INTRODUZIONE

Il presente manuale e gli allegati annessi forniscono tutte le informazioni necessarie all'installazione, alle parti costituenti il prodotto, all'uso ed al funzionamento del sistema cash less EuroKey Plus, nonch un'introduzione tecnica per una buona manutenzione ed un appropriato uso del prodotto stesso. Le informazioni contenute nel presente manuale sono soggette a modifiche senza preavviso e non rappresentano un impegno da parte di Comestero Srl. Ogni cura stata posta nella raccolta e nella verifica della documentazione contenuta in questo manuale; tuttavia la Comestero Srl non pu assumersi alcuna responsabilit derivante dall'utilizzo dello stesso. Descrizione generale dellapparecchio

EuroKey Plus un sistema avanzato di pagamento cashless a trasponder utilizzabile in qualsiasi applicazione (distributori automatici, impianti di lavaggio, tutte le tipologie di apparecchi che abbiano integrato un sistema di pagamento automatico) e permette di eseguire transazioni senza denaro. E' disponibile di tre differenti versioni: - Executive, per apparecchi che utilizzano tale protocollo - MDB, per apparecchi che utilizzano tale protocollo - Parallelo, per tutte le altre applicazioni. E' di facilissima installazione su qualsiasi apparato. E' possibile connettervi direttamente, senza l'ausilio di ulteriori interfacce, una gettoniera elettronica RM5 ed un lettore di banconote per ricaricare le chiavi. La gestione di EuroKey Plus facilitata da un rapido e veloce sistema di rilevazione contabile.

NOTE GENERALI La confezione multipla pu contenere fino a 5 sistemi, nelle differenti versioni, composti da blocchetto e relativo cablaggio di collegamento; le chiavi vengono consegnate in confezione differente, nella quantit richiesta dal cliente (fig. 3.1).

3.1 Controlli al ricevimento della spedizione

Allatto del ricevimento del prodotto occorre controllare che lo stesso non abbia subito danni durante il trasporto. Se si dovessero notare danni di qualsiasi natura si faccia immediatamente reclamo al trasportatore. Alla fine del trasporto limballo deve risultare integro, vale a dire non deve: Presentare ammaccature, segni di urti, deformazioni o rotture dellinvolucro contenitore. Presentare zone bagnate o segni che possano portare a supporre che linvolucro sia stato esposto alla pioggia, al gelo o al calore. Presentare segni di manomissione. Verificare che il contenuto della confezione corrisponda allordine. 3.2 Tipologie di imballo Il sistema di pagamento EuroKey Plus pu essere distribuito in confezione singola o multipla. La confezione singola prevede uno starter kit completo, che si differenzia nel contenuto a seconda della versione del sistema scelto: EuroKey Plus Starter Kit - versione executive - Blocchetto sistema e relativo cablaggio di collegamento - Chiave di configurazione - Programma d'applicazione (cd: KysOne e relativa interfaccia) - 10 chiavi utente EuroKey Plus Starter Kit - versione MDB - Blocchetto sistema e relativo cablaggio di collegamento - Chiave di configurazione - Programma d'applicazione (cd: KysOne e relativa interfaccia) - 10 chiavi utente EuroKey Plus Starter Kit - versione Parallelo - Blocchetto sistema e relativo cablaggio di collegamento - Scheda di interfaccia RM925 con relativo cablaggio di collegamento - Display completo di vetrino - chiave di configurazione - Programma d'applicazione (cd: KysOne e relativa interfaccia) - 10 chiavi utente. 6

5.1 Modalit di installazione Il sistema estremamente versatile per la facilit d'installazione che pu essere effettuata frontalmente o dal retroquadro dell'apparecchio. Nelle figure poste a seguito sono rappresentati i fori da effettuare sull'apparecchio in base alla modalit d'installazione scelta. Per il collegamento elettrico fare riferimento al capitolo relativo alla versione utilizzata, Executive, MDB o Parallelo.

FUNZIONAMENTO E PROGRAMMAZIONE 6.1 FUNZIONI GENERALI DEL SISTEMA A CHIAVE Introducendo una chiave, la prima operazione che viene eseguita dal sistema EuroKey Plus quella di verificare che la stessa sia codificata correttamente, questo visualizzato tramite il led frontale che mostra la sequenza verde-rosso-verde se all'interno di essa vi sono gli stessi codici del sistema. La sequenza citata indica che la chiave stata riconosciuta come valida; mentre rimane rosso nel caso in cui i codici fossero differenti, ovvero chiave non riconosciuta (codici differenti). Se una Chiave Utente risulta priva di codici il sistema provveder a "battezzarla", ovvero scriver in essa i codici si sicurezza del blocchetto stesso. Quando una chiave risulta valida si possono effettuare le seguenti operazioni: - Visualizzare il credito contenuto nella chiave. Per fare ci sufficiente introdurla nell'EuroKey Plus ed il display della macchina mostrer il credito contenuto in Chiave. - Caricare una Chiave. La carica di una Chiave possibile nei seguenti modi: - Mediante l'introduzione di contante (monete e/o banconote) nei validatori installati. - Mediante Chiave di Ricarica seguendo la procedura relativa (rif. Chiave di Ricarica). - Recuperando l'eventuale credito residuo a seguito di una vendita per contante (fatta eccezione per la Vendita Singola). - Usufruire del credito per l'acquisto di beni o servizi. Qualora il credito contenuto in chiave sia sufficiente, la macchina abiliter la selezione del/i prodotto/i ed, a seguito della scelta effettuata dall'utente, la macchina lo erogher. L'importo relativo verr decrementato dal credito della chiave. 6.1.1 Codici di sicurezza EuroKey Plus dispone di 3 codici di sicurezza atti a garantire che solamente le chiavi con identici codici vengano riconosciute e servite. Codice Gestore In questo campo andr inserito un numero compreso tra 1 e 65535 che identificheremo come Gestore. Valore di fabbrica = 0 Codice Locazione In questo campo andr inserito un numero compreso tra 0 e 65535 che identificheremo come Locazione. Valore di fabbrica = 0 Codice Macchina In questo campo andr inserito un numero compreso tra 0 e 255 che identificheremo come Macchina. Valore di fabbrica = 0 6.1.2 Chiavi Il sistema EuroKey Plus utilizza chiavi elettroniche di tipo contact-less. Esse vengono fornite in uno stato che definiremo "Inizializzato", tale operazione, effettuata in fabbrica ha lo scopo di rendere le stesse univoche ed utilizzabili solamente sui sistemi Comestero. Ciascuna chiave caratterizzata da - un "Privilegio" che ne determina la tipologia - 3 codici di sicurezza (Gestore, Locazione, Macchina) precedentemente descritti. EuroKey Plus in grado di gestire le seguenti tipologie di chiavi: - Chiave Utente. E' la chiave generica e destinata all'utenza finale. Mediante essa possibile effettuare acquisti di beni o servizi senza denaro. Essa inoltre ricaricabile con contante oppure con Chiave di Ricarica. Alla prima introduzione di una Chiave Utente in un sistema EuroKey Plus essa acquisisce automaticamente i 3 codici di sicurezza del sistema stesso. La Chiave Utente utilizzabile in tutte le versioni di EuroKey Plus (Executive, MDB, Parallelo Monoprezzo, Parallelo Multiprezzo). - Chiave di Sconto. E' una chiave destinata sempre all'utenza finale ma con un privilegio di sconto differente e programmabile sul sistema. Anche la Chiave di Sconto ricaricabile. Esempio: Prezzo Contante Prezzo Chiave Chiave di Sconto 1 0,90 20% (riferito al prezzo in contanti)

