1.1. Garanzia
1. La garanzia della macchina è di 12 (dodici) mesi dalla data
del collaudo. E’ in ogni caso subordinata alla denuncia con
lettera raccomandata, entro 8 (otto) giorni dalla scoperta, degli
eventuali vizi e difetti previo accertamento e riconoscimento da
parte del costruttore.
2. La garanzia comprende la sostituzione o la riparazione della
parte difettosa (componente, macchina o parte di essa) con
l’esclusione delle spese di smontaggio, rimontaggio e
spedizione.
3. La sostituzione di tale parte non comporta il rinnovo del
periodo di garanzia sull’intera macchina, salvo che non si tratti
della sostituzione dell’intera macchina.
4. Dalla garanzia restano escluse le parti accidentalmente
danneggiate durante il trasporto, per incuria di movimentazione,
nonché le parti soggette a normale usura o deperimento per
agenti atmosferici esterni e sono esclusi tutti i guasti derivanti da
mancata, insufficiente o errata manutenzione, da imperizia
d’uso, da uso improprio, da uso non consentito o non previsto,
da modifiche o riparazioni non autorizzate e manomissioni.
5. La validità della garanzia è subordinata alla corretta
esecuzione delle manutenzioni come descritto nella sezione del
manuale riservata alle istruzioni di “uso e manutenzione”, che
corredano la macchina.
6. La garanzia è esclusa nel caso in cui non siano rispettate le
condizioni di pagamento.
7. Per le parti fornite da terzi valgono le garanzie che possono
esercitarsi nei confronti dei loro costruttori,

1.1. Warranty
1. The warranty is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of
test. In any case the warranty depend on the declaration with
recorded delivery letter of possible damages, within 8 (eight)
from the ascertainment of problems but always with a previous
verification of the seller
2. The warranty include the change or the repair of the demage
part (machine’s component, or part of it) excluding of
disassembly charges, reassembling and shipment
3. The change of this part not involve the renewal of warranty
period on all machine except in case of the total sobstitution of
the machine.
4. The warranty does not cover casual damage during the
transport, improper use, parts that, due to their structure or the
type of work are subject to more serious and earlier wear. Are
not also included in the warranty damages due to improper use
and no-autorized change, repairs and forcing.
5. The validity of warranty depend on a correct maintenance as
specified in the “operating and maintenance” section of the
machine in this handbook.
6. The warranty is not valid in case of even partial violation of
the payment obligations
7. For any parts furnished by other persons are valid the
warranty for theyr builders.
For every kind of dispute Treviso is the place of jurisdiction.

• La corretta utilizzazione di questa macchina comporta la
precisa conoscenza di queste istruzioni d’uso e di tutti i
rischi legati ad un non corretto utilizzo; la macchina deve
essere quindi utilizzata soltanto da personale esperto ed
autorizzato.
• La sicurezza d’impiego della macchina è garantita solo per
le funzioni ed i materiali elencati in queste istruzioni d’uso.
La Ca.Re.Di srl declina ogni responsabilità qualora la
macchina venga utilizzata per scopi non indicati e non in
conformità con le istruzioni d’uso.
• La Ca.Re.Di srl non si ritiene responsabile agli effetti della
sicurezza, affidabilità e prestazioni del macchinario nel
caso in cui non siano rispettate le avvertenze ed i
suggerimenti riportati nel presente manuale con particolare
riferimento alle attività di: montaggio, utilizzo,
manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria, riparazione.
• L’impianto elettrico utilizzatore deve essere conforme alle
norme CEI 64.8 (CENELEC HD 384). Il costruttore declina
ogni responsabilità se la macchina non è correttamente
collegata all’impianto equipotenziale di terra e se non sono
stati montati a monte della macchina dispositivi di
protezione che siano coordinati in modo da garantire
l’interruzione automatica dell’alimentazione conformemente
a quanto previsto nelle norme prima citate.
• Per operazioni di manutenzione straordinaria e riparazione
devono essere utilizzate solo parti di ricambio originali.
• Comunque per le operazioni di riparazione si consiglia
sempre di contattare il servizio di assistenza tecnica
autorizzate dalla ditta fornitrice del macchinario. La
responsabilità del corretto funzionamento della macchina
riguarda solo l’utente di quest’ultima qualora questa non sia
stata riparata o mantenuta correttamente da personale
specializzato o autorizzato.
• L’addetto alla macchina deve essere istruito sull’uso
corretto della macchina, dei rispettivi dispositivi di
protezione.
• L’avviamento del miscelatore deve sempre avvenire a vuoto.
• Prima di attivare qualunque operazione con la macchina,
accertarsi che intorno all’area di lavoro non siano presenti
persone o altri ostacoli che potrebbero essere fonte di
pericolo.
Al fine di garantire l’incolumità delle persone che operano su
questa macchina sono previste due gruppi di protezioni.
a) Protezione meccaniche
Boccaporti, carter, sportelli di pulizia, coperchi.
Sono quelle protezioni che impediscono all’operatore di
venire a contatto con parti in movimento (catena, pignoni,
spira, etc.). Queste protezioni sono smontabili per
permettere il controllo e la manutenzione degli organi che vi
sono all’interno, per cui evitare la manomissione o l’apertura
accidentale.
b) Protezione elettriche
Sono quelle protezioni che indicano la presenza di organo in
movimento e/o quei dispositivi che arrestano la macchina.
La Ca.Re.Di srl non fornisce apparecchiature elettriche di
questo tipo, ma consiglia all’utente gli strumenti di controllo
per attenersi alle norme di sicurezza vigenti. Pertanto è
conveniente prevedere:
• Protezioni per sovraccarico, limitatori di coppia, che
arrestino immediatamente la macchina quando il
materiale è in quantità eccessiva oppure in presenza di
corpi estranei o grumi di eccessiva pezzatura.
• Dispositivo di arresto per macchine in serie.
• Protezioni speciali per tutte le parti elettriche quando la
macchina è esposta a condizioni atmosferiche
pericolose.

