrarre Mulabandha. ( la
contrazioni di ano, organi sessuali e
ombelico).
Questo esercizio vi conduce a trovare il
gas interno nella zona delladdome e a
liberarlo.
3 minuti: Mettete le mani tese di fronte come nella figura e fate
Mulabandha (contraete organi sessuali e ombelico). La contrazione vi fa
allungare le braccia.
3 Minuti metti le mani una contro laltra allaltezza degli occhi, come
nella figura, e comincia a spingere i palmi delle mani con forza e tirate in
dentro lombelico
3. Create a halo for yourself by bringing your arms over your head with the Jupiter and
Saturn fingers of one hand touching the Jupiter and Saturn fingers of the other hand,
palms facing down. Your hands are still in the mudra and no other part of the hands
touch. Every muscle and molecule in your body shall be automatically energized.

To Finish: Inhale deeply, hold the breath for 15-20 seconds, while contracting every

The Jupiter finger represents wisdom and knowledge. In the science of color therapy, its color is
golden orange. The Saturn finger represents purity and its color is blue. The Sun finger represents
the life flow and its color is bright red. The Mercury finger represents communication and its colors
are green and white-green.

1. Bend your right elbow so that your forearm is in front of your body
with the palm facing down. Without bending your wrist, move your
right hand quickly up and down from the tip of your nose to your
navel. Move fast and forcefully. Put your entire life force into the
movement. Close your eyes and look at the center of your chin through
your closed eyes. After 1 Minute make a tight fist of the left hand as
you continue moving the right hand up and down for 2 Minutes more.
This action affects the psyche of the heart.
2. Sit with your arms down at your sides. Bend your elbows so that your
forearms are parallel to the ground. The left palm faces downward
towards the earth and the right palm faces upward toward the heavens.
Alternately move each forearm up and down as if you were bouncing
balls with your hands. Move powerfully. 3 Minutes. You are activating
the earthly and heavenly elements within you at your own command and
balancing them. (The pace is 1 to 3 movements per second.)
3. Place your hands at your heart center
with the right hand over the left. Bend your neck to the left, bringing
your left ear toward your left shoulder. Straighten your neck and bend
your neck to the right, bringing your right ear toward your right
shoulder. Continue leaning the head left and right. Close your eyes
and mellow down into it. 2 Minutes. This exercise lets the neck adjust
itself. Move smoothly into the next
position without a break.
4. Stretch your arms straight up with the fingers open as wide as possible.
Squeeze all the muscles in your body as you stretch upward. 1 Minute. Relax.
Stress is an essential part of modern life. Everyone needs techniques to de-stress
themselves.
This 9 minute meditation is a self-administered glandular control. The glands are
the guardians of your health. You can trigger your own system to serve yourself.
For example, in the first exercise, Yogi Bhajan says "the right hand sends a
message of calm, while the left fist sends a message to the nervous system to wake up. The nervous system

1 Exercise
Make fist with your hands, the thumbs close the other fingers, only the index is out. Move the
forearms alternatively forward and backward. The movements are short and must be like electric
shocks. From elbows up your entire body does not move at all. This will break your self-hypnosis,
move your index fingers consciously and in exactly thrre minutes you will go crazy. Be aware that
you are moving, exercise your awareness, this will produce a conflict with your hypnotic state. If
you do not listen your negative self you will start to break the walls. Make conscious jerks. When

You can conquer any nerves disorder with

The energy balances in 2 ways: the neurons effect and the gray matter changes in the brain.
To compensate your life you have an idea: GET, GET, GET, YOU WANT, YOU WANT, YOU WANT. You do

NOT WANT must balance in the same time. Emotions and ambitions make you so un secure but, at the same

1 Exercise8 minutes: Seat straight, make your hands like cups. Look at the tip of your nose. Some of you will

Push out all your madness, all you laziness, all your diseases. Do not sleep.

thoughts... I AM NOT. Balance all your being in a deep state of hypnotic NON- EXISTENCE, this is the first

alternatively move them toward your chest; look at tip of your nose. When you try to cut your
electro-magnetic field you feel very miserable. After a while your all life will not follow you

We spend 17 billion of dollars every years on spiritual search and you do not get nothing
out of it. And you never will. You are going to get something only when you do it for yourself, when
you are going through the pain. You must understand that ALL THERE IS THERE IS NOT and
THERE IS NOT IT HAS TO BE. THERE IS NOT has to be recognized because THERE IS. You do
not want accept that you have ten bodies, not only the physical one. Your everything is sensual but
everything you make is sexual; the pituitary gland is for sensual but you only do it sexually. Out of
your unbalance you become doctors, businessmen, etc. Human being is the biggest joker, there is
nothing real for him because he works with his senses, which are very limitated. The biggest sense is
the NON-SENSE. Life is an equilibrium, is a balance between TO HAVE and TO HAVE NOT,
between TO BE and NOT TO BE. That sensitivity is called consciousness, wisdom, spirituality.
Without intuition your are not human because you do not have impulse. Let try to break the complexity

1 Exercise 15 minutes: Put your hands as in the
picture, balance them. Relax, close your eyes and
concentrate at your chin, the moon center. Do
nothing, this will start to balance your brain, give
up yourself temporarely for a good cause.
Eliminate, by your mental authority, your own
existence. You can go to a psychiatry or take
drugs, but is within you that you have to find the

1 Exercise 5 minutes: Put your tongue out, make fists with of your hands and move them fast
toward your own chest. Lion pose which means that you are in control of your nervous system.
Breathing has to be long, deep and full. If somebody takes LSD can understand what I am doing.
When I came to U.S.A. in the 60's I told people: "Do not take drugs, they are useless; work with
me: it is cheaper and it gives you control!" Higher, movements are fast and powerful.
Now...Inhale...twist to the right...tighten your body...and exhale. Do the same thing to the left side.
The funny thing about Kundalini Yoga is that this is the only Yoga designed for married people, people of the
world, not for saints, but it was promised that in a very short period of time they will become saints. Every other
Yoga is for singles, for those that do not indulge sexually with their partners. In Kundalini Yoga you must have a
polarity to be a unit.

Now for 5 minutes: Lock your fingers together
(it is not Venus lock) and bring them above
your head with your arms stretched up. Close
your eyes and whistle the American hymn.

