MANUALE SETTAGGIO COMANDO RADIO 4 FUNZIONI

FUNZIONI:
• 4 funzioni “A”, “B”, “C”, “D”;
• “A”, “B” hanno sensibilità in ricezione massima;
• “C”, “D” hanno sensibilità in ricezione programmabile.
• Ritardo programmabile per “C” e “D” (DIP1): 0,5 o 1 secondo.
Alimentazione TRASMETTITORE: batterie da 7.2V 1600mAh

Programmazione CODICE (dip-switch “D1”)

Agendo sugli switch da 1 a 14 impostare lo STESSO CODICE su tutti i trasmettitori e ricevitori
installati in un sistema.

Programmazione SENSIBILITA’
Posizionarsi con il trasmettitore alla distanza desiderata per l’esecuzione delle funzioni “C” e “D”.

1. Impostare DIP1=DIP2=OFF.
2. Premere e tenere premuto per 4 secondi il tasto “MEMO”:
• il buzzer e il LED “LGC” vengono attivati con intermittenza lenta;
• il LED verde “READY” si spegne.
3. Premere e tenere premuto per almeno 10 secondi il tasto della funzione “C”:
• Durante la ricezione il LED rosso “LGC” lampeggia velocemente;
• il buzzer si attiva con un’intermittenza ancora più lenta.
4. Se la programmazione va a buon fine il buzzer emette un “bip” di 4 secondi, il LED verde
“READY” si accende ed il LED rosso “LGC” si spegne.
Se la programmazione non va a buon fine, il LED rosso “LGC” rimane acceso fisso: si
deve uscire dalla programmazione premendo brevemente il tasto “MEMO”, e ripetere la
procedura dal punto 2.
Se la programmazione viene interrotta dall’operatore, il LED rosso “LGC” continua ad
essere attivato in modo intermittente assieme al buzzer: per tornare alla modalità normale,
premere il tasto “MEMO”.
5. Verificare che dalla posizione desiderata premendo i tasti delle funzioni “C” e “D” si attivi
in modo regolare il ricevitore, senza interruzioni.
Se ci sono interruzioni impostare DIP1=ON impostando il ritardo al rilascio ad 1 secondo.
ATTENZIONE!!! Questo significa che al rilascio del comando si avrà comunque la
prosecuzione del movimento per un secondo.
6. Verificare che il funzionamento della funzioni “C” e “D” non superi la distanza scelta
altrimenti programmare una distanza inferiore.
7. Per aumentare la distanza programmata posizionare DIP2 di “D2” su ON.

Ogni volta che si modifica lo stato del dip-switch “D2” il LED verde fa due lampeggi -
autodiagnosi del sip-switch.

• Se all'accensione del ricevitore il LED verde continua a lampeggiare viene impostata una
distanza di 3 metri circa per l’attivazione delle funzioni C e D. (Errore memoria guasta).

• Nel caso si riscontri che il LED verde lampeggia in continuazione, inviare il ricevitore in
riparazione.

FUNCTIONS:
• 4 functions: “A”, “B”, “C” and “D”;
• “A” and “B” are set at maximum reception sensitivity;
• “A” and “B” have programmable sensitivity.
• Programmable delay for “C” and “D” (DIP1): 0.5 or 1 second.
TRANSMITTER power supply: 7.2V 1600 mAh batteries

CODE programming (dip-switches “D1”)

Use switches 1 to 14 to set the SAME CODE on all the transmitters and receivers installed in a
system.

SENSITIVITY Programming
Take the transmitter to the desired distance for performance of functions "C" and "D".

1. Set DIP1=DIP2=OFF.
2. Press the "MEMO" key and keep it pressed for 4 seconds:
• the buzzer and the "LGC" LED are triggered in slow on-off mode;
• the green READY light goes out.
3. Press function key "C" key and keep it pressed for at least 10 seconds:
• During reception, the red "LGC" red flashes quickly;
• the buzzer sounds in even slower on-off mode.
4. If the programming has been successful the buzzer emits a 4 second beep, the green
"READY" LED comes on and the red "LGC" LED goes out.
If the programming is not successful, the red “LGC” LED remains constantly on. Exit the
programming mode by pressing the "MEMO" key briefly, and repeat the procedure from
point 2.
If the programming operation is interrupted by the operator, the red “LGC” LED
continues to flash, and the buzzer continues to sound in on-off mode: to return to normal
mode, press the "MEMO" key.
5. Check that when function keys “C” and “D” are pressed from the position required, the
receiver switches on properly, without interruptions.
If interruptions occur, set DIP1=ON, which sets the delay after release to 1 second.
WARNING!!! This means that when the control is released, the movement will still
continue for one second.
6. Check that functions “C” and “D” do not respond beyond the chosen distance; otherwise,
program a shorter distance.
7. To increase the programmed distance, set DIP2 in "D2" on ON.

Whenever the status of dip-switch "D2" is changed, the green LED gives two flashes to indicate
dip-switch self-diagnosis.

• If the green LED continues to flash when the receiver is switched on, a distance of about 3
metres for activation of functions C and D is set. (Memory failure fault).

