L’innovativa linea di verniciatura
Pratic offre eccellenti prestazioni di
tenuta del colore ed elevati standard
anti-aging. È progettata per effettuare
un ciclo di pre-trattamento con ben
9 fasi di lavaggio con le migliori
tecnologie oggi a disposizione. Dopo
questa fase i pezzi vengono asciugati
e successivamente nebulizzati con
polveri in poliestere che rimangono
adese al materiale grazie ad un sistema
di forza elettrostatica: questo processo
è realizzato da cabine di verniciatura di
ultimissima generazione che rendono
omogenea la distribuzione in superficie
delle polveri. La fase finale del ciclo
di verniciatura termina con la cottura
dei pezzi a garanzia di una completa
polimerizzazione delle polveri.
The innovative Pratic coating line
guarantees excellent colour endurance
and anti-aging performances. It is
designed to undergo a pre-treatment
cycle of 9-stages washing process: the
highest technological standard possible
nowadays. Then, the pieces are dried
and covered with polyester powders
that stick to the material through
electrostatic surface adhesion. This
phase is carried out by state-ofthe- arte
coating cabins that spread colours
evenly on the surface. The final phase of
the coating ends with the baking phase
that guarantees the perfect adhesion of
the powder on the pieces.

All motors in the prices, wired, RTS and
those with IO technology, are supplied
without a switch, remote control and
adaptors, which must be ordered

The extra charge for special Pratic
fabrics not included in our set of

Usi previsti della tenda / Intended uses of the awning
Le tende dei listini Pratic sono state progettate e
realizzate esclusivamente quale protezione solare per
edilizia civile, residenziale, commerciale e di servizi vari
alla comunità.
La tenda deve essere utilizzata esclusivamente per lo
scopo sopra indicato anche se confezionata con tessuto
impermeabile, PVC o altre tipologie di tessuto.
Ogni uso diverso è infatti da considerarsi improprio,
erroneo e potenzialmente pericoloso, e solleva il produttore
da ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni a persone o cose.
CONDIZIONI METEOROLOGICHE AVVERSE
In caso di pioggia, neve e condizioni meteorologiche
avverse, la tenda deve essere sempre ritirata. L’utilizzo della
tenda in tali condizioni è pericoloso e può causare danni a
persone e a cose. Per una buona conservazione delle sue
caratteristiche è importante che il telo possa asciugarsi
dopo essere stato a contatto con acqua o umidità.
In particolare, il telo deve essere arrotolato sempre
perfettamente asciutto; se viene avvolto bagnato o umido,
il telo è infatti più facilmente attaccabile dalle muffe e può
amplificare il fenomeno delle ondulazioni nei pressi delle
cuciture.
Nel caso il telo sia bagnato e sia necessario riavvolgere
la tenda, ad esempio in presenza di pioggia o temporale,
non appena possibile, svolgere nuovamente il telo per farlo
asciugare.
Prima di chiudere la tenda per il periodo invernale o per lungo
tempo, assicurarsi sempre che il telo sia completamente
asciutto.

Pratic awnings have been designed and built exclusively
as solar protection for private, residential, commercial
buildings and other services to the community.
The awning must be used exclusively for the purpose
indicated above, even if made with waterproof fabric, PVC
or other types of fabric.
Any other use is considered improper, erroneous and
potentially dangerous, and relieves the manufacturer from
any liability for any damage to persons or property.
SEVERE WEATHER
In case of rain, snow and unfavourable weather, the awning
should always be closed. The use of the awning in such
conditions is dangerous and can cause damage to persons
and property. For a good conservation of its characteristics, it
is important that the sheet can dry after being in con-tact with
water or humidity.
In particular, the canvas must always be wound perfectly dry;
if it is wound when it’s wet, the canvas is, in fact, more likely
to be attacked by molds and can amplify the phenomenon of
waves near the seams.
If the canvas is wet and you need to wind up the awning,
for example in the presence of rain and thunderstorms,
unwind it for it to dry as soon as possible.
Before closing the awning for the winter or for a long time,
always make sure that the canvas is completely dry.

Punto di vista Point of view

La figura, posizionata sempre frontalmente alle lame,
indica il punto di vista, è utile per compilare il modulo
d’ordine e per scegliere l’orientamento desiderato di
apertura delle lame.
Adduzione elettrica
In fase di compilazione ordine specificare dove sarà
posizionata.
Il montante predisposto per l’adduzione elettrica è
sconsigliato per il deflusso dell’acqua.
Deflusso acqua
In fase d'ordine specificare su quali montanti predisporre
lo scarico d'acqua. Su una configurazione a 1 modulo,
devono essere previsti almeno 2 deflussi d’acqua.
Attenzione: è necessario posizionare gli scarichi uno a
destra e uno a sinistra rispetto alla vista frontale della
struttura. Per ogni modulo aggiuntivo è necessario
aggiungere almeno 1 ulteriore deflusso d’acqua.