Una vendita con Chiave di Sconto sar quindi effettuata a 0,80. 12

Se si utilizza una Chiave di sconto durante il periodo di ulteriore riduzione in Fascia Oraria, quest'ultimo sconto viene comunque applicato. Supponiamo quindi di avere uno sconto di Fascia Oraria pari a 0,05, significa che, nell'esempio sopra descritto, la vendita sar effettuata a 0,75. Il "Privilegio" Chiave di sconto impostabile dal Gestore stesso. Differentemente dalla Chiave Utente, la Chiave di Sconto non acquisisce automaticamente i codici di sicurezza che andranno impostati a cura del Gestore. Le eventuali vendite effettuate con la Chiave di Sconto sono registrate in un apposito registro in contabilit. La Chiave di Sconto non applicabile alla versione MDB. - Chiave Gratuita. Questa particolare chiave permette di effettuare acquisti in modo gratuito. In realt essa precaricata ad un valore stabilito dal gestore. Esaurito tale credito la Chiave deve essere ripristinata dal gestore stesso. Non possibile ricaricarla con contante n con Chiave di Ricarica. Il "Privilegio" Chiave Gratuita impostabile dal Gestore stesso. Anch'essa non acquisisce automaticamente i codici di sicurezza che dovranno essere impostati a cura del Gestore. Le eventuali vendite effettuate con la Chiave gratuita sono registrate in un apposito registro in contabilit. La Chiave Gratuita non applicabile alla versione MDB. - Chiave di Manutenzione. Questa chiave destinata all'utilizzo esclusivo del Gestore/Manutentore. Mediante essa possibile effettuare operazioni di controllo di vendita e caricamento senza alterare la contabilit del sistema. Le eventuali vendite effettuate con la Chiave di Manutenzione sono registrate in un apposito registro in contabilit. Il "Privilegio" Chiave di Manutenzione impostabile dal Gestore stesso. Anch'essa non acquisisce automaticamente i codici di sicurezza che dovranno essere impostati a cura del Gestore. In realt per la Chiave di Manutenzione bisogna impostare il solo codice Gestore per poterla utilizzare in pi Locazioni e Macchine. La Chiave di Manutenzione applicabile a tutte le versioni. - Chiave di Ricarica. Questa chiave destinata all'utenza finale. Le chiavi di ricarica sono chiavi destinate a quelle installazioni in cui il sistema chiave non e' collegato ad alcun accettatore di denaro e la ricarica delle chiavi utente avviene appunto attraverso il loro uso. 13 A seguito dell'inserimento della Chiave di Ricarica nel sistema EuroKey Plus apparir sul display un importo precedentemente stabilito in fase di programmazione e definito come "Valore di Ricarica", per esempio 5 . Tale importo non pu essere utilizzato per ottenere servizi o vendite, bens pu essere caricato SOLAMENTE sulla Chiave Utente. Inserendo pi volte la chiave di ricarica nel sistema, sul display appariranno multipli del valore di ricarica, lasciandola introdotta per circa 4 secondi la chiave riprender il credito precedentemente visualizzato sulla macchina. Il "Privilegio" di Chiave di Ricarica, essendo molto particolare, scrivibile solamente in fabbrica ed andr richiesta come tale. Essa non acquisisce automaticamente i codici di sicurezza che andranno impostati a cura del Gestore. - Chiave di Configurazione. Le chiavi di configurazione sono chiavi destinate ai gestori, per permettere loro una pi rapida riconfigurazione del sistema sul campo senza fare ricorso a PC, palmari o altro. Con la Chiave di Configurazione possibile modificare una o pi impostazioni di EuroKey Plus. Nel caso si debbano modificare molti parametri in una sola sessione di modifica, una sola Chiave non sufficiente e occorrer disporne di altre. Il programma per PC denominato KySOne avverte quando una Chiave di Configurazione piena affinch le restanti modifiche vengano continuate su altre Chiavi. Per le modifiche di uso pi comune, come il cambiamento di un prezzo o di poche opzioni, normalmente implicano l'utilizzo di una sola Chiave; nell'ipotesi invece di riconfigurare interamente un sistema EuroKey Plus si necessitano 3 Chiavi, fatta eccezione per un'eventuale Black List che da sola ne utilizza 2. Il "Privilegio" di Chiave di Configurazione, essendo molto particolare, scrivibile solamente in fabbrica. Essa non acquisisce automaticamente i codici di sicurezza che andranno impostati a cura del Gestore. Sono disponibili differenti versioni di Chiave di Configurazione : Chiave di Configurazione Executive Chiave di Configurazione MDB Chiave di Configurazione Parallelo Monoprezzo Chiave di Configurazione Multiprezzo

Ogni singola chiave pu essere utilizzata sul sistema EuroKey Plus di versione corrispondente.

6.1.3 Configurazioni delle chiavi Le chiavi normalmente fornibili sono: - Chiave Utente - Chiave di Ricarica - Chiave di Configurazione Da una Chiave Utente possibile generarsi le altre tipologie (Manutenzione, Sconto, Gratuita) tramite il men Chiavi del programma per PC denominato KySOne. Tutte le denominazioni dei parametri e delle opzioni di seguito riportate fanno quindi riferimento a tale programma. SCHEMA CONFIGURAZIONE CHIAVI

6.2 VERSIONE EXECUTIVE Il sistema EuroKey Plus in versione Executive viene cos denominato in quanto implementa tale protocollo seriale di comunicazione con un VMC (Vending Machine Control). In questa versione possibile: - Definire un numero di macchina - Gestire 3 Modi funzionamento Executive - Gestire due Modalit di Vendita - Gestire direttamente i validatori - Definire 3 Codici di Sicurezza - Definire 10 prezzi di vendita in contanti e 10 con Chiave - Gestire ed abilitare differenti tipologie di Chiave - Gestire due Fasce orarie di sconto - Gestire dei Bonus - Disabilitare fino a 20 Chiavi scrivendone il numero di serie in Black List - Rilevare Dati contabili mediante apposito Box Audit 14

6.2.1 Programmazione e Configurazione EuroKey Plus ( Executive ) Di seguito sono descritti tutti parametri e le opzioni di configurazione programmabili nel sistema EuroKey Plus versione Executive atti a definire le modalit di funzionamento secondo le esigenze e necessit di applicazione. Tutte le denominazioni dei parametri e delle opzioni di seguito riportate fanno riferimento al programma per PC denominato KySOne. Numero Sistema Questo campo non editabile e mostra il n di serie del prodotto che viene scritto in fabbrica. Numero Macchina In questo campo possibile inserire un numero di 9 cifre utile a codificare ed a identificare una macchina sulla quale installato il sistema EuroKey Plus. Tale numero verr riportato nei rapporti di contabilit. Valore di fabbrica = 0

Codici EuroKeyPlus dispone di 3 codici di sicurezza atti a garantire che solamente le chiavi con identici codici vengano riconosciute e servite. Codice Gestore Inserire in questo campo un numero compreso tra 1 e 65535 che identificheremo come Gestore. Valore di fabbrica = 0 Codice Locazione Inserire in questo campo un numero compreso tra 0 e 65535 che identificheremo come Locazione. Valore di fabbrica = 0 Codice Macchina Inserire in questo campo un numero compreso tra 0 e 255 che identificheremo come Macchina. Valore di fabbrica = 0 Valuta Selezionare in questo campo la valuta desiderata tra le seguenti: Euro Pound Dollar Franc Suisse Sek Pesos Yuan Kuna Valore di fabbrica = Euro Valore Base Il protocollo di comunicazione Executive prevede che l'informazione relativa ai prezzi venga comunicata come fattore moltiplicativo di un Valore Base. Occorre quindi impostare in questo campo il Valore Base facendo attenzione che sia uguale a quello impostato sul VMC. A questo proposito va ricordato che, secondo il protocollo, il massimo prezzo gestibile : Prezzo Max = 250 x Valore Base Si deduce quindi che con un valore Base di 0,01 il prezzo massimo gestibile 2,5. Valore di fabbrica = 0,01 Valore Max Chiave In questo campo si deve impostare il Valore massimo, espresso in euro, che si desidera caricare su Chiave. EuroKey Plus inibir automaticamente i validatori al raggiungimento di questo valore. Valore massimo impostabile 65000 considerando il punto decimale. Questo significa che se per esempio la valuta fosse in , essendo espresso tutto in centesimi , il Valore massimo risulta 650,00. Valore di fabbrica = 15 15 SCHEMA CONFIGURAZIONE VERSIONE EXECUTIVE

