PRECAUZIONI

Al fine di salvaguardare la sicurezza, l’incolumità dell’operatore e il funzionamento dell’apparato, devono essere rispettate le
seguenti norme per l’installazione. Il sistema, compresi i cavi, deve venire installato in un luogo privo o distante da:

• Polvere, umidità, calore elevato ed esposizione diretta alla luce del sole.
• Oggetti che irradiano calore. Questi potrebbero causare danni al contenitore o altri problemi.
• Oggetti che producono un forte campo elettromagnetico (altoparlanti Hi-Fi, ecc.)
• Liquidi o sostanze chimiche corrosive.

CONDIZIONI AMBIENTALI
Temperatura ambiente da -20°C a +55°C Umidità relativa dal 20 a 80% n.c.
Pulizia dell’apparato: Usare un panno soffice asciutto senza l’ausilio di solventi.
Vibrazioni o urti: Attenzione a non causare vibrazioni o urti.

BATTERIA DI BACKUP

ATTENZIONE: questo apparato può essere equipaggiato con una batteria di backup ai polimeri di Litio.
La batteria può incendiarsi, esplodere o causare serie bruciature. Evitare di smontarla, saldarla, bruciarla o gettarla in acqua.
Tenere lontano dai bambini. Sostituire solo con una batteria dello stesso modello. La sostituzione della batteria può essere
effettuata solo da personale qualificato. L’uso di una diversa batteria può provocare rischi di incendio o esplosione. Le batterie, in
Italia, sono considerate rifiuti urbani pericolosi e vanno smaltite secondo la normativa in vigore (DPR 915/82 e disposizioni locali).
La batteria non è compresa nella Garanzia, come indicato nel paragrafo Clausole di Garanzia.

 Premessa

INFORMAZIONI SULLA SICUREZZA

Leggete attentamente le istruzioni e norme qui riportate prima di accendere il dispositivo. Violare tali norme potrebbe essere
illegale e creare situazioni di pericolo. Per ognuna delle situazioni descritte è necessario fare riferimento alle disposizione e
norme del caso. Il presente dispositivo è una radioricetrasmittente a bassa potenza. Quando è in funzione, invia e riceve energia a
radiofrequenza (RF). Il dispositivo produce campi magnetici, per questa ragione deve essere tenuto lontano da supporti magnetici
quali dischetti, nastri, ecc. Il funzionamento del dispositivo vicino a dispositivi elettrici ed elettronici quali radio, telefoni, televisioni
e computer può causare interferenze.

INTERFERENZE
Il presente dispositivo, così come tutti i dispositivi senza fili, è soggetto a interferenze che possono influire sulle prestazio ni del
dispositivo.

UTILIZZO IN AUTO
Non utilizzate il dispositivo se siete alla guida. Nel caso di utilizzo su autovetture è necessario verificare se i dispositivi elettronici
del veicolo siano protetti contro l’emissione RF. Non installate il dispositivo nello spazio che l’airbag occuperebbe gonfiandosi.

UTILIZZO IN AEREO
Spegnete il dispositivo quando siete in aereo. L’utilizzo di dispositivi GSM su aeromobili è illegale.

UTILIZZO ALL’INTERNO DEGLI OSPEDALI

Spegnete il dispositivo in prossimità di apparecchiature medicali; in particolare potrebbero verificarsi interferenze con stimolatori
cardiaci e protesi acustiche. Ponete la massima attenzione nell’utilizzo del dispositivo negli ospedali e nei centri sanitari, in quanto è
possibile che siano in uso dispositivi sensibili a segnali esterni di radiofrequenza. Nei centri sanitari, dove espressamente indicato,
l’apparecchio va tenuto spento.

UTILIZZO IN PROSSIMITÀ DI MATERIALI ESPLOSIVI

Non utilizzate il dispositivo in depositi di carburante, impianti chimici o in aree caratterizzate dalla presenza di gas esplosivi o dove
sono in corso operazioni con esplosivi. Sarà necessario rispettare le limitazioni e attenersi a qualunque norma o disposizone prevista.

MODALITÀ D’USO
Non utilizzate il dispositivo a contatto col corpo umano, non toccate l’antenna se non strettamente necessario. Utilizzate solo
accessori approvati. Consultate i manuali di eventuali altri dispositivi da collegare al presente dispositivo. Non collegate dispositivi
incompatibili.

