respectful towards the nature in which we live, besides being a moral

L’esperienza acquisita nel tempo dalla nostra Società nella
disidratazione dei fanghi, ci ha messo in grado di proporre alla
nostra Clientela un prodotto finito già pronto all’uso. È il caso delle
unità mobili di centrifugazione BARIGELLI che possono essere
fornite sia su struttura metallica di supporto sia direttamente in
container idonei al trasporto su strada. Questo prodotto prevede
la possibilità di dotare l’unità mobile, oltre che dell’estrattore
centrifugo BARIGELLI di idonea potenzialità, anche di tutte le altre
apparecchiature di complemento necessarie a rendere totalmente
indipendente la sezione di disidratazione mobile.

Testata di scarico solido è intercambiabile
ed è interamente realizzata, di serie, in
acciaio inox AISI 304 (1.4301). Può
essere fornita su richiesta in materiali
differenti (AISI 316, DUPLEX).
Testata di scarico liquido/i La struttura portante dell’estrattore
è intercambiabile ed è interamente centrifugo poggia a terra in 4 punti
realizzata, di serie, in acciaio inox dotati ognuno di supporto antivibrante
AISI 304 (1.4301). Può essere che garantisce un ottimale filtraggio
fornita su richiesta in materiali delle vibrazioni trasmesse dalla
differenti (AISI 316, DUPLEX). centrifuga durante le fasi di lavoro.

supplied with different materials an optimal absorption of the vibration issued
(AISI 316, DUPLEX). by the centrifuge during the working phases.

 La struttura portante dell’estrattore centrifugo è
realizzata in acciaio al carbonio di elevata
qualità e spessore, che garantisce ottime doti
di resistenza meccanica e di assorbimento del
rumore; la verniciatura esterna protegge tutta
la struttura dalla corrosione, mentre le parti
interne della stessa sono verniciate con smalto
idoneo all’impiego nei cicli alimentari

realized in high quality and thickness Carbon
Steel, that grants optimum mechanical
resistance and noise’s absorption; the external
paint protects the all case from the corrosion
and the internal parts are painted with brush
enamel, suitable for the food application, too.
Le luci di scarico della fase solida
disidratata, in uscita dal tamburo sono
realizzate in materiale ceramico ad
alta resistenza meccanica, riposizionabli
e sostituibili sul posto.
The discharge lights of the dehydrated
solid phase in the bowl output, are made
in high mechanical resistance’s ceramic
material, repositionable and changeable
on site.
Le parti rotanti della centrifuga sono
realizzate con acciaio inox di prima qualità;
il tamburo cilindrico – tronco conico è
realizzato in acciaio inox X3 CrNiMo 13.4
(1.4313) oppure in DUPLEX ad elevate
caratteristiche meccaniche di resistenza
all’abrasione, mentre la coclea è costruita
con acciaio inox AISI 304 (1.4301) oppure
in DUPLEX. Quest’ultima è protetta
dall’abrasione nei punti fondamentali con
un abbondante deposito di carburo di
tungsteno. Altri materiali fornibili a richiesta.

The rotating parts are realized in high quality

Stainless Steel; the truncate-conical cylindrical
bowl is made in Stainless Steel X3 CrNiMo13.4
(1.4313) or in DUPLEX with high mechanical
characteristics of abrasion’s resistance and
the screw is made in Stainless Steel AISI 304
RATTORI CENTRIFUGHI AD (1.4301) or in DUPLEX. This latest one is
protected to the abrasion in the main point by a
generous tungsten carbide coating.
On required can be supplied with different materials.