Water discharge

configuration, at least 2 water discharges must be provided.
Warning: it is necessary to place one drainage on the right

structure. For each additional module it is necessary to add
at least 1 additional water discharge.

INDICAZIONI IMPORTANTI
· Su ogni modulo dovranno essere previsti almeno due montanti
per lo scarico dell’acqua (attenzione, è necessario posizionare
gli scarichi uno a destra e uno a sinistra rispetto alla vista
frontale della struttura)
· Il processo meccanico di calandratura può provocare
delle inevitabili deformazioni ai profili che tuttavia
non compromettono né la stabilità della struttura né il
funzionamento del meccanismo Tecnic. Pertanto non potranno
essere oggetto di contestazione
· Il montaggio dev’essere fatto a regola d’arte garantendo che
la struttura portante superiore sia perfettamente in piano per
permettere il corretto deflusso dell’acqua
· Per l’installazione è consigliato l’utilizzo di un sollevatore
(Ercolino p. 164)
· Si raccomanda di controllare periodicamente che gli scarichi
delle gronde non siano ostruiti
· In fase di impacchettamento potrebbero presentarsi alcune
pieghe naturali nel telo causate dalla curvatura dei profili
rompitratta. Questi fenomeni non potranno essere oggetto
di contestazione in quanto non evitabili e non pregiudicanti il
corretto funzionamento della pergola
· In caso di Nomo e Rialto abbinate a Slide o Slide Glass: le
chiusure scorrevoli vetrate, anche se impacchettate, offrono
una superficie maggiore alla spinta del vento. I luoghi di

HIGHLIGHTS
· Every single module must be provided with at least two
posts for water drainage (please note that it is necessary
to place the discharge points one on the right and one on
the left according to the front view of the structure
· The mechanical curving process may cause inevitable
deformations to the profiles. However, this does not
compromise either the stability of the structure or the
operation of the Tecninc mechanism. Consequently, they
are not in dispute
· The installation must be done in a workmanlike manner
ensuring that the upper support structure is perfectly
level to allow proper water drainage.
· For the installation we recommend using a lift
(Ercolino p. 164)
· We recommend to periodically check that the gutter
drains are not blocked
· Nomo and Rialto cover, when retracting, may present
some natural creases due to the curvature of the ribs.
These phenomena cannot be subjected to dispute since
they cannot be avoided and they do not influence the
proper functioning of the structure
· In case of Nomo and Rialto combined with Slide or Slide
Glass: the sliding glass closures, even if packaged,
offer a greater surface to wind pressure. Therefore, the
installation sites require a particular attention to wind
resistance.

· The structure is supplied in functional macro-assemblies

Test tenuta dell’acqua / Water tightness test
Le pergole bioclimatiche Opera e Vision sono state testate
alla tenuta all’acqua (sistema lame, gronde e scarichi)
utilizzando il sistema per i test certificato dell’Istituto
Giordano (rapporto di prova n. 319934).
DESCRIZIONE DELLA PROVA
La prova è stata eseguita sulla pergola bioclimatica Opera
di dimensione 450 cm x 600 cm e sulla pergola Nomo di
dimensione 550x700 cm, installate a regola d’arte, simulando
una precipitazione pari a 369 mm per ora ad una pressione di
3,4 bar, superando oltre tre volte il valore di riferimento di 100
mm x ora (corrispondente ad un nubifragio artificiale) previsto
dalla normativa IEC 60721-2-2.
Particolari condizioni atmosferiche e/o tipologie di
installazione possono creare condizioni di funzionamento non
prevedibili e/o comunque diverse dalle prove di laboratorio
da noi eseguite e/o dare luogo a tenute idriche, statiche,
ecc. diverse e/o inferiori rispetto alle simulazioni eseguite in
laboratorio.
ESITO
«Nessuna infiltrazione di acqua all’interno. Deflusso regolare
degli scarichi senza fenomeni di accumulo.»
I test sono stati effettuati e  certificati da:
Opera and Vision bioclimatic pergolas are tested for water
tightness (blades, gutters and drainage) using the test system
certified by the Istituto Giordano (test report no. 319934).
DESCRIPTION OF TEST
The test was performed on an Opera bioclimatic pergola
measuring 450 cm x 600 cm and on a Nomo bioclimatic
pergola measuring 550 cm x 700 cm, professionally installed,
simulating precipitation equal to 369 mm per hour and at
3.4 bars pressure, three times the reference value of 100 mm
per hour (corresponding to a artificial cloudburst) as required
by standard IEC 60721-2-2.
Particular weather conditions and/or particular types of
installation can create unforeseeable operating conditions