2. GENER AL I NSTR UCTI ONS
• The corect use of this machine involves the precise
acquaitance of these using instruction and of all the
risks tied up to a no correct use; the machine must
therefore be only used from expert and authorized staff.
• The safety and machine’s use it is only guaranteed for
the functions and the materials it lists to in you in these
using instructions. The Ca.Re.Di. srl declines every
responsibility in case the machine comes used for ends
does not indicate to you and not in conformity with the
using instructions.
• The Ca.Re.Di. srl does not think responsible to the
effects of the safety, reliability and performances of the
machinery in case in which the warnings and the
suggestions described in this handbook with particular
reference to the activities are not respected: assembly,
use, ordinary maintenance and extraordinary, repair.
• The electrical system must be in compliance with
norms CEI 64,8 (CENELEC HD 384). The constructor
declines every responsibility if the machine is not
correctly connected to the equipotential earth system
and if they have not been assembled at the edge of the
machine, dispositive of protection who are coordinate in
order to guarantee the automatic interruption of the
feeding in compliance as previewed in the norms before
cited.
• For operations of extraordinary maintenance and repair
must be only used original replacement parts.
• However for the repair operations it is always advised
to contact the technical servicing authorized from the
supplying firm of the machinery. The responsibility of
the correct operation of the machine regards only the
customer in case this has not been repaired or
maintained correctly from specialistic or authorized
staff.
• The operator of the machine must be instructd on the
correct use of the machine and its protection’s device.
• The starter of the mixer must always happen to empty.
• Before activating any operation with the machine, to
check that around to the workspace there are not
persons or other obstacles that could be danger source.
In order to guarantee the safety of the persons who operate on
this machine two groups of protections are previewed.
a) Mechanical protections
Hatch, carter, cleaning door, covers.
It means those protections that prevent the worker to touch
any parts in motion (chain, pinions, etc.). These protections
are disassembling in order to allow the control and the
maintenance of the internal members, for which to avoid the
tamping or accidental opening.
b) Electrical protections
It means those protections that indicate the presence of
member in motion and/or those devices stopping the
machine.
The Ca.Re.Di. srl does not supply electrical equipment of
this type, but it advises the user of the control instruments in
order to adhere itself to the enforced norms of emergency.
Therefore it is convenient to preview:
• Protections for overload, braces limiters, that they arrest
the machine immediately when the material is in
excessive amount or when there are strangers bodies or
lumps in excessive size.
• Device for arrest of the machine in sequence.
• Special protections for all the electrical parts when the
machine is exposed to dangerous atmospheric
conditions.

