Per ordinare dei ricambi, Vi preghiamo di specificare sempre:

a) numero di matricola
b) data di consegna
c) riferimento del o dei pezzi richiesti

1. ISTRUZIONI D’USO

IL TRANSPALLET è un carrello a forche utilizzato per la movimentazione di pallet e contenitori nor-

malizzati sui pavimenti piani e lisci. È equipaggiato da un timone per la trazione, la manovra e l’al-
zata idraulica, mentre la presa e lo spostamento della merce sono assicurate dalle due forche:
a) Non caricare il carrello al di sopra della sua capacità indicata sulla targhetta di identifica-
zione, o comunque in condizioni più gravose di quelle indicate dalle caratteristiche tecniche;
b) Non caricare le forche unilateralmente; c) Distribuire il carico su ambedue le forche; d) Non
caricare le forche quando queste sono anche parzialmente sollevate; e) Quando il carrello è
utilizzato su pendenze dovrà essere equipaggiato di un freno; f) Evitare di sollevare il carico
soltanto con le punte; g) Non trainare il carrello con mezzi motorizzati; h) Utilizzare scarpe
adatte; i) Non utilizzare il carrello con scarpe bagnate o unte; l) non passare sopra cavi elet-
trici o tubi flessibili, se essi non sono adeguatamente protetti.

FUNZIONAMENTO
Sul timone del carrello si trova una leva di comando che può
essere in tre posizioni.
POS.A AL CENTRO= TRASPORTO - Il timone si sposta
liberamente sia in
posizione verticale che
in posizione orizzontale.
POS.B IN BASSO = ALZATA - Il timone muvendosi
assume la funzione di
pompaggio per l’alzata.
POS.C IN ALTO = DISCESA - Tirando verso l’alto la leva le forche scendono.

2. MANUTENZIONE
Controllare ogni 6 mesi il livello dell’olio nel serbatoio, per un eventuale rabbocco utilizzare
olio idraulico tipo HM 32 ISO.
Per impieghi a basse temperature utilizzare olio idraulico tipo L-HV32 ISO: Ingrassare perio-
dicamente il rullo timone nella zona di appoggio sul pompante. Controllare che tutte le ruote
e i rulli siano intatti e ruotino liberamente.

3. ISTRUZIONI PER LA RIPARAZIONE

1) MESSA A PUNTO
a) Se le forche non si abbassano azionando la leva (rif.1): avvitare il dado (rif.22)
b) Se le forche si abbassano senza azionare la leva (rif.1): svitare il dado (rif.22)
c) Per regolare il timone in pos. TRASPORTO, posizione (A); agire sul dado (rif. 22) fino a
quando lo stelo (rif.79) non si sposta azionando il timone.

nare rapidamente il timone per tutta la corsa per 8-10 volte.

2) MANCANZA DI OLIO
Se le forche non raggiungono la max elevazione è necessario aggiungere olio nel serbatoio.
a) togliere il tappo (rif.80) e aggiungere olio fino a che il livello, a carrello abbassato, non
arriva a 25 mm. misurati dal piano del tappo.

3) SOSTITUZIONE DELLA POMPA COMPLETA

a) Posizionare il carrello su due cavalletti appoggiato sulle forche in modo che le ruote
direttrici siano sollevate da terra.
b) Con la leva in posizione ALZATA, azionando il timone portare lo stelo (rif.84) a circa
metà della sua corsa.
c) Togliere la staffetta (rif.8) allentando le viti (rif.10), a questo punto tutto il gruppo pompa

si abbassa e lo stelo si sfila dalla propria sede del telaio.

d) Smontare l’anello elastico (rif.32), sfilare le ruote (rif.29) e gli arresti (rif.27).
e) Sfilare la spina (rif.24), smontare l’anello elastico (rif.34)
f) Inclinare la pompa verso l’operatore e togliere tutto il gruppo sfilandolo verso l’alto.

4) SOSTITUZIONE DELLE GUARNIZIONI DELLO STELO DI SOLLEVAMENTO

5) SOSTITUZIONE DELLE GUARNIZIONI DEL POMPANTE

(rif.83) e smontarlo.

g) Liberare la molla dal morsetto e sfilare il pompante (rif.84) dalla parte inferiore del corpo.
h) Smontare le guarnizioni (rif. 66-67-69-81).
Durante il rimontaggio le viti (rif.72) vanno serrate con una coppia. di 17,5 Nm.
Dopo questa operazione ripristinare il livello olio e togliere l’aria nel circuito.

6) SOSTITUZIONE DELLA VALVOLA DI SEQUENZA

a) Smontare il pompante con le modalità precedentemente illustrate, svitare la cartuccia
(rif.70 d) estrarre pistoncino e molla (rif.70c e 70b).

7) SOSTITUZIONE DELLE GUARNIZIONI GRUPPO DISTRIBUZIONE

a) Sollevare il carrello a 3/4 dell’elevazione.
b) Smontare il corpo pompa completo con le modalità già illustrate.
c) Togliere la spina (rif.23) e la levetta (rif.20).
d) Estrarre il pistoncino (rif.73 I) e svitare la cartuccia (rif.73 L).

3) SUSTITUCIÓN DE LA BOMBA COMPLETA

a) Colocar la transpaleta sobre caballetes apoyando las horquillas de forma que las rue-
das directrices estén totalmente liberadas del suelo.
b) Con la palanca en posición SUBIDA, accionando el timón y llevando el vástago (ref. 84)
hasta la mitad de su carrera.
c) Quitar la fijación (ref. 8) aflojando el tornillo (ref. 10). En este punto, el grupo bomba, se
debe hacer descender el vástago y éste se liberará del propio chasis.
d) Desmontar el anillo elástico (ref. 32), sacar las ruedas (ref. 29) y la sujeción (ref. 27).

