Medicina Bioecologica

Questa esperienza del Covid deve portare Medici, Nutrizionisti ed Agronomi a riflettere e lavorare
insieme per sulla sicurezza alimentare e la qualità nutrizionale dei nostri cibi. Raggiungere questi
obiettivi è una delle nostre principali sfide per il futuro. I metodi di produzione industrializzati
hanno mostrato gravi limitazioni. Molti studi condotti su raffronto di prodotti provenienti da
coltivazioni Biologiche contro Agricoltura convenzionale dimostrano gli effetti positivi
dell’alimentazione biologica sulla nostra salute. Evidenziano un incremento di vitamine,minerali,
amminoacidi essenziali e sostanze secondarie che possono prevenire e rafforzare il sistema
immunitario umano. Dimostrano negli alimenti un calo di metalli pesanti, ridottissime quantità di
pesticidi.