Valore Ricarica Nel caso si intenda utilizzare la Chiave di Ricarica (vedi descrizione relativa), occorrer impostare in questo campo il Valore della singola Ricarica. Valore di fabbrica = 5 Vendita Questo campo riguarda solamente la vendita per contanti. In tale caso, il tipo di vendita pu essere selezionata tra: - Singola. Il credito inserito viene utilizzato interamente per una singola vendita. L'eventuale residuo (il sistema non da resto) viene incamerato e contabilizzato in un registro apposito e denominato Overpay. - Multipla. Il credito inserito in questo caso viene utilizzato per pi vendite. L'eventuale residuo resta disponibile. - A Tempo. Per entrambi i modi inoltre possibile stabilire un tempo entro il quale consumare il credito. Nel caso di vendita Multipla l'eventuale residuo rimasto viene incamerato allo scadere del tempo, mentre per la vendita singola il residuo incamerato immeimmediatamente dopo la vendita. Opzioni di fabbrica = Vendita multipla Gestione Prezzi EuroKey Plus dispone di tre diverse modalit di gestione dei prezzi: - Executive. In questa modalit EuroKey Plus non conosce alcun prezzo, il VMC che comunica al sistema di pagamento il prezzo della vendita selezionata. - Seriale standard. La vendita controllata da EuroKey Plus confrontando il prezzo di vendita comunicato dal VMC con quello contenuto nella propria tabella. I prezzi in questo caso devono essere allineati. Il controllo si riferisce ai prezzi in contante. - Price Holding. Solamente EuroKey Plus in questo caso conosce i prezzi di vendita; il VMC si limita a comunicare il numero della linea di prezzo da attivare. La scelta della modalit di Gestione Prezzi deve essere effettuata congruentemente al VMC sul quale va installato il sistema a Chiave. Per le modalit Seriale standard e Price Holding sono disponibili 10 linee di prezzo per vendita in contante e 10 linee di prezzo per vendita con Chiave. Ciascuna linea di prezzo dispone di un proprio registro di contabilit. Gestione Errore Prezzo In modalit Seriale standard, un non allineamento delle tabelle prezzi tra EuroKey Plus e VMC, causa un Errore di prezzo che pu essere gestito in due modi differenti: - Vendita rifiutata. In caso di errore la vendita viene negata. - Vendita a prezzo 10. In caso di errore si vende al prezzo 10 (normalmente il pi alto). 16 Gestione Mancata Vendita In conseguenza di una Mancata Vendita, per esempio a causa di uno spegnimento della macchina, possibile scegliere tra: - Resta Credito. Il credito introdotto in contanti o prelevato da Chiave e non utilizzato viene riproposto ed quindi possibile effettuare nuovamente una vendita. - Mancata Vendita. Il credito in questo caso viene incamerato e contabilizzato in apposito registro denominato Mancata Vendita. Abilitazione Chiavi In funzione del tipo di applicazione, e comunque a discrezione del Gestore, possibile abilitare EuroKey Plus affinch possa lavorare con altre tipologie di Chiavi. La Chiave Utente invece sempre abilitata, mentre quella di Sconto abilitabile dal Men di gestione dei Prezzi. E' possibile attivare le seguenti tipologie di Chiave: Chiave Gratuita Chiave di Ricarica Chiave di Manutenzione Chiave di Configurazione

Per la descrizione di ciascun tipo fare riferimento ai paragrafi relativi. Impostazione di fabbrica = tutte le chiavi sono abilitate Validatore Quando al sistema EuroKey Plus viene associato un validatore di monete occorre selezionare le opzioni sottostanti per definirne il corretto utilizzo in relazione appunto al tipo di validatore utilizzato. In particolare si dovranno definire: - Tipo di Uscite. Un Validatore di monete pu restituire sulle sue uscite il valore delle monete riconosciute in modi differenti: - Non presente. Selezionare questa opzione se non presente alcun validatore di monete - Parallelo. Selezionare questa opzione se il validatore utilzza lo standard parallelo a 6 uscite. - Binario. Selezionare questa opzione se il validatore utilizzato comunica nella modalit binaria a 4 bit. - Bin. Confida. Selezionare questa opzione se il validatore utilizzato comunica nella modalit binaria a 6 bit, dei quali il bit 1 e 6 sono dei controlli, mentre i bits 2, 3, 4, 5 sono il codice . Livello di abilitazione Relativamente alla gettoniera utilizzata scegliere il livello di abilitazione della stessa tra: - Alto - Basso Impostazione di fabbrica = basso (Livello RM5) Lettore Quando al sistema EuroKey Plus viene associato un lettore di banconote occorre selezionare le opzioni sottostanti per definirne il corretto utilizzo in relazione appunto al tipo di lettore utilizzato. In particolare si dovranno definire: - Tipo di Uscite - Non presente - Parallelo - Binario Impostazione di fabbrica = Parallelo - Livello di abilitazione Relativamente al lettore utilizzato scegliere il livello di abilitazione dello stesso tra: - Alto - Basso Impostazione di fabbrica = basso - Presenza Chiave L'abilitazione del lettore di banconote pu essere ulteriormente condizionata alla presenza fisica della Chiave nell'EuroKey Plus. Questo significa in sostanza che se si desidera caricare una chiave con delle banconote, occorrer introdurre una chiave prima di veder abilitato il lettore di banconote, diversamente questo sar inibito. Selezionare quindi se si desidera abilitare il lettore solamente in presenza di una chiave come: - Necessaria Impostazione di fabbrica = necessaria Valori In questa sezione vanno impostati i singoli valori che si intende far gestire da EuroKey.Plus I valori vanno impostati in modo distinto per le monete e per le banconote. In ogni caso i valori da impostare devono risultare congruenti con quelli programmati sul riconoscitore di monete e su quello per banconote. Per una gettoniera possibile impostare fine a 15 monete differenti (se la gettoniera associata lavora in modo binario. Per il validatore di banconote possibile impostare fino a 7 valori differenti (se esso lavora in modo binario). Impostazione di fabbrica = Monete da 0,10 a 2 e Banconote da 5 e 10 17 SCHEMA IMPOSTAZIONE VALIDATORI/VALORI

Prezzi Nel menu prezzi possibile impostare tutta la politica di vendita. In particolare possibile: - Definire 10 prezzi di vendita con contante (per modalit Seriale Standard ed Price Holding) - Definire 10 prezzi di vendita con Chiave (per modalit Seriale Standard ed Price Holding) - Definire uno Sconto (di Vendita) con Chiave che pu essere scelto tra Percentuale, Fisso o Manuale. Nei primi due casi, alla vendita con chiave, verr applicato lo sconto a ciascun prezzo nella modalit prescelta; nel caso di Manuale, attivo solo per Seriale standard e Price Holding, possibile differenziare per ogni singolo prezzo il relativo sconto. - Abilitare l'utilizzo di una Chiave di Sconto a cui applicare una riduzione Fissa o Percentuale. - Abilitare e definire due Fasce Orarie di Vendita privilegiate da sconti (Fissi o Percentuali) e definire a quali prezzi applicarle (solo nel caso di Seriale Standard e Price Holding).

Ciascuna Fascia Oraria quindi caratterizzata da: - Inizio. Impostare l'ora di inzio del periodo di sconto - Fine. Impostare l'ora di fine del periodo di sconto - Sconto. Selezionare tra Fisso o Percentuale - Valore. Introdurre il valore di sconto desiderato. Se lo Sconto scelto Fisso il valore sar espresso in , se scelto il percentuale il valore sar espresso in %. - Solo con chiave. E' un' ulteriore opzione che definisce se lo sconto di Fascia oraria applicabile solamente alle vendite con Chiave oppure anche con contante. Nota: Le due fasce orarie, eventualmente abilitate, non devono avere orari sovrapposti. Bonus EuroKey Plus in grado di erogare dei Bonus in forma di credito aggiuntivo.Tale Bonus caratterizzato da alcune opzioni: - Valore. E' il credito che viene caricato sulla chiave alle condizioni del Bonus - Frequenza. E' possibile erogare il bonus giornalmente o mensilmente - Attivazione. L'erogazione del bonus pu essere effettuata senza condizione (sempre) oppure a seguito di una ricarica - Accumulo. E' possibile stabilire che i Bonus siano sommati anche se non ancora consumati (Accumulo), oppure no. In questo caso al presentarsi delle condizioni di bonus viene verificato l'eventuale residuo di bonus e ricolmato di una quantit tale da riportarlo al valore pieno. - Valore Max. Nel caso in cui venga selezionato un Bonus ad Accumulo comunque possibile stabilire un Valore Massimo di credito accumulabile. Impostazioni di fabbrica = bonus disattivati. Black List E' possibile disattivare fino a 20 Chiavi riportandone il n di serie negli appositi campi. Le Chiavi iscritte in questi campi saranno permanentemente rese inattive, ovvero non sar possibile effettuare n vendite n operazioni di ricarica. Contabilit Il sistema a chiave EuroKey Plus fornisce due livelli di contabilit di cui uno a carattere generale ed un secondo pi specifico e dettagliato. a) Contabilit generale: Essa accessibile tramite la funzione di Audit. In essa vengono riportati i valori parziali e storici dei seguenti registri: - Banconote: E' il totale delle banconote introdotte - Monete: E' il totale delle monete introdotte - Caricato Chiave: E' il totale del Contante caricato sulla chiave - Scaricato Chiave: E' il valore scaricato dalla chiave - Venduto: E' il totale del venduto, sia con chiave che per contante. - Overpay: E' il valore dei residui incamerati a seguito di Vendita per Contante - Mancata Vendita: E' il totale della Mancata Vendita - Bonus: E' il Totale dei Bonus utilizzati. - Chiavi Sconto: E' il totale delle vendite effettuate con Chiave di Sconto - Chiavi Gratis: E' il totale delle vendite effettuate con Chiave Gratis - Chiavi Manutenzione: E' il totale delle vendite effettuate con Chiave di Manutenzione b) Contabilit Specifica : Per Contabilit Specifica si intendono le registrazioni dei contatori per valori dei contanti, distinto per taglio di banconote e monete. Inoltre per il Seriale Standard o Price Holding sono disponibili anche le registrazioni dei contatori per i singoli prezzi. La contabilit per Valori accessibile dalla funzione di Audit nel men Valori; essa esprime : - Il Contatore di pezzi per ciascun valore di moneta - I relativi Sub totali monete. - Il Contatore di pezzi per ciascun valore di banconota - I relativi Sub totali banconote. L'azzeramento dei Contatori suddetti azzerabile separatamente (Monete, Banconote). La contabilit per Prezzi, per Seriale Standard o Price Holding, accessibile dalla funzione di Audit nel men Prezzi; essa esprime: - Il numero di vendite per ciascuna linea di prezzo suddivisa per Contante e per Chiave - L'importo delle venite per ciascuna linea di prezzo suddivisa per Contente e per Chiave Anche la contabilit dei prezzi azzerabile. 6.3 VERSIONE MDB Introduzione Il sistema chiave EuroKey Plus MDB consente di integrare un sistema di pagamento chiave all'interno di macchine che supportano come protocollo di comunicazione lo standard MDB. Per la filosofia e la struttura stessa dello standard MDB le funzionalit di sistema chiave differiscono da quelle presenti in un sistema Executive o Parallelo. Infatti, a differenza delle citate versioni , il blocco chiave non pu gestire altre periferiche in quanto assume la posizione di slave del sistema. In un contesto MDB il controllore della macchina comanda gli altri componenti del sistema (validatore, riconoscitore banconote, sistema chiave, ecc); ogni componente slave a conoscenza solo e soltanto di ci che gli viene detto dalla macchina e delle proprie operazioni. Il sistema chiave MDB, conseguentemente, non mantiene le statistiche di Audit per quanto concerne l'introduzione di contante, banconote e/o monete. Altra differenza fondamentale risiede nel fatto che il controllore del sistema a decidere la politica dei prezzi, e quindi i prezzi e gli altri parametri di vendita devono essere configurati sulla macchina. Installazione L'installazione del sistema chiave MDB richiede che si rispettino le seguenti fasi, nell'ordine riportato: 1) Verifiche di compatibilit 2) Installazione del blocco chiave 3) Configurazione del sistema chiave MDB Di seguito vengono dettagliate e illustrate le diverse fasi di installazione. Verifiche di compatibilit Il sistema chiave MDB consente di operare su una qualunque macchina MDB, le condizioni preliminari necessarie per il corretto funzionamento sono: 1) Che il livello (versione) MDB supportato dal master sia uguale o superiore alla 2 2) Che la macchina fornisca la corretta alimentazione al sistema EuroKey Plus per mezzo del connettore MDB standard. 3) Sebbene il protocollo MDB sia uno standard, alcune peculiarit nell'implementazione possono portare a incompatibilit. Per questo motivo bene verificare la compatibilit con il master MDB all'interno della lista di compatibilit. Nel caso il master sia presente significa che questo stato testato con successo. Se non presente nell'elenco contattare l'assistenza tecnica o testare preliminarmente la compatibilit dei dispositivi.

