Note preliminari:
La resistenza deve essere montata in modo che il cavo di alimen-
tazione della stessa sia dal lato opposto a quello degli attacchi
della batteria. A corredo della resistenza elettrica sono forniti un
deflettore aria ed una lamiera di protezione. Tali componenti
sono da utilizzare quando necessario. Il deflettore aria viene uti-
lizzato a protezione della bacinella di raccolta condensa in plastica
(ove presente); la lamiera viene utilizzata a protezione dell’isola-
mento del mobile di copertura negli apparecchi installati vertical-
mente. Le operazioni da effettuare, secondo le modalità riportate
più sotto, sono:
FCX-A (installazione verticale): montare la resistenza (senza
deflettore), e successivamente la lamiera di protezione (1 fig. 1)
fornita a corredo, a protezione del mobile di copertura;
FCX-U FCZ-U, FCX-P FCZ-P (installazione orizzontale): per i modelli
da FCX 32 a 50 / FCZ 100 a 800, montare il deflettore aria (3 fig. 2)
sulla resistenza, inclinandolo di circa 10 gradi rispetto al piano
della resistenza (fig. 4), impiegando le apposite fascette fornite a
corredo;
FCX-U FCZ-U, FCX-P FCZ-P (installazione verticale): smontare la
bacinella in plastica, e, dopo aver installato la resistenza, montare
la lamiera di protezione (1 fig. 1) fornita a corredo di quest’ultima,
utilizzando gli stessi fori della bacinella; in questo caso il defletto-
re aria non viene utilizzato.
Per il montaggio della resistenza elettrica procedere come segue:
- togliere, se presente, il mobile di copertura, agendo sulle viti
accessibili attraverso gli elementi laterali.
- passare, uno alla volta, i bulbi dei termostati di sicurezza
(3 fig. 1), attraverso il passacavo (7);
- fissare i bulbi alla resistenza nella posizione indicata nella fig. 2,
rispettando le quote specificate nella tabella successivamente
riportata. Si utilizzi la fascetta (4 fig. 1) fornita a corredo, inter-
ponendo tra la resistenza e i bulbi il distanziale metallico (5 fig.
1).
ATTENZIONE: il bulbo del termostato a riarmo manuale ed il bulbo del
termostato a riarmo automatico devono essere posizionati, rispetto
a l f l u s s o d ’a r i a , n e l l a s e q u e n za i n d i c a ta n e l l a
fig. 4. Il termostato a riarmo manuale è riconoscibile dalla presenza
del pulsante di riarmo posto sotto il lamierino di supporto;
– passare i cavi della resistenza (8 fig. 1) attraverso il passacavo
(7);
– fissare la staffa (2) della resistenza alla fiancata dell’apparec-
chio, e, dopo averla agganciata alla resistenza, fissare la staffa
di supporto (6) alla fiancata opposta, usando le viti a corredo e
seguendo le seguenti indicazioni:
­– installazione orizzontale (fig. 3, a sinistra): fissare la resisten-
za con n° 2+2 viti centrando i due fori del supporto con i due
fori del telaio macchina;
– installazione verticale (fig. 3, a destra): fissare la resistenza
con n° 1+1 vite centrando il foro alto del supporto lato cavi
con il foro basso del telaio macchina;
– fissare il modulo di comando della resistenza (9 fig. 1) all’ester-
no della fiancata dell’apparecchio con le viti (10), dopo aver
piegato a 90° il supporto in lamiera del modulo di comando
come indicato nell’ingrandimento (A) di fig. 1;
– accertarsi che i capillari dei termostati non siano in contatto con
organi elettrici non isolati, e che la bacinella in plastica, se presente,
non sia in contatto con le parti calde della resistenza;
- eseguire i collegamenti elettrici come indicato negli schemi ripor-
tati a bordo macchina. Nello schema di principio, indicato in fig.
5, il contattore deve essere collegato all’organo di regolazione.
