SEQUENZA DELLE OPERAZIONI / SEQUENCE OF OPERATIONS

Posizionare la pompa sull’apposita attrezzatura e
bloccarla.

Place the pump on the proper tools and fix it.

2 Svitare le viti della flangia di chiusura pompa,

utilizzando l’apposita chiave.

Unscrew the screws of the charge pump cover,

using the proper wrench.

Inserire nei due fori filettati della flangia 2 spine.

Insert into the threaded holes of the charge pump

cover 2 pins.

Inserire 2 viti M12 nei fori filettati della flangia e

serrarle con apposita chiave.
Quindi rimuovere il coperchio.

Insert 2 M12 screws in the threaded holes and

tighten them with a wrench.
Thus remove the charge pump cover.

Rimuovere la pompa a lobi.

Remove the lobular pump.

6 Rimuovere la linguetta posizionata sull’albero

utilizzando le apposite pinze.

Remove the feather key on the shaft using the

proper pliers.

Rimuovere lo spessore di usura.

Remove the wear plate.

Svitare le viti del distributore utilizzando l’apposita

chiave.

Unscrew the distributor screws using the

appropriate wrench.

Rimuovere il distributore (avvitare 2 golfare negli
appositi fori filettati per effettuare questa
operazione).

Remove the distributor assy (screw 2 golfare in the

appropriate threaded holes for this operation).

Rimuovere il piattello distributore aiutandosi con
un cacciavite.

Remove the disc distributor using a screwdriver.

11 Inserire il nuovo piattello nel corpo del distributore

(confronta tab. A pag.3 per vedere la differenza tra i
piattelli)

Insert the new disc distributor into the distributor

body (see tab. A page 3 to understand the
difference between the valve plates).

Guide pins 12
Inserire le apposite spine di inserimento nel
distributore.
ATTENZIONE: Non stringere troppo le spine,
avvitarle solo per alcuni filetti

Insert the proper guide pins in the distributor.

ATTENTION: Tighten the pins only few threads.

Tenuta
Seal 13

Inserire la nuova tenuta nel distributore rispettando

la posizione imposta dalle spine.

Place the new seal on the distributor respecting the

position imposed by the pins.

Cospargere di olio il piattello (foto a) e la sede del

pistone (foto b).

Lubricate the valve plate (photo a) and the groove
piston (photo b).

Rimontare il distributore della pompa utilizzando

come guida le spine. ATTENZIONE: controllare il
corretto inserimento della guarnizione pompa e
degli o-ring.

Reassemble the pump distributor using the guide

pins. ATTENTION: Check the correct placement of
the pump seal and the of the o-rings.

16 Rimuovere le spine guida ed inserire le viti M16.

Serrare le viti con chiave dinamometrica ad una
coppia di 300 Nm.

Remove the guide pins and insert the M16 screws.

Tighten the screws using the dynamometric wrench
with a torque of 300 Nm.

Inserire le viti M10 con le piastre di sollevamento.

17 Stringere le viti con chiave dinamometrica ad una
coppia di 75 Nm

Insert the M10 screws with the lifting plates.

Tighten the screws using the dynamometric wrench
with a torque of 75 Nm.

Rimuovere la spina dal distributore e riposizionarla

nel foro opposto (vedere foto).

Remove the pin of the distributor and insert it into

the opposite hole (see picture).

19 Controllare l’o-ring e pulire la sede di

posizionamento dello spessore di usura.

Check the o-ring and clean the thickness wear

housing.

Inserire lo spessore di usura.

ATTENZIONE: lo spessore deve essere posizionato
di 180° rispetto alla posizione della fase 7.

Insert the wear thickness.

ATTENTION: the wear thickness must be inserted
rotated 180 ° respect to the position of operation

Inserire la linguetta nell’albero.

Insert the feather key in the shaft.

Riposizionare il rotore della pompa a lobi.

Place the rotor of the lobular pump.

Controllare l’o-ring del gerotor assemblato e
cospargerlo di grasso.

Check the o-ring of the new gerotor assy and

spread it with grease.

Inserire la flangia gerotor.

ATTENTIONE: la flangia deve essere ruotata di 180°

rispetto alla posizione della fase 4.
ATTENZIONE: non danneggiare l’o-ring.

Place the new gerotor body cover.

ATTENTION: the flange must be inserted rotated
180 ° respect to the position of operation 4.
ATTENTION: do not damage the o-ring.

Inserire 2 viti in 2 fori opposti e serrarle.
Screw
Insert 2 screws into 2 opposite holes and tighten
them.

Cospargere di frenafileti MEDIO 2 viti M10.

Spread with “MEDIUM” thread locker 2 M10

screws.

Inserire le 2 viti nei fori e serrarle ad una coppia di

70 Nm.

Screw Insert the screws and tighten them using the

dynamometric wrench with a torque of 70 Nm.

28 Rimuovere le viti inserite nell’operazione 25.

Cospargerle di frenafiletti medio ed inserirle
serrando ad una coppia di 70 Nm.

Remove the 2 screw inserted in operation 25.

Screw
Spread with MEDIUM” thread locker these screws
and put them back in the holes.
Tighten them with a torque of 70 Nm.
