Il motore a induzione sviluppa un numero di giri

fissi , costanti (ca. 3000 g/min) e abbisogna
di un riduttore per poter offrire tutta la coppia
necessaria. E caratterizzato dallassenza totale
di manutenzione in quanto non esistono spazzole
o carboncini da sostituire. E disponibile ad una
o due velocit ed il valore ideale per utilizzi
intensivi, per chi cerca quindi una macchina
infinita. Nebes nasce oltre cinquantanni fa
come costruttore di motori ad induzione e negli
anni ha sviluppato una profonda conoscenza
arrivando a progettare ed assemblare motori
molto performanti e compatti.

All Inverter range models are equipped with the

exclusive S.R.R (Noise Reduction System) patent
that, on a permanent magnet motor with direct
current, controlled by an INVERTER, assures 60%
noise reduction: it represents a new characteristic
on a worldwide basis; NEBES is the first company
that has applied and patented it.
Other important features characterising NEBES
machines are the following:

due to lower number of revolutions of the
rotor (from 1800 to 4000 rev/min)
Lower number and higher thickness of gears
for a very long mechanical tranquillity
Brushes replacement after about 1500

Induction motor develops a fixed and constant

(about 3000 rev/min) number of revolutions
and needs a gear reducer in order to offer all the
necessary couple. It is characterised by a total
absence of maintenance in that no brushes or
carbon items shall be replaced. It is available
with one or two speeds and it is the ideal value
for intensive use, for anyone who looks for an
endless machine. Nebes was founded more
than fifty years ago as manufacturer of induction
motors and developed in time a deep knowledge
reaching the conception and assembly of high
performance and compact motors.

Sono le macchine della tradizione NEBES: lunica azienda

nel mezzo: i nostri maestri forgiatori, infilano lo statore
ancora come si faceva 50 anni fa, ovvero per dilatazione
del metallo, senza luso di nemmeno una vite. Il corpo
centrale viene riscaldato e quando, per effetto del calore
si dilata di alcuni decimi di millimetro, viene infilato lo
statore che, una volta raffreddato, forma un corpo unico
con la carcassa centrale.
Ecco perch oggi siamo gli unici a poterci permettere
il lusso di offrirvi 3, 5 e fino a 10 anni di garanzia alle
nostre smerigliatrici, pulitrici e combinate da banco e
su colonna.

S LINE CAST IRON HEAVY-DUTY BENCH GRINDERS
These machines, projected for continuous and intense use in

industry, absorb and reduce the already low vibrations due to
their weight and guaranteeing raised precision. The motors are
constructed in low leakage German magnetic steel for higher
production in any work situation. The grinding wheel clamp
flanges are machined to guarantee a maximum parallelism
during the coupling with abrasive wheels. Diameters and
thickness of the flanges are superior to EC reference Norms.
Sheet plate of different thicknesses are used for the chain guard:
2.5mm for 150mm diameters
3.0mm for 200mm and 250mm diameters
3.5mm for 300mm diameters
8.0* for 400mm diameters
* (10mm grinding wheel side, 8mm diameter and 6mm on the
external)
On all machines in this category an optional low tension (24 V)
power box is available.
Available on request: high quality inverter speed control and
progressive brake made in Japan.

da entrambe i lati per garantire il massimo del parallelismo durante laccoppiamento con la mola abrasiva. Il diametro e lo
spessore delle flangie sono superiori a quanto richiesto dalle Normative CE di riferimento.
Su tutte le macchine di questa categoria disponibile, come opzionale, il comando a bassa tensione a 24 V. Naturalmente
vengono fornite senza mole e/o spazzole lasciando la scelta delle stesse allutilizzatore fra la gamma degli accessori NEBES,
che propone esclusivamente prodotti italiani di altissima qualit,
per un migliore resa delle smerigliatrici industriali, che vengono
ulteriormente equilibrati al proprio interno.

Sono le macchine che permettono alle officine,

carpenterie metalliche, carrozzerie, ecc di disporre di
due utensili in una sola macchina. Da una parte una
mola, bilanciata a zero, per la sgrossatura del pezzo
in lavorazione e dallaltra una spazzola o in alternativa
un disco di panni per la lucidatura. Diverse tipologie
di macchine ma costruite tutte con la stessa filosofia:
un corpo centrale e due calotte, per resistere anche
a fortissime spinte, senza nessuna deformazione
dellalbero motore o delle carcasse. I nostri maestri
forgiatori, infilano lo statore ancora come si faceva
50 anni fa: ovvero per dilatazione del metallo, senza
luso di nemmeno una vite. Il corpo centrale viene
riscaldato dilatandosi di alcuni decimi di millimetro
per effetto del calore, permettendo cos allo statore
di posizionarsi nella sua sede. Una volta raffreddato
forma un corpo unico con la carcassa centrale. Se vi
focalizzerete sulla scelta di una delle nostre combinate
tenete sempre presente quale lavoro intendiate svolgere
principalmente: se la lucidatura/spazzolatura la
componente prioritaria nel vostro lavoro allora dovrete
scegliere una macchina che abbia una riserva di energia
maggiore perch questo tipo di utilizzo necessita di
motori potenti. E siccome vogliamo viziarvi, indicateci

Sono le macchine pi difficili dato che sono le

pi sottoposte a sforzi elevati, basti pensare alle
macchine equipaggiate con panni per la lucidatura
dei metalli. Nebes da anni realizza macchine che
devono funzionare 24 ore su 24, 365 giorni allanno.
Macchine che vengono utilizzate di continuo, su tre
turni di lavoro. E non stiamo parlando di modelli con
motorizzazioni particolari: sono le nostre macchine
normali e le trovate tutte a catalogo, disponibili per
tutti.
Quando si decide di acquistare una pulitrice il nostro
consiglio quello di scegliere modelli con motori
esuberanti dato che le spazzole abrasive, sia a fili
sia a lamelle, come pure le ruote per la lucidatura
assorbono ca. il 100% in pi di energia rispetto alle
mole abrasive tradizionali.
Diverse tipologie di macchine ma costruite tutte con
la stessa filosofia: un corpo centrale e due calotte, per
resistere anche a fortissime spinte, senza nessuna
deformazione dellalbero motore o delle carcasse.
I nostri maestri forgiatori, infilano lo statore ancora
come si faceva 50 anni fa: ovvero per dilatazione del
metallo, senza luso di nemmeno una vite. Il corpo
centrale viene riscaldato e quando, per effetto del
calore si dilata di alcuni decimi di millimetro, viene
infilato lo statore che, una volta raffreddato, forma un
corpo unico con la carcassa centrale.
Il top della nostra gamma lo incontrerete nellimponente
pulitrice P6 DI a doppio albero, con frenata controllata
ed inverter per la regolazione del numero di giri.
Interamente realizzata nelle nostre officine di
Serravalle a Po con 2 potenti motori indipendenti