So far, men has been misled by the
Church, by the Temple or by a
Religion. Men is born innocent and he
must develop intuition to find God.
Men was totally used by Religion for

Islam the Mula is in charge and in
Buddhism the Lamas are also in
charge. Men has never been in charge

each hand, touch your thumb to the mound under the Mercury

are 18" in diameter. The circles must be 18" wide for this
movement to be effective. Breathe like a cobra, with a hissing
breath through the nose.
Move quickly. The tape Tantric Har by Simran Kaur has the

To finish: Inhale, deeply fill the rib cage with air, hold the breath

touches the mound at the base of the corresponding finger of the right hand. (The
Jupiter (index) finger of the left hand touches the base of the Jupiter (index) finger on
the right hand and so on.) Your left thumb locks around the right wrist. This mudra
creates an energy bond.
Make an "O" shaped mouth and begin Breath of Fire through your mouth.
Create a strong and rhythmic breath. Your eyes will close down automatically. 11

To finish: Inhale, hold the breath tor 15 seconds, press your hands together with
the maximum power you have. Exhale. Inhale, hold the breath for 15 seconds, press
your hands together, pushing both hands with equal pressure. Exhale. Inhale, hold

left as far as you can, then twist once to the right as far as you can, then return to the

If you practice this kriya for forty days, it can change you inside and out. But

This kriya works on the diaphragm muscle. When the diaphragm muscle is open,
flexible, and correctly tuned, it's physical and energetic action can keep the body in a
state of health that prevents heart attacks and brain hemorrhages.
(After five minutes of practice, you may find that you have pain in your diaphragm
area. This can indicate that your diaphragm muscle is out of shape, because you have
not the habit of breathing from your lower abdomen. Because of this, your lower lungs
are clogged up and your blood does not have a high oxygen capacity. This kriya will
cause the body to regularize itself and the sensation ok this may be painful. The last two
minutes of the kriya, your nervous system may get itchy, but just go through it.)

3. Inhale and exhale through the "O"-shaped mouth as you begin moving your arms in
outward circles in front of your chest. The motion is something like scooping water up
out of your lap, dashing it on your face, and circling your arms back to your lap. Move
vigorously to open up your chest and to exercise the muscles of your shoulder blades. 3

4. Rest your right hand on your left at the center of your chest about level with your shoulders. The palms face down.
Keep the hands touching as you move them four to six inches up and down. Move rapidly. Breathe through the "O"shaped mouth in time with the movement. 1 Minutes. This exercise sends new serum to the brain and can help
relieve depression.
5. Stand up and dance, shaking the entire body to the rhythmic beat of Bangara music. Lift your arms in the air, loosen

After opening the diaphragm in the preceding exercises, this
dance process is necessary.
6. Spread your legs shoulder width apart, keeping your knees
straight. Lean over so that your torso is parallel with the ground.
Rest your hands on your knees to support your torso. Let your

Move directly into the next position.
7. Stay in the same position, but relax your arms and allow your

Lessere umano ha uno spazio estremamente ridotto per relazionarsi con lo stress.
Quando qualcuno viene sottomesso ad una situazione di stress, il punto del limite si manifesta
immediatamente ed inizia quasi subito a commettere errori; perch chiudendosi in se stessi si impoverisce la
relazione con la realt e commettere errori una conseguenza inevitabile.

within you can see you. You must see what you are doing to yourself. Because you do not know yourself
you do not see yourself, you do not hear yourselfyou need friends. Trusted friends kill you faster than
enemies. With enemies your senses become alert. With friends, no. You have only one guardianyour
intuition. You have only one friend your caliber. You have only one super message from your
consciousnessbecome great. In the coming age those who are doing yoga will be most useful. There are
two most powerful things: Mantra and meditation. Mantra will extend your ecstasy. Meditation will purify
your mind. You need both. What good are make-up, clothes, money and glamour if you do not know who you
are? You must die and live with reverence for yourself. Without reverence for yourself and by yourself, this
life is useless. You can shave your head, be abusive, walk naked or wear antique clothes, be good or bad.
With all that you are, do you have reverence for yourself? Are you independent? Are you free? Do you

practice that you do. Yoga is the conception of self-realization of respect, dignity, divinity and grace. It is all

giving you a mantra and an exercise to do that.
MEDITATION - Develop Self-Reliance Sit straight in a cross-legged
position. Extend the arms forward at shoulder level parallel to the floor,
with elbows slightly bent. Palms are face down, with fingers spread,
tough and tight like nailsthese are your five antennae. Eyes are closed.
Move the arms rhythmically straight back and forward about 5 inches.
Reach from the shoulders, affect your chest and spine. Chant the
Prosperity Mantra Har Har Har Har Gobinday by Niranjan Kaur. Continue
for 11 minutes. To end, inhale deep, straighten and tighten your fingers
as much as you can so your hands automatically shake from the force of
it. Cannon Fire Exhale. Repeat 2 more times. Relax. Regular practice of
this exercise will totally change the psychic flow of your body. You will be
different. Your body will receive energy from the universal energy, which is
called Prakirti. And as a Purusha and Purkha you will just blossom. Body is
given to you as a gift for you to emit and remit the light of your soul. And when it emits and remits the soul,

being religious at all. If the reality does not come out of you, and you are afraid to be real, you have an
interwoven network. You influence people, people influence you, environments influence youyou are in a
churning wheel, moving back and forth. You cannot develop yourself. You are not original. You do not have
any faculty of you within you. Some people become rich because they know how to exploit. This is not
greatness at all. It is a temporary benefit and a permanent loss. When you have a habit of exploiting... you go
to exploit your wife, she says, Bye! Give me 50% and get out of my life! It is the same exploiter who is
successful, but through the subconscious habit of exploiting anything and everything he has no life of his
own. He cannot live, cannot love, he does not know how to flow. He has no humility, no humor, no
happiness. His consciousnessthe consciousness which has to give him value, excellence, peace, discovery,
and all he needsis based on manipulation. Life is a practical joy only if you think happiness is your
birthright, and you can only have happiness when you are neutral. When you have an objection, option, and
opinion you are not neutral. Only by being neutral can your existence feel the flow of your psyche. Otherwise
you stop your greatness and become smaller and smaller, narrower and narrower. You were born to expand,
to elevate, to be bright, to be beautiful, bountiful and blissful. It is your natural faculty. Shine the brightness
You must know about yourself and see beyond you. There is no difference between you and Godit is a
matter of caliber. Make your caliber brighter and bigger. Try to see through.
MEDITATION - Dispel Inner Anger and Gain Neutral Self
1. Part 1. Sit straight in a cross-legged position. Eyes are closed. With
the elbows relaxed down, extend the forearms parallel to the ground.
Make tight fists of your hands, with the thumbs on the outside.
Chanting Har, Har, Har... from the navel, forcefully and rhythmically
sweep the forearms towards the diaphragm, left fist over right. Make
the movement very hard without touching the body. Continue for 11
minutes. To end, inhale deep, hold 15 seconds with the hands in front
of the diaphragm, tightening them as you have never done before.
Exhale. Repeat 2 more times. Relax. If you do this practice every day
for a few days, the internal angerfrom which you are suffering and which
comes out subconsciously in many ways through your personalitywill
disappear. Volunteer yourself to get it outwhy suffer? It is a powerful exercise. Afterwards you get into
a state of ecstasy. Once your inner anger is out, all you are left with is wisdom.
2. Part 2. Still sitting with eyes closed, place both hands at the heart center. Go into a deep, calm
meditation. As you trust in non-existence, feel and imagine non-existence. Let yourself go...
balance the energy. The power created in the first part of the meditation must be replaced by
self-neutral self. Continue for 11 minutes. During the last half of the meditation you may sing
along with Hari Bhajan Kaurs On This Day song. Relax