• If the green LED flashes continuously, send the receiver for repair.

FUNKTIONEN:

Programmierung des CODES (Dip-Switch „D1“)
Durch Betätigung der Switches 1 – 14 den GLEICHEN CODE an allen in einem System
installierten Sendern und Empfängern einstellen.
Programmierung der EMPFINDLICHKEIT
Zur Ausführung der Funktionen „C“ und „D“ den Sender auf den gewünschten Abstand
positionieren.
1. DIP1=DIP2=OFF einstellen.
2. Taste „MEMO“ drücken und 4 Sekunden lang gedrückt halten:
• Der Summer und die LED „LGC“ werden mit langsamer Intervallschaltung aktiviert.
• Die grüne LED „READY“ erlischt.
3. Die Taste der Funktion „C“ drücken und mindestens 10 Sekunden lang gedrückt halten:
• Während des Empfangs blinkt die rote LED „LGC“ rasch auf.
• Der Summer wird mit noch langsamerer Intervallschaltung aktiviert.
4. Wird die Programmierung korrekt beendet, gibt der Summer einen 4 Sekunden langen
„Beep-Ton“ aus, die grüne LED “READY” schaltet sich ein, und die rote LED „LGC“
erlischt.
Wird die Programmierung nicht korrekt beendet, bleibt die rote LED „LGC“ dauerhaft
eingeschaltet, woraufhin die Programmierung durch kurzes Drücken der Taste „MEMO“ zu
beenden ist; danach die Prozedur ab Punkt 2 wiederholen.
Wird die Programmierung durch den Techniker unterbrochen, bleibt die rote LED
„LGC“ weiterhin zusammen mit dem Summer in Intervallschaltung aktiviert: Zur
Wiederherstellung des Standardmodus die Taste „MEMO“ drücken.
5. Überprüfen, ob bei Betätigung der Tasten der Funktionen „C“ und „D“ von der gewünschten
Position aus die reguläre Aktivierung des Empfängers ohne Unterbrechungen erfolgt.
Sind Unterbrechungen zu verzeichnen, DIP1=ON einstellen und für die Verzögerung beim
Loslassen 1 Sekunde eingeben. ACHTUNG!!! Dies bedeutet, dass beim Loslassen der
Steuerung auf jeden Fall die Fortsetzung der Bewegung für die Dauer von einer Sekunde
erfolgt.
6. Überprüfen, ob der Betrieb der Funktionen „C“ und „D“ nicht den angewählten Abstand
überschreitet; anderenfalls ist ein kleinerer Abstand zu programmieren.
7. Zur Erhöhung des programmierten Abstands DIP2 von „D2“ auf ON positionieren.

Jede Änderung des Status des Dip-Switches „D2“ wird durch zweimaliges Aufblinken der grünen
LED quittiert – Selbstdiagnose des Dip-Switches.
• Blinkt die grüne LED bei der Einschaltung des Empfängers weiterhin auf, wird ein Abstand
von ca. 3 m für die Aktivierung der Funktionen C und D eingestellt. (Fehler Speicher
defekt).
• Im Fall des kontinuierlichen Aufblinkens der grünen LED ist der Empfänger reparieren zu
lassen.

En agissant sur les commutateurs de 1 à 14, introduire le MÊME CODE sur tous les émetteurs et
récepteurs installés dans un système.

Programmation de la SENSIBILITÉ
Se positionner avec l’émetteur à la distance désirée pour l’exécution des fonctions « C » et « D ».

8. Mettre DIP1=DIP2 sur OFF.

9. Presser et tenir pressée pendant 4 secondes la touche « MEMO » :
• le buzzer et la LED « LGC » sont activés avec intermittence lente ;
• la LED verte « READY » s’éteint.
10. Presser et tenir pressée pendant au moins 10 secondes la touche de la fonction « C » :
• pendant la réception la LED rouge « LGC » clignote rapidement ;
• le buzzer s’active avec une intermittence encore plus lente.
11. Si la programmation est exacte le buzzer émet un « bip » de 4 secondes, la LED verte
« READY » s’allume et la LED rouge « LGC » s’éteint.
Si la programmation est inexacte, la LED rouge « LGC » reste allumée fixe : il faut sortir
de la programmation en pressant brièvement la touche « MEMO », et répéter la procédure à
partir du point 2.
Si la programmation est interrompue par l’opérateur, la LED rouge « LGC » continue
d’être activée en mode intermittent avec le buzzer : pour retourner au mode normal, presser
la touche « MEMO ».
12. Vérifier que, de la position désirée, en pressant les touches des fonctions « C » et « D » le
récepteur s’active sans interruptions.
S’il y a des interruptions, mettre DIP1 sur ON en programmant le retard au déclenchement à
1 seconde. ATTENTION !!! Cela signifie que, lorsqu’on lâche la commande, le mouvement
continue pendant une seconde.
13. Vérifier que le fonctionnement des fonctions « C » et « D » ne dépasse pas la distance
choisie sinon programmer une distance inférieure.
14. Pour augmenter la distance programmée, positionner DIP2 de « D2 » sur ON.