Installazione del blocco chiave Dopo aver assicurato il fissaggio del blocco chiave sul pannello della macchina, collegare a macchina spenta il cavo di rimando seguendo le indicazioni dello schema di cablaggio: il connettore del cavo fornito viene collegato al connettore Executive/MDB posto sul retro del blocco chiave. I due connettori MDB di diverse polarit consentono di interporre il dispositivo all'interno del bus MDB. Il dispositivo interrompe la catena in qualsivoglia punto, si collega verso il master MDB con il connettore maschio. Il connettore femmina di rimando permette di collegare i rimanenti dispositivi slave del sistema. Nel caso il sistema chiave sia l'ultimo elemento della catena tale connettore rimarr non connesso. Vedere schemi nel paragrafo 5 .1 ( MONTAGIO DEL SISTEMA) La tensione di alimentazione derivata direttamente dal connettore MDB, eliminando in questo modo la necessit per ulteriori collegamenti. Accendendo la macchina il led verde presente sulla parte anteriore del sistema deve accendersi. Configurazione del sistema chiave MDB La configurazione di un sistema MDB minima, quindi i valori di default dovrebbero essere adatti alla maggior parte dei sistemi. Pu tuttavia accadere che, per scelta dell'installatore o per necessit di installazione o manutenzione, si debbano configurare alcuni parametri. In tal caso necessario attrezzarsi con gli adeguati tool (ad esempio il programma per PC KySOne) agganciarsi al sistema chiave per mezzo degli appositi cavi di collegamento e configurare i parametri desiderati. Per una panoramica dei parametri configurabili in un sistema MDB si veda il paragrafo dei Parametri di un sistema MDB. Se, dopo l'esecuzione delle tre fasi di installazione il sistema dovesse risultare non funzionante od operativo ma con problemi, consultare l'appendice A (lista malfunzionamenti) oppure contattare l'assistenza. Funzionalit sistema chiave MDB. La funzione principale del sistema chiave l'utilizzo di una serie di chiavi di vendita alle quali si affiancano una serie di chiavi utilizzate per la gestione del sistema. Di seguito vengono presentate le chiavi utilizzabili sul sistema e le loro funzioni. Chiave Utente Il sistema chiave MDB gestisce le normali chiavi di vendita e le chiavi gratuite. tuttavia importante notare che esso non controlla direttamente le politiche di prezzo poich in una macchina MDB tale funzione demandata alla macchina. 21 Per verificare la possibilit di implementare le seguenti funzionalit presenti ad esempio nelle versioni Executive, consultare il manuale della macchina: - Prezzi di vendita chiave/moneta distinti - Chiavi di sconto - Fasce orarie La gestione del bonus non pu invece essere implementata su sistemi MDB. La chiave gratuita permette l'erogazione gratuita di prodotti. Nel sistema MDB essa si presenta come una chiave di importo pari al massimo caricabile su chiave. Chiavi per la gestione Il sistema chiave MDB oltre a gestire le normali Chiavi Utente in grado di offrire supporto alle fasi di configurazione e manutenzione mediante altri tipi di chiave: Di seguito sono elencati i tipi di chiave che gli utenti possono utilizzare sui sistemi chiave MDB: - Chiave di Manutenzione: utilizzata dal gestore di macchina per test e manutenzione. Si veda paragrafo relativo della versione Executive per dettagli. - Chiave di configurazione: utilizzata dal gestore di macchina per configurare i parametri del sistema. Essa personalizzata per la versione MDB. I parametri che si possono configurare sono gli stessi a cui il programma per PC KySone ha accesso. Parametri di un sistema MDB Di seguito si distinguono i parametri del sistema in due categorie: - Parametri di configurazione: che possono essere impostati attraverso opportuni tools e software e che inficiano le funzionalit del sistema - Parametri di funzionamento: parametri che possono essere solo letti. Danno informazioni riguardo al funzionamento del sistema chiave all'interno della macchina MDB. Parametri di configurazione Un sistema chiave MDB, non implementando politiche di prezzo, richiede un numero minimo di parametri di configurazione. Quello che necessario configurare su un sistema MDB : - Indirizzo del sistema chiave: una macchina MDB prevede la presenza di uno o due dispositivi cashless (questo per dare la possibilit di supportare contemporaneamente chiavi di vendita e bancomat, carte credito, smartcard ecc). Il valore di default dell'indirizzo del sistema chiave 0x10, nel caso sia presente un altro dispositivo cashless su questo indirizzo pu essere necessario spostare l'indirizzo a 0x60. - Vendita singola o multipla: permette di decidere se una sessione di vendita (inserimento ed estrazione chiave) consente la vendita di pi prodotti.

