UTENSILE
Lo spessore normale degli utensili
incisori e dei coltelli troncatori e 3 mm.
Si possono montare utensili con spes-
sore fino a 4 mm. al massimo. Se si
cambia lo spessore eseguire le se-
guenti operazioni:

matrici. Quella normalmente montata
(con spessore 2 mm.), reca stampigliato
il n°.3, perchè è adatta ad un coltello
con spessore 3 mm. In dotazione viene
fornita anche una piastrina con spes-
sore 1.5 mm. adatta ad utensili con
spessore 4 mm. (n°. 4). Montare la
piastrina adatta. E' fissata mediante la
vite (B) al blocco porta coltello.

L'UTENSILE INCISORE
La piastrina deve avere lo stesso spes-
sore di quella descritta al paragrafo
precedente (verificare il n°.
stampigliato). Dopo aver smontato
l'utensile incisore, togliere la piastrina
(C) che si trova sotto e sostituirla. Ri-
montando l'utensile incisore ricordarsi
di regolare la sporgenza come descrit-
to al capitolo "RE- GOLAZIONI".

CHANGEMENT OUTIL
L’épaisseur normale des outils d’inci-
sion et des couteaux tronçonneurs est
de 3 mm. On peut monter des outils
d’une épaisseur maximum de 4 mm.
En cas de changement d’épaisseur,
effectuer les opérations suivantes:

La plaquette calibrée (A) variable en
fonction de l’épaisseur de l’outil fait en
sorte que celui-ci se trouve au centre
des matrices. La plaquette qui est mon-
tée généralement (épaisseur 2 mm)
porte estampillé le n° 3 car elle est
adaptée à un couteau de 3 mm d’épais-
seur. La machine est dotée également
d’une plaquette d’1,5 mm épaisseur
adaptée à des outils de 4 mm d’épais-
seur (n°4). Monter la plaquette adap-
tée. Elle est fixée à l’aide de la vis (B) au
bloc porte-couteau.

D’INCISION
La plaquette doit avoir la même épais-
seur que celle qui est décrite au para-
graphe précédent (vérifier le n° estam-
pillé). Après avoir démonté l’outil d’inci-
sion, enlever la plaquette (C) qui se
trouve en dessous et la remplacer.
Quand on remonte l’outil d’incision, ne
pas oublier de régler la saillie suivant la
description donnée au chapitre «RE-
GLAGES».

The normal thickness of cutting tools
and cropping blades is 3 mm. Tools up
to a maximum thickness of 4 mm may
be fitted. If changing the thickness, per-
form the following operations:

The calibrated plate (A), which varies
according to the thickness of the tool,
ensures that the tool is in the centre of
the dies. The plate normally fitted (2
mm thick) is stamped with the number
3, because it is suitable for a blade 3
mm thick. A plate 1.5 mm thick is also
supplied, suitable for tools 4 mm thick
(number 4). Fit the right plate. It is
fastened to the block that holds the
blade with the screw (B).

TOOL
The plate must be of the same thick-
ness as the one described in the previ-
ous paragraph (check the number
stamped on it). After having removed
the cutting tool, remove the plate (C)
which is under it and change it. When
fitting the cutting tool again, remember
to adjust the protrusion as described in
the chapter on “ADJUSTMENTS”.

Die je nach Werkzeugdicke variierbare
kalbrierte Platte (A) sorgt dafür, daß
sich das Werkzeug in der Mitte der
Matrizen befindet. Normalerweise ist
eine Platte (2 mm) montiert, auf der die
Nr. 3 eingeprägt ist, denn diese Platte
ist für einen 3 mm dicken Trennstahl
geeignet. Auch eine 1,5 mm dicke Platte
wird mitgeliefert. Diese eignet sich für
ein 4 mm dickes Werkzeug (Nr. 4). Die
geeignete Platte montieren. Die Platte
ist mit der Schraube (B) am
Werkzeughalter befestigt.

Die Platte muß eine entsprechende
Dicke aufweisen, wie schon im
vorangehenden Abschnitt beschrieben

herausnehmen und ersetzen. Beim
Wiedereinbau des Einschnittwerkzeugs
den im Kapitel “EINSTELLUNGEN”
beschriebenen Vorsprung einstellen.