enemies of their own happiness. Charming beauty, hair styles, clothes, being sexy, do not give you a value.
You will never get a price for what you merit. Happiness cannot come from outside. You have to get
happiness from inside, where you are full of tremendous happiness. Clearing the subconscious is the way of
life. You cannot act consciously if you have a guilty subconscious. When the subconscious empties itself into
the consciousness and the unconsciousness empties into consciousness, you have nightmares. It takes one
minute to decide I am human. I have my grace, I have my virtues, I have my values. If you have these four
things, God will come to you, you do not have to search for God. As long as you do not have the
determination to utilize these four things in dealing with life, you will be in pain. You do not need to convince
everybody that you are great. Your very presence and each word of yours should be great. And see how
greatnessnot manipulation, not gamesattracts things. A human who cuts through everything unto God
has the infinite power of love. Love gives people ecstasy. And ecstasy has no dimension, no terms, no
condition, no gain or loss. What you call lovesexual, sensory, commotional loveis not love. You have not
yet found love. Purkha and Prakirti, the Being and the Universeserve those who are in love. It is not a
matter of heart or head, and it is not a matter of you. If the sentiments are pure, and if your words are from
your purity and piety, the other person will not only believe it, he will give his life for it. Our value is not
based on how much money we have, or in our knowledge, or in our degrees. Our value is based on our purity
and piety. We are an embodiment of it. Build your height to be right. Walk tall, recognize God in all. Never,
ever let yourself down. Never, ever let anybody down. Never, ever participate in a scheme to let down. You
will always be victorious. Work with that tremendous honesty. When you rise up, all you wish for will
happen. Everything you want to belong to will belong to you. It is the law of nature. Otherwise you sweat and
hustle. The day a man trusts that God is, and does not trust his ego, the whole world becomes an amigo.
Happiness and riches will surround the person who has saintliness in his heart. It is a very easy way. How
many of you will cross this Golden Bridge? We can make a space, talk to you face to face, let you understand
what is what. After that it is up to you. Because without discipline, without commitment, there is no character.

Sit straight in a cross-legged position. Extend and stretch the right
arm forward and upward at a 60 degree angle, pointing the index and
middle fingers. Place the left hand on your heart. Eyes are closed.
Form an o with the mouth and breathe powerfully through it. Do it
emotionallyburn your inner anger, get rid of it. Continue for 11
minutes. To end, inhale deeply, hold 10 seconds, stretch both arms
and hands over the head, and stretch the spine. Cannon Fire Exhale.
Repeat 2 more times. Relax. This meditation will build a powerful
immune system. It correlates the breath of life, the tattvas and the chakras. If
you do it for 11 minutes everyday, after 40 days you will be a different

Sun Flares
In the next 18 months the flares of the sun are going to disturb the planet Earth. You will find cdthat your hair
will start reacting differently because electromagnetic waves will be discharged from the sun, disturbing the
electromagnetic field of the Earth. The hair on your head protects your brain. Your mind will get stuck with a
negative thought. The heat from the sunflares is going to wipe out a lot of things. It will be healing tooin
the old days a heated iron was used to cauterize a wound. Meteorites will change their path and pigeons, who
go by the meditative way of the Earths electromagnetic field, will have difficulty finding the way. Humans,
too, will have difficulty finding the way. When you want to go North, go North. Do not start driving South

concerned. Develop this habit. The Earth has an iron ore underneath, we call it lava. The revolving Earth
creates a magnetic field. When the sunflares go backward it is safe. When sunflares push towards the Earth it
is like a bombardment which the Earth has to stand. Thank God we have an atmosphere in between. In some
areas the water table is too low to pull the water out of the earth. Your endurance, like the water table, will be
very low. People will have sharp tongues, and intolerant behavior will be very common. Yogi or not, you will
go berserk. It happened 136 years ago. It happens when the sun reorganizes its radiation and sunflares become
huge like a storm. In old books it is mentioned as a firestorm, Heavens start burning and all around the
atmosphere there is a firestorm which has the velocity to burn the Earth. But the angels stand in
between to cool it off. Venus and Mars are going to get the hit of it. So there can be a little bit of
misunderstanding. Hey honey, meet me for lunch at such and such restaurant. When she does not show up,
you call her on your cell phone, broiling like a sunflare. Do not pick up these fights. They are useless, they
will waste your human body energy, they will make your mind impure and give you a lot of pain. Be kind and
conscious.
Sit straight in a cross-legged position. Eyes are closed. Bring the hands in front of you
facing each other about 10 inches apart, elbows relaxed down (starting position).
Forcefully move the arms in 4 movements: 1. Rotate the arms bringing the right hand
just over the shoulder and dropping the left hand down to abdominal level. Keep the
hands facing each other. 2. Move the hands diagonally as if to clap, right over left, in
front of the chest, but without letting them touch. 3. Flip the hands so that the left hand
is over the right, still not touching. 4. Return to the starting position. Continue for 11
minutes. To end, inhale deeply, hold, clasp the hands in front of the heart with the
fingers around the backs of the hands, palms together. Squeeze and press hard.
Cannon Fire Exhale. Repeat 2 more times. Relax.
This meditation stimulates the pituitary gland, developing sophistication to deal with life
without fear. Use your intuition and look at your inner self. Get a little crazy. The more
force you use, the more you stimulate yourself. It is your body, your force, and your
ecstasy.
You all want to live successfully. Who is stopping you? There is a law which cannot change: If a person does
not use his own ego, there is no reason that person will not be happy. Ego limits and scares you, and puts you
in a bound state of mind. You cannot move, you cannot flow, you become cautious. In the name of your
security you follow the ego, but it takes you miles and miles away from destiny and happiness. Do you want
to go with the flow of life or do you want to go with your ego? You want to ride an elephant and a horse at the
same time. You have ego because you have nothing else. You do not have ecstasy. You do not understand
that you are a part of the universe and the universe is part of you. Therefore you protect yourself. You do not
trust in the Vastness, the Infinity of God. Therefore you do not trust in your own Infinity. You have come
from the Infinite to the finite, and will merge again in Infinity. But what you do not trust in, do not believe, do
not befriend... how can you merge in it? Every day we are alive, every day we are dying. If we live to die and
death is inevitable, then we should just relax. By hustling, hassling, playing mental and physical games, you
just invite trouble. Trouble makes you unhappy. And when you are unhappy, with everything that you have,
you do not feel worthy. Feel your worth. Feel your beauty. Feel your tranquility. Everybody is born tranquil,
peaceful, honorable, gracious, made in God. Our life problems can be as diminished as we want to diminish
them. If you have a problemdrop it, keep going problems never follow you. There are as many problems
as there are achievements. I am interested in you and in your power, not your weaknesses and criticism. I am
interested in your elevation and in your achievement for yourself. Do you want to achieve in life? Do you
want to live happily? Conquer your sadness, conquer your shortcomings, conquer your narrowness. How do
we do that? Let us do it tonight and see if we are successful.