- Gestione di mancata vendita: consente di reintegrare il credito su chiave in seguito ad una mancata vendita. - Moneta utilizzata: imposta la valuta e la lingua. - Valore base: valore base del sistema del quale tutti i prezzi e le ricariche sono multipli. - Massimo ricaricabile su chiave: massimo valore che pu essere caricato su una chiave. Parametri di funzionamento Il sistema chiave, tramite gli strumenti di configurazione quali KysOne e programmer, visualizza una serie di parametri non configurabili, propri del sistema chiave e del controllore. Tali parametri possono essere utili per controllare il corretto funzionamento del sistema chiave ed, eventualmente, riportare malfunzionamenti. I parametri non configurabili del sistema MDB sono: - Equipment ID sistema chiave: un identificavo del sistema chiave, composto da Codice Costruttore, Modello, Numero di Serie, Release Software. - Equipment ID sistema controllore(macchina): un identificativo del modello di controllore al quale il sistema chiave collegato. - Il livello(versione) MDB utilizzato dal sistema chiave: una caratteristica del protocollo MDB. Ha valore 2. - Massimo prezzo di vendita consentito con chiave (viene impostato dal master) - Minimo prezzo di vendita consentito con chiave (viene impostato dal master) Massimo livello MDB supportato dal controllore. una caratteristica del protocollo MDB. Nel caso in cui risulti inferiore a 2 il controllore non compatibile con il sistema chiave, ovvero non supporta le funzioni minime necessarie per un corretto funzionamento di un dispositivo Chiave MDB. 6.4 VERSIONE PARALLELA La versione Parallela di EuroKey Plus offre la possibilit di utilizzare un sistema a chiave contactless capace di gestire un solo prezzo di vendita/servizio in quelle applicazioni in cui la macchina associata non implementa un protocollo seriale di comunicazione. Il controllo, in questo caso, affidato a cambiamenti di stato dei segnali. Trattasi tipicamente di macchine esclusivamente elettromeccaniche, ovvero senza elettronica a bordo. Il funzionamento di questa versione pu essere configurato in tre differenti modi: Stepper ad un prezzo (10). Con disponibilit di credito viene attivata una linea di abilitazione alla vendita o servizio permanente, che viene rilasciata al ricevimento un reset. Totalizzatore impulsivo (20). Con disponibilit di credito viene emesso un impulso di credito. Timer (30). Con disponibilit di credito viene emesso un impulso di durata programmabile. Ciascuna di queste versioni ha inoltre diverse altre opzioni di utilizzo ed attivazione che verranno descritte di seguito nei relativi paragrafi. 6.4.1 Chiavi EuroKey Plus Parallelo in grado di gestire le stesse tipologie di Chiavi gestite dalla versione Executive. Fare riferimento ai paragrafi relativi per la descrizione delle varie versioni di Chiavi.

6.4.2 Scheda di Interfaccia Parallela (RM 925) La scheda RM925 permette di interfacciare il sistema a chiave EuroKey Plus su qualunque apparecchiatura di tipo elettromeccanico. La scheda presenta un connettore per la chiave, un connettore per il display (RM 924), un fusibile di protezione, ed un circuito OPTO-ISOLATO (Pin 1 e2) per la disponibilit o il reset. L'uscita costituita da un contatto pulito, Rel(220 V3A). La scheda disponibile nelle seguenti versioni a 220 Vac (Cod.RM925/2/A ), 24 Vac (Cod. RM925/2/E ), 24 Vdc (Cod. RM925/2/I), 12 Vac (Cod. RM925/2/F ). Per le connessioni fare riferimento allo schema sottoriportato.

6.4.3 PROGRAMMAZIONE E CONFIGURAZIONE EUROKEY PLUS (PARALLELO) Di seguito sono descritti tutti parametri e le opzioni di configurazione programmabili nel sistema EuroKey Plus versione Parallelo, tutte le denominazioni fanno riferimento al programma per PC denominato KySOne. In base all'applicazione occorre definire innanzi tutto il Modo di funzionamento del sistema EuroKey Plus tra: Stepper ad un prezzo (10). Totalizzatore impulsivo (20). Timer (30).

- Interno a Tempo. In tutte quelle applicazioni in cui la macchina non dispone di una linea di reset possibile attivare un Reset Interno a tempo definendone la durata d'intervento in ms (millisecondi). Cos facendo viene automaticamente definita la durata dell'impulso di vendita. (Valori ammessi =10 65.535 mSec.). Nota: Nel caso di Vendita Multipla il Reset pu essere solo esterno. KiSOne provvede automaticamente a predisporlo in modo adeguato.

Questo significa che se per esempio la valuta fosse in , essendo espresso tutto in centesimi , il Valore massimo risulta 650,00. Valore di fabbrica = 15 Valore Ricarica (10,20,30) Nel caso si intenda utilizzare la Chiave di Ricarica (vedi descrizione relativa), occorrer impostare in questo campo il Valore della singola Ricarica. Valore di fabbrica = 5 Vendita (10,20,30) Il tipo di vendita pu essere selezionata tra: - Singola (non disponibile per modo Timer 30). In caso di vendita per contanti l'eventuale residuo, (resto) viene incamerato e contabilizzato in un registro apposito e denominato Overpay. Nel caso di vendita con chiave, per poter effettuare un ulteriore vendita sar necessario rimuovere e reintrodurre la chiave. - Multipla. Sia nel caso di vendita per contanti che con chiave possibile effettuare pi vendite consecutive - A Tempo. Per entrambi i modi inoltre possibile stabilire un tempo entro il quale consumare il credito. Nel caso di vendita Multipla l'eventuale residuo rimasto viene incamerato allo scadere del tempo, mentre per la vendita singola il residuo incamerato immediatamente dopo la vendita. Impostazione di fabbrica = Vendita multipla - Livello Reset Congruentemente con quanto fornito dalla macchina in qualit di reset, selezionare il livello di Reset tra : - Alto : La macchina invia un impulso alto (+V). - Basso: La macchina invia un impulso basso (0V). - Pulsante di Start - Attivo: Il sistema EuroKey Plus prima di effettuare una vendita attende che l'utilizzatore prema il tasto di - Disattivo: Introducendo una Chiave Utente con sufficiente credito , il sistema eroga direttamente il servizio/vendita. Abilitazione Chiavi (10,20,30) In funzione del tipo di applicazione, e comunque a discrezione del Gestore, possibile abilitare EuroKey Plus affinch possa lavorare con altre tipologie di Chiavi. La Chiave Utente invece sempre abilitata, quella di Sconto abilitabile dal Men di gestione dei Prezzi. E' possibile attivare le seguenti tipologie di Chiave: - Chiave Gratuita - Chiave di Ricarica - Chiave di Manutenzione - Chiave di Configurazione Per la descrizione di ciascun tipo fare riferimento ai paragrafi relativi. Validatore (10,20,30) Quando al sistema EuroKey Plus viene associato un riconoscitore di monete occorre selezionare le opzioni sottostanti per definirne il corretto utilizzo in relazione appunto al tipo di validatore utilizzato. In particolare si dovranno definire: - Tipo di Uscite. Un Validatore di monete pu restituire sulle sue uscite il valore delle monete riconosciute in diversi modi in modi differenti - Non presente. Selezionare questa opzione se non presente alcun validatore di monete - Parallelo. Selezionare questa opzione se il validatore utilzza lo standard parallelo a 6 uscite. - Binario. Selezionare questa opzione se il validatore utilizzato comunica nella modalit binaria a 4 bit. - Bin. Confida. Selezionare questa opzione se il validatore utilizzato comunica nella modalit binaria a 6 bit, dei quali il bit 1 e 6 sono dei controlli, mentre i bits 2, 3, 4, 5 sono il codice . Impostazione di fabbrica = Uscite parallele - Livello di abilitazione Relativamente alla gettoniera utilizzata scegliere il livello di abilitazione della stessa tra: - Alto - Basso Impostazione di fabbrica = basso (Livello RM5) Valori (10,20,30) In questa sezione vanno impostati i singoli valori di monete che si intende far gestire da EuroKey Plus. In ogni caso i valori da impostare devono risultare congruenti con quelli programmati sul validatore di monete. Sul Validatore possibile impostare fino a 15 monete differenti (se il validatore associato lavora in modo binario). Impostazione di fabbrica = Monete da 0,10 a 2 Prezzi (10,20,30) Nel menu prezzi possibile impostare tutta la politica di vendita. In particolare possibile: - Definire il prezzo di vendita con contante sulla linea del Prezzo 1 Contante - Definire lo Sconto (di Vendita) con Chiave che pu essere scelto tra Percentuale, Fisso o Manuale. - Definire il tetto massimo inseribile in contante su una qualsiasi altra linea di Prezzo Contante. Se non specificato , il Sistema assume come massimo il valore del prezzo in contante gi definito sulla linea 1 e provveder ad inibire il validatore di monete una volta raggiunto o superato il valore presente sulla linea di prezzo 1. Questa funzione particolarmente utile per le versioni 20 o 30 laddove si desidera utilizzare crediti multipli. - Abilitare l'utilizzo di una Chiave di Sconto a cui applicare una riduzione Fissa o Percentuale. 27 SCHEMA IMPOSTAZIONE VALIDATORI/VALORI

- Abilitare e definire due Fasce Orarie di Vendita privilegiate da sconti (Fissi o Percentuali). Ciascuna Fascia Oraria quindi caratterizzata da: - Inizio. Impostare l'ora di inizio del periodo di sconto - Fine. Impostare l'ora di fine del periodo di sconto - Sconto. Selezionare tra Fisso o Percentuale - Valore. Introdurre il valore di sconto desiderato. Se lo Sconto scelto Fisso il valore sar espresso in , se scelto il percentuale il valore sar espresso in %. - Solo con chiave. E' un'ulteriore opzione che definisce se lo sconto di Fascia oraria applicabile solamente alla vendita con Chiave oppure anche con contante. Bonus (10,20,30) EuroKey Plus in grado di erogare dei Bonus in forma di credito aggiuntivo.Tale Bonus caratterizzato da alcune opzioni: - Valore. E' il credito che viene caricato sulla chiave alle condizioni del Bonus - Frequenza. E' possibile erogare il bonus giornalmente o mensilmente. - Attivazione. L'erogazione del bonus pu essere effettuata senza condizione (sempre) oppure a seguito di una ricarica - Accumulo. E' possibile stabilire che i Bonus siano sommati anche se non ancora consumati (Accumulo), oppure no. In questo caso al presentarsi delle condizioni di bonus viene verificato l'eventuale residuo di bonus e ricolmato di una quantit tale da riportarlo al valore pieno. - Valore Max. Nel caso in cui venga selezionato un Bonus ad Accumulo comunque possibile stabilire un Valore Massimo di credito accumulabile. Impostazioni di fabbrica = bonus disattivati Black List (10,20,30) E' possibile disattivare fino a 20 Chiavi riportandone il n di serie negli appositi campi. Le Chiavi iscritte in questi campi saranno permanentemente rese inattive, ovvero non sar possibile effettuare ne vendite ne operazioni di ricarica. Impostazioni di fabbrica = nessuna chiave disabilitata.