À chaque fois que l’on modifie l’état du commutateur DIP « D2 » la LED verte clignote deux fois –
autodiagnostic du commutateur DIP.

• Si, à l’allumage du récepteur, la LED verte continue de clignoter, on programme une

distance de 3 mètres environ pour l’activation des fonctions C et D. (Erreur mémoire
endommagée).

Si la LED verte clignote sans interruption, faire réparer le récepteur.

Programación de SENSIBILIDAD
Situarse con el transmisor a la distancia prevista para la ejecución de las funciones “C” y “D”.

15. Programar DIP1 = DIP2 = OFF.

16. Presionar y mantener presionado durante 4 segundos el botón “MEMO”:
• el zumbador y el LED “LGC” se activan con intermitencia lenta;
• el LED verde “READY” se apaga.
17. Presionar y mantener presionado al menos durante 10 segundos el botón de la función “C”:
• durante la recepción el LED rojo “LGC” se enciende con intermitencia veloz;
• el zumbador se activa con intermitencia aún más lenta.
18. Si la programación se efectúa con éxito el zumbador emite un “bip” de 4 segundos, se
enciende el LED verde “READY” y se apaga el LED rojo “LGC”.
Si no se logra efectuar la programación con éxito, el LED rojo “LGC” permanece
encendido de modo continuo; se deberá salir de la programación presionando para ello
brevemente el botón “MEMO” y repetir el procedimiento a partir del punto 2.
Si la programación es interrumpida por el operador durante su ejecución, el LED rojo
“LGC” permanece activado de modo intermitente como así también el zumbador; para
retornar a la modalidad normal se debe presionar el botón “MEMO”.
19. Verificar que desde la posición elegida, presionando los botones de las funciones “C” y “D”,
el receptor se active normalmente y sin interrupciones.
En caso de verificarse interrupciones programar DIP1 = ON y programar el retardo con
valor 1 segundo. ¡ATENCIÓN! Esto significa que al soltar el mando se obtendrá la
prosecución del movimiento aún por un segundo.
20. Verificar que la activación de las funciones “C” y “D” no supere la distancia elegida y, de lo
contrario, programar una distancia inferior.
21. Para aumentar la distancia programada se debe posicionar DIP2 de “D2” en ON.

Cada vez que se modifica el estado del dip-switch “D2”, el LED verde lanza dos centelleos de
autodiagnóstico del dip-switch mismo.

• Si al encender el receptor el LED verde continúa encendido de modo intermitente, quedará

programada una distancia aproximada de 3 metros para la activación de las funciones C y D
(error memoria averiada).

• En caso de que el LED verde permanezca encendido de modo intermitente, será necesario
enviar el receptor para reparaciones.

Configurando os dip-switches de 1 a 14, programe o MESMO CÓDIGO em todos os transmissores
e receptores instalados num sistema.

Programação da SENSIBILIDADE
Ponha o transmissor à distância pretendida para a execução das funções “C” e “D”.

22. Ponha os dip-switches DIP1 e DIP2 na posição OFF.

23. Pressione e mantenha pressionada a tecla “MEMO” durante 4 segundos:
• o sinal acústico e o LED “LGC” são activados com intermitência lenta;
• o LED verde “READY” apaga.
24. Pressione e mantenha pressionada a tecla da função “C” durante pelo menos 10 segundos:
• Durante a recepção o LED vermelho “LGC” pisca com velocidade rápida;
• o sinal acústico activa-se com uma intermitência mais lenta.
25. Se o êxito da programação for positivo, o sinal acústico emite um “bip” de 4 segundos, o
LED verde “READY” acende e o LED vermelho “LGC” apaga.
Se o êxito da programação for negativo, o LED vermelho “LGC” permanece aceso
ininterruptamente: é preciso sair da programação pressionando brevemente a tecla “MEMO”
e repetir o processo desde o ponto 2.
Se a programação for interrompida pelo operador, o LED vermelho “LGC” continua
aceso de maneira intermitente juntamente com o sinal acústico: para regressar ao modo
normal, pressione a tecla “MEMO”.
26. Verifique se pressionando as teclas das funções “C” e “D” desde a posição desejada o
receptor activa-se de maneira regular, sem interrupções.
Se houver interrupções, ponha o dip-switch DIP1 na posição ON definindo o atraso para a
liberação do comando a 1 segundo. ATENÇÃO!!! Isso significa que ao liberar o comando, o
movimento irá continuar durante um segundo.
27. Verifique se o funcionamento das funções “C” e “D” não ultrapassa a distância escolhida.
Se isso acontecer, programe uma distância inferior.
28. Para aumentar a distância programada, ponha o dip-switch DIP2 de “D2” na posição ON.

Sempre que se modifica o estado do dip-switch “D2”, o LED emite dois sinais, que indicam a
realização do autodiagnóstico do sip-switch.

• Se na altura da ligação do receptor o LED verde continuar a piscar, será definida uma
distância de cerca de 3 metros para a activação das funções C e D. (Erro de avaria da
memória).

• Se perceber que o LED verde pisca continuamente, envie o receptor para reparação.
