DESCRIZIONE GENERALE
Il Regolatore di rifasamento a microprocessore serie CPR plus esegue
le funzioni di controllo e regolazione in modo interamente digitale.
Questo consente misure di cos accurate ed affidabili, esenti da
errori dovuti ad invecchiamento dei componenti elettronici. Un
appropriato algoritmo di controllo consente allapparecchio di operare
correttamente anche in impianti caratterizzati da un alto contenuto
armonico.
Data la capacit del microprocessore di calcolare tempestivamente
la potenza reattiva, la regolazione del fattore di potenza viene
effettuata mediante la commutazione selettiva delle batterie di
condensatori; ne esegue quindi una drastica riduzione del numero
di manovre e nel caso di batterie di condensatori di pari potenza,
consente un utilizzo omogeneo delle stesse.
La versione CPR plus consente un controllo della temperatura interna
del quadro con impostazioni di una prima soglia di sovratemperatura
a cui associata unuscita a rel (ad esempio per il funzionamento
di un dispositivo di raffreddamento) ed una seconda sovratemperatura
a cui associata la disattivazione degli step inseriti.

Il Regolatore di rifasamento presenta le caratteristiche di:

Visualizzazione dei parametri della rete quali: Cos , Tensione,
Corrente, Temperatura interna del quadro, Potenza reattiva, allarmi,
tempo di intervento
Scelta automatica e ottimizzazione dellattivazione dei vari Step
Rotazione nellattivazione degli step
Uscite a Relay indipendente per allarmi e per sovratemperatura
Funzionamento in modalit Automatica e manuale con funzione
di interdizione per ogni singolo step
Tempi di risposta proporzionali alla potenza richiesta
Impostazione di due livelli di temperatura
Visualizzazione degli allarmi di sotto/sovracorrente,
sotto/sovratensione, sotto/sovracompensazione

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The power factor regulator series CPR plus with microprocessors,
performs the control and regulation functions entirely in a digital
mode. This allows a liable and accurate measurement of the cos
free of errors due to the aging of the electronics components. An
appropriate algorithm control allows the instrument to operate
correctly even in plants characterized by a high harmonics
content.
Due to the microprocessors capability of an immediate calculation of
the reactive power, the regulation of the power factor is effected by
the means of a selective switching of the capacitors banks; so
performing a drastic reduction of the manoeuvres number, and in the
case of equal power capacitors banks, consents an homogeneous
utilization of these.
The CPR plus version contains also an internal temperature
control of the panel by setting a first threshold of an overheating to
which is associated an output relay (for example to put ON a cooling
ventilation device), and a second threshold of the panel internal
overheating to which is associated the deactivation of the insert steps.
THE FUNCTIONS
The CPR plus power factor regulator have the following features:
A real and true measurement of the lacking and exceeding reactive
power.
The displaying of the network parameters such as: Cos, voltage,
current, internal temperature of the panel, the reactive power, alarms,
operating time.
Automatic choice and the optimisation of the various steps activation.
The rotation of the steps activation.
Out put independent relays for alarms and over heating.
Automatic & manual modality operating with a lock function for
each single step.
Operating time proportionally to the requested power.
The setting of two levels of temperatures.
The displaying of alarms for: under/overcurrent,
under/overvoltage, under/overcompensation.
These Equipments have to be installed by qualified personnel, complyng with the update
standards in order to avoid harms or damages to persons or things.