La macchina è predisposta per il posizionamento di un
microinterruttori in corrispondenza degli sportelli superiori che
assicurano l’arresto della macchina in caso di apertura degli
stessi.
L’INSTALLAZIONE DEL MICROINTERRUTTORE È AFFIDATA ALLA DITTA
CHE FORNISCE L’IMPIANTO ELETTRICO.
Pertanto dall’analisi delle norme di sicurezza possiamo
riassumere i seguenti consigli:
• Operare sempre secondo le istruzioni.
• Non mettere mani o piedi all’interno della macchina.
• Non camminare su coperchi e boccaporti.
• Non utilizzare la macchina per usi diversi da quelli di
progetto.
• Evitare di muovere con qualsiasi attrezzo il materiale
all’interno della macchina.
• Non mettere mai in funzione la macchina se priva di
sportelli di ispezione, carter e protezioni antinfortunistiche.
• Lasciare libere le aree intorno alla macchina in particolare
quelle in prossimità delle zone di carico e scarico del
materiale, e le zone necessarie alla manutenzione della
macchina.
• Non aprire o pulire il macchinario prima di aver spento la
macchina ed essersi assicurati che nessuno possa
metterla in moto inavvertitamente.
• Usare le protezioni individuali durante il montaggio e la
manutenzione della macchina.
Affinchè coloro che operano su questa macchina non scordino
mai questi consigli, si appone su di esse le etichette
autoadesive qui illustrate, applicate in posizione appropriata e
ben visibile.

The machine is predisposed for the positioning of
microswitches in correspondence of the upper doors that
assure the stop of the machine in case of opening of the
same ones.
THE INSTALLATION OF MICROSWITCH IS MADE BY THE COMPANY
SUPPLYING THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM.
Therefore from the analysis of the safety norms we can
reassume the following suggestions:
• Operate always in according to instructions.
• Do not put hands or feet to the inside of the machine.
• Do not to walk on covers and hatch.
• Do not to use the machine in different uses from those of
the plan.
• Avoid move with whichever tool the material to the inside of
the machine.
• Do not never put in function the machine if it is without
inspection doors, carter and accident-prevention
protections.
• Leave free the areas around to the machine in particular
those near the zones of storage and discharge of the
material, and zones for the maintenance of the machine.
• Do not open or clean up the machinery before having
closed the machine and make sure that nobody can put it
unintentionally in motion.
• Use the individual protections during the assembly and the
maintenance of the machine.
In order that who operates on this machine don’t never forget
these suggestions, should be important to affix on they the self-
sticking labels under illustrated, applied in appropriate and very
visible position.

3.1. Generalità
La selezionatrice centrifuga mod. SEC500 prodotta dalla
Ca.Re.Di srl è una macchina appartenente alla categoria dei
separatori e trova largo impiego su impianti che trattano la
lavorazione di materiali sfusi (es. molini, mangimifici, oleifici,
cementifici, etc.).
La macchina è ideale per la separazione di corpi estranei da
prodotti sfusi in farina.
L’elemento di separazione è costituito da due giranti a lame
seghettate ed inclinate, solitamente in acciaio, montate alla
periferia della girante,che permettono ai corpi estranei (scarti) di
avanzare verso lo scarico di testa, mentre il prodotto passando
attraverso un vaglio circolare in lamiera forata è scaricato nella
tramoggia centrale.
La portata della macchina varia a seconda del materiale da
lavorare.
L’alimentazione del materiale avviene forzatamente attraverso
una coclea all’interno del vaglio.
L’espulsione del prodotto avviene nella tramoggia centrale,
mentre lo scarto avanza nella seconda tramoggia in testa alla
macchina.
3.2. Descrizione della macchina
La selezionatrice centrifuga mod. SEC500 prodotta dalla
Ca.Re.Di srl è formata dai seguenti componenti:
Gruppo motore (motore, pulegge e cinghie) è generalmente
montato nella prte superiore della macchina, è costituito da due
motori fissati sulle apposite piastre regolabili.
Girante nella parte del carico è costituita da un spira ad eliche
saldate all’albero, nella parte del vaglio vengono montate
sull’albero due stelle con i battitori. La girante esternamente è
solidale ai supporti.
Cassa è costituita da due fiancate in lamiera, comprendenti
anche gli sportelli, due testate con piatti di rinforzo e due tronchi
di coclee con coperchi bullonati.
Vaglio è diviso in due semicerchi bullonati in uno di questi è
presente uno sportello d’iapezione, il vaglio viene montato nelle
apposite sedi all’interno della cassa.
Supporti esterni vengono montati sulle testate della macchina e
sono solidali all’albero della girante.
Bocca di carico viene montata nella parte superiore della
macchina, al lato opposto dei motori è costituito da una valvola
a bandinella comandata manualmente che indirizza il prodotto
nella girante di destra o in quella di sinistra.
Tramoggie di scarico sono presenti nella parte inferiore della
cassa. La prima tramoggia di dimensioni maggiori raccoglie il
prodotto, mentre la seconda raccoglie gli scarti avuti dalla
separazione.

