self-motivated. I also have good interpersonal and communication skills,
facilitation, planning and implementation and coordination, data entry skills and
able to work under pressure and minimum supervision. I have excellent
qualifications (pending) and experiences in project management, monitoring and
evaluation (M&E), secondary teaching as well as socio welfare expert and gender
activism.

worked as a Chairperson for Mzuzu Young Women Can Do It Club, forming
and monitoring Youth groups in various schools and communities in
Mzuzu aimed at campaigning for the empowerment of young women and
girls in addressing various challenges facing their day to day lives e.g.
health, human rights, education and climate change for them to take part
in mitigation activities then writing monthly reports and updates on these
activities.