INFORMAZIONE AGLI UTENTI

ai sensi dell’Art. 26 “Informazione agli utilizzatori” - Decreto Legislativo 14 marzo 2014, n. 49 “Attuazione della direttiva 2012/19/UE
sui rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche (RAEE).”.
Il simbolo del cassonetto barrato riportato sull’apparecchiatura o sulla sua confezioneindica che il prodotto alla fine della propria
vita utile deve essere raccolto separatamente dagli altri rifiuti.
L’utente dovrà, pertanto, conferire l’apparecchiatura giunta a fine vita agli idonei centri di raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti elettronici
ed elettrotecnici, oppure riconsegnarla al rivenditore al momento dell’acquisto di una nuova apparecchiatura di tipo equivalente,
destinata ad un nucleo domestico, in ragione di uno a uno, ai sensi dell’articolo 11, comma 1 del suddetto Decreto Legislativo.
Inoltre, come previsto dell’articolo 11, comma 3 del suddetto Decreto Legislativo è previsto presso il punto vendita, il conferimento
a titolo gratuito senza alcun obbligo di acquisto per i RAEE di piccolissime dimensioni, provenienti dai nuclei domestici.
L’adeguata raccolta differenziata per l’avvio successivo dell’apparecchiatura dismessa al riciclaggio, al trattamento e allo smaltimento
ambientalmente compatibile, contribuisce ad evitare possibili effetti negativi sull’ambiente e sulla salute umana dovuti alla eventuale presenza
di sostanze pericolose e favorisce il reimpiego e/o riciclo dei materiali di cui è composta l’apparecchiatura.
Lo smaltimento abusivo del prodotto da parte detentore, comporta l’applicazione delle sanzioni amministrative previste dalla normativa vigente.

 Installazione e Configurazione

INSTALLAZIONE

Di seguito la procedura per l’installazione e la configurazione della scheda TSF200

Il presente manuale può essere utilizzato per i seguenti modelli:
- Scheda Teleallarme TSF200 su supporto per Guida DIN: TSF200Q ( cod. 7426200)
- Scheda Teleallarme TSF200 integrata in box di metallo: TSF200X ( cod. 7426201)

PRIMA DI ACCENDERE IL TSF200

Collocato il TSF200 secondo le tue esigenze, in una zona con un

buon segnale GSM, procedi in questo modo:
ANTENNA
PORTA SERIALE RS232
1. Individua il cassetto porta SIM, aprilo applicando una leggera pressione 1 8
e spingendolo in orizzontale verso l’interno scheda.
Ora inserisci la carta SIM. Poni attenzione all’angolo tagliato della RESET
PORTA USB
SIM, e fai in modo che i contatti dorati siano rivolti verso il basso alla
chiusura del cassetto.
Per chiudere il cassetto, applica una leggera pressione e spingilo
in orizzontale in senso contrario all’apertura, per bloccarlo e ssare
fi
correttamente la SIM. Attenzione la SIM non deve avere il pin di blocco
SIM

2. Collega l’antenna GSM trovata nella confezione al connettore dorato

SMA. Avvita in senso orario, in caso di problemi non forzare ma rimuovi
l’antenna e riprova.
BATTERIA
3. Collega i pin 5-6 del TSF200 ai pin 1-2 del MOD220 ­ MOD210.
I PIN POSSONO ESSERE INCROCIATI.
Per una buona qualità audio si consiglia l’utilizzo di fili twistati, come il doppino telefonico; in
alternativa è possibile usare due fili inutilizzati, già presenti nel cavo della cabina, in questo caso
però la qualità audio potrebbe non essere ottimale.

4. Ora accendi il TSF200 collegando l’alimentazione rispettando la polarità:

pin 21 : 12-24 Vcc stabilizzata
pin 22 : GND.

COLLEGAMENTO VOICE BOX MOD220 ­ MOD210

Collocato/i il/i Voice Box secondo le tue esigenze, procedi in questo modo:

1. Collega i pin 5­6 del TSF200 ai pin 1­2 del MO220 ­ MOD210.
I PIN POSSONO ESSERE INCROCIATI.
Per una buona qualità audio si consiglia l’utilizzo di fili twistati, come il doppino telefonico; in
alternativa è possibile usare due fili inutilizzati, già presenti nel cavo della cabina, in questo caso
però la qualità audio potrebbe non essere ottimale.