3.1. Generality
The centrifugal separator mod. SEC500 made by Ca.Re.Di srl
is a machine belonging to the category of the separators with a
wide employment on plant that deal the working of melted
materials (ex. mill, feedmill, oil mills, cement factories, etc.).
The machine is perfect for the separation of stranger bodies
from melted products in flour.
The separation’s member is composed by two rotors with
serrated and tilded blades, usually in steel, mounted to the
external part of the rotor allowing to the stranger bodies (refuse)
to put forward towards the head drainage , while the product
passing through circular sieve in perforated sheet-steel is
discharged in the central hopper.
The capacity of the machine is according to the working
material.
The feeding of the material is forced by a coil screw to the inside
of the sieve.
The output of the product happens in the central hopper, while
the refuse is left out in the second hopper on the
machines’head.
3.2. Description of the machine
The centrifugal separator mod. SEC500 made by Ca.Re.Di srl
is composed by the following members:
Motor unit (motor, pulleys and straps) generally are mounted in
the upper side of the machine, it is composed by two motors
fixed on adequate adjustable slabs.
Rotor in the storage part is composed by a screw with propellers
welded to the shaft, in the sieve-side, are mounted two stars
with beaters to the shaft. The external rotor, is fixed to the
supports.
Case is composed by two sides in sheet, comprising also the
doors, two heads with reinforcing plates and two trunks of
screws with bolted covers.
Sieve is composed by two bolted semicircles and in one of these
there is an ispection door, the sieve is mounted on adequate
seat inside of the case.
External supports are mounted to the heads of the machine and
they are fixed to the shaft of the rotor.
Storaging mouth is mounted to the upper part of the machine, to
the opposite side of motors, it is composed by a manual shutter
putting the product in the right or left rotor.
Discharging Hopper is placed in the lower side of the case.
The first hopper of greater sizes collects the product while the
second one collects the refuse of the separation.

3.4. Limiti d’utilizzo, spazio, durata
La selezionatrice centrifuga mod. SEC500 prodotta dalla
Ca.Re.Di srl è stata progettata per la separazione di sfarinati
della granulometria di circa 1÷ 10 mm³.
La macchina non è stata progettata per operare in condizioni o
con materiali pericolosi.
Sono da considerarsi materiali pericolosi:
materiali esplosivi, tossici, infiammabili, nocivi e simili.
Sono da considerarsi applicazioni pericolose: lavorazioni in
pressione o in depressione, con riscaldamento o con
raffreddamento del materiale o simili.
3.4. Limits of use, space, duration
The centrifugal separator mod. SEC500 made by Ca.Re.Di.
srl has been designed for the carriage of the granulometry
approximately of 1÷ 10 mm³.
The machine has not been designed to operate with dangerous
conditions or materials.
Consider dangerous materials the following things:
explosive materials, toxic material, inflammable material,
injurious and similar.
Consider dangerous applications: workings in pressure or
depression, with heating or with cooling material or similar.

4. I NSTALLAZI ONE
4.1. Trasporto
ATTENZIONE!!!
IL SOLLEVAMENTO DI COMPONENTI DEVE ESSERE EFFETTUATO CON
L’AUSILIO DI UN ATTREZZO DI SOLLEVAMENTO CHE ABBIA UNA
PORTATA NON INFERIORE A 2 TONN.
GLI OPERATORI DEVONO OSSERVARE LE DOVUTE DISTANZE E
SOSTARE IN ZONE DI SICUREZZA.
4.2. Montaggio
La selezionatrice centrifuga mod. SEC500 prodotta dalla
Ca.Re.Di. srl viene spedita completamente montata e pronta ad
essere collegata. Ad assemblaggio finito, ogni vaglio è stato
controllato e sottoposto ad una marcia di prova della durata di
alcune ore.
Per il sollevamento utilizzare gli appositi ganci di sollevamento
(vedi allegato A).
ATTENZIONE!!!
LA MACCHINA DEVE ESSERE COLLOCATA SU UN PIANO D’APPOGGIO
STABILE E FISSATA A TERRA.
4.3. Collegamento ad impianto elettrico
L’impianto elettrico deve essere conforme alle norme:
CEI 64.8 (CENELEC HD 384, IEC 364) e EN 60204/1.
La Ca.Re.Di. srl declina ogni responsabilità se la macchina non
è correttamente collegata all’impianto equipotenziale di terra e
se non sono stati montati a monte della macchina dispositivi di
protezione che siano coordinati in modo da garantire
l’interruzione automatica dell’alimentazione conformemente a
quanto previsto nelle norme prima citate.
La macchina deve essere provvista di microinterruttori in
corrispondenza degli sportelli di ispezione.
SEGUIRE IL CORRETTO COLLEGAMENTO DEI MICROINTERRUTTORI
IL COLLEGAMENTO TRA MOTORE ELETTRICO DEL TRASPORTATORE E
LA RETE ELETTRICA DEVE ESSERE ESEGUITO DA PERSONALE

