Describe some members of your family. Combine the
verbs avere and essere; use the possessive adjectives and as many
adjectives as you can. For example:

Now read the posting by another student on the same topic and ask at least a question to
find out some specific information about his/her family. For example:

Remember to use the article with the possessive adjective when
necessary.

Post a message in the Discussion forum below to say what you normally do
on a typical evening during the weekend. Answer some of the following
questions:
Do you stay home? Do you go out in the evening with friends or family? Do
you go to the movies (al cinema), to a restaurant (al ristorante), downtown
(in centro)? How do you go to these places? By car (in macchina), by public
transportation (in autobus, in metropolitana), on foot (a piedi)? Use the
verbs stare and andare.
Read the entry of another student and ask him/her at least one question to
elicit some information. For example: Vai al cinema tutti i sabati?