Where there is fear there cannot be love. A person who is afraid is a handicapped person. When
counselling people, I already know they love each other in fear. They wanted security, not love.
Your fantasy, imagination and your molding of yourself are totally based on non-reality. Why do
you start a sequence for which you are not willing to pay the consequences? Life is very precious.
It can give you elevation in longitude and latitude and a positive attitude. Our basic faculty of
projection comes from our insecurity. What is the purpose of becoming successful and having a lot
of money? If you have not found yourself, the Age of Aquarius is going to hit hard. Married women
think that they can manipulate men. Men do not talk. They do not listen, either. That is mens
nature. The less you talk to them, the better control you can have. God made men and women
totally different so that they can find each other at depthwithout fear, imagination and fantasy.
There is one way everybody can survive elevate yourself, go higher. Do not put a price on him or
her. Do not let this world judge you. Look into each others eyessee how bogus you are. Hold
each others hand and see how much warmth you can exchange. Talk to each other and see how
much tolerance you have. Humans have pure depth. It is the purity of the human, the touch and
flow which eats up the falsehood of the surroundings. The most important thing in this world is you.

dignity and grace. Stand before a mirror and dress up to look graceful to yourselfthere will be no

middle fingers up and use the thumb to hold down the other two.
Eyes are closed. Rhythmically spread the index and middle fingers
open and closed. Continue for 11 minutes.
2. Do not stop the movement. Form an o with the mouth and
breathe powerfully through it, pumping the navel in rhythm with the
breath. Continue for 2 1/2 minutes. To end, inhale deeply, hold, and pull the navel towards the
spine. Cannon Fire Exhale. Repeat 2 more times. Relax. When Jupiter (index finger) and Saturn
(middle finger) meet the frequency of the psyche, the subconscious thoughts you have against
yourself will float away. Anytime, anywhere you do this exercise it will be sufficient to open up the

You are a human being, but with all the book knowledge, with all the yoga sets, with all the talk of meditation
and Godyou do not remember that you are a human being. What are the signs that you remember you are a
human being all the time? The first sign is that you will not try to get anythingall things will come to you.
Second, you will not be poor. And third, your spirits will be up. I got up in the morning and I remembered, I am
a human being. It was 3 oclock. I said to myself, If I sleep until 8:00 there are five more hours. But if I do not
sleep, there are no hours. So I defeated the time. I put the quilt aside, I defeated the space. When you dearly want
to sleep and you barely see the clock, one fundamental thing goes wrong. You do not remember that you are a
human being, that you are made in God. This is the chance to be enlightened. Not by somebody else, by you. This
is the chance for your psyche to be with you. What do you actually want? You may want something, but God
who gave you birth, growth, everythingmay want to give you something else. This is called conscious conflict
with the Creator. And we all do it. We say, God is Everythingthen who does the mischief? You have divided
God into two things: God and the devil. And most of the time you forget who you arehuman. So there are three
parties. One is the devil who is negative, terrible. One is God who is good, wonderful. And one is you, who is
forgetful. When are you going to realize that you are a human? Once in a lifetime? The day you remember that
you are a human, that day you will become divine, and duality will leave you. You will be prosperous and
opportunities will come to you. You will be made rich without having to become rich. As a human being you are
very vast. You can know the language of everything, from a stone to a mountain to a bird to a worm. That
vastness can give you all the happiness you need. That is your completion. That is your fulfilment. Take just one
understanding upon yourself: I am a human being. For the next three days see everything as human, know you
are human, and do everything as a human. See how fast it will change you, how powerful it will make you, and
how wonderfully you will enjoy those 72 hours. You must believe you are a human. Do not try to prove it to
yourself, because it is a fact. It will give you confidence. It will bring out the gold in you. You will become a
jewel. And all the devilish ideas, all the weaknesses, all rejections, all pain will start disappearing. Do not forget
the truth, the ultimate truth, the divine truth, the most sacred and secret truth: You are human.
MEDITATION - I Am a Human Being
1. Sit straight in a cross-legged position. Raise the arms parallel to the floor. Point the hands
towards each other about 1 inch apartin front of the sternum, palms flat and face down.
Eyes are closed. Pivoting from the elbow, rhythmically move the
hands up and down about 4 inches. Chant along with Nirinjan Kaurs
Humee Hum Brahm Hum mantra. The sciatic nerves will move with the
power of the hands. Continue for 11 minutes.
2. On Humee Hum, breathe in. On Brahm Hum, breathe out. Open up
your chest cavity. Continue for 1 minute.
3. Inhale deeply, raise both hands straight overhead, keeping the arms
relaxed. Just think, I am a human,
I can do everything, everything is
with me. I am beautiful, bountiful,
blissful, wonderful . Praise
yourself. Continue for 3 minutes
with calm deep breathing. To end, inhale deeply and
stretch the arms and spine. Cannon Fire Exhale. Repeat 2

Yourself
An unclear understanding between two people is the cause of pain and unhappiness. The simple truth is, you
are you and the other person is another person. Our communication should be very, very clear. If you are
under handed in your dealings, sooner or later the other person will find out. Whenever there is not straight
talk between two individuals, there is straight trouble. We qualify ourselves, I am great, rich, powerful. It is
all a bunch of lies. We are putting our image before others and asking them to believe it. The teachings of
religion, peace, happiness and meditation are all obsolete. What is meditation? Is it telling somebody to be
good when he is already good? If we stop telling anybody anything and just observe how good we are, we
will be happy and we will be loved. It will fill many gaps in our life. Everybody lives in dreamsday dreams,
night dreams, real dreams. Everyone is a dreamer. Realistically, if there were no dreams you would go insane.
Sometimes in meditation you see God and angels. Can you believe that you are just human? You seek angels,
and angels seek a human life. You can never go back to the Garden of Eden; be happy here. Give your
Creator a chance to look after you. When you were a child in the womb you were meditating. When you were
born and grew up you started seeking knowledge. Throughout your life you have been seeking knowledge
without experience. People who do breathing exercises will have the capacity for very long breaths. They will
have extra prana. They are achievers. A person who is rich and happy will never have shallow breathing, as
the volume of energy in people who have short breath is not balanced.
MEDITATION - Pranayama to Get Disease Out
Sit straight in a cross-legged position. Raise the right hand at the side
as if you are taking an oath. Raise the left arm parallel to the ground
and bend the elbow so that the hand is in front of your chest, palm
facing down. Eyes are closed. Form an o with your mouththat Oh!
is how you deal with deathand breathe powerfully through it. Inhale
with 4 deep breaths in and exhale with 1 big breath out. Continue for 22
minutes. To end, inhale as deeply as you can, relaxing your diaphragm
and opening up the cavity of the breath of life. Hold the breath and
stretch both hands straight up as high as you can, fingers spread and

have to systematically recharge yourself every few hours by doing 3 yoga sets

body, mind and spirit, your tomorrow, today and yesterday, are all balancedyour grace on one side, you on
the other. If you make a promise that you will not lose your grace, no matter what, God will not leave you

a graceful human being, the entire Prakirti, all the Creativity of God, will come to you.You will excel, you

Make an o of your mouth and breathe powerfully through it. Inhale with
3 strokes and exhale with 1 stroke. Continue for 11 minutes, breathing
strongly during the last 2 minutes. To end, inhale deeply. Hold, stretch
the spine, pull the chest out and stretch the arms straight overhead,
spreading the fingers tight like steel. Exhale. Repeat 2 more times. Relax.
Alternate holding the right shoulder with holding the left shoulder (posture
reversed) in your day-to-day practice.