MATRICI
Cambianto lo spessore degli utensili è
indispensabile di conseguenza monta-
re un gruppo matrici con una fessura
adatta al nuovo spessore. Sulle matrici
per utensili da 3 mm. la fessura norma-
le è di 3.16 -0.010 . Dopo aver montato
le matrici interne, prima del montaggio
di quelle anteriori, verificare l'allinea-
mento coltello/matrici come segue:

Questa verifica si esegue con il carter
chiuso e la macchina in moto utilizzan-
do la funzione "TEST ROTAZIONE".
Scendere lentamente a piccoli colpi
fino a far entrare il coltello nella fessura
fig. A delle matrici. Spegnere la macchina,
aprire il carter e verificare con
spessimetro che il coltello si trovi in
centro alle matrici. Se questo non si
dovesse verificare vedere il capitolo
"MANUTENZIONE STRAORDINA-
RIA" paragrafo "ALLINEAMENTO
COLTELLO/MATRICI".

ESECUZIONE TEST
ROTAZIONE
Dopo avere eseguito una o più opera-
zioni descritte in questo capitolo, biso-
gna eseguire il test di rotazione con
l'apposito comando manuale.Questo
avviene tramite il motorino supplemen-
tare con bassa velocità a bassa poten-
za per verificare che tutto sia a posto e
non ci siano intoppi meccanici dovuti a
errori di montaggio. Se c'è qualche
inconveniente il motorino si ferma sen-
za provocare danni e dopo qualche
secondo si disabilita segnalando sul
display che c'è un intoppo. Verificare e
sistemare. Il ciclo TEST ROTAZIONE
viene attivato automaticamente quan-
do si parte per la prima volta in automa-
tico. Dopo aver eseguito il TEST RO-
TAZIONE manuale, si consiglia di ese-
guire qualche ciclo di tranciatura a ve-
locità normale a vuoto, per poter mette-
re a punto la regolazione dei coltelli.
Col TEST ROTAZIONE si può esegui-
re la messa in fase della trancia: tenen-
do il comando stabilmente, la rotazione
si ferma al raggiungimento di F3 e il
sistema si trova in posizione di riposo.

REMPLACEMENT
MATRICES
Quand on change l’épaisseur des outils,
il faut monter un groupe matrices avec
une fente adaptée à la nouvelle épais-
seur. Sur les matrices pour outils de 3
mm, la fente normale est de 3,6-0,010.
Après avoir monté les matrices inter-
nes, avant le montage des matrices
avant, vérifier l’alignement couteau/
matrices de la façon suivante:

Cette vérification s’effectue avec le car-
ter fermé et la machine en mouvement
en utilisant la fonction «TEST ROTA-
TION». Descendre lentement par à-
coups jusqu’à ce que le couteau entre
dans la fente des matrices. Eteindre la
machine, ouvrir le carter et vérifier avec
une jauge d’épaisseur que le couteau
se trouve au centre des matrices. En
cas contraire, voir le chapitre «MAIN-
TENANCE EXTRAORDINAIRE» para-
graphe ALIGNEMENT COUTEAU/MA-
TRICES».
EXECUTION TEST
ROTATION
Après avoir effectué une opération ou
plus parmi celles qui sont décrites dans
ce chapitre, il faut effectuer le test de
rotation avec la commande manuelle
prévue à cet usage. Cette opération
s’effectue à l’aide du moteur supplé-
mentaire avec basse vitesse à basse
puissance pour vérifier que tout est en
place et qu’il n’y a pas de coincements
mécaniques dus à des erreurs de mon-
tage. En cas d’inconvénients, le moteur
s’arrête sans provoquer de dommages
et après quelques secondes, il se dé-
sactive en signalant sur l’écran les obs-
tacles. Vérifier et remédier au problème.
Le cycle TEST ROTATION est activé
automatiquement quand on part pour la
première fois en automatique. Après
avoir effectué le TEST ROTATION ma-
nuel, nous conseillons d’effectuer quel-
ques cycles de coupe à vitesse nor-
male à vide pour pouvoir mettre au
point le réglage des couteaux. Avec le
TEST ROTATION on peut effectuer la
mise en phase de la lame: sans relâ-
cher la commande, la rotation s’arrête
quand F3 est atteint et le système se
trouve en position de repos.