4.4. Collegamento ingresso-uscita prodotto
L’allacciamento di ingresso e uscita del prodotto da lavorare
avviene mediante opportune flange.
L’eventuale fornitura delle flange di collegamento è dovuta
soltanto su specifica richiesta del cliente.
4.5. Collegamento impianto di aspirazione
Il collegamento all’impianto di aspirazione è consentito dalla
presenza di una o più prese di aspirazione fissate in
corrispondenza delle aperture eseguite sul coperchio della
cassa.
La presa d’aspirazione viene fornita solo su richiesta specifica
del cliente.

4. I NSTALLATI ON
4.1. Transport
WARNING!!!
THE RAISING OF MEMBERS MUST BE CARRIED OUT WITH THE AID OF A
RAISING TOOL THAT HAS A NOT INFERIOR CAPACITY TO 2 TONN.
THE OPERATORS MUST OBSERVE THE DUE DISTANCES AND
TO STOP IN SAFETY AREA.
4.2. Assemblage
The centrifugal separator mod. SEC500 made by Ca.Re.Di.
srl is sent completely assembled and ready to being connected
at the end of the assemblage, every screen has been checked
and tested with a gear of some hours.
For the raising, use adequate lifting hooks
(see attached A).
WARNING!!!
THE MACHINE MUST BE PLACED ON SUPPORTING SURFACE AND
STABLILY FIXED TO THE EARTH.
4.3. Connection to the electrical system
The electrical system must be in compliance with norms:
CEI 64.8 (CENELEC HD 384, IEC 364) and EN 60204/1.
The Ca.Re.Di. srl declines every responsibility if the machine is
not correctly connected to the equipotential earth system and if it
has not been assembled in the upper part of the machine
coordinate protections’ device such as to guarantee the
automatic interruption of the feeding in compliance with as
previewed by the norms before cited.
The machine must be supply of microswitches near the
inspection doors.
CARRY-OUT THE CORRECT CONNECTION OF THE MICROSWITCHES
THE CONNECTION BETWEEN ELECTRIC MOTOR OF THE MACHINE AND
THE ELECTRICY NETWORK MUST BE CARRY-OUT BY SPECIALISTIC
STAFF !!!
MAKE SURE IT SELF BEFORE THE CONNECTION THAT THE MAINS
VOLTAGE COINCIDES WITH THAT OF THE ELECTRIC MOTOR

4.4. Inlet-Outlet product connection
The connection of inlet and outlet of the product to work
happens by means of adequate flange.
The possible supply of the flange of connection is due only on
specific request of the customer.
4.5. Suction plant connection
The connection to the aspiration system carried-out by vacuum
device fixed near the openings executed on the cover of the
case.
The vacuum device is supply only on specific request of the
customer.