N.B. = La fig. 1 si riferisce ad un modello installato in posizione
verticale.

Notes:
The feeding cable of the electric heater must be connected oppo-
site to the water connections of the coil.
The electric heater is supplied with an air conveyor and a protec-
tion metal strip. These components are used if necessary. The air
conveyor is used to protect the plastic drip tray (if installed). The
metal strip is used to protect the casing insulation ot free stand-
ing units.
The procedure is the following:
FCX-A (vertical installation): fit the resistance (without deflector),
then the housing protective guard (1 fig. 1) supplied;
FCX-U FCZ-U, FCX-P FCZ-P (horizontal installation): for sizes from
FCX 32 to 50 / FCZ 100 to 800, install the air conveyor on the
heater as shown (3 fig. 2),with a 10 deg. bend in respect of the
heater (fig. 4), by means of the clamps supplied with the kit;
FCX-U FCZ-U, FCX-P FCZ-P (free standing installation): remove the
plastic drip tray, install the heater, install the metal strip (1 fig. 1)
supplied with the kit, through the holes of the drip tray. In this
case the air conveyor is not used.
To assemble the electrical resistance, proceed as follows:
– unscrew the securing screws accessible through the lateral pan-
els and remove the housing;
– thread the safety thermostat bulbs (3 fig. 1) one at a time
through the cable guide (7);
– secure the bulbs to the resistance (in the position shown in
fig. 2); observe the data specified in the table below. Use the
clamp (4, fig. 1) supplied after inserting the metal spacer (5 fig.
1). between the resistance and the thermostat bulbs.
NOTE: the bulb of the manual resetting thermostat and the bulb
of the automatic resetting thermostat must be located in the
sequence shown in fig. 4. The manual resetting thermostat has
the reset push button under the bearing metal strip;
– lead the heater cables (8 fig. 1) through the grommet (7);
– fasten the flanges (2) of the heater to the unit side and hook it
to the heater; then fasten the bearing flange (6) to the opposite
side by means ot the screws supplied with the kit as follows:
– horizontal installation (fig. 3 - left hand side): fasten the heat-
er with 2 + 2 screws to the two holes of the mounting brack-
et and the two holes of the unit trame;
– free standing installation (fig. 3 - right hand side): fasten the
heater with 1 + 1 screws through the top hole of the mount-
ing bracket and the bottom hole of the unit frame;
– fit the resistance control module (9 fig. 1) to the exterior of the
unit side with the screws (10) after having bent the sheet metal
support to 90° as shown in the enlargement (A) in fig. 1;
– make sure the thermostat capillaries are not in touch with
uninsulated electric parts and that the plastic tray - if installed -
is not in touch with hot points of the heater;
– connect the cables as shown in the wiring diagrams inside the
units. In the wiring diagram of fig. 5 the contactor must be
wired to the regulation device.

Notes:
La résistance électrique doit etre installée avec le cable d’alimen-
tation sur le coté opposé aux raccordements de l’echangeur. Avec
la résistance électrique sont fournis un déflecteur à air et un pan-
neau de protection. Ces composants sont à installer si necessaire.
Le déflecteur est utilisé pour proteger le bac en plastique (si ins-
tallé). Le panneau de protection est utilisé pour protéger l’isola-
tion de la carrosserie des appareils verticaux. Pour l’installation
procéder comme suit:
FCX-A (installation verticale): monter la résistance (sans déflec-
teur) puis la tôle de protection (1 fig. 1) fournie de série, pour
protéger la carrosserie;
FCX-U FCZ-U, FCX-P FCZ-P (installation horizontale): pour les
models de FCX 32 à 50 / FCZ 100 à 800, monter le déflecteur sur
la résistance (3 fig. 2) incliné de 10 deg. par rapport à la résistance
(fig. 4) et le fixer au moyen des bandes fournies avec le kit;
FCX-U FCZ-U, FCX-P FCZ-P (installation verticale): enlever le bac en
plastique, installer la résistance, monter le panneau de protection
(1 fig. 1) sur les trous du bac. Dans ce cas ne pas utiliser le déflec-
teur.
