3. The meaning of academic freedom cited in Sect. 12 of the Magna Carta.

 Section 12 of the Magna Carta states that teachers should employ academic freedom

to discharge their professional duties, particularly concerning teaching and classroom

methods. Academic freedom pertains to educators' freedom to instruct and students'

freedom to acquire knowledge. The principle mentioned above holds significant

importance in upholding the authenticity of education and guaranteeing that learners

are provided with a quality education that cultivates critical thinking and cognitive

willingness to learn. Furthermore, the teachers and the students are free to attend any

organization that will help them expand their knowledge, like joining any

organizations and research, without undue constraints imposed by governmental or

legal entities.
