I refrigeratori ASKI sono progettati e costruiti per il raffreddamento
dell'acqua o di altri liquidi negli impianti durante i processi produttivi.
Funzionano a ciclo chiuso, con circolazione del liquido tra il
refrigeratore e la macchina interessata. Non dipendono da rete di
alimentazione esterna.
Nella versione standard i refrigeratori modello LCA/C-LCA/E sono
adatti al funzionamento con temperatura ambiente compresa tra
-5  e  +40°C,  fornendo  acqua  refrigerata  ad  una  temperatura
compresa tra -5°C e +15°C (disponibilità di esecuzioni speciali su
richiesta specifica).
Tutti i refrigeratori sono modulari. Questo permette il collegamento
di più macchine in parallelo con totale indipendenza di ognuna.
La struttura è realizzata con profilati di alluminio e pannellature
in acciaio verniciato. E' studiata per garantire la massima solidità
e smorzare ogni vibrazione riducendo notevolmente la rumorosità.
I  compressori  impiegati  sono  alternativi  di  tipo  ermetico  o
semiermetico ad alta efficienza, contraddistinti da assorbimenti
limitati  allo  spunto  e  dai  ridotti  consumi  energetici.
L'impianto è attrezzato con rubinetti che permettono lo smontaggio
ed  il  recupero  del  fluido  frigorifero  per  la  manutenzione  dei
compressori.
I refrigeratori  sono dotati di un serbatoio di buona capacità ove
è  immerso  l'evaporatore  di  tipo  a  fascio  tubiero  acqua-gas
refrigerante  adatto per essere collegato a circuiti idraulici chiusi
con pressione dell'acqua fino a 6 bar, completo di riempimento
automatico, sfiato, scarico.
La pompa centrifuga a circolazione d'acqua completa di motore
IP 55 classe F è montata nella struttura . E' possibile scegliere il
modello  che  meglio  soddisfa  le  proprie  necessità.
Il ventilatore del tipo centrifugo per la serie LCA/C a doppia
aspirazione a pale rivolte in avanti è bilanciato sia dal punto di
vista statico che dinamico, è montato su supporti in gomma ed è
collegato alla bocca di espulsione con un raccordo antivibrante in
modo di ridurre al minimo la trasmissione di vibrazioni all'unità.

Aski produces refrigerating cycle, modular coolers with energy
accumulation that offer important advantages:
- reduced energy consumption
- reduced running costs
- total reliability
- contained size
- advanced control and adjustment system
Aski coolers are designed and built to cool water or other liquids
in production plants. They have a closed cycle operation with
circulation of the liquid between the cooler and the machine
only;  they  do  not  require  connection  to  a  mains  supply.
The standard version of the LCA/C - LCA/E model coolers is suitable
for operation in an ambient temperature of between -5° and +40°C.
It provides water cooled to a temperature of between -5° and +15°
C  (other  temperatures  can  be  arranged  on  special  request).
All  the  coolers  are  modular  which  allows  two  or  more  to  be
connected  in  parallel  with  each  operating  independently.
The frame is made from aluminium section bars and painted steel
panelling.  It  is  designed  to  provide  maximum  solidity  and  to
dampen vibrations, so notably reducing noise.
The compressors  are alternative highly efficient hermetic or
semi-hermetic models with limited absorption at start up and
reduced running costs.
The plant is equipped with taps to allow disassembly and recovery
of  cooling  fluid  for  maintenance  of  the  compressors.
The coolers  are fitted with a large capacity tank housing the cooling
water-gas shell and tube evaporator suitable for connection to
hydraulic closed circuits with water pressure up to 6 bar. The tank
includes automatic filling, an air bleed and a water drainage tap.
The centrifugal pump for circulation of the water is fitted with
an IP 55 Class F motor mounted in the structure. A choice of
several  models  is  available  to  best  suit  your  needs. 1 CIRCUITO

permettere la completa accessibilità ai componenti frigoriferi ed
idraulici.
Il sistema di comando e controllo è garantito da una scheda
elettronica programmabile a microprocessore. Importante è la
funzione di autodiagnosi ed il continuo controllo dello status di
funzionamento del refrigeratore.
Il sistema è gestibile a distanza ed è interfacciabile con apparati
di building automation e reti di supervisione.
Il tutto è costruito secondo normativa C.E.
The fan for series LCA/E, axial type is fitted on the structure with
the air ejection outlet covered by a protective grill.
The electric board is completely watertight but can be opened
to allow access to the cooling and hydraulic components.
The control system uses a microprocessor programmable electronic
board; two important functions are self-diagnosis and continuous
control of the cooler's operating status. The system can be run
remotely and can be interfaced with building automation equipment,
supervision networks etc.

