OXALIPLATIN PROTOCOL FOR HIPEC

E.FOR PSEUDOMYXOMA PERITONEI, ADENOCARCINOMA FROM APPENDICEAL, COLONIC & RECTAL

CANCER

1. Add Mitomycin C _________mg to 2 litres of 1.5% dextrose peritoneal dialysis solution

2. Add Doxorubicin _________mg to same 2 litres of 1.5% dextrose peritoneal dialysis solution

3. Add ______mg 5Fluorouracil (400mg/m2 ) & leucovorin ____mg (20mg/m2 ) to separate begs of 250
ml normal saline. Begin IV infusion of both drugs simultaneously with IP chemotherapy infusion

4. Add ______mg Oxaliplatin ( 360 -460 mg/m2 ) to 3 Litres of 5%Dextrose peritoneal dialysis solution
