ALLO STATO LIQUIDO
Il sistema LDI (LPG Direct Injection, Iniezione diretta di GPL allo stato liquido) di
BRC Gas Equipment un sistema che d inizio ad una nuova generazione di impianti
a GPL. LPG Direct Injection il sistema sviluppato per i motori iniezione diretta
benzina che consente di iniettare il GPL, in fase liquida, direttamente in camera di
combustione, utilizzando gli iniettori e la pompa alta pressione originali.
Liniezione diretta di GPL consente di massimizzare le performances del motore e di
ottenere una riduzione delle emissioni inquinanti rispetto allalimentazione benzina.
LDI il sistema GPL dal livello tecnologico pari a quello dei motori per cui nato e
con i vantaggi del GPL ulteriormente esaltati.
The LDI system (liquid-state LPG Direct Injection) by BRC Gas Equipment opens to a
new generation of LPG systems.
LPG Direct Injection is developed for petrol direct injection engines allowing to inject
liquid-state LPG right into the combustion chamber using original injectors and high
pressure pump.
LPG direct injection allows optimizing engine performances and reducing pollution
emissions with respect to petrol supply.
LDI is the LPG system with the same high-level technology of direct injection engines, joined to the strongly enhanced LPG benefits.

COMPARAZIONE TRA MOTORE GDI E LPG DIRECT

INJECTION
Dal grafico si pu notare come il sistema a GPL LDI abbia un miglioramento delle
prestazioni ai bassi regimi, mentre i due carburanti si equivalgono ad alti regimi.

La flangia LDI integra tutti i dispositivi necessari al
rifornimento, allalimentazione di GPL ed i dispositivi di
sicurezza previsti dalle norme vigenti.

La flangia Benzina integra la pompa addizionale benzina,
utilizzata in fase di commutazione GPL benzina, con i
dispositivi ad essa correlati.

The LDI flange gathers all devices necessary to refuelling
operation, LPG supply and safety devices provided by the
law in force.
PETROL FLANGE
The Petrol Flange integrates the petrol additional pump,
used during LPG petrol changeover, together with all
related devices.

FSU
La FSU il dispositivo che integra le valvole di intercettazione del GPL e della benzina e che consente di commutare da un carburante allaltro. Integra inoltre i dispositivi
per la regolazione della pressione del carburante a monte
della pompa alta pressione.
POMPA ALTA PRESSIONE

GPL/BENZINA
Svolge la funzione di aumentare la pressione dei carburanti GPL/Benzina per il sistema iniezione.
CENTRALINA ELETTRONICA
La ECU svolge le funzioni legate alla gestione delle varie
elettrovalvole e pompe, oltre a tutte le strategie mirate
ad ottenere le migliori performances e compatibilit con
il controllo motore benzina (parametri autoadattativi)
in tutte le condizioni di funzionamento. La centralina si
interfaccia con la comunicazione OBD benzina.
The FSU device gathers LPG and petrol interception

valves and allows changing over from a fuel to another.
Moreover, it integrates devices for adjusting fuel pressure
upstream high pressure pump.

The pump increases LPG/Petrol pressure for injection
system.
LPG DIRECT INJECTION ECU

The ECU manages solenoid valves and pumps functions, together with all strategies useful to obtain best
performance and compatibility with petrol engine control
(self-adapting parameters) at all working conditions. ECU
interfaces with petrol OBD communication.