4.6. Messa in esercizio
Prima di effettuare l’allacciamento alla rete elettrica, e quindi
prima della messa in opera della macchina, specialmente se si
tratta del primo avviamento o quando questa la si installi su un
nuovo posto di lavoro è necessario tenere conto delle seguenti
avvertenze:
• Verificare la giusta compatibilità tra l’impianto elettrico della
macchina e la rete di alimentazione già esistente.
• Verificare il corretto fissaggio delle flange di ingresso e uscita.
• Controllare che all’interno della macchina non vi siano corpi
estranei.
• Verificare il giusto senso di rotazione delle giranti.
• Verificare il corretto collegamento fra le varie parti che
compongono la macchina, gruppo motore, coperchi, ecc., e
che la macchina stessa sia correttamente vincolata al
terreno od alla struttura portante.
Si ricorda che qualunque avviamento della macchina deve
avvenire a vuoto, quindi introdurre il prodotto dopo che la
macchina ha raggiunto il numero di regime.
ATTENZIONE!!!
LE GIRANTI DELLA MACCHINA DEVONO RUOTARE IN SENSO OPPOSTO
SCARICANDO IL PRODOTTO NEL CENTRO DELLA TRAMOGGIA.
4.7. Sosta temporanea della macchina
In caso di sosta temporanea della macchina, prima di spegnere
il motore elettrico svuotare completamente l’eventuale carico di
materiale presente all’interno della macchina.
Interrompere il flusso di alimentazione del materiale e procedere
con il funzionamento del trasportatore per alcuni giri fino al
completo svuotamento. La presenza sportelli d’ispezione
consente una facile pulizia della macchina al suo interno che
deve essere effettuata sempre a macchina spenta.
4.8. Messa fuori esercizio
Nel caso sia necessario smontare la macchina per la messa
fuori servizio si danno le seguenti indicazioni.
• Disattivare il materiale elettrico.
• Disattivare i collegamenti elettrici.
• Smaltire il telaio e tutti i componenti:
- Materiali ferrosi, alluminio, rame: trattasi di materiale riciclabile
da conferire ad apposito centro di raccolta autorizzato.
- Materiali plastici e gomme: sono materiali da conferire in
discarica o in apposito centro di riciclaggio.
- Olii esausti: conferire ad apposito C.Di R.A.
(in Italia: Consorzio Obbligatorio Olii Esausti).
4.9. Zone di rispetto
Lo spazio utile di lavoro necessario ad un corretto utilizzo, è
riportato nell’allegato “B” in cui è riportata la zone di rispetto
attorno alla macchina.
L’utilizzatore dovrà quindi provvedere alla realizzazione delle
zone di rispetto, lasciando libero lo spazio utile richiesto nel caso
la macchina venga fissata su un piano di adeguate dimensioni,
oppure realizzando opportune passerelle nel caso la macchina
venga posizionata in prossimità di una struttura elevata da terra.

4.6. Start up
Before to carry-out the connection to the electricity
network, and therefore before the start-up of the machine,
is necessary to take care of following warnings especially
if it’s the first starter or when this is settled on a new
workplace:
• Verify the correct compatibility between the electrical
system of the machine and the existing feeding net
• Verify the correct fixage of inlet and outlet flange.
• Check that to the inside of the machine there are not
stranger bodies.
• Verify the correct rotation’s way of the rotors.
• Verify the correct connection between the several parts
that compose the machine, motor unit, covers, etc, and
that the same machine is correctly tied to the land or
the supporting structure.
It is reminded that any starter of the mixer must be carried-
out to empty, therefore put the product after that the
machine has caught up the full capacity.
WARNING!!!
THE ROTORS OF THE MACHINE MUST TURNS IN OPPOSITE SENSE
DISCHARGING THE PRODUCT IN THE CENTRE OF THE HOPPER.
4.7. Temporary stop of the machine
In case of temporary pause of the machine, before to switchoff
the electric motor completely, empty out the possible material
that can be inside of the machine.
Stop the feeding material and start with the operation of the
mixer for some turns until the complete emptying out. Inspection
doors assured an easy internal cleaning machine but always
when it’s stop.
4.8. Stopping of the machine
When is necessary to take apart the machine for the stopping
we gives you the following suggestions.
• Disconnect the electrical material.
• Disconnect the electrical connections.
• Dispare the chassis and all the members:
- Ferrous materials, aluminum, branch: it is a ricyclabile material
to carry to appropriate centre of authorized collection.
- Plastic materials and rubbers: it are material to carry in rubbish
dump or appropriate centre of recycling.
- Used Oils: carry to appropriate C.Di R.A.
(in Italy: Obligatory Consortium Exhausted Oils).
4.9. Zone of respect
The useful working area for a correct use is described in the
attached "B" in which it is indicated the zone of respect around
the machine.
The operator will have therefore to supply the realization of the
zone of respect, leaving free the useful space requested in case
the machine is fixed on a surface of adequate size, or realizing
adequate footbridges in case the machine is located near a
raised structure from earth.