Le batterie di raffreddamento aria per estrusione film serie BCA

The air cooling batteries for the BCA film extrusion series are units
complete with extruded aluminium support structure and panels
in painted steel, cooling battery, condensate separator, air entry
and exit channels, 3-way thermostatic valve for monitoring of the
outgoing air temperature, water input and output pipes, and a
water trap and discharge unit.
The BCA/F series of batteries has a process fan incorporated in
the structure.
The BCA and BCA/F series of batteries are used with the LCA/C
and LCA/E series of cooling units.

LIQUID COOLER SERIES LC - LC/V
I raffreddatori serie LC-LC/V sono scambiatori aria-fluido progettati
per raffreddare in circuito chiuso per mezzo di scambio indiretto
in controcorrente con aria ambiente vari tipi di fluido (acqua-acqua
glicole-olio-ecc.).
L' uso dei raffreddatori LC-LC/V per installazione esterna trova il
suo impiego nel campo industriale dove la temperatura del fluido
raffreddato è superiore di 5°C alla temperatura ambiente del bulbo
secco .
IMPIEGHI
Come  raffreddatori  in  sostituzione  di  torri  evaporative  con
conseguente eliminazione del consumo acqua in evaporazione e
nessuna contaminazione del fluido raffreddato .
Abbinato ai gruppi refrigeratori  LCA/C-LCA/E sfruttando la bassa
temperatura  ambiente,  offre  il  sistema  "Free  cooling"  ovvero
sostituisce i gruppi refrigeratori nella stagione fredda ottenendo
un elevato risparmio energetico.
Abbinato ai gruppi refrigeratori LC/W offre la possibilità di raffreddare
l'acqua per i condensatori a fascio tubiero in circuito chiuso, la
possibilità  del  recupero  di  calore  prodotto  dal  condensatore
producendo acqua calda; in alternativa, durante la stagione fredda
sostituisce completamente il raffreddatore ottenendo un elevato
risparmio energetico.
La serie LC è realizzata per poter essere montata in orizzontale
su apposita struttura portante con regolazione telescopica per le
varie esigenze, oppure montata in verticale con la possibilità di
sovrapporre  più  batterie  per  diminuire  lo  spazio  occupato.
La serie LC/V è realizzata con due batterie contrapposte con elevata
superfice  di  scambio  per  poter  soddisfare  grosse  potenze  di

Batterie di scambio termico costruite con tubi in rame mandrinati
ad alette in alluminio, collettori entrata ed uscita fluido, telaio di
sostegno in acciaio zincato a caldo.
Ventilatori assiali a basso numero di giri con motori a statore
rotante  protezione  IP  54  montato  su  boccagli  smontabili
(singolarmente su gruppi serie LC e a coppie su gruppi LC/V) per
una facile manutenzione.
Cablaggio elettrico completo con un interruttore generale per ogni
singolo ventilatore posizionato su struttura per poter escludere
il funzionamento in caso di guasto di ogni singolo ventilatore.

LC - LC/V SERIES
SERIE LC - LC/V
The closed loop LC-LC/V series of coolers are air-fluid exchangers,
designed to cool various types of fluid (water-water, glycol-oil
etc.) by means of a countercurrent indirect exchange with ambient
air.  Externally installed LC-LC/V coolers are used in industrial
situations where the cooled fluid temperatures are higher than the
dry bulb ambient temperature by 5°C.
USES
The machine is used with coolers rather than evaporating towers
with consequent elimination of consumption of evaporated water
and no contamination of the cooling fluid.
Combined with LCA/C-LCA/E cooling units and making use of a
low environmental temperature, the “Free Cooling” system means
that the cooling units can be replaced during the cold season to
save energy costs.
Combined with LC/W cooling units, it offers the possibility of cooling
water for closed circuit tube-nest condensers and the possibility
of recovering heat produced by the condenser for the production
of hot water.  Alternatively, it completely replaces the cooling unit
during the cold season for high energy savings.
The  LC  series  is  designed  to  be  mounted  horizontally  on  a
telescopically adjustable support structure or vertically with batteries
placed in stacks to reduce the footprint.
The LC/V series is designed with two opposed batteries with a high
heat exchange surface for high cooling power in a limited footprint.
TECHNICAL DATA
The support structure made from galvanized steel and painted
externally  with  epoxy  paint  ensures  solidity  and  sturdiness  in
addition to the plant’s high quality.
The heat exchange batteries are built using expanded copper pipes
with aluminium fins, fluid input and output manifolds, and a support
frame in hot galvanized steel.
Low speed axial fans with IP 54 rotating stator motors on removable
nozzles (individually on LC series units and in pairs on LC/V units)
for easy maintenance.
Complete wiring with an individual main switch on the structure
for each fan to enable exclusion of single fans in the event of
malfunction.
Constructed in compliance with EC standards.
