Comprise 3 main parts:


- Construction inspection document works
- Export-Import works
- Other business works and skills

a. Construction Inspection Document Works:

 In charge of all construction document, Inspection record, Legalistic record.

 Checking construction documents, M&E documents. Inform to partners the document status may
have during the works to timely overcome.
 Follow up construction works. Including Super structure documents, Finishing documents,
inspecton and handover.
 Follow up M&E document works. Including document of Electric system, ACMV system, Fire
Fightinng system, Gas system, Air Condition system.

 Make working progress, monthly report, weekly report, prepare reports for among of stage,
reporting the progress situation last works and next works.
 Prepare report and attending meeting with clience, Supervision Consulting Contractor, Executive
contractor.

 Project development department, making quantity estimation.

 Writing correspondence, emails, documents, communication in english

 Prepare Tender documents, Bidding, Quatation, Contract submit to projects, clients.

 In charge of checking contract, preparing contents, conditions, provisions of contract.


 Contact with government offical to issue certificate as Fire protection certificate, Quarter Test
Certificatge, Trade Mark Registration Certificate, Official Letter, other relation documents to construction
and administration.
b. Export-Import works:

 Exchange purchasing with supplier, after get the price and other condition agreement carry out
making purchase contract.
 Follow up to prepare receiving goods. Follow up transportation. Working with custom to receice
goods. Prepare all neccessary document as import-export documents, declaration for export-import
goods for the goods, payment export-import tariff.
 Finishing all necessary procedure as custom’s requirement to receive goods

 Making export document. Follow up the payment, LC from customer, follow up transporting goods
to customer.
c. Other relation works:

 Contact with customer to get the signing contract.

 Building the price base on cost price, customer situation , type of goods, company business
situation to set up a best price.
 Making business method and stratagics

 In charge of doing national and international tender

 Make Annual Business activities report for Service of Trade

 Supervise balance of budget and expenditure in department of every month

 Contact with customer, supplier all in domestic and foreign, keep in touch with them

 Have good relationship with customer, partner, supplier.

 Doing other administrative works

 Carry out other arising work if any.