2. Configura Voice Box come Cabina – Tetto – Fossa:

­ VoiceBox Cabina (cod. 7426220) = configurazione di fabbrica
­ VoiceBox Tetto (cod. 7426210) = chiusura pin 10-11
­ VoiceBox Fossa (cod. 7426210) = chiusura pin 12-11
Nell’impianto DEVE essere definito 1 solo Voice Box come Cabina.

3. Collega il pulsante di allarme esterno ai pin 4-11 del VoiceBox Cabina.

In caso di presenza del circuito della campana, il pulsante di allarme deve essere a 2 contatti per separare il circuito
di attivazione della chiamata di allarme dal circuito della campana.

4. Collega l’eventuale segnale luminoso esterno di Allarme inviato ai pin 7-9 del Voice Box Cabina.

5. Collega l’eventuale segnale luminoso esterno di Allarme Ricevuto ai pin 8-9 del Voice Box Cabina.

Il TSF200 può essere equipaggiato di una batteria di backup GSM
POWER
per garantirne il corretto funzionamento in assenza di SIM
alimentazione principale.
La batteria di backup ha le seguenti caratteristiche:
Li-ion Polymer 3,7V – 2800mAh ricaricabile.
Per una corretta e completa carica della batteria, occorre collegare il
dispositivo all’alimentazione per almeno 20 ore.
Le migliori performance di autonomia della batteria si apprezzano dopo 2 BATTERIA

o 3 cicli completi di carica e scarica. 15 20 22

MORSETTIERA

La batteria con connettore Fitre, può essere collegata al connettore specifico

presente sul TSF200; se la batteria è sprovvista di connettore potrà
essere collegata ai pin 18-19 come indicato nella tabella MORSETTIERA
TSF200.
Attenzione. Il TSF200 è dotato di un carica batteria integrato specifico per le batterie Fitre Li­ion
Polymer. L’utilizzo di batterie diverse da quelle previste può causare danni al dispositivo
o provocare l'incendio della batteria

CONFIGURAZIONE

La programmazione del TSF200 può essere effettuata:

1 localmente via toni DTMF, con un normale telefono connesso ai pin 3-4;
2 remotamente via toni DTMF, chiamando il numero telefonico del TSF200 con un normale telefono o cellulare;
3 remotamente via SMS.

Per accedere alla configurazione è necessario conoscere la password di accesso.

Nella configurazione di fabbrica la password di accesso è 21010.

Durante la configurazione da telefono, in locale e da remoto, vengono riprodotti dei segnali acustici per avvisare l’installatore
circa le seguenti situazioni:

REGISTRAZIONE MESSAGGIO DI ALLARME (COMANDO 40#)

Il messaggio di allarme viene riprodotto dal TSF200 verso il Centro di Soccorso e/o il personale di assistenza durante
la chiamata di allarme, prima di attivare la comunicazione in vivavoce con la cabina.
Per la registrazione occorre utilizzare il telefono locale di configurazione oppure chiamare il TSF200.

Dopo l’inserimento della password di configurazione, digitare il comando 40# ed attendere il segnale acustico di
CONFIGURAZIONE CORRETTA dopo il quale è possibile iniziare a dettare il messaggio.
Il messaggio vocale può avere una durata massima di 20 secondi.

Per interrompere prima la registrazione premere il tasto *

Consigliamo di indicare nel messaggio l’indirizzo dell’impianto ed i tasti da digitare per ripetere il messaggio, per parlare
in vivavoce in cabina e per resettare l’allarme.

Codici attivi durante la riproduzione del messaggio di allarme:

5 Per riascoltare il messaggio di Allarme.
3 Per attivare il vivavoce.
In questo caso il TSF200 ritiene consegnato l'allarme al ricevitore. Il led "Allarme Ricevuto" sarà acceso sul
VoiceBOX.

Il messaggio di allarme viene riprodotto dal TSF200 verso il Centro di Soccorso e/o il personale di assistenza durante
la chiamata di allarme, prima di attivare la comunicazione in vivavoce con la cabina.
Per ascoltare il messaggio di allarme registrato occorre utilizzare il telefono locale di configurazione oppure chiamare il
TSF200.