nothing. In a state of Shuniya, zero, where you have everything and nothing, you become Krishna. When
you have the sun and the moon at the same time, you become Rama Ra, the sun, Ma, the moon. When
you have totality and identity at the same time, you are Sat Nam, your true self. Unfortunate are those who
seek appreciation from othersthere is no divinity! Divinity is knowing that God made you. Appreciate
yourself, be kind to yourself, be conscious of yourself, be caring of yourself. Pay attention to yourself, and
you will not have problems. Life is pure creative beauty. Do not waste it! Ask those who have no eyes what
the eyes are. Ask those who have no ears what the ears are. Yoga is love and affection between you and
yourself. There is no need to be worried or tense. When you were a child you had someone to care for you
and hug you. You did not have any concerns. When you grew up you lost that innocence and naturalness.
Nature, Prakirti, this universe, only serve those who are natural. Once Prakirti serves you, you will have the
touch of Purkha, the Infinite. In Kundalini Yoga you are chiseled and put into a balanced state of self so that
the Ida, Pingala and entire body may come through the central energy channel, Shushmana, in unison with
the projected micro-consciousness and micro-existence. Then your molecular self may discharge its electromagnetic field into your own solar system, your Shashara, at the top of your skull. Let us do it!

Extend the right arm straight forward at a sixty degree angle, palm facing down, and raise the left arm up
straight, palm facing forward. Eyes are closed. Do Breath of Fire.
Continue for 11 minutes. During the last 4 minutes, do a heavy
Breath of Fire and in the last minute, put everything into it. To end,
inhale deeply, hold, and squeeze your body. Cannon fire out. Inhale
deeply, hold, and squeeze your spine as much as you can. Cannon
fire out. Inhale deeply, hold, and lift your body with your upward
stretch. Cannon fire out, and relax. You have to re-energize, recharge, and re-challenge yourself to know yourself. With the right
arms angle you angle yourself, with the left hand held straight up
you raise your antenna, and with Breath of Fire you open all the
chakras and burn your karma! The body will come into balance.
Once you are balanced, your thoughts, projection and progress will
improve. During the meditation, different areas of the body will
hurt because everything is coming into balance. You do not have
to give up. Show your strength and self-endurance. That is yoga!
That is the beauty! If the body says, Hallelujah, Im going to stop! say, No! I will not let you. You are
my body. Stand with me now! Pull up that reserve energythe Kundalini. Accept the challenge! This
meditation works on the central nervous system to give you a new tomorrow. You will lose a lot of fears.

your mood and intuitive projection in a split second, then you are not human. If you know what a thought
entails the moment it comes to you, and respond to it with the same frequency in a split second, then you are
a normal human being. An excellent human being will respond to it from its point of origin. This capability
is developed through the science of yoga. You can tell a persons fortune by their hairstyle. How they comb
and layer their hair tells the nature of their brainwaves, and brainwaves affect the personality. You may
know a person and what he is up to, just by sight! But instead of seizing that split second, you take hours,
days, you engage in the web of games, becoming dissatisfied, frustrated and angry. Take time for you. You
may get one massage a month. But you do not have the time to massage yourself every day? You do not

Sometimes you eat while you walk! You have no time for sex without checking your watch! That is how life
has become. Our whole life is constipated, and not just one hole! We like to have friends. In reality, we are
social because we are afraid to be alone. We think we share great communication, but Hi, Hi! does not
mean anything. Sexual activity does not have the reality of a relationship. It is a feeling of intimacy and an
exchange of saliva initiated by that loneliness. A woman cannot walk tall until she is the identity, and no
man acknowledges it until he is the identity. That is the reality of our life. We hear what we want to hear,
say what we want to say, and feel what we feel. When we are inflexible, life is brittle. We must be able to
change the gears of our mood, mind and metabolism in a split second. Through the science of yoga it was
realized thousands of years ago that when someone was off base, their glandular system did not secrete
properly, therefore their blood stream did not contain the full mixture of glandular secretions to service the
organs. Yogis sleep at night very restfully, calmly and appreciatively. Early in the morning they get up, do
cat stretch, and take a cold shower, massaging their body until they feel warm. Is that insanity? No! Yogis of
old wanted their blood to return to their organs with the full chemical reactions of their glandular system.
Living in the jungle they had to be alert and real every moment of the day, so that in a split second they
could know what was in their surroundings, knowing with one wrong step they could be dead. From jungle
life we have come to coffee life. You get up in the morning when you hear the coffee pot whistling! You
need coffee to regain your high. But that is not what you are made for. You need all your senses to work
together and all twelve glands to work together, for your process and projection to work together. You must
know you, together.

the mouth, and exhaling through the nose. Use the diaphragm, the power of Udayana Bandh. Continue for
11 minutes. To end, inhale deeply, hold, and squeeze the spine. Exhale.
Inhale deeply, hold, and squeeze your elbows as much as you can.
Exhale. Inhale deeply, hold, pull the chin in and make the neck tight like
steel. Exhale and relax. You have a faculty to remodel and rebuild
yourself. This meditation consolidates all of your faculties and facets to
give you a new start. Breath by breath consciously reconstitute and
empower your Self, as drop by drop you bring the flood. Concentrate
deeply and sit like a yogi. The posture will guide your tattvas, the
breathing will guide your life force: if you concentrate it will bring your
glandular system into new working order. After a while your body will
not be in a position to handle the energy it is creating. Therefore you
must concentrate and apply yourself. Breathe with full strength to hit
your hidden disease and eliminate it. Ease your existence and body

Psychiatrists brand you as having this depression or that depression. Who does not
have depression? Everybody has depression! When you do not create an impression,
you have depression. The other day I touched a persons hand. Today I got a phone
call. I have to see you, Im healed! I replied, That was the purpose. What is the
idea of coming to see me now and wasting your time? Its raining. Get into bed!
We are Mahan Tantric people. We mend auras. We do not do the things that people
want done. All they have to do is speak a few words, because, the Word is with God
and the Word is God and the moment they speak, their arcline will show the
handicap. Then we stitch it and send them home. Although I have a degree in
psychology, I do not practice psychology. I do not have a bench where you lay down
with a pillow and after 45 minutes of listening say, The session's over, see you next
week! In our system a person comes in, sits down, looks around and says a few
words. They do not need to speak much. Their arcline speaks! When there is a gap in
the arcline it means the energy is not flowing and something is wrong. We get

sixties are now successful. They run the government. They own everything. When an era of
calamity comes in your life, cut through it against your own animosity. Excel against your
own negativity and become prosperous. People used to help each other. We do not have
that kind of courtesy anymore. In the seventies, you could raise a thumb and go across the
United States. Things have changed. Without talking, saying anything or agreeing to
anything, there is a death-like spell of fear. There are eleven years before the Age of
Aquarius comes. Things will happen that cannot be predicted and people will shatter. We
are doing our best to develop the sixth sense, the intuitive sensory system in the human. We
have come together for many lifetimes by the flow of psyche for each other. We have been

