I PREMESSA
manutenzione dell’apparecchiatura in ogetto.
SICUREZZE
GB INTRODUCTION
Before using this handbook, carefully the instruction handbook for the customer.
This handbook has been written for service engineers who have had specific training on the equipment.
The service engineer should have a basic knowledge of low voltage systems as well as small refrigerating
systems with a hermetically sealed compressor.
SAFETY MEASURES
The installation and maintenance procedures, including the replacement of the supply cable, must
! be carried out by qualified personnel. Make sure that the equipment is switched off from the mains
supply before removing any protective panel.
Any operation on equipment under voltage must be carried out only by specialised personnel only
if there is no alternative; in this case always take precautionary measures and use control
instruments equipped with insulated probes.

GB 1 STRUCTURE
(1.6 CARD STORAGE FOR BIOGUARD CLOSING)
Certain important precautions should be taken at this stage to guarantee the unit will operate correctly.
In particular when all the cards have been memorised, make sure that ALL the USER cards have been correctly read and
memorised by the system by placing each one in front of the unit door.
If they have been memorised incorrectly, the MASTER card must be replaced in front of the reader in order to cancel all the codes
and all the cards must be passed once again in front of the reader. The same procedure must be followed if authorisation has to be
denied to one of the cards. The system can memorise up to a maximum of 10 USER cards and the pre-set codes can be reset after
a blackout.
This procedure has to be followed when the machine is first started or each time further USER cards have to be memorised.

ATTENTION:
When you are doing this operation do not cut the cables “C” (figure 2.52): keep this cable near the metallic part.
Moreover the led “L” indicated in figure 2.54 has to pass through the hole of the handle.

parts of the freezers
• Remove side and back guards as indicated in figure A and B.
• Unscrew screw as indicated in figure C and take out the box.
• Unscrew the screws as indicated in figure D to open the box.
• In the sucessive figures the electrical components are indicated; in particular the cables “F” in figure G feed the Bioguard
system, the flat cable in figure H is connected to the control panel.
• To replace the components disconnects the cables.
• Repeat the operations inversely to assemble the new part respecting the original position of the cables.

- svitate il bocchettone B;
A = Cartella INTEGRA
B = Cartella DETERIORATA
To order the connection tube 2, ask for "LN2/CO2 CONNECTION PIPE”; specify also the model and registration number of your
equipment .