Pour le montage de la résistance électrique, procéder comme
suit:
– si la carrosserie est présente, la retirer en agissant sur les vis
accessibles à travers les éléments latéraux;
– passer, un à la fois, les bulbes des thermostats de sécurité
(3 fig. 1) à travers le passe-câble (7);
– fixer les bulbes à la résistance dans la position indiquée à la fig.
2, en respectant les cotes indiquées dans le tableau figurant ci-
après. Utiliser le collier (4 fig. 1) fourni de série, en interposant
entre la résistance et les bulbes l’entretoise métallique (5 fig.
1).
NOTE: Le bulbe du thermostat à réarmement manuel et le bulbe
du thermostat à réarmement automatique doivent etre placés,
par rapport au flux d’air, dans la séquence indiquée sur la fig. 4.
Le thermostat à réarmement manuel a le bouton de réarme-
ment sous le support;
- passer les cables de la résistance (8 fig. 1) par le guidefil (7);
– fixer la bride (2) de la résistance sur le coté de l’appareil, l’ac-
crocher à la résistance, fixer la bride de support (6) au coté
opposé au moyen des vis comme suit:
– installation horizontale (fig. 3 à gauche): fixer la résistance
avec 2 + 2 vis sur les deux trous du support avec les deux
trous du chassis;
– installation verticale (fig. 3 à droite): fixer la résistance avec
1 + 1 vis sur le trou en haut du support avec le trou en bas du
chassis;
– fixer le module de commande à la résistance (9, fig. 1) à l’exté-
rieur du panneau latéral de l’appareil avec les vis (10), après
avoir plié à 90° le support en tôle du module de commande
comme indiqué sur l’agrandissement (A) de la fig. 1;
– s’assurer que les capillaires des bulbes ne touchent pas les
organes électriques non isolés et que le bac - si installé - ne
touche pas les parties chaudes de la résistance;
– brancher les raccordements électriques comme indiqués sur les
schémas électriques dans l’appareil. Dans le schéma de fig. 5, le
contacteur doit etre branché au dispositif de régulation.

Hauptmerkmale
Das Speisekabel der Elt.-Heizung muß in der gegenüberliegenden
Seite der Heizregistersanschlüsse sein.
Mit der Elt.-Heizung werden ein Luftleit und ein Schutzblech mit-
geliefert. Diese Teile müssen wie folgt verwendet werden. Der
Luftleitblech wird zum Schutz der Kondenswasserabtauwanne aus
Kunststotf (wenn anwesend) benutzt; das Blech wird zum Schutz
der Verkleidungisolierung bei senkrechten Geräten benutzt. Wie
folgt vorgehen:
FCX-A (senkrechte Installation): die Elektroheizung (ohne
Leitblech) und danach das mitgelieferte Schutzblech (1 Abb. 1)
zum Schutz des Verkleidungsmöbels montieren;
FCX-U FCZ-U, FCX-P FCZ-P (waagrechte Installation): für die
Modelle FCX 32, 42 und 50 / FCZ 100 à 800, das Luftleitblech auf
der Elt.-Heizung (3 Abb. 2) einbauen, FCX 22 ausgeschlaßen. Es
muß 10 Grad hinsichtlich der Ebene der Elt.-Heizung geneigt sein
(Abb. 4). Für die Befestigung die mitgelieferten Schellen benut-
zen;
FCX-U FCZ-U, FCX-P FCZ-P (senkrechte Installation): Kunststoffwanne
abmontieren, Elt.- Heizung installieren, das mitgelieferte Schutzblech
(1 Abb. 1) montieren. In diesem Fall wird das Luftleitblech nicht
benutzt.
Für die Montage der Elektroheizung folgendermaßen verfahren:
– das Verkleidungsmöbel, falls vorhanden, durch Lösen der
Schrauben abnehmen, auf die man durch die Seitenelemente
Zugriff hat.