exists on this planet exists in our cells. Learn how to love! Do not just satisfy your passions
and think that you are in love. Remember, when you are in love you do not feel pain, you
only feel pain when you are not in love. Wherever you live, psyches criss-cross. If you want
to fall in love, fall in love with something with which your psyche communicates, not
anything else. Love is first sight. You saw, you surrendered, and then you were in ecstasy. If
you cannot find that kind of love, do not imagine things and fall in love. In the end you will
see that the polish is gone and the copper has come out, and you have wasted a beautiful
part of life. Learn how to love! Learn how to start loving! Love nature first. Second, love
your nature. Third, love those who are in love. Fourth, do not ask your head whether you
are in love or not, ask your heart. And fifth, if you do not know how to sacrifice everything,
body, mind and soul, do not use the word love, because love is the ultimate manifestation of
Almighty God, the Infinite Lord. Love is an art and a science, and the best part of the
human. May your words have projective power, may your face shine like the moon, may
your body radiate like the sun, may your brightness be acknowledged by every human
being and may every living creature feel the peace and tranquility that you bring to those
whom you touch, feel, speak to and befriend. May you learn all the faculties of God

LA0963 MEDITATION - The Waves of the Ganges
1. Sit straight in a cross-legged position. Eyes are closed. Bring your hands in front
of the chest about 10 inches apart from each other, palms up, and elbows close to
the body. Raise and lower the hands within the span of about 10 inches, in a lifting
motion. Uplift yourself! Your thoughts and your feelings will change. Continue for
3 minutes.
2.Hold hands with your neighbors on each side. Do Breath of Fire at half speed,
about 2 breaths per second, listening to the Maha Mrityunjai Mantra by Alka
Yagnik, (Om Tri-ambakham Yaajaa Mahay,
Sugandheem Pushteevaadhaanan, Oorvaarookamiv
Bandhanaat, Mrityor Mukhshee-aa Maamrootaat), or
you may chant along with the mantra. Raise your hands up and down
about 15 inches, in rhythm with the mantra, creating waves like the
waves of the Ganges. Create a rhythm and put yourself into it. Drop
your ego and use heart consciousness. Let the heavens heal you. Help
each other. Live with each others breath and
rhythm. Burn the blocks. Continue for 22 minutes. To end, inhale deeply,
hold, and stretch the arms up straight, lifting each other. Exhale. Repeat 2
more times. Relax.
3. Grip your hands together with the thumbs crossed over each other. Chant
loud and clear from the navel the mantra, Raa Maa Daa Saa, Saa Say So
Hung, as you powerfully swing the hands from side to side with each
syllable, moving the whole upper body and flexing the spine. The head
remains still. Move, harder and harder. Use the energy you have created. Continue for 3 minutes.
4. Interlock the hands and stretch the arms up over your head. Breathe long and deep. Get rid of all
disease. Let the lungs clear the blood. Clean out your body with the power of
the Breath of Life. Continue for 3 minutes. To end, inhale deeply, hold, and
move the body like a snake. Exhale. Repeat 2 more times. Relax. Man has
chanted the Lord Shiva mantra, the Maha Mrityunjai Mantra, for thousands
of years. Those who chant Om alone want nothing to do with the planet. We
are householders, we do not do chant Om by itself, only in a mantra. Nothing
is more powerful than the Breath of Life, nothing is more beautiful than your
own body, and nothing is more precious than your time. To succeed, meet
your power within yourself. Kundalini Yoga is a science of Self. It nourishes
the blood with secretions from the glandular system, to give you the best
blood chemistry you can have. It is not meant to build muscles to make you a
wrestler. You are already a wrestler, wrestling with the whole of life, and you must win. To win;
smile, shine, shake hands, and say, How are you? If you hug somebody, their ribs must certify
that they have been hugged. Walk tall all the time and smile. It is the most powerful way to
prosperity.
When you turn seventy-two years old like me, you will deny you are a child. I am a child and there is a
pretty big child in me. He has never left me. He cannot go away! The only thing I can do is to deny that
I am a child, My beard is white, I am old! But this is not true. I am three-foldthe child who has
grown within me, children who have grown out of me, and children around me. Anybody who has
loved you, has loved that childlike innocence which never goes away. Children are always innocent and
truthful, humble and smiling, natural and real. Children are never corrupt. We are taught corruption by
our surroundings, when we are asked to forget the child. Why? There would be nothing to hunt, nothing
to play, no one to make a fool of. You are told You are not a child anymore by people who want you
to trust a situation. The moment you know there is a child in you, and that child is being attacked, you
become the most powerful, protective force, because the mother or father instinct is an automatic,
absolutely natural defense mechanism in you. Once the child is awakened and makes a cry of danger,
the mother, Adi Shakti, and the father, Purkha, come to the front, and nothing can upset you. You
become real, powerful and excellent! Once awakened, you will never deny your childyour innocence,
beauty, bounty and bliss. There is no rigmarole of games or hustling to go through to find God, because
God is already found within you. We must accept the child in us. Humbly. Without humility we have no
strength. Strength of consciousness and soul are proportionate in humility. Say out loud, Humbly
yours. It is difficult! It is not your habit. If you can learn this, Humbly yours, the entire world will be

Part 1 - Bhakti. Sit straight in a cross-legged position. Both hands are in
receptive Gyan Mudra. Cross the right hand over the left hand in front of
the heart center, so that the four tips of the thumbs and index fingers are
touching, palms facing up. Eyes are closed. Imagine you are sitting on
top of the cold, wind-blown Himalayas in utmost peace and tranquility.
Chant along with the Maha Mrityunjai Mantra by Alka Yagnik, (Om
Tri-ambakham Yaajaa Mahay, Sugandheem Pushteevaadhaanan,
Oorvaarookamiv Bandhanaat, Mrityor Mukhshee-aa Maamrootaat).
Continue for 11 minutes. To end, deeply inhale, exhale and relax.
Through this mantra man has learned to face Death. We are invoking our
mental nervous system to quickly enter the Age of Aquarius so that we
may help others along the way. If you can take the rhythm of the mind to
this extent, you will be the purest people on the earth.
Part 2 - Shakti. Sit straight in a cross-legged position. Chant the
Kundalini Bhakti Mantra in call and answer style (the teacher, recording, or musicians first sing a line of
the mantra and those meditating repeat it). Continue for 11 minutes. During the last minute sing in
unison. To end, inhale deeply, hold, and exhale. Repeat 2 more times. Relax. In this meditation we
respond and attract correspondingly, stage-by-stage, as we call on all the creative Shakti powers to
come, to appear, to manifest. Those who call upon these powers can heal the world. There is one God,
and he is not without arms and legs: God has different Shaktis. You can read books on the philosophy
of the universe, but what counts is what you think. Say simple things. Be yourself. Protect the innocent
child within you. There is no greater power than that child in you. It was, it is and it shall be. In one
basket there are flowers, in the other thorns. Everything has a reason. If you want to know the reasons
and stop contriving reasons, then remember this: Children are innocent and loved by all, including
Mother Nature. Be there to protect that child.
Man - tra is the vibration of the mind that coordinates with the universe, and each mantra has
a way of being recited. A million people may chant Ram, but if it is not chanted from the navel,
it will not have any effect. If, by chanting mantras and doing yoga, you just become a good
Christian, Hindu or Muslim, you have wasted a lifetime. If, by chanting mantras and doing
yoga, you have conquered your spirit and re-emerged in the Infinite Spirit, you have achieved
something. You are born very pure and innocent. That is all you ever need to be. Every
development around you is Natures gift, and Nature will never let you down. But your friends
and everyone around you tell you to grow up and you forget you are a child. Mantras give
mental frequencies that enable us to feel we have been born innocent. We must retain our inner
child and innocence, and never fall victim to poverty, indignity or disrespect.

