Disponiamo di un moderno impianto
per la verniciatura a liquidi e a polveri
poliesteri (spessore minimo 60
micron), che garantisce un ottimo
risultato estetico di tutti i prodotti.
L’ampia gamma di colori ci permette
di soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza.
Lunghezza massima per la verniciatu-
ra 4000 mm
E’ stato testato che i prodotti vernicia-
ti possono resistere a più di 1200 ore
di nebbia salina.
SISTEMA DI MONTAGGIO
Le doghe PROMETAL ® possono
essere montate su diverse strutture
portanti a seconda delle esigenze.
Sostanzialmente i sistemi di montaggio
sono di due tipi:
IN AGGANCIO SU TRAVERSINA
Questa tipologia prevede il montaggio
delle doghe sulle traversine.
Le traversine, ortogonali rispetto alle
doghe, devono mantenere un interasse
di circa 1270 mm ed una distanza
massima dal muro perimetrale di 300
mm.
La sospensione è costituita da pendini
rigidi e molla di regolazione che permet-
te di ottenere una perfetta planarità e
orizzontalità del controsoffitto.
IN APPOGGIO SU PROFILI A VISTA
In questo caso le doghe di tipo
autoportante sono semplicemente
appoggiate su profili rompitratta
oppure su profili perimetrali (in
ambienti di ampiezza non superiore a
2500 mm).

We have a modern painting plant that
uses liquid and polyester coating
(thickness of 60 micron), which
guarantees an excellent aesthetic
result for all products.
The wide range of colours allows us to
meet any possible requirements.
Maximum lenght for painting is 4000
mm
The painted products are tested to a
resistance of 1200 hours of salt spray.
ASSEMBLY
PROMETAL® strips can be installed
on different suspension sustems
according to design:
CLASPED ONTO MAIN CARRIER
The carrier (orthogonal to the strips)
must be positioned with a centre dis-
tance of about 1270 mm and at a max
300 mm from the wall.
Supporting system consists of rigid
rod hangers with adjusting spring and
a cross for a fast connection to the
carrier so as to obtain a perfectly flat
and horizontal position of the false
ceiling.
LAID ON EXPOSED
SUPPORTIN PROFILES
Self supporting strips with
maximum span of 2500 mm are
simply laid on edge profiles.
