L’ Ammortizzatore è un importante componente della veicolo e in
questo manuale è descritto il migliore metodo per revisionarlo
correttamente.
Vi preghiamo di leggere attentamente questo manuale prima di
procedere alla revisione; se avete qualche dubbio riguardo alla
procedura da seguire, contattate un tecnico della Bitubo.
Tenete sempre presente che l’ammortizzatore ha il corpo in pressione

perciò è molto pericoloso: qualche componente potrebbe uscire ad
altissima velocità e provocare seri danni alla salute vostra e/o ad altri
nelle vicinanze.
Leggete attentamente questo manuale per eseguire il corretto
procedimento di smontaggio ed evitare le negative conseguenze di uno
scorretto procedimento

The shock damper is an important component of the motorbike, and in
this Service Manual is explained the correct method to revise it.
Please study and make certain that you fully understand all the
instruction before handling this component; if you have any questions
regarding proper service procedures, please contact a Bitubo
technician.
Remember that steering damper is pressurized ant its may be very

dangerous: some component may be expulsed at very hight speed and
cause serious damage to your healt and/or other people nearby.
Read carefully this manual in order to follow the right dismounting

procedure and avoid the negative conseguences of a wrong procedure.

00274 (Ago inserimento gas),

7) Rovesciare l’ammortizzatore e fissarlo in

morsa.
Rimuovere la vite di protezione della valvola gas,

9) Rovesciare l’ammortizzatore, fissare in
morsa la testina inferiore, e allentare il
dado di fissaggio stelo-testina

1) Infilare sulla punta dell’attrezzo cod. 00276

(inseritore O-ring astina) i nuovi O-ring.
Applicare un po’ di grasso sugli O-Ring, e
inserirli nello stelo

4) Avvitare a fondo con la bussola da 12mm

valore rilevato durante lo smontaggio (1/2
