Share with your classmates the time you leave in morning to go to school or
to work, and the time you come back. Use the verbs venire and ritornare. For
example: Ritorno a casa dal lavoro alle sette di sera.
Can you also invite (virtually!) a classmate to go to your house for dinner, to
go to the movies, or to share any other activities with you? In all these
questions in Italian we would use the verb venire, whereas in English you
may use "to go", andare (consider : "Do you want to go with me to the
restaurant tonight? = Vuoi venire con me al ristorante stasera?).
Read another student's entry and accept (virtually his/her invitation), and / or suggest
something else to do.
Have fun and be creative. Remember that this is all for practice and not for
real!

In the first tell your fellow students about a place of your choice (i.e. a city, town where
you live or lived, or a region, geographical area, state park, etc. that you visited ). What
do you know or don't know about this place? Use conoscere and sapere. Then write
something that you know and/or don't know about Italy and Italian cities.
In another paragraph use di + art. to describe what's in your fridge or in your kitchen
right now (C'è del latte, etc.). Answer these questions:
You may not know much of the vocabulary needed for this entry. If you wish, use the
online dictionary in the "Additional resources" tab above.
Now read the post of another student and be curious: ask some specific
questions about what he / she knows of the town or place he / she
mentions in the post.
