- Caratterizzazione di componenti e circuiti in Si, GaAs, GaN
on wafer e in TTF.
- Studio e implementazione di procedure di misura di cifra
di rumore su transistori avanzati a microonde (FET,
HEMT, BJT e HBT).
- Analisi teorico-sperimentale e modellistica dei parametri
di rumore di FET avanzati a microonde.
- Progetto, prototipazione e test di circuiti HMIC per
front-end wireless a basso rumore.
- Progetto, prototipazione e test di sistemi radar integrati
a corto raggio.
- Progetto, prototipazione e test di circuiti e sistemi per
applicazioni satellitari.
2022-presente Responsabile del Laboratorio Didattico di Elettronica delle
Microonde (EDUMIC) attrezzato per le seguenti attività

- Tirocini sperimentali nel campo dell’Elettronica delle