Dopo l’inserimento della password di configurazione, digitare il comando 41# .

Al termine della riproduzione del messaggio sentirete il segnale acustico di CONFIGURAZIONE CORRETTA.
Se dopo il comando 41# si sente subito il segnale acustico, significa che nessun messaggio di allarme è stato
precedentemente registrato.

Una volta entrati in contatto con la cabina, per concludere la chiamata di allarme è sufficiente digitare i caratteri 19.
In questo modo la chiamata verrà terminata e l’allarme resettato.

Se la chiamata dovesse essere chiusa senza il codice di reset (volontariamente o per caduta della linea), il messaggio
di conforto sarà riprodotto ciclicamente e il TSF200 rinvia un nuova chiamata al centro SOS dopo 2 minuti dalla
caduta della linea.

Nota: In questa situazione il VoiceBox avrà solo il led Allarme inviato acceso.

E’ possibile regolare il volume dell’altoparlante ed il guadagno del microfono per adattarlo
al meglio nelle diverse installazioni.
• 421x# Guadagno del microfono (valori da 0 a 7). Il valore di fabbrica è 5.
• 422x# Volume dell’altoparlante (valori da 0 a 7). Il valore di fabbrica è 5.

Esempio:
per diminuire il guadagno del microfono ed aumentare il volume altoparlante via SMS: 210104214#4227#

Attenzione: i valori di fabbrica dovrebbero soddisfare le varie situazioni.

In caso di modifica per reali necessità, si consiglia di verificare scrupolosamente la qualità audio
e l’assenza di fischi. Eventualmente verificare anche il corretto posizionamento di microfono ed
altoparlante.

ATTIVAZIONE VIVAVOCE IN CABINA NELLE CHIAMATE IN INGRE O

Per entrare in conversazione con le persone presenti nella cabina è necessario:
• Chiamare il numero della SIM nel TSF200
• Dopo la risposta attendere il tono, inserire la Password (21010) e attendere il tono di conferma.
• Digitare il codice di attivazione vivavoce 11#, poco dopo potrete iniziare a parlare.
• Per uscire dal vivavoce digitare 10#, attendere il tono e chiudere la chiamata con **#

ATTIVAZIONE FUNZIONE CITOFONO (COMANDO 11#)

La funzione citofono tra la cabina dell’ascensore e la sala macchina o portineria è attivabile con un normale telefono
collegato ai pin 3-4 del Teleallarme.
Per attivare la conversazione con le persone presenti nella cabina:
• Sollevare la cornetta telefonica ed attendere il tono.
• Digitare la Password (21010) e attendere il tono di conferma.
• Digitare il codice di attivazione vivavoce: 11# e dopo il tono di conferma potrete iniziare a parlare.

• Per chiudere la conversazione: riagganciare.

Per il rispetto della legge 13, il Teleallarme può chiudere automaticamente il relè (pin15-16) nel momento in cui si solleva
la cornetta telefonica, e riaprire il relè al riaggancio della cornetta.
Per gestire il relè secondo la legge 13, entrate in configurazione del TSF200 inserendo la password, quindi inviate
il comando 831# . Fate comunque riferimento al paragrafo GESTIONE RELE’ LEGGE 13 .

GESTIONE RELE’ LEGGE 13 (COMANDO 831#)

Per il rispetto della legge 13, il Teleallarme può chiudere automaticamente il relè (pin15-16) nel momento in cui si solleva
la cornetta telefonica, e riaprire il relè al riaggancio della cornetta.
Per gestire il relè secondo la legge 13, entrate in configurazione del TSF200 inserendo la password, quindi inviate
il comando 831# .
Per disattivare il relè e non gestire la legge 13, inviate il comando 830# .
Nella configurazione di fabbrica il relè non è gestito secondo la legge 13.

GESTIONE RELE’ APRI CANCELLO (COMANDO 82#)

Il TSF200Q è provvisto di relè N.A. (pin15-16) e N.C. (pin16-17).