CONDIZIONI DI GARANZIA

- Prima dell'installazione di EuroKey Plus assicurarsi della compatibilit di alimentazione di cui al capitolo 4 (Caratteristiche Tecniche). - Nell'installare EuroKey Plus assicurasi che non sia in prossimit di getti, spruzzi o vapori altamente condensati e o potenzialmente infiammabili. - Non utilizzare prolunghe o cavi differenti da quelli forniti in dotazione. - Non utilizzare EuroKey Plus in condizioni fuori dai limiti previsti al capitolo 4 (Caratteristiche tecniche). Nel dubbio consultare un Centro di assistenza autorizzato Comestero Group.

I nostri prodotti vengono garantiti per un periodo di 12 mesi. Fa fede il numero di matricola presente sull'etichetta. L'acquirente decade dalla garanzia, se inadempiente nel pagamento del prezzo. INTRODUCTION

WARNING

This manual and its annexes provide all information required for installation and about the components of the product, the use and operation of EuroKey Plus cashless system, as well as a technical introduction for a correct maintenance and appropriate use of the product. The information contained in this manual will be subject to modifications without notice and will not be binding for Comestero srl. Any care has been used to collect and to control the documentation included herein; however Comestero srl will not be responsible for any use thereof. The same will also apply to any individual or company involved in the creation and production of this manual. Unless otherwise specified, any reference to companies, names, data and addresses used in the examples is absolutely fortuitous, having the only purpose of illustrating the use of the Comestero product. General description of the machine

EuroKey Plus is an advanced transponder cashless payment system that can be used in any application (automatic distributors, washing plants, any type of equipment having a built-in automatic payment system) and enables to carry out cashless transactions. It is available in three different versions: - Executive, for machines using this protocol - MDB, for machines using this protocol - Parallel, for all other applications. It can be easily installed on any apparatus. It can be directly connected, without requiring any additional interface, to an RM5 electronic coin validator and an banknote reader to recharge the keys. EuroKey Plus can be easily managed through a convenient and quick accounting control system.

GENERAL NOTES The multiple package can include up to 5 systems, in the different versions, including block and relevant connecting wiring system; the keys are provided in a separate package in the quantity requested by the customer (fig. 3.1).

3.1 Checks upon receipt of the product Upon receipt of the product make sure that this has not been damaged during transport. If any damage of any kind should be noted, immediately make a complaint to the hauler. At the end of transport the packing shall be intact, i.e. it shall show: - No bruise, sign of crash, deformation or breakage of the container - No wet areas or signs that may mean that the container has been exposed to rain, freeze or heat. - No tampering. Make sure that the content of the container corresponds to the order.

3.2 Types of packing EuroKey Plus payment system can be distributed in a single or multiple package. OPERATION & PROGRAMMING 6.1.1 Safety Codes EuroKey Plus uses 3 safety codes to ensure that only keys having the same codes can be recognized and served. Managing Code In this field a number ranging between 1 and 65535 shall be entered and identified as Manager. Factory Value = 0 Location Code In this field a number ranging between 1 and 65535 shall be entered and identified as Location. Factory Value = 0 Machine Code In this field a number ranging between 0 and 255 shall be entered and identified as Machine. Factory Value = 0 6.1.2 Keys EuroKey Plus system uses contact-less electronic keys. These are provided in a status called "Initialized". The aim of this operation, carried out in the factory, is to make these keys univocal and usable on Comestero systems only. Each key is characterized by: - one "Privilege" determining the type - 3 safety codes (Managing, Location, Machine) described above. EuroKey Plus can manage the following types of keys: - User Key. It is the generic key for final users. It is used to buy goods or services without money. It can also be recharged with cash or Recharge Key. When a User Key is introduced for the first time in a EuroKey Plus system, it automatically acquires the 3 safety codes of the system. The User Key can be used in all EuroKey Plus versions (Executive, MDB, Parallel Single Price, Parallel Multiprice). - Discount Key. It is destined to final users but with a different discount privilege that can be programmed on the system. Also the Discount Key is rechargeable. Example: Cash Price 1 Key Price 0,90 Discount Key 20% (referred to cash price) A sale with Discount Key will therefore be made at 0,80. 42

6.1 GENERAL FUNCTIONS OF THE KEY SYSTEM When a key is introduced, the first operation carried out by EuroKey Plus system is to check whether the key is correctly coded; this is displayed on the front led which shows the green-red-green sequence if the same codes of the system are inside it.This sequence shows that the key has been recognized as valid while it remains red if the codes are different, i.e. the key is not recognized (different codes). If a User Key has no code, the system will "baptize" it, i.e. the system will write the safety codes of the block in the key. When a key is recognized as valid, the following operations can be carried out: - Displaying the credit contained in the key. To do so it is sufficient to introduce it into EuroKey Plus and the machine display will show the credit contained in the Key. - Charging a key. A key can be charged in the following ways: - By introducing cash (coins and/or banknotes) in the validators installed. By means of the Recharge Key following the relevant procedure (ref. Recharge Key) - By recovering the remaining credit, if any, after a cash sale (except for Single Sale). - Using the credit to buy goods or services. If the credit contained in the key is sufficient, the machine will enable the selection of the product(s) and after the choice made by the user, the machine will proceed to the distribution. The relevant amount will be deducted from the credit of the key.

If a Discount Key is used during the period of Time Band additional reduction, this additional discount is however applied. If we have a Time Band discount equal to 0,05, it means that in the example above the sale will be made at 0,75. The Discount Key "Privilege" can be set by the Manager. Unlike the User Key, the Discount Key does not automatically acquire the safety codes which shall be set by the Manager. Any sale made with the Discount Key shall be entered in a relevant Accounting book. The Discount Key is not applicable to MDB version. - Free Key. This key allows to do free shopping. In fact it is precharged with a value established by the Manager. When this credit finishes, the Key shall be reset by the Manager. It cannot be recharged with cash or Recharge Key. The Free Key "Privilege" can be set by the Manager. Also the Free Key does not automatically acquire the safety codes which shall be set by the Manager. Any sale made with the Free Key shall be entered in a relevant Accounting book. The Free Key is not applicable to MDB version. - Maintenance Key. This key shall be used by the Manager/Maintenance Operator only. Its function is to carry out sale check/charging operations without altering the system accounting. Any sale made with the Maintenance Key shall be entered in a relevant Accounting book. The Maintenance Key "Privilege" can be set by the Manager. Also the Maintenance Key does not automatically acquire the safety codes which shall be set by the Manager. In fact the Maintenance Key requires the setting of the Managing Code only to be used in different Locations and Machines. The Maintenance Key is applicable to all versions. - Recharge Key. This key shall be used by final users. Recharge keys are keys destined to those installations where the key system is connected to no money acceptor and the recharge of the user keys takes place through such keys. After introducing the recharge key into EuroKey Plus system, the display will show an amount previously defined during the programming phase, called "Recharge Value", for example 5 . This amount cannot be directly used to obtain services or sales; but it can ONLY be charged on the User Key. When the recharge key is introduced into the system several times, the display will show multiples of the recharge value; if the key is introduced for approx.4 seconds, it will recover the credit previously displayed on the machine. The Recharge Key "Privilege", being very particular, can be factory set only and the key shall be requested as such. It does not automatically acquire the safety codes which shall be set by the Manager. - Configuration Key. Configuration keys are keys destined to managers to allow a faster field reconfiguration of the system with no need for PCs, palmtop computers, etc. One or more EuroKey Plus settings can be modified with the Configuration Key. Should several parameters be modified in one modification session, one Key will not be sufficient and additional keys will be required. The PC program called KySOne notifies when one Configuration Key is full so that the remaining modifications can be continued on other Keys. Common modifications, such as changing a price or a few options, usually imply the use of one Key, if a EuroKey Plus system should be entirely reconfigured, 3 Keys will be needed, except for the Black List that requires 2 keys. The Configuration Key "Privilege", being very particular, can be factory set only. It does not automatically acquire the safety codes which shall be set by the Manager. Different versions of Configuration Key are available: - Executive Configuration Key - Mdb Configuration Key - Parallel Single Price Configuration Key - Multiprice Configuration Key Every single key can be used on the corresponding version of EuroKey Plus system.