5. R UM OR E
Per non aumentare nel tempo il livello di rumore è necessario
rispettare scrupolosamente le seguenti regole:
• Lubrificare con la frequenza prevista i cuscinetti.
• Controllare che non siano ostruite o danneggiate le parti
della macchina.
• Verificare lo stato della girante e dei battitori (piegamento,
usura, ecc.).
• Controllare l’efficienza degli organi di trasmissione (motore,
supporti, ecc.).
6. M ANUTENZI ONI
Le soluzioni tecniche ed i materiali utilizzati per la
costruzione del selezionatrice centrifuga mod. SEC500
sono tali da ridurre gli interventi di manutenzione.
Comunque si raccomanda di eseguire un insieme di
operazioni che suddivise tra manutenzioni ordinarie e
manutenzioni straordinarie hanno lo scopo di garantire la
sicurezza, l’affidabilità e l’efficienza della macchina nel
tempo.
6.1. Manutenzioni ordinarie
• Controllare e rimuovere, mediante gli appositi sportelli di
ispezione, eventuali depositi di materiale all’interno della
macchina. Assicurarsi prima che la macchina sia spenta e
che non possa essere riattivata (ogni 24 ore).
• Verificare lo stato del cavo di alimentazione di rete
assicurandosi che non presenti tagli o abrasioni.
• Verificare che non siano ostruite le bocche di carico e
scarico del materiale (ogni 24 ore).
6.2. Manutenzioni straordinarie
• Verificare la sicurezza dell’impianto elettrico: collegamento
impianto, dispositivo di sicurezza, continuità conduttore di
protezione.
• Controllare lo stato di usura della girante e dei battitori.
• Controllare lo stato di efficienza delle guarnizioni nei
supporti.
6.3. Indicazioni per la sicurezza
• Usare solo ricambi originali in quanto sono stati studiati, a
livello di materiale e di geometria, per ottenere il massimo
della funzionalità.
• Tenere sempre la macchina spenta quando non viene
utilizzata.
• Non consentire la manutenzione o l’ispezione alla macchina
se non al personale appositamente istruito e demandato
all’uso della macchina stessa.
• Utilizzare sempre le protezioni individuali nelle operazioni di
manutenzione.

5. NOI SE
In order that do not to increase during the time the level of noise
it is necessary to scrupulously respect the following rules:
• Lubricate with the previewed frequency the bearings.
• Check that there are not obstructed or damaged the
members of the machine.
• Verify the condition of the rotor and the beaters (folding,
wear, etc).
• Check the efficiency of the members of transmission (motor,
supports, etc).
6. M AI NANTENANCES
The technical solutions and the materials used for the
construction of centrifugal separator mod. SEC500 tanks to
theirs features assured the reduction of the maintenance
operations.
However it is recommended to carry-out some operations
between ordinary maintenances and extraordinary maintenances
that have the purpose to guarantee the safety, the reliability and
the efficiency of the machine during the time.
6.1. Ordinary maintenances
• Check and remove possible remaining materials inside of
the machine, by adequate inspection doors. Make sure
before that the machine is switched off and that it cannot be
reactived (every 24 hours).
• Verify the condition of the feeding power cable and make
sure that it hasn’t cuts or abrasions.
• Verify that the storaging and discharging mouths of the
material are not obstructed (every 24 hours).
6.2. Extraordinary maintenance
• Verify the safety of the electrical system: connection system,
safety device, continuity protection conductor.
• Check the condition of rotor’s wear and beaters’s wear.
• Check the conditions of efficiency of the gaskets in the
supports.
6.3. Safety notes
• Use only original spare parts because, tanks to their
qualities such as material and geometry, you’ll be obtain the
best of the functionality.
• Switched off always the machine when it does not come
used.
• The maintenance or the inspection of the machine must be
made only by instructed staff.
• Use always the individual protections in the operations of
maintenance.

7.1.2. Installazione 7.1.2. Installation

I motori vanno installati in un luogo facilmente accessibile e con
temperatura ambiente normale (max. 40°C). Osservare che
l’aria di raffreddamento possa entrare liberamente nelle bocche
di aspirazione e uscire da quelle di scarico senza venire subito
riaspirata. Le bocche di aspirazione e scarico vanno preservate
da otturazione e corpi estranei.
Se i motori sono stati immagazzinati o fermi a lungo in ambiente
umido, si raccomanda di misurare la resistenza d’isolamento fra
le fasi prima della messa in servizio. L’umidità può causare
correnti di dispersione, scariche e perforazioni. Per motori da
220-660 V, la resistenza d’isolamento di 1,5 megaohm va
considerata buona. Per valori inferiori, occorrerà essiccare
l’avvolgimento.
The motors must be assembled in an easy and accessible place
with a normal room temperature (max. 40°C). Check that the
cooling air can easily enter in the suction mouths and to exit
from those of discharge without to be breathed again. The
mouths of suction and discharge must be protected from
clogging and stranger bodies.
If the motors have been store or still in humid atmosphere for a
lot of time, it is recommended to check the resistance of
insulation between the phases of start-up and stopping. The
humidity can cause current’s dispersion, electric discharge and
perforations. For motors by 220-660 V, the resistance of
insulation of 1,5 megohms it’s considered good. For inferior
values, it will be necessary to drain the winding.

