L’accento, il
singolare e il
plurale
In italiano le regole ortografici sono molte simili a quelle nello spagnolo, per
iniziare vedremo le parole acute, gravi, sdrucciole e bisdrucciole.
L'accento grafico (´) è utilizzato solo per le parole acute. L'accento serve a
indicare la corretta pronuncia e l'accento tonico nella parola.
Parole acute
In italiano, una parola è «acuta» se l'accento tonico cade sull'ultima sillaba.
Queste parole portano l'accento grafico sulla vocale tonica.

Parole gravi
Le parole «gravi» hanno l'accento tonico sulla penultima sillaba. Queste