– nacheinander die Kolben der Sicherheitsthermostate (3 Abb. 1)
durch den Kabeldurchgang (7) führen;
– die Kolben an der Elektroheizung in der in Abb. 2 angegebenen
Position befestigen, dabei die Maße beachten, die in der folgenden
Tabelle angegeben werden. Die mitgelieferte Schelle
(4, Abb. 1) verwenden und zwischen die Elektroheizung und die
Kolben das Distanzstück aus Metall einsetzen (5 fig. 1).
ACHTUNG: die Kugel des manuell entriegelbaren Thermostaten
und die Kugel des automatisch entriegelbaren Thermostaten
müssen in der Folge wie in Abb. 5 hinsichtlich des Luftflusses
posizioniert sein. Der manuell entriegelbare Thermostat hat
einen Rückstellknopf unter dem Befestigungsblech;
– Kabeln der Elt.-Heizung (8 Abb. 1) durch den Gummiring (7) ste-
cken;
– Haltebügel (2) der Elt.-Heizung an der Seite des Gerätes betesti-
gen, die Elt.-Heizung befestigen, den Haltebügel (6) an der
gegenüberliegenden Geräteseite mit den mitgelieferten
Schrauben gemäß der folgenden Bestimmungen befestigen;
– waagrechte Installation (Abb. 3, links): Elt.-Heizung mit Nr.
2+2 Schrauben befestigen;
– senkrechte Installation (Abb. 3, rechts): Elt.-Heizung mit Nr.
1+1 Schrauben befestigen. Das obere Bohrloch des
Haltebügels und das untere Bohrloch des Gehäuses des
Gerätes müssen zusammenfallen;
– die Bedieneinheit der Elektroheizung (9 Abb. 1) außen an der
Seitenwand des Gerätes mit den Schrauben (10) befestigen,
nachdem die Blechhalterung der Bedieneinheit wie in der
Vergrößerung (1) in Abb. 1 gezeigt um 90° gebogen wurde;
– sicherstellen, daß die Kapillarrohre der Thermostaten keine uni-
sol i e rte n El t .-Besta n dtei l e be rühre n un d d aß di e
Kunstsoftabtau­w anne, wenn anwesend, keine warmen
Bestandteile berührt;
– die Elt.-Verdrahtung gemäß den Schaltplänen ausführen. Das
Schütz muß mit dem Regelungsorgan angeschlossen sein (Abb. 5)
N.B.: = Abb. 1 bezieht sich auf ein senkrecht installiertes Modell.

Montaggio resistenza elettrica RX 62 su ventilconvettori, gran-
dezze FCX 62 - 82 e FCZ 900 - 1000
La resistenza deve essere montata in modo che il cavo di alimen-
tazione della stessa sia dal lato opposto a quello degli attacchi
idraulici della batteria.
Per il montaggio procedere come segue:
– togliere, se presente, il mobile di copertura, agendo sulle viti
accessibili attraverso gli elementi laterali.