E’ possibile attivare il relè con il comando 82# .
Ricevuto il comando, il Teleallarme cambia lo stato del relè per 3 secondi, ripristinando poi lo stato iniziale.
Un tipico uso del relè è per l’apertura del cancello dello stabile in cui è installato il TSF200
Se il Teleallarme è configurato per la gestione delle legge 13 (comando 831#) il comando Apri cancello 82# viene ignorato
dal Teleallarme e quindi non viene gestito.

FILTRO DEGLI ALLARMI

Il TSF200Q è in grado di filtrare le chiamate di allarme. Per questa funzionalità occorre collegare i pin 7 e 10 della
morsettiera al quadro dell’ascensore.
Secondo la normativa EN81-28, la logica di controllo del quadro dovrà tenere chiuso i contatti:
• quando la cabina è nella zona di sbloccaggio delle porte e le porte di cabina e di piano sono completamente aperte;
• quando la cabina è in movimento e le porte si aprono alla fermata successiva.
Quando i contatti 7-10 sono chiusi, il Teleallarme non effettua la chiamata di allarme se la stessa è stata attivata dalla
Cabina con VoiceBox Cabina (cod. 7426220).
Nessun Filtro degli allarmi è previsto invece per le chiamate di allarme generate dal personale di manutenzione e di
installazione, con VoiceBox Tetto/Fossa (cod.7426210) opportunamente configurati come Tetto o Fossa.

SAFETY WARNINGS

Read these instructions and norms carefully before powering the device. Violation of such norms may be illegal and cause hazard
situations.
For any of the described situations please refer to the specific instructions and norms.

The device is a low power radio transmitter and receiver. When it is ON, it sends and receives radio frequency (RF) signals.
The device produces magnetic fields. Do not place it next to magnetic supports such as floppy disks, tapes, etc.
Operating your device close to other electrical and electronic equipment - such as a television, phone, radio or a personal
computer - may cause interferences.

INTERFERENCES
The device, like all other wireless devices, is subject to interferences that may reduce its performances.

ROAD SAFETY
Do not use your device while driving. In case of use on cars, you must check that the electronic equipment is shielded against RF
signals. Do not place the device in the air bag deployment area.

AIRCRAFT SAFETY
Switch off your device when on board aircrafts by disconnecting the power supply and deactivating the internal backup battery .
Using GSM devices on aircrafts is illegal.

INFORMATION TO USERS
according to Art. 26 "Information to Users" - Legislative Decree 14 March 2014, n. 49 "Actuation of the Directive 2012/19/UE on the
waste of electrical and electronic devices (RAEE)."
The symbol of a crossed waste container marked on the apparatus or on its package indicates that at the end of its useful life
the product must be collected separately from other waste materials.
The user must therefore take the apparatus which has reached the end of its useful life to appropriate separate collection
centres for electronic and electro-technical waste materials, or deliver it back to the reseller when purchasing a new apparatus
of an equivalent type for a domestic unit, giving one piece in for one piece out, according to Art. 11, paragraph 3 of the above

INSTALLATION

Here below the procedure for the installation and configuration of TSF200 and Voice Box together.
This user's manual can be used for the following models of TSF200:
- Remote Alarm Card on DIN rail support: TSF200Q (code 7426200)
- Remote Alarm Card integrated in metal box: TSF200X (code 7426201)

BEFORE POWERING TSF200 ON

Place TSF200 where you prefer, in a zone with a good GSM signal,
and go on as follows:

The configuration of TSF200 can be performed:

1 locally via DTMF tones, with a common phone connected to pin 3-4;

A typical use of the relay is made to open the gate of the building where the TSF200 is installed.

Remote Alarm and then it is not managed.

The TSF200 can filter the alarm calls. For this functionalities it is necessary to connect pins 7 and 10 of the screw terminal
to the lift control panel.
According to EN81-28 Regulation, the control logic of the panel should keep the contacts closed:
• when the car is in the zone of doors unlocking and the car and floor doors are completely open;
• when the car is moving and the doors open to the following stop.
When pins 7-10 are closed, the Remote Alarm doesn't make the alarm call if the same has been activated by the Car
through VoiceBox MOD220 Car (code 7426220).
No filter of alarms is provided instead for the alarm calls generated by the maintenance and installation people, with
VoiceBox MOD210 Top/Pit (code 7426210) properly configurated as Top or Pit.