7.1.3. Collegamento elettrico
L’allacciamento va eseguito da personale specializzato a
conoscenza quindi delle norme relative all’installazione di
componenti elettrici.
Il motore deve essere allacciato secondo lo schema contenuto
nella scatola morsettiera. Come protezione contro
sovratemperature inammissibili causate da sovraccarichi si
devono impiegare, secondo VDE 0165, telesalvamotori che
soddisfino alle VDE 0660, oppure dispositivi tripolari equivalenti.
Come protezione addizionale degli avvolgimenti contro il
sovraccarico sono ammessi i termistori (a coefficiente positivo o
negativo) con relativo relè di sgancio. Come dispositivo di
protezione termica deve essere stato collaudato o omologato da
un ente riconosciuto (ad es. PTB ).
I motori ed i relativi organi di protezione e manovra, devono
essere coordinati con il sistema di protezione della rete a cui
sono allacciati (collegamento a terra, collegamento al neutro,
conduttore di protezione e collegamento di protezione).
SENSO DI ROTAZIONE E INDICAZIONE DEI MORSETTI DEI
MOTORI TRIFASI.
Per l’indicazione dei morsetti dei motori trifasi vale:
Se la successione alfanumerica o naturale delle sigle dei
morsetti (U1,V1,W1,U2,V2,W2 o U,V,W,Y,Z) corrisponde alla
sequenza temporale delle fasi. il motore ha rotazione destrorsa.
Questa norma vale per motori di qualsiasi potenza o tensione,
anche se non sono adatti per rotazione destrorsa.
Per la rotazione sinistrorsa dei motori stessi, andranno
scambiati 2 conduttori di collegamento esterni, per evitare la
modifica delle sigle di allacciamento.
Per motori con un solo senso di rotazione, questo è indicato da
una freccia. Sotto alla freccia è indicata la sequenza di
collegamento dei morsetti con le fasi; per rotazione destrorsa
UVW, per rotazione sinistrorsa VUW oppure WVU.

7.1.3. Electrical connection
The connection must be carried-out by specialized staff with the
knowledge of the norms concerning the installation of electrical
members.
The motor must be connected according to the diagram in the
terminal board. As protection against inadmissible over-
temperature, caused by overloads must be employed, according
to VDE 0165, tele-safe-motor that satisfy the VDE 0660, or
equivalent three-pole devices.
The thermistor are an additional protection of the windings
against the overload (to positive or negative coefficient) with its
uncoupling relay. As dispositive of thermal protection it must be
tested or accredited from a recognized agency (to es. PTB).
The motors and their members of protection and operation, must
be in accordance with the system of protection of the net to
which they are connects (connection to the earth, connection to
the neutral one, conductor of protection and connection of
protection).
ROTATION’S WAY AND INDICATION OF THE THREE-
PHASES MOTOR CLAMPS.
The three-phase motor’s clamps indication is valid if:
The alphanumeric or natural order of the acronyms of the
clamps (U1, V1, W1, U2, V2, W2 or U, V, W, Y, Z) is the same
of the temporal order’s phases.The motor has right-handed
rotation.
This norm is valid for motors of whichever power or tension,
even if they are not suitable for right-handed rotation.
For the left-handed rotation of the same motors, it will be
exchange 2 external conductors of connection, in order to avoid
the change of the connection acronyms.
For motors with a single sense of rotation, this is indicated by an
arrow. Under the arrow is indicated the order of clamps’
connection with phases; for right-handed rotation UVW, for left-
handed VUW or WVU.

7.2.2. Manutenzione cuscinetti 7.2.2. Maintenance of bearings

I supporti sono provvisti di cuscinetti a rotolamento. La
lubrificazione è a grasso già immesso in officina durante il
premontaggio. La sua sostituzione va eseguita almeno ogni due
anni previa asportazione del grasso vecchio e lavaggio con
petrolio. Usare un grasso semifluido di buona qualità per
ingranaggi come indicato nella tabelle seguenti:
The supports are complete with ball bearings. The lubrication is