6.1.3 Key Configuration The keys that can be usually supplied are: - User Key - Recharge Key - Configuration Key From a User Key the other types (Maintenance, Discount, Free) can be generated through the Keys menu of KySOne PC program. All denominations of parameters and options mentioned below refer to this program. KEY CONFIGURATION SCHEME

6.2 EXECUTIVE VERSION The Executive EuroKey Plus system is so called as it implements the corresponding serial communication protocol with a VMC (Vending Machine Control). EuroKey Plus will automatically inhibit the validators when this value is reached. The max.value that can be set is 65000 considering the decimal point. Recharge Value If you want to use the Recharge Key (see relevant description), the Value of the single Recharge shall be entered in this field. Factory Value = 5 Sale This field is related to cash sale only. In this case, the type of sale can be selected as follows: - Single. The credit introduced is entirely used for a single sale. The remaining amount, if any, (the system gives no change) will be collected and accounted in a dedicated book and called Overpay. - Multiple. In this case the credit introduced is used for different sales. The remaining amount, if any, will remain available. - Time. For both modes it is also possible to fix a time within which the credit shall be used. In case of Multiple sale the remaining amount, if any, is collected when the time elapses, while in case of a single sale the remaining amount is collected immediately after the sale. Factory Options = Multiple sale Price Management EuroKey Plus is provided with three different price management modes: - Executive. In this mode EuroKey Plus recognizes no price, the price of the selected sale is communicated to the payment system by the VMC. - Standard serial. The sale is controlled by EuroKey Plus by comparing the sale price communicated by the VMC and the price included in the price table. In this case the prices shall be aligned. The check is referred to cash prices. - Price Holding. In this case only EuroKey Plus knows the sale prices, the VMC only communicates the number of the price line to be enabled. The choice of the Price Management mode shall be carried out consistently with the VMC on which the key system will be installed. For Standard Serial and Price Holding modes 10 price lines for cash sales and 10 price lines for key sales are available. Every price line has its own accounting book. Price Error Management In Standard Serial mode, a non-alignment of the price tables between EuroKey Plus and VMC causes a price Error that can be managed in two different ways: - Refused sale. In case of error the sale is denied. - Sale at price 10. In case of error the sale is made at price 10 (usually the highest price). 46 Failed Sale Management Further to a Failed Sale, for example due to a switching off of the machine, it is possible to choose between: - Credit present. The credit introduced cash or taken from Key and not used is reproposed and a new sale can therefore be made. - Failed Sale. In this case the credit is collected and accounted in a relevant book called Failed Sale. Key Enabling According to the type of application and however to the discretion of the Manager, EuroKey Plus can be enabled so that it can work with other types of Keys. The User Key is enabled at all times, the Discount Key can be enabled from the Price Management menu. The following types of Key can be enabled: - Free Key - Recharge Key - Maintenance Key - Configuration Key For the description of every single type, please refer to the relevant sections. Factory setting = all keys are enabled Validator When EuroKey Plus system is associated to a coin validator, the following options shall be selected to define the correct use in relation to the type of validator employed. In particular the following shall be defined: - Type of Outputs. A coin validator can return on its outputs the value of the recognized coins in different ways: - Not present. Select this option if no coin validator is present - Parallel. Select this option if the validator uses the 6-output parallel standard. - Binary. Select this option if the validator communicates in the 4-bit binary mode. - Confida Binary. Select this option if the validator communicates in the 6-bit binary mode, of which bits 1 and 6 are controls and bits 2,3,4,5 are the code. Factory setting = Parallel outputs

- Enabling level According to the validator used, select its enabling level between: - High - Low Factory setting = low (RM5 level) Reader When EuroKey Plus system is associated to a banknote reader, the following options shall be selected to define the correct use in relation to the type of reader employed. In particular the following shall be defined: - Type of Outputs - Not present - Parallel - Binary Factory setting = Parallel - Enabling level According to the reader used, select its enabling level between: - High - Low Factory setting = low - Key Presence The enabling of the banknote reader can also depend on the physical presence of the Key in the system. Basically it means that if you want to charge a key with banknotes, a key shall be introduced before the banknote reader is enabled, otherwise the reader will be inhibited. Therefore select if you want to enable the reader only when a key is present as: - Necessary Factory setting = necessary Values In this section the single values to be managed by EuroKey Plus shall be set. The values shall be set separately for coins and banknotes. In any case the values to be set shall be consistent with the values programmed on the coin validator and on the banknote validator. For a coin validator up to 15 different coins can be set (if the associated validator works in binary mode) For the banknote validator up to 7 different values can be set (if the validator works in binary mode). Factory setting = 0,10 to 2 coins and 5 and 10 banknotes VALIDATOR/VALUES SETTING SCHEME

Prices In the price menu the entire sale policy can be set. In particular it is possible to: - Define 10 cash sale prices (for Standard Serial and Price Holding modes ) - Define 10 Key sale prices (for Standard Serial and Price Holding modes) - Define a Key Discount (on Sale) that can be selected among Percentage, Fixed or Manual. In the first two cases in the key sale the discount on each price will be applied in the selected mode; in the case of Manual Discount, applicable to Standard Serial and Price Holding only, the relevant discount can be differentiated for every single price. - Enable the use of a Discount Key to which a Fixed or Percentage reduction will be applied. - Enable and define two Sale Time Bands privileged with discounts (fixed or percentage) and define the prices to which these bands will be applied (for Standard Serial and Price Holding only).

Every Time Band will therefore be characterized by: - Start. Set the start time of the discount period - End. Set the end time of the discount period - Discount. Select between Fixed or Percentage - Value. Enter the desired discount value. If the chosen Discount is Fixed the value will be expressed in , if it is chosen in percentage the value will be expressed in %. - Key only. It is an additional option defining whether the Time Band discount is applicable only to Key sales or to cash sales as well. Note: The two time bands, that may be enabled, shall not have overlapping schedules. Bonus EuroKey Plus can dispense Bonuses as additional credit. The Bonus is characterized by some options: - Value. It is the credit charged on the key at the Bonus conditions - Frequency. The bonus can be dispensed daily or monthly - Activation. The bonus can be dispensed without condition (always) or further to a recharge - Accumulation. It is possible to establish that the Bonuses are summed although not yet consumed (Accumulation) or not. In this case when the bonus conditions take place, the remaining amount of the bonus is verified and a quantity is added to take the bonus back to its full value. - Max.Value. If an Accumulation Bonus is selected, a Max.Value of credit to be accumulated can be however set. Factory setting= bonus disabled Black List It is possible to disable up to 20 Keys by entering the relevant serial number in the fields. Accounting EuroKey Plus key system provides two accounting levels, one general level and one more specific and detailed level. a) General Accounting: It is accessible through the Audit function. It includes the partial and historic values of the following books: - Banknotes: Total banknotes introduced - Coins: Total coins introduced - Charged on Key: Total cash charged on the key - Discharged from Key: Value discharged from the key - Sales: Total Sales, both with key and cash. - Overpay: Value of the remaining amounts collected further to Cash Sales - Failed sale: Total Failed Sale - Bonus: Total Bonuses used. - Discount Keys: Total sales made with Discount Key - Free Keys: Total sales made with Free Key - Maintenance Keys: Total sales made with Maintenance Key 6.3 MDB VERSION Introduction MDB EuroKey Plus system allows to integrate a key payment system inside machines supporting MDB standard as communication protocol. Due to the philosophy and the nature of MDB standard, the key system functionalities differ from those of an Executive or Parallel system. As a matter of fact, unlike these versions, the key block cannot manage other peripherals as it assumes the position of slave of the system. In an MDB context the machine controller controls the other components of the system (validator, banknote reader, key system, etc.); every slave component knows only what is communicated by the machine and its operations. Therefore MDB key system does not keep the Audit statistics concerning the introduction of cash, banknotes and/or coins. Another fundamental difference lies in the fact that it is the system controller that decides the price policy and therefore the prices and the other sale parameters must be configured on the machine. Installation The installation of MDB key system requires the respect of the following phases in the sequence listed below: 1) 2) 3) Compatibility checks Key block installation MDB key system configuration

b) Specific Accounting : Specific Accounting means the records of the counters of cash values, according to the different banknote and coin denominations. Moreover for Standard Serial or Price Holding mode the records of the counters with single prices are also available. The Valuounting is accessible from the Audit function in the Values menu; it shows: - The piece counter for every coin value - The relevant coin subtotals - The piece counter for every banknote value - The relevant banknote subtotals The above counters can be set to zero individually (Coins, Banknotes). The Price accounting - for Standard Serial or Price Holding - is accessible from the Audit function in the Prices menu; it shows: - The number of sales for every price line subdivided in Cash and Key sales - The amount of sales for every price line subdivided in Cash and Key sales Also the price accounting can be set to zero.