CHANGING
THE DIES
When the thickness of the tools changes
it is indispensable to fit a new set of dies
with a space suitable for the new thick-
ness. On dies for 3 mm tools the normal
space is 3.16-0.010. After having fitted
the internal dies, before fitting the ones
at the front, check the blade/die align-
ment as follows:

ALIGNMENT
This is checked with the guard closed
and the machine running, using the
“TEST ROTATION” function. Bring the
blade down very slowly a little at a time
until it enters the space between the
dies. Switch off the machine, open the
guard and, with a thickness gauge,
check that the blade is in the centre of
the dies. If it is not, see the chapter on
“SPECIAL MAINTENANCE”, paragraph
“BLADE/DIE ALIGNMENT”.
PERFORMING THE
ROTATION TEST
After having performed one or more
operations described in this chapter,
the rotation test must be performed with
the special manual control. This is done
with the extra motor with low speed and
low power, to ensure that everything is
in order and that there are no mechani-
cal difficulties due to errors in assem-
bly. If there is any problem the motor
stops without causing damage and cuts
out after a few seconds, indicating the
presence of a fault on the display. Check
this and take the necessary action. The
ROTATION TEST cycle is activated
automatically when starting for the first
time in automatic mode. After having
performed the manual ROTATION
TEST, we recommend performing a
few shearing cycles at normal speed
without bars, so as to perfect the adjust-
ment of the blades. The ROTATION
TEST may be used to adjust the timing
of shearing: keeping the command con-
stant, rotation stops when F3 is reached
and the system is in rest position.

Wenn Werkzeuge mit einer anderen
Dicke verwendet werden, muß eine
Matrizenklemmvorrichtung mit einem
der Dicke entsprechenden Spalt
montiert werden. Auf den Matrizen für 3
mm dicke Werkzeuge ist der Spalt 3,16-
0,010. Nach Einbau der inneren und vor
Einbau der vorderen Matrizen, die
Ausrichtung Werkzeug/Matrizen wie
folgt prüfen:

Schutzhaube geschlossen und die
Maschine auf “UMDREHUNGSTEST”
eingestellt sein. Langsam senken, bis
das Werkzeug in den Matrizenspalt
eingeführt wird. Die Maschine
ausschalten, die Schutzhaube öffnen
und mit einem Dickenmesser prüfen,
ob sich das Werkzeug in der Mitte der
Matrizen befindet. Sollte dies nicht der
Fall sein, das Kapitel
“AUSSERORDENTLICHE
WARTUNG”,Abschnitt
“AUSRICHTUNG WERKZEUG/
MATRIZEN” beachten.
UMDREHUNGSTEST
AUSFÜHREN
Nach der Ausführung einer oder
mehrerer in diesem Kapitel
beschriebenen Arbeitsschritte den
Umdrehungstest manuell einschalten.
Der Test erfolgt über einen Hilfsmotor
mit niedriger Drehzahl und geringer
Leistung. Dabei wird geprüft, ob alles in
Ordnung ist und ob keine auf
Montagefehler zurückzuführende
mechanische Störungen auftreten.
Wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung ist, bleibt
der Hilfsmotor stehen, ohne
irgendwelche Schäden zu verursachen.
Nach einigen Sekunden erscheint auf
dem Display eine Störmeldung. Die
Störungsursache prüfen und beseitigen.
Der Umdrehungstest-Zyklus wird
automatisch eingeschaltet, wenn die
Maschine zum ersten Mal automatisch
betrieben wird. Nach Ausführung des
Umdrehungstests empfiehlt es sich, bei
normaler Geschwindigkeit einige
Schnittzyklen ohne Material
durchzuführen, um die Werkzeuge
perfekt einstellen zu können. Mit dem
Umdrehungstest kann die Schnitteinheit
perfekt eingestellt werden: Die Taste
gedrückt halten, die Drehung bleibt
stehen, sobald F3 erreicht ist, und das
System befindet sich in Ruhestellung.