Sit straight in a cross-legged position. Hold your hands in Sarab Shuni Mudra in front of the
heart centerfingers interlocked with the Saturn (middle) fingers extended up and thumbs
crossed. Elbows are relaxed down. Eyes are closed. Chant the mantra, Bolo Raam, Bolo
Raam, Bolo Raam, Raam Raam, pulling in the navel on the word Raam. Continue for 3 to
11 minutes. To end, inhale deeply, hold and pump the navel powerfully for as long as you can.
Let your body adjust and take care of your health. Exhale. Repeat 2 more times. Relax.
Raam means God Everywhere. Bolo means Thou shall speak.When you chant Bolo
Raam you are asking for a purer form of speech. When you speak Bolo
Raam, hear Bolo Raam and see that Bolo Raam is everywhere in
everything, then everything comes to serve you. Whenever your psyche is
not behind you, you end up being ridiculed. It is like letting a car go
downhill without gas, gears or controlling power. The car will crash
somewhere. No one wants a life like that. You want to make your life
purposeful and meaningful. You need the power to tolerate and endure so
you may drive in the lane of life where you are safe, which keeps the
child and innocence in you alive. When your psyche is behind you, you
are happy and powerful. When it is not behind you, you are sadyour
transmission is not working right, your gears are stuck! Get up early in the
morning and take a cold shower: Cause the glands to secrete and change
your chemistry, then sit down and let everything circulate. You will
regain flexibility and benefit body, mind and soul the whole day.
MEDITATION - Pick Me Up Sit straight in a cross-legged position.
Grip your hands together, right palm over left. Eyes are closed. Chant the
Maha Mrityunjai Mantra by Alka Yagnik, (Om Tri-ambakham Yaajaa
Mahay, Sugandheem Pushteevaadhaanan, Oorvaarookamiv Bandhanaat,
Mrityor Mukhshee-aa Maamrootaat). Continue for 11 minutes divided
equally into three parts. In the first part bring the hands in front of the
heart center, with elbows relaxed down. In the second part very slowly raise your hands until
they are stretched up over your head, then very slowly lower them back in front of the heart
center (2 times). In the third part very slowly raise your hands until they are stretched up over
your head and keep them pulled up tightly. To end, inhale deeply, hold and pull up the arms.
Exhale. Repeat 2 more times. Relax. Whenever you feel you are in trouble or feel very weak,
lock your hands in this mudra and pull them up.
You know each other, because you were all born in the same time and space as a batch of the
third millennium. No matter where we livewe have all come to the planet Earth. You know
that you are here. Do you accept that everyone knows everyone? Do you ever go up to someone
and say Hi, you are here, I am here! without knowing the persons name? Whenever dealing
with people, remember you are here along with everyone else all of the time. People try to look
different from each other, talk differently, be different and have different ethics and morals. We
have a tendency to see other people as different from uswhether they are black, brown,
yellow, Indian, African or Chinese. It is in our nature. Thousands of years of education have
not solved this problem. If we do not prove we are different, then we like to prove we are
special. We create minorities and majorities, trends and values. It is actually our ingrown habit
to be virtuously hateful. And we are hateful because we are not grateful. We think that if
someone gets something that we do not have, it is our loss. Our primary, fundamental behavior
should be that we were born at this time and space for a purpose which we are trying to
discover. We need tolerance. We need patience. We need courage. We do not have these traits
because we have not developed ourselves. We have neither manners nor time! We do not have
time and we do not have space, so we all want to be different and, worst of all, we want others
to feel that we are different. Man has divided his consciousness to suit his individuality so he
can create a group and become powerful. Nobody wants to come together for living. We have
lived divided from day one. If nobody divides us, we divide ourselves. Why do we not divide
ourselves into one divisionthat we are all One, and there are no two among us? In the unison
of nature we can bring our molecules of life together and understand our own reality.

1. Sit straight in a cross-legged position. Raise both hands to shoulder level
with the elbows relaxed down. Point the index fingers up and the other
fingers curled down with thumbs covering them. Eyes are closed. Breathe
in and out consciously and forcefully, inhaling as deeply as possible and
exhaling as powerfully as you can. Be calm and quiet. Fight your
thoughts and no-thoughts. Hear nothing, see nothing, think nothing.
Become Shuniya. Merge into the rhythm of the universe. With the power
of breath take out the violence that separates you from each other.
Continue for 11 minutes.
2. 2. Hold hands with your neighbors on each side, creating a common ring
of people. Do relaxed Long Deep Breathing. Let energy flow. Continue
for 3 minutes. To end, continue to hold hands and sing the Long Time
Sunshine song, then chant long Sat Nam 3 times. Relax. May you all

The most difficult thing to believe is, Humee Hum Brahm Hum,We are we and we are God. I may
teach another 100 years, but I will not be able to convince you that you are God. Sometimes you do not
even believe that you are a part of God. You do not even believe that the One who rotates this Earth can
take care of your routine. Once you believe that you are God, Mother Nature will start working for you.
You are loved for your values and you are respected for your virtues. If you have values and virtues,
opportunities will come to you. If wealth is lost, nothing is lost. If health is lost, something is lost. If
character is lost, everything is lost. But there is no character to build on if you do not start with it! Your
life is to question. But a teacher does not answer your question. He takes away from you the strength to
question. What do you become? The answer. Then you become the answer to everything in the world,
and then you become a teacher. That is how teachers are made. You have to have impact! People have
to trust you, because only when people trust your behavior are you able to take away their pain. You
want to be prosperous. Believe it! If somebody is prosperous, enjoy it! If you want God to be kind to
you, be kind to everybody. Humee Hum, Brahm Hum.You are only God here, but when you go out
you become human and when you go across the road you become a demon. If you have become God
here, be God! If you become virtuous here, be virtuous! Once I went to India and stayed in a village.
After doing my sadhana I would sleep for an hour or so, then wake up, sit in a tub of water up to my
navel point and do Sat Kriya. A man brought the water each morning, serving me well. One day I asked
him, You dont look like an ordinary person. Who are you, really? He said, Im a police
officer.Why have you chosen to serve me? I want to learn something from you. What do you
want? Just bless me. Okay. Sit down and do Sat Kriya with me. So he did, and I told him to keep
on doing it. Three years later when I went again to India, a man came with cars and truckloads of
people, announcing that a saint had come and we should go see him. We went to see him, and after
some conversation I said, Didnt I see you a few years ago at such and such place? Now you are a
saint? He said, Yes. How does one become a saint? Just as a police officer may do Sat Kriya, so I
have become a saint! Doing is what life is all about. You have to learn to be. Just sit down, close your
eyes, calm down and be. Be yourself! Not anybody else. Just a creative human being. Just like this:

1. Sit straight in a cross-legged position. Place both hands on your face, totally
covering it. Chant the mantra, Humee Hum, Brahm Hum, by Nirinjan
Kaur. Cover your face; cover your karma. Continue chanting for 11 minutes.
2. Maintain the posture and do very Long and Deep Breathing while listening to
the mantra. Continue for 3 minutes. To end, inhale deeply, hold, and exhale.
Repeat 2 more time. Relax. Practice this meditation every day for 11
minutes without asking anything. The Humee Hum, Brahm Hum mantra is
your basic seedyou need this realization in your being. You must start
progressively progressing so that Nature and environments can uplift you.
You will then realize happiness, because you are part of the whole and the
whole is part of you. Start nowit is essential! I can authoritatively say this because I have gone
through calamity after calamity and I kept chanting, Humee Hum, Brahm Hum. You want your
body to serve you, but you do not want to serve your body. You want your mind to be sharp and
smart and be with you, but you do not want to tune it. You want your spirit to be available, but you
do not want to care for it. On one hand you want to live the way you want to live. On the other hand
you want Mother Nature to serve you. It is not practical. You need to become wise. You need to
have energy to share it. You need to serve and help people. There is a power within you that is to
grow up. This power is your inner strength. You must do what you must do, and you need that
strength to do it. You must do it right so that the impact of the act may be perfect. When your act has
an impact and the impact is perfect, you are the Lord of the Universe. Power lies in your own spirit,
in your own self, and you are in command of it.

cheese, watermelon and cucumber. Eat figs. They are sweet! You will be beautiful, and you will
not need moisture. What you spend on creams, you can spend on these foods.
For Immediate Moisturizing Resultsin one to two days: In the morning rub sandalwood oil
into your cheeks, face and body. You will smell good and everything will be okay.
To Make Death Run Away: The heart of cucumber will make death run away. It is so simple.
Take a couple of fresh tomatoes, a couple of cucumber heartsthose seeds, and eat.
For Mental Unclarity: Eat more vegetables. It has been found that the basic American diet is not
sufficiently healthy. An unhealthy diet makes the mind unhealthy. When you put the wrong things
into your stomach it affects your brain.
When You are Very Miserable: Take one quarter of a banana and you will be released of the
misery. There is a little potassium in that banana. It will change you.
Habit to Worry: If you are very worried by habit, eat sweet corn. Take a big bite and chew it. All
animosity will go away. Change your Mental Capacity: Coconuts are precious. Do not just drink
the coconut water and throw the rest away. It is one nut you have to chew!
To Feel Good: In the morning peel five soaked almonds and chew them into a paste. See what it
does to you. You will feel good! Also, bite into an apple and eat it, head-on!
For Sweet Speech: Eat cherry tomatoes. Crush the whole tomato in your mouth and see what it
does to you. From having the most angry speech your speech will become sweet.
For Fits of Anger: Celery. When you are going to yell and scream take celery and chew on it, then
live happily. You will become soft-spoken and laugh all the time. Celery works its way.
The Executive Career: The best career is to be an executive. Even if you are a doctor, an attorney
or a showgirl, you have to be an executive so that you can create contracts in your best interest.
Approach to Love-Making: If you want to make love to your man, rub oil on his back. Start with a
foot massage and end with his head
A yogi is one who is unaffected by the pair of opposites. He sees the Will of God. Whether
suffering or happy he is happy. The science of yoga was practiced by our elders for 3,000 years as
tools for taking care of the physical body and clearing the mind. When the physical body and the
mental body clear themselves, the spiritual being of a person works and there is all happiness. It is
not a religion and it is not not-a-religion. It is direct self-control for prosperity, projection and life.
Our purpose in teaching yoga is that you must improve spiritually, expand mentally and remain fit
physically. If there is a physical sickness, it is karma from a previous life. Only God knows if it is
from a previous life but it should not upset you. Cheat anybodyit is causing karma. You will
repay it one way or another, as in this beautiful story: Guru Gobind Singh, the 10th Sikh Master,
was sitting in peace when a hawk brought a pigeon in his presence. The Guru started giving bits of
the pigeon to the hawk. A man saw this and said, Oh my God! How cruel is this man of Godthe
pigeon is still alive!The Guru said, Dont be upset with me. Ask these two.The man asked the
hawk and pigeon what they thought. The pigeon said, When we were people I took money from
him with the intention not to pay, but gave the oath of the Guru as my witness. Now I am a pigeon
and he is a hawk. He was going to eat me, so I requested he take me to the Guru so we may be free
of this karma. Dont feel upset. My action has brought this reaction. The man replied, But why
must I see it?You do the same. It is a lesson to you. Every action has a reaction equal and
opposite. It is the third law of energy, also called the Law of Karma and Yoga. You may feel smart
that you can get away with something. The reality is, you get away with nothing. You have not
been getting away, nor is there any chance in the future of getting away. The best thing to do is to
use your prosperity and power to uplift others with a smile. If people are depressed, say, I am with
you. Hold a hand, close your eyes and start meditating. Hug somebody and do long and deep
breathing. Breathe with a person because your total life is based on the Breath of Life. Such
gestures are more divine and more powerful than anything else you may do on the planet.
LA0971 MEDITATION - Stabilize the Mind
Sit straight in a cross-legged position. Interlock the hands behind the neck
with the elbows stretched back. Eyes are closed. Rhythmically chant the
mantra, Har, Har, Har, Har (Tantric Har by Simran Kaur and Guru
Prem Singh) pulling in the navel and stretching the elbows back on each
Har. Open your chakras! Continue for 11 minutes. To end, inhale
deeply, hold and stretch your spine. Exhale. Repeat 2 more times. Relax.
Har means I lost, because when you chant Har you lose your ego.
Har also means I gained, in the sense that I gained my superior,
powerful self. This kriya helps you stabilize your mind. Changing
negative habits and giving you a fundamental firmness, it gives you a new personality. Do it 11
minutes every day. The Age of Aquarius is coming. The Age of Depression, the Age of
Questioning, all this is Piscean, fish circling a fish, man asking a man, and has to go away. There
will be an Aquarian human being with a sensory system. We must develop ourselves! Ask your
mind why it is not stable. Have some strength. Stabilize it! You want healthy environments and a
good life, and this one kriya can do it for you. It can adjust your chakras and make the spinal fluid
go up to cure the very brain that is your coordinator. It will open up the Heart Center, the Navel
Center and the Third Eye, so that you can be you. When you struggle to do a meditation that is the
most wonderful day. That is the day you are doing it! That is the day you have to decide you
against the universe. And that is the day you must win! Myself over time and space, is the
purpose of everything in life. You must win time and space and exercise your sovereign,
independent right to be imperial. God has given you nothing but time and space, and you shall rule
it as a matter of rule. You shall not subject yourself to anybody or anything. Be you! The moment
you decide to be you, nothing in life can make you unhappy
