STARLINE-RS
STARLINE-RS e STARLINE-R are two roller-coating
machines for the finishing of materials in bobbins.
The coating by engraved roller allows the uniform
spreading of chemicals without defects on the finished
product due to impurities.
STARLINE-RS is arranged with PLC and inverters for the
control of speeds and can be operated as a standalone
unit or integrated in a finishing line. The router for remote
assistance is a standard feature, thus the machine fulfils
the Industry 4.0 specifications.
The controls of all machine functions are located in a
convenient orientable panel, complete of colour touch
screen. The colour doctor blades are made by a rigid frame
that guarantees the absence of vibrations and are fit on
self-aligning supports that assure a constant and uniform
pressure on the engraved roller. Their opening and closing
are pneumatically driven for the automatic positioning and
to avoid any setting due to the blade wear-out.