Opera, Vision, Nomo e Rialto sono stati oggetto di calcoli
ingegneristici approfonditi per definirne il grado di resistenza
al vento con riferimento alla scala Beaufort, che individua
le possibili situazioni meteorologiche e i conseguenti
effetti prodotti dal vento. Il calcolo delle sollecitazioni
dovute agli effetti del vento è stato eseguito per tutte
le combinazioni dimensionali di larghezza e profondità
prendendo in considerazione la velocità media prevista
dalla Scala Beaufort. Teniamo a precisare che tali verifiche
sono state fatte su tipologie di installazioni standard in
condizioni simulate di vento costante. Per installazioni
standard si intendono prodotti installati su pareti rettilinee,
pavimenti adeguatamente robusti, con tutte le staffe
di ancoraggio, libere e senza ostacoli laterali di edifici
e quant’altro possa modificare la direzione e l’intensità
del vento. Situazioni diverse da quelle sopra indicate non
potranno essere interpretate come fedeli ai test effettuati
in condizioni standard. L’installazione di tende perimetrali
possono cambiare i criteri di calcolo riducen do le prestazioni
di resistenza al vento delle parti strutturali agendo sulle
stesse. Si raccomanda la chiusura delle tende perimetrali in
presenza di venti che superino la classe 3 e comunque i 49
km/h che corrispondono alla classe 6 della scala Beaufort.
L’installazione di tende perimetrali fisse andrà valutato di
volta in volta in base alle varie configurazioni e dimensioni.
È consigliabile la chiusura di tutte le tende in presenza
di vento intenso e rafficato, inoltre qualora le stesse non
fossero presidiate in maniera continua, è altresì consigliata
l’installazione di anemometri opportunamente tarati che
garantiscono la chiusura automatica e quindi la messa in
sicurezza delle tende stesse.
Opera, Vision, Nomo and Rialto have been submitted to in-
depth engineering calculations in order to define the wind
resistance degree with reference to the Beaufort Scale, which
identifies possible meteorological situations and consequent
effects caused by wind. The calculation of pressures due
to wind effects has been carried out for all dimensional
combinations of width and depth taking into consideration
the average speed expected by the Beaufort Scale. We would
like to point out that these tests have been carried out on
standard types of installations under simulated conditions
of steady wind. For standard installations we mean products
installed on straight walls, adequately solid floors, with all
anchoring brackets, free and without side obstacles such as
buildings and anything else that can change the direction and
intensity of wind. Situations different from those indicated
above cannot be interpreted as reliable to the tests carried
out under standard conditions. The installation of perimeter
awnings can change the calculation parameters thus reducing
the wind resistance performance of the structural parts by
acting on them. It is recommended to close the perimeter
awnings in presence of winds exceeding class 3 and in any
case exceeding 49 km/h corresponding to class 6 on Beaufort
Scale. The installation of fixed perimeter awnings has to
be considered from time to time according to the various
configurations and dimensions. It is advisable to close all
awnings in presence of intense and gusty wind; moreover,
if the awnings are not continuously monitored, it is also
recommended to install properly calibrated anemometers
that guarantee the automatic closing and therefore the safety
position of the awnings.