– per l’installazione in verticale dei modelli FCX-U e FCX-P, togliere
la bacinella in plastica;
– passare, uno alla volta, il bulbo dei termostati di sicurezza (3
fig. 1), attraverso il passacavo (5);
- fissare i bulbi alla resistenza nella posizione indicata nella fig. 2,
utilizzando la fascetta (2 fig. 1) fornita a corredo. ATTENZIONE:
il bulbo del termostato a riarmo manuale ed il bulbo del termo-
stato a riarmo automatico devono essere posizionati, rispetto al
flusso d’aria, nella sequenza indicata nella fig. 4. Il termostato a
riarmo manuale è riconoscibile dalla presenza del pulsante di
riarmo posto sotto il lamierino di supporto;
– passare i cavi della resistenza (6 fig. 1) attraverso il passacavo
(5);
– fissare la staffa (1) della resistenza alla fiancata dell’apparec-
chio, e, dopo averla agganciata alla resistenza, fissare la staffa
di supporto (4) alla fiancata opposta, usando le viti a corredo e
seguendo le seguenti indicazioni:
­– fissare la resistenza con n° 2+2 viti centrando i due fori supe-
riori del supporto con i due fori del telaio macchina come in
figura 3;
– fissare il modulo di comando della resistenza (7 fig. 1) all’esterno
della fiancata dell’apparecchio con le viti (8), dopo aver piegato
a 90° il supporto in lamiera del modulo di comando come indica-
to nell’ingrandimento (A) di fig. 1;
– accertarsi che i capillari dei termostati non siano in contatto con
organi elettrici non isolati, e che la bacinella in plastica, se pre-
sente, non sia in contatto con le parti calde della resistenza;
– eseguire i collegamenti elettrici come indicato negli schemi
riportati a bordo macchina. Nello schema di principio, indicato
in fig. 5, il contattore deve essere collegato all’organo di regola-
zione.
N.B. = La fig. 1 si riferisce ad un modello installato in posizione
verticale.

Assembly of RX 62 electric resistance on FCX fancoils, sizes 62 -
82 and FCZ 900 - 1000
The heater must be installed so that its feeding cable is on the
side opposite to the one with coil water connections.
To assemble proceed as follows:
– unscrew the securing screws accessible through the lateral
panels and remove the housing;
– for vertical installation of FCX-U, FCX-P models remove the pla-
stic drip tray;
– thread the safety thermostat bulbs (3 fig. 1) one at a time
through the cable guide (5);
– fix the bulbs to the heater as indicated in fig. 2 by using the
metal strip (2 fig. 1). NOTE: the bulb of the manual resetting
thermostat and the bulb of the automatic resetting thermostat
must be located in the sequence shown in fig. 4. The manual
resetting thermostat has the reset push button under the bea-
ring metal strip;
– lead the heater cables (6 fig. 1) through the grommet (5);
– fasten the flanges (1) of the heater to the unit side and hook it
to the heater; then fasten the bearing flange (4) to the opposite
side by means ot the screws supplied with the kit as follows:
– fix the heater with 2+2 screw matching the two bearing
upper holes and the unit frame holes as shown in fig. 3.
– fit the resistance control module (7 fig. 1) to the exterior of the
unit side with the screws (8) after having bent the sheet metal
support to 90° as shown in the enlargement (A) in fig. 1;
– make sure the thermostat capillaries are not in touch with unin-
sulated electric parts and that the plastic tray - if installed - is
not in touch with hot points of the heater;
– connect the cables as shown in the wiring diagrams inside the
units. In the wiring diagram of fig. 5 the contactor must be
wired to the regulation device.
NOTE: = fig. 1 refers to a free-standing installation.

Montage résistance électrique RX 62 sur ventiloconvecteurs,
modèles FCX 62 - 82 et FCZ 900 - 1000
La résistance doit être montée de façon à ce que le cable d’alimen-
tation de celle ci soit coté opposé à celui des raccords hydrauli-
ques de la batterie.
Pour le montage procéder comme suit:
– si la carrosserie est présente, la retirer en agissant sur les vis
accessibles à travers les éléments latéraux;
– pour l’installation verticale des modèle FCX-U et FCX-P, enlever
le bac en plastique;
– passer, un à la fois, les bulbes des thermostats de sécurité (3 fig.
1) à travers le passe-câble (5);
– fixer les bulbes à la résistance suivant la position indiquée en
fig. 2, à l’aide de la lanière fournie (2 fig. 1). NOTE: Le bulbe du
thermostat à réarmement manuel et le bulbe du thermostat à
réarmement automatique doivent etre placés, par rapport au
flux d’air, dans la séquence indiquée sur la fig. 4. Le thermostat
à réarmement manuel a le bouton de réarmement sous le sup-
port;
– passer les cables de la résistance (6 fig. 1) par le guidefil (5);
– fixer la bride (1) de la résistance sur le coté de l’appareil, l’accro-
cher à la résistance, fixer la bride de support (4) au coté opposé
au moyen des vis comme suit:
– fixer la résistance avec n° 2+2 vis en centrant les deux trous
supérieurs du support avvec les deux trous du chassis de l’ap-
pareil comme en fig. 3.