éste será apretado con un par de 17,5 Nm.
Después de esta operación reestablecer el nivel de aceite y sacar el aire del circuito.

6) SUSTITUCIÓN DE LA VÁLVULA DE SECUENCIA

a) Desmontar el bombante, de la forma anteriormente indicada, sacar el cartucho (ref. 70
d) extaer el pistón y el muelle (ref. 70 c y 70 b).

7) SUSTITUCIÓN DE LAS GUARNICIONES DEL GRUPO DISTRIBUCIÓN

a) Elevar la transpaleta a 3/4 de su elevación.
b) Desmontar el cuerpo de bomba completo, en la forma ya indicada.

La transpaleta se utiliza para el movimiento de palets y contenedores normalizados sobre suelo
plano y liso. Está equipada de un timón para la tracción, la maniobra y la elevación hidráulica.
Mientras se realiza el desplazamiento de la carga, ésta debe asegurarse sobre las dos horquillas.
a) No cargar la transpaleta por encima de su capacidad, indicada en la tarjeta de identifica-
ción, dónde se refleja su capacidad y características técnicas; b) No cargar las horquillas uni-
lateralmente; c) Distribuir la carga sobre las dos horquillas; d) No cargar las horquillas cuan-
do éstas estén, asímismo, parcialmente elevadas; e) Cuando la transpaleta sea utilizada
sobre una pendiente, deberá ser equipada de un freno; f) Evitar la elevación de la carga uti-
lizando la punta de las horquillas; g) No arrastar la transpaleta con un medio motorizado.
LE TRANSPALETTE est un chariot à fourches utilisé pour la manutention de palettes ou de contai-
ners normaux sur des sols plans et lisses. Il est équipé d’un timon pour la traction, la manoeuvre et
la levée hydraulique. La prise et la manutention des produits sont assurées par les deux fourches.

fourches; d) Il ne faut pas charger les fourches quand elles sont partièllement levées; e)
quand on emploi le transpalette sur des sols en pente, il doit être équipé d’un frein; f) Éviter
de soulever la charge uniquement avec les extrémités des fourches; g) Ne jamais tirer le tran-
spalette par des vehicules à moteur.

10) AUSTAUSCHEN DES LENKUNGSLAGERS
a) Entfernen Sie die komplette Pumpe (siehe Par. 3);
b) ziehen Sie Ring und Käfig Pos. 33 heraus;
c) durch einen Senkstift ziehen Sie den anderen Käfig heraus;
d) passen Sie bei der Montage des heuen Kugellagers auf, daß der Kugellagerring mit der,
größeren Bohrung nach unten eingelegt wird.
11) AUSTAUSCHEN DES ÖLS
a) Senken Sie den Hubwagen ganz ab, ziehen Sie den Stift Pos. 23 heraus und entfernen
Sie den Hebel Pos. 20;
b) schrauben Sie den Stopfen Pos. 80 aus;
c) ziehen Sie den Kolben Pos. 73I heraus: das Öl kann abfliessen.
Sowie das Öl ausgetauscht wird, empfehlen wir Ihnen die Pumpe auszubauen und alle
Teile zu reinigen.
Füllen Sie den Behälter mit 0,3 l. Hydrauliköl. Verwenden Sie nur das in der
Wartungsanleitung empfohlene Hydrauliköl.
4. GARANTIELEISTUNG
BOLZONI S.P.A. gewährt eine Garantieleistung von 12 Monaten bei einschichtigem Betrieb
(8 Stunden pro Arbeitsschicht) ab Versanddatum.
Falls die Arbeitsschicht länger als 8 Stunden dauert, so wird die Garantieleistungsdauer ent-
sprechend verkürzt.
Die Garantieleistung beschränkt sich lediglich auf die Teile, die Defekte aufweisen. Die
Ersatzteile werden ab-Werk geliefert. Alle entstehende Kosten fuer Arbeitsaufwand, Reise,
usw. zu Lasten des Käufers. Die Garantie verfällt, falls das Gerät unsachgemäß oder falls die
Inbetriebnahme nicht gemäß unserer Hinweise erfolgte oder falls nicht Originalteilr montiert
wurden. Falls die in den Typenschilder genannten Nenntragfähigkeiten überschritten werden,
gewährt Bolzoni S.p.A. KEINE Garantieleistung über seine Produkte.

a) Legen Sie die Hubwagen auf zwei Böcke, sodaß die Lenkräder hochgehoben sind;
b) stellen Sie den Steuerhebel in Pos. “B” (Heben) und führen Sie den halben Hublauf aus;
c) schrauben Sie die Schraube Pos. 10 heraus, entfernen Sie den Bügel Pos. 8 und ziehen
Sie die Kolbenstange Pos. 84 aus ihrem Sitz heraus;

b) ziehen Sie die Deichsel nach unten und blockieren Sie den Pumpenkolben Pos. 84 und RESERVOIR

Bei der Montage ziehen Sie die Schrauben Pos. 72 mit einem Drehmoment von 17,5
Nm. an. Nach der Montage füllen Sie das Öl wieder auf und entlüften Sie den
Hydraulikkreislauf.

6) AUSTAUSCHEN DES ZUSCHALTVENTILES

7) REPLACEMENT OF PACKING IN THE DISTRIBUTION GROUP

a) Lift rod up to 3/4 of the whole stroke.
b) Remove the whole pump as described above.
c) Remove the pin pos. 23 and the lever pos. 20.