Informazioni e avvertenze importanti relative ai tessuti
Il campionario Pratic comprende oltre
500 tessuti, selezionati fra le collezioni
delle migliori aziende internazionali:
Corti, F.lli Giovanardi, Parà (Tempotest®
e T Starlight®), Sattler.
Per informazioni relative all’altezza
dei tessuti si rimanda alle pagine finali
dedicate del presente listino.
I teli sono cuciti di serie con filo
TENARA (vedi pagina seguente) e sono
sempre realizzati simmetrici.
Potranno essere confezionati con o
senza giunta al centro.
Non si garantisce identica realizzazione
del telo in ordini inviati in tempi diversi.
I teli sono sempre realizzati giuntati
verticalmente; fanno eccezione i teli
plastificati e i Soltis che sono giuntati
orizzontalmente, a meno di specifiche
diverse da parte del cliente.
La giuntatura standard viene effettuata
mediante cucitura, fatta eccezione
per i plastificati e i Soltis che sono
termosaldati.
Tutti i teli sono confezionati con orlo
laterale di ca. cm 4.
Fanno eccezione i teli in plastificato e in
Soltis che non hanno orlo laterale.
Non sono disponibili a campionario i
tessuti acrilici in grande altezza.
Il confezionamento dei teli con tessuti
impermeabilizzati è sconsigliato
in quanto i fori delle cuciture
compromettono l’impermeabilità.
Ricordiamo che il prodotto Cristalplus
5002S va utilizzato esclusivamente per
la realizzazione di piccole finestrature e
non per il confezionamento di teli interi.
Non si garantisce la perfetta
corrispondenza di colore fra i tessuti del
campionario e i teli realizzati, così come
fra teli realizzati in momenti diversi in
quanto provenienti da pezze sottoposte
a diversi bagni di colore.
L’accuratezza del confezionamento dei
teli e gli elevati standard delle attuali
tecniche di tessitura e dei trattamenti
a cui vengono sottoposti i tessuti non
escludono il verificarsi dei seguenti
fenomeni:
TELI
MUFFE: tutti i tessuti sono trattati
con prodotti antimuffa dal produttore.
Nonostante questi trattamenti, i
tessuti possono essere attaccati
da microrganismi - in entità tale da
renderne impossibile la pulitura -
nelle seguenti situazioni: elevate
concentrazioni di scorie inquinanti
nell’atmosfera, piogge acide,
installazione della tenda in prossimità di
strade, di convogliatori d’aria e di piante
ad alto fusto (con caduta di resine e
sostanze vegetali). Una costante pulizia
permette nella maggior parte dei casi di
evitare questi fenomeni.
PIEGHE - EFFETTO RAGNATELA: Tutti
i tessuti acrilici, trattati con finissaggi
a base di resine fluorurate, che
durante la lavorazione debbano essere
necessariamente piegati, possono
presentare, in corrispondenza delle
pieghe, rigature visibili in controluce a
causa della rifrazione. Queste rigature
dette “a ragnatela”, particolarmente
evidenti nei tessuti chiari, non sono
evitabili e non possono quindi essere
oggetto di contestazione. Questo
fenomeno non pregiudica in alcun modo
il buon funzionamento del prodotto.
I tessuti in generale, di qualsiasi
materiale, possono presentare
ondulazioni, piegature e rigature dovute
al processo di confezionamento e/o
all’avvolgimento sul rullo soggetto
a naturali fenomeni di flessione o a
modifiche dimensionali dovute agli
sbalzi di temperatura ed al naturale
invecchiamento del tessuto.
I tessuti con cerniere saldate
verticalmente ai lati possono non
avvolgersi in maniera verticalmente
lineare e generare delle pieghe oblique.
ONDULAZIONI: un fenomeno che è
anche detto “nido d’ape” o “goffratura”.
Questo fenomeno può verificarsi in
modo più accentuato vicino alle cuciture
ed ai bordi laterali a causa del doppio
spessore del tessuto che, arrotolandosi
sul rullo, crea tensioni diverse.
SFILACCIAMENTO ED ABRASIONE:
il tessuto, se esposto a continue
sollecitazioni del vento, può presentare
logorio, sfilacciamento ed abrasioni.
TESSUTI IDROREPELLENTI E
IMPERMEABILI
Non offrono un’assoluta protezione
dall’acqua e le caratteristiche che li
contraddistinguono sono:
IDROREPELLENZA: tutti i tessuti
sono idrorepellenti per evitare
danneggiamenti a causa dell’umidità.
Questa caratteristica contraddistingue
la fibra e non il tessuto. Ciò vuole dire
che pur non impregnando il filo, l’acqua
può comunque passare attraverso
la trama. L’idrorepellenza, anche nel
caso dei tessuti resinati, PVC, ecc. è
garantita solo in assenza di muffe.
IMPERMEABILITÀ: quando indicata
contraddistingue un tessuto
trattato con una spalmatura
impermeabilizzante. Tale trattamento
non rende comunque il tessuto
idoneo ad una protezione assoluta
dalla pioggia, neppure qualora si
tratti di tessuti resinati (cosiddetti
“waterproof”), ecc. Inoltre è sempre
possibile il passaggio dell’acqua
attraverso i fori delle cuciture. Anche
con un uso normale della tenda
l’impermeabilizzazione è soggetta,
nel tempo, a decadimento naturale.
TELI IN PVC, CRISTALPLUS 5002S
Nella confezione di teli o finestre
realizzate in Cristalplus 5002S,
possono verificarsi delle ondulazioni, a
causa del doppio spessore del tessuto,
che arrotolandosi sul rullo crea tensioni
diverse. Cristalplus 5002S è soggetto a
pieghe dovute alla naturale morbidezza
del telo. In quanto tali sono soggetti a
modificazioni dimensionali in presenza
di variazioni di temperatura, di umidità e
di irraggiamento solare. In particolare,
l’escursione termica può provocare
allentamenti o restringimenti del
tessuto che saranno più accentuati con
l’aumento della dimensione della tenda.
Cristalplus 5002S è una resina
termoplastica flessibile, con
caratteristiche di trasparenza diverse
rispetto ai vetri rigidi naturali o sintetici,
possono quindi essere presenti aree
con una diversa diffrazione della