– fixer le module de commande à la résistance (7 fig. 1) à
l’extérieur du panneau latéral de l’appareil avec les vis (8),
après avoir plié à 90° le support en tôle du module de comman-
de comme indiqué sur l’agrandissement (A) de la fig. 1;
– s’assurer que les capillaires des bulbes ne touchent pas les orga-
nes électriques non isolés et que le bac - si installé - ne touche
pas les parties chaudes de la résistance;
– brancher les raccordements électriques comme indiqués sur les
schémas électriques dans l’appareil. Dans le schéma de fig. 5, le
contacteur doit etre branché au dispositif de régulation.

Montage Elektroheizung RX62
Montage Elektroheizung RX 62 in Gebläsekonvektoren, Größen
FCZ 62 - 82 und FCZ 900 - 1000
Das Elt. Heizregister muß so eingebaut werden, daß sich das
entsprechende Speisekabel auf der entgegengesetzten Seite der
Wärmeaustauschersanschlüsse befindet.
Für die Montage folgendermaßen verfahren:
– das Verkleidungsmöbel, falls vorhanden, durch Lösen der
Schrauben abnehmen, auf die man durch die Seitenelemente
Zugriff hat;
– zum senkrechten Einbau der Modelle FCX-U und FCX-P die
Kunstoffwanne abnehmen;
– nacheinander die Kolben der Sicherheitsthermostate
(3 Abb. 1) durch den Kabeldurchgang (5) führen;
– die Kugel an dem Elt. Heizregister wie in Abb. 2 befestigen und
dazu die mitgelieferte Schelle benutzen
(2 bild 1). ACHTUNG: die Kugel des manuell entriegelbaren
Thermostaten und die Kugel des automatisch entriegelbaren
Thermostaten müssen in der Folge wie in Abb. 5 hinsichtlich des
Luftflusses posizioniert sein. Der manuell entriegelbare
T h e r m o sta t h a t e i n e n R ü c kste l l k n o p f u nte r d e m
Befestigungsblech;
– Kabeln der Elt.-Heizung (6 Abb. 1) durch den Gummiring (5) ste-
cken;
– Haltebügel (1) der Elt.-Heizung an der Seite des Gerätes betesti-
gen, die Elt.-Heizung befestigen, den Haltebügel (4) an der
gegenüberliegenden Geräteseite mit den mitgelieferten
Schrauben gemäß der folgenden Bestimmungen befestigen:
– das Elt. Heizregister mit Nr 2+2 Schrauben befestigen. Die
zwei Löcher des Haltebügels ins Zentrum der Löcher vom
Gerätesgehäuse bringen (Siehe Abb.3).
– die Bedieneinheit der Elektroheizung (7 Abb. 1) außen an der
Seitenwand des Gerätes mit den Schrauben (8) befestigen,
nachdem die Blechhalterung der Bedieneinheit wie in der
Vergrößerung (1) in Abb. 1 gezeigt um 90° gebogen wurde;
– sicherstellen, daß die Kapillarrohre der Thermostaten keine uni-
s o l i e r te n E l t .- B e sta n d te i l e b e r ü h r e n u n d d a ß d i e
Kunstsoftabtau­w anne, wenn anwesend, keine warmen
Bestandteile berührt;
– die Elt.-Verdrahtung gemäß den Schaltplänen ausführen. Das
Schütz muß mit dem Regelungsorgan angeschlossen sein (Abb.
5)
N.B.: = Abb. 1 bezieht sich auf ein senkrecht installiertes
Modell.
