I fratelli Comalli sono stati tra i primi del settore a coniugare design e tecnica costruttiva, utilizzando dallinizio materiali come lacciaio e lalluminio per la co costruzione delle forcelle e, d dal 1997, modellando e plasmando le fibre di Comalli brothers c carbonio. l 2001 Lavventura Kuota nasce nel 2001, stato per noi la naturale evoluzione delle cose commentano Ermanno e Mario, limpiego dei materiali compositi ci ha 1992 consentito di esprimere al meglio le nostre idee progettuali maturate in anni di esperienza allinterno del settore della bicicletta. La strada del successo parte da Ksano, il primo telaio in carbonio con una filosofia di design, per poi passare da Khan, uno dei pochi telai al mondo ad essere costruito in 14 taglie, e continuare con Kredo, uno dei primi telai vicini al kilo. Ora, con il progetto KOM la strada continua, nuove fibre e nuove tecnologie costruttive messe in c a m p o p e r r e a l i z z a r e u n t e l a i o a l l i m i t e d e g l i 8 5 0 g r. La costruzione monoscocca e grazie alla multi laminazione differenziata il telaio ha un peso contenuto (peso medio di 1,1 kg) ed elevata resistenza strutturale. La forcella ed il reggisella soddisfano le norme UNI EN 14781 in fatto sicurezza e test. Tubo sterzo a sezioni maggiorate con cuscinetti da 1-1/8 a 1-1/4. Le taglie disponibili sono 6, tutte a geometria slooping. Il tubo sella ed il reggisella hanno un design aerodinamico. Con la stessa tecnica costruttiva utilizzata per i prodotti corsa e triathlon Kuota, con KUP e KUP HT, si conferma un riferimento anche nel mondo off-road. Kup, la full sospended sinonimo di comfort e resistenza. Triangolo anteriore monoscocca a laminazione differenziata, fibre di carbonio arricchite con nanotubi, fibra di rivestimento 12K. Le sezioni del telaio sono oversize e le sagome dal design estremo ed accattivante lo rendono unico nel suo genere. Carro posteriore in alluminio sviluppato con il collaudato sistema 8 bulloni che consente allammortizzatore posteriore, da 90 mm, di lavorare direttamente sulla scatola movimento evitando danneggiamenti alla struttura del telaio. With the same philosophy and constructive technique for road and triathlon products, Kuota confirms as a reference also in the Off road world. Kup: the full suspended synonymous of comfort and resistance. Front triangle with differentiated lamination, Kuota NanoTechnology carbon fibres, 12K impact weave. The frameset sections are oversize, the shapes with extreme design make it exclusive in its segment. Rear carriage in aluminum developed with the tried and tested 8 bolts system that allow the rear shock-absorber, from 90 millimeter, to work directly on the bottom bracket shell avoiding damagings to the frame structure.