Below the description of the different installation phases. Compatibility checks MDB key system allows to work on any MDB machine, the preliminary conditions necessary for a correct operation are: 1) The MDB level (version) supported by the master must be equal to or higher than 2 2) The machine must provide the correct power supply to EuroKey Plus system through the MDB standard connector. 3) Although the MDB protocol is a standard, some implementation peculiarities may lead to incompatibility. For this reason it is advisable to check the compatibility with MDB master in the compatibility list. If the master is present it means that it has been successfully tested. If it is not present in the list, call the technical service or previously test the compatibility of the devices.

Key block installation After securing the fixing of the key block on the machine panel, with machine off, connect the return cable according to the indications of the wiring scheme; the cable connector is connected to the Executive/MDB connector on the rear of the key block. The two MDB connectors with different polarities allow to interpose the device inside the MDB bus. The device interrupts the chain in any point and connects to the MDB master with the male connector. The return female connector allows to connect the remaining slave devices of the system. If the key system is the last element of the chain, this connector will remain unconnected. See schemes in the paragraph 5.1 (Installation) The power supply is directly derived from the MDB connector, thus eliminating the need for additional connections. When the machine is switched on, the green led on the front part of the system must switch on. MDB key system configuration The configuration of an MDB system is minimum, therefore the default values should be suitable for most systems. It can however occur that , due to the choice of the installer or due to installation or maintenance requirements, some parameters must be configured. In this case it is necessary to have the adequate tools (e.g. KySOne PC program), to connect to the key system through the relevant connection cables and to configure the desired parameters. For an overview of the parameters that can be configured in an MDB system, please refer to the Parameter section of an MDB system. If, after the execution of the three installation phases, the system should not work or it works with problems, please refer to appendix A (malfunction list) or call the service centre. MDB key system functionality The main function of the key system is the use of a set of sale keys together with a set of keys used to manage the system. Below are the keys that can be used on the systems and their relevant functions. User Key An MDB key system manages the usual sale keys and free keys. To be noted however that it does not directly control the price policies as in an MDB machine this function is assigned to the machine. To check the possibility to implement the following functionalities present for example in the Executive versions, please refer to the machine manual: - Separate key/coin sale prices - Discount keys - Time bands The bonus management cannot be implemented on MDB systems. The free key enables the free dispensing of the products. In the MDB system this is a key having an amount equal to the max.amount that can be charged onto key. Management keys In addition to the management of the usual User Keys, an MDB key system can provide support to the configuration and maintenance phases by means of other types of key. Below is the list of the types of key that users can employ on MDB key systems: - Maintenance key: used by the machine manager for tests and maintenance. Please refer to the paragraph concerning Executive version for details. - Configuration key: used by the machine manager to configure the system parameters. It is customized for MDB version. The parameters that can be configured are the same parameters accessible by KySOne PC program. Parameters of an MDB system Below is the distinction of the system parameters into two categories: - Configuration parameters: they can be set by means of appropriate tools and software and affect the system functionalities. - Operating parameters: They can be read only. They provide information concerning the key system operation inside the MDB machine. Configuration parameters As there is no implementation of price policies, an MDB key system requires a minimum number of configuration parameters. The elements requiring to be configured on an MDB system are: - Key system address: an MDB machine is designed for the presence of one or two cashless devices (in order to give the possibility of supporting at the same time sale keys and cash cards, credit cards, smartcards,etc.). The default value of the key system address is 0x10, if another cashless device is present on this address, it may be necessary to move the address to 0x60. - Single or multiple sale: allows to decide whether a sale session (key insertion and removal) enables the sale of different products. 51

- Failed sale management: allows to reintegrate the key credit further to a failed sale. - Coin used: sets the currency and the language. - Basic value: basic value of the system of which all prices and recharges are multiple. - Max.amount to be charged on key: max.value that can be charged on one key. Operating parameters The key system, by means of the configuration tools such as KySOne and programmer, visualizes a set of non configurable parameters, typical of the key system and of the controller. These parameters can be useful to control the correct operation of the key system and, if necessary, to report any malfunction. The non configurable parameters of MDB system are: -key system Equipment ID: it is a key system ID, consisting of Manufacturer Code, Model, Serial Number, Release Software. - Controller system Equipment ID (machine): it is an ID of the controller model to which the key system is connected. - The MDB level (version) used by the key system is a characteristic of MDB protocol. Its value is 2. - Max.sale price enabled with key (set by the master) - Min.sale price enabled with key (set by the master) Max.MDB level supported by the controller. It is a characteristic of MDB protocol. If lower than 2, the controller is not compatible with the key system, i.e. it does not support the minimum functions necessary for a correct operation of an MDB Key device. 6.4 PARALLEL VERSION EuroKey Plus Parallel Version offers the possibility of using a contactless key system capable of managing only one sale/service price in those applications where the associated machine implements no communication serial protocol. In this case the control is given by signal status changes. It is the typical case of exclusively electromechanical machines, i.e. equipped with no electronics. The operation of this version can be configured in three different modes: - One price stepper (10). With credit available a line is activated to enable a permanent sale or service and is released when a reset is received. - Pulse totalizer (20). With credit available a credit pulse is emitted. - Timer (30). With credit available a pulse having a programmable duration is emitted. Each of these versions has also other use and activation options described hereinafter in the relevant sections. 6.4.1 Keys EuroKey Plus Parallel version can manage the same types of Keys managed by the Executive version. For the description of the different versions of Keys please refer to the relevant sections. 6.4.2 Parallel Interface board (RM 925) The RM925 board enables to interface the EuroKey Plus key system on any electro-mechanical equipment. The board features one key connector, one display connector (RM 924), one protection fuse and one OPTOINSULATED circuit (Pin 1 and 2) for availability and reset. The output includes one clear contact, Relay (220 V3A). The board is available in the following versions: 220Vac (Code RM925/2/A), 24Vac (Code RM925/2/E), 24Vdc (Code RM925/2/I), 12Vac (Code RM925/2/F). As regards connections, refer to the diagram below.

Factory setting= bonus disabled Black List (10,20,30) It is possible to disable up to 20 Keys by entering the relevant serial number in the fields. The Keys entered in these fields will be permanently disabled, i.e. no sale or recharge operation will be possible. Factory setting = no key disabled.

6.5.1 Connecting scheme for configuration/programmation

The power supply of the system shall be in one of the following three ways: 1 Connect the system to the machine 2 Supply 12 Vdc to PIN 1 (GND) and 2 (+12 Vdc) of the validator connector 3 Supply 24 Vac to PIN 1 and 9 of the Executive connector.

LIMITS OF USE

GUARANTEE

- Before installing EuroKey Plus make sure that the power supply is compatible as described in section 4 (Technical Features). - During the installation of EuroKey Plus make sure that it is not placed near highly condensed or potentially inflammable jets, sprinklings or vapours. - Do not use extensions or cables different from those included in the supply. - Do not use EuroKey Plus under conditions not included within the limits described in Section 4 (Technical features). In case of doubt, call a Comestero authorized service centre.

Our products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months. The serial number on the label will apply. The buyer will no longer be covered by the warranty in case of buyer's default in the payment of the price. The guarantee will not be applied in the following cases: - Tampering of the label with the serial number of the machine. - Damage or breakage caused by transport. - Damage or breakage caused by vandalism, natural disasters or malicious actions. - Wrong installation or misinstallation of the product. - Unsuitable or anomalous electric plants. - Carelessness, negligence or incompetence in the use of the product. - Non-compliance with the operating instructions. - Interventions for presumed defects or convenient checks.

PRODUCT DISPOSAL

- Unauthorized interventions on the product. Repair interventions are carried out in our Gessate premises (transport at sender's charge). Comestero Group will carry out no intervention whatsoever at the customer's premises without prior agreement . Reference is anyway expressly made to the general warranty conditions and terms that can be found in our website www.comesterogroup.it or available on request. Any returned unit for repair shall include a detailed description of the defect. The parts will be returned carriage forward or carriage charged. At the expiry of the guarantee our After Sale service will however remain at your disposal for telephone information.

The disposal, if any, of the product shall be carried out in full compliance with the regulations in force. Separate packing materials (paper/plastic) from the product and separately dispose them in the relevant authorized dumps.
