KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare draft subcontract agreements for further review and approval by the Contracts Manager.
Management of subcontractors/suppliers from the start until the final account.
Evaluation and certification of the subcontractor’s application for payment/invoices.
Prepare and evaluate the subcontractor’s variations.
Maintain and update the subcontractor’s log (subcontracts, payment, variations, etc.)
Prepare commercial/contractual related correspondences, and notices to the Client and the subcontractors.
Conduct material take-off (MTO), BOQ, and rates for any variation to be submitted to the Client.
Attend progress site walk with the Client and consultant when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation of the monthly interim application to the Client and conduct a site walk with the cost consultant for
progress claimed verification.
Estimate and submit additional works or variations to the Client with reference to the head contract.
Attending cost verification and workshops with the cost consultant (AECOM) pertaining to the submitted variations.
Conduct meetings and dispute resolution with the subcontractors/Cost Consultant.
Preparation of subcontract agreement to MEP subcontractors/suppliers, and manpower suppliers.
Monitor and control subcontractors as per the agreed contract and Programme.
Evaluate, assess, and prepare payment certificates, variations, and the final accounts of the Subcontractors.
Plan subcontractor’s cash flow and monthly accruals to be provided to the Contracts Administrator as part of the
Project’s commercial report.
Prepare a draft subcontract agreement for further review by the Contract’s Administrator.

Advise and assist in the preparation and agreement of interim valuations and final accounts of the subcontractors. This
includes providing hands-on assistance in the measurement and valuation of work when requested by the Commercial
Manager.
Presentation of documents in relation to subcontracts, ensuring that subcontract terms and conditions reflect
obligations undertaken by DSI under the contract.
Experience in the quantification of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting (MEP) when preparing Variations
and/or re-measurements.
Ensure that subcontract costs are monitored and controlled against agreed budgets, and that cost information is
accurately recorded and regularly presented to appropriate personnel.
Assisting, as required in the placing and administration of direct supply orders (sales conditions / increased costs etc.)
Collate and present financial information in accordance with company procedures to line management.
Follow up interim applications for payment to the client and liaise with Accounts/Credit Control to secure payment.
