La segatrice a filo diamantato MFD SLENDER è stata studiata appositamente per realizzare lavori artistici ed unici nella
loro bellezza. La sua robusta struttura e la velocità di taglio variabile consentono di eseguire lavori su qualsiasi tipo di
materiale: marmi, graniti, ceramica, gres porcellanato, vetro, plexiglass, ecc. Il filo diamantato di piccolo spessore (diametro
2,8/3,5 mm) permette di tagliare in tutte le posizioni, per ottenere i più stretti raggi di curvatura e riprodurre qualsiasi tipo
di disegno e accostamento di materiali di diverso colore (opus sectile), e permette, con estrema facilità, la creazione di
tarsi e composizioni artistiche di elevato valore. La velocità di taglio variabile consente di eseguire lavori su qualsiasi tipo
di pietra (marmi colorati e pietre dure).

The MFD SLENDER diamond wire sawing machine has been designed for creating artistic works and unique in their beauty. Its
strong structure and its variable cutting speed allows to work on any kind of material like marble, granite, ceramic, gres porcelain,
glass, plexiglas and so on. The very thin diamond wire (2.8/3,5 mm diameter) allows to cut in any position, making it possible to
obtain the narrowest rays of curvature and to reproduce any kind of design or combination of materials of different color (opus
sectile), allowing, in easily way, to create “tarsus” and other artistic compositions of high value. Its variable cutting speed makes
possible some works on any kind of stone (colored marble and hard stones).

La machine a scier à fil diamanté MFD SLENDER a été étudiée expressément pour réaliser des travaux artistiques et uniques
dans leur beauté. Sa solide structure et la vitesse de débit variable permettent de réaliser des travaux sur toutes sortes des
matériels, marbre, granits, céramique, grès céram, verre, plexiglas, etc .. Le fil diamanté de petite épaisseur (diamètre 2,8/3,5
mm) permet le débitage dans toutes les positions, permettant ainsi d’obtenir les plus étroits rayons de courbure et de reproduire
n’ importe quel sorte de dessin et la juxtaposition de matériaux de différente couleurs (opus sectile), et rend possible avec une
facilité extrême, la création de marqueteries et des compositions artistiques de haute valeur. La vitesse de débit variable permet
d’effectuer des travaux sur n’importe quelle sorte de pierre (marbre colorés et pierres dures).

La machine à meuler Z1000 est utilisée pour rectifier le côtes et effectuer des juxtapositions de haute précision, indispensable
pour une bonne réussite d’une composition. L’outil diamanté, constamment congelé par l’eau, travaille verticalement par rapport
au plan et est expressément étudié pou des travaux sur toutes les typologies de matériaux.
