Tenere le batterie fuori dalla portata dei
bambini. In caso di ingestione consultare
immediatamente un medico!
m PERICOLO DI ESPLOSIONE! La batteria
incorporata non può essere rimossa o sostituita
dall’utente. Non cortocircuitare le batterie
e / o non aprirle. Le conseguenze possono
essere surriscaldamento, rischio di incendio o
esplosione.
  Non gettare mai il prodotto con la batteria
integrata nel fuoco o in acqua.
  Non esporre il prodotto con la batteria
integrata a sollecitazioni meccaniche.
Rischio di perdite dalle batterie
  Evitare condizioni e temperature estreme
che possono danneggiare il prodotto con
la batteria integrata, come ad esempio,
l’esposizione a termosifoni o ai raggi diretti
del sole.
  Evitare il contatto di perdite di sostanze
chimiche con cute, occhi e mucose! Sciacquare
subito le zone che sono venute a contatto
con l’acido della batteria con acqua pulita e
consultare immediatamente un medico!
INDOSSARE GUANTI
PROTETTIVI! Le batterie che
presentano fuoriuscite o danni
possono causare ustioni a contatto
con la pelle. In casi del genere,
indossare guanti protettivi adatti.
  Questo prodotto ha una batteria integrata
che non può essere sostituita dall’utente. Lo
smontaggio o la sostituzione della batteria
devono essere eseguite esclusivamente dal
produttore, dal suo servizio clienti oppure da
una persona parimenti qualificata al fine di
evitare pericoli. Per lo smaltimento di questo
prodotto, si prega di notare che contiene una
batteria ricaricabile.
Rischio di danneggiamento del prodotto
  Questo prodotto non contiene parti che
possono essere sottoposte a manutenzione da
parte dell'utente. La batteria non può essere
sostituita.
  Non posizionare candele accese o altre
fiamme libere sopra o vicino al prodotto.
  Spegnere immediatamente il prodotto se si
nota fumo, rumori o odori insoliti. Scollegare
immediatamente qualsiasi caricabatterie USB
collegato.
  Improvvisi sbalzi di temperatura possono
causare la formazione di condensa all’interno
del prodotto. In questo caso, lasciar
acclimatare il prodotto per un po' di tempo
prima di riutilizzarlo per evitare cortocircuiti!
  Non utilizzare il prodotto vicino a fonti di
calore, ad es. radiatori o altri apparecchi che
emettono calore!

radio negli apparecchi acustici.
  Non collocare il prodotto in prossimità di gas
infiammabili o in luoghi a rischio di esplosione

potrebbero causare esplosioni e incendi.
  La portata delle onde radio varia a seconda
delle condizioni ambientali. Quando si utilizza
la trasmissione dati senza fili, non si può
escludere che terzi non autorizzati possano
ricevere tali dati.

televisive dovute a modifiche non autorizzate

z Informazioni generali sul
prodotto
z Resistenza all'acqua (IP68)
Protetto contro gli spruzzi d’acqua, acqua e
polvere (norma IEC 60529: classe IP68)
INDICAZIONE: La resistenza all’acqua non
è una caratteristica permanente. È possibile
indossare il prodotto nella vita di tutti i giorni.
Lavare le mani, fare la doccia, la pioggia o
situazioni / attività simili non danneggiano il
prodotto. Il prodotto è protetto contro la breve
immersione (la profondità massima è di 2 metri
fino a 30 minuti).
z Prima del primo utilizzo
Dopo aver disimballato il prodotto:
  Ricaricare il prodotto (per maggiori dettagli,
fare riferimento alla sezione "Ricarica della
batteria").
  Caricare il prodotto in tempo. Se la tensione è
troppo bassa per un lungo periodo di tempo,
la carica della batteria ricaricabile diminuisce.
z Ricarica della batteria

  Collegare la spina del cavo USB [] a
una porta USB libera del computer o a un
adattatore USB.
  Collegare l’adattatore di ricarica [] al
contatto di ricarica [5] nella parte inferiore del
prodotto. L’adattatore di ricarica è mantenuto
in posizione magneticamente.
  All’inizio del ciclo di ricarica il prodotto vibra
una volta.
  Quando la batteria è completamente carica:
scollegare il cavo USB [] dal prodotto e dalla
porta USB.
INDICAZIONI:
  Fare attenzione che i terminali di ricarica [8]
siano correttamente innestati nei contatti di
ricarica [5].
  Quando viene collegato ad una porta USB, il
prodotto si accende automaticamente.
  Durante la carica il prodotto non può essere iOS Android
utilizzato.
  Lo stato della ricarica è visualizzato sul display
[2].
  Un ciclo di ricarica che utilizza circa 120 mA
di corrente di carica richiede più o meno 2 ore.

z Funzionamento

  In modalità orario, tenere premuto il
display [2] per 2 secondi. Sarà quindi
possibile passare ad un altro dei 4 quadranti
disponibili.

  Sincronizzare il dispositivo mobile con

l'applicazione SilverCrest Smart Watch
e controllare i dati relativi alle attività sul
Passi
dispositivo mobile.

z Sonno
Passi
  Questo prodotto registra
automaticamente i dati
relativi al sonno.
  Scorrere il display [2] verso sinistra per
selezionare la visualizzazione preferita.

  Toccare l'icona sul display [2] per confermare

la selezione.
INDICAZIONE: Una lunga pressione del
tasto a sfioramento [1] in uno qualsiasi dei
menu riporterà alla visualizzazione dell’ora.
  Il prodotto registra automaticamente i dati   Sincronizzare il dispositivo mobile con
relativi alle proprie attività quotidiane. l'applicazione SilverCrest Smart Watch e
controllare i dati relativi al sonno sul dispositivo
mobile.

z Influenza sulla precisione di
misura
Indossando il prodotto in modo errato si possono
verificare errori di misura:
 
Cinturino applicato Troppo sciolto
correttamente e ben
stretto al polso
  Regolare il cinturino in modo che il prodotto si
adatti correttamente al polso.

Cercare di nuovo il segnale della frequenza
cardiaca.
Misurazione ottica del battito
cardiaco: Il prodotto utilizza un sensore
ottico per misurare la frequenza cardiaca dal
polso. Per l'utilizzo di questo metodo non è

Circolazione sanguigna: La circolazione
sanguigna varia da persona a persona e
può variare anche in una sola persona (ad
es. tra braccio destro e sinistro). In alcuni
casi, per determinati individui, il flusso
sanguigno naturale può non essere ottimale
per la misurazione del battito cardiaco con un
sensore ottico.
Fattori ambientali: Se la temperatura
ambiente è troppo bassa, il flusso sanguigno
negli avambracci può ridursi, con conseguente
riduzione della precisione di misurazione.
Colore della pelle: La riflettività della
pelle è influenzata dal colore della superficie
cutanea. Meno luce viene assorbita dalla
superficie cutanea, migliore è la misurazione
della frequenza cardiaca. La precisione di
misura può essere influenzata dai seguenti
fattori: Forte pigmentazione della pelle,
cicatrici e tatuaggi.
Mantenere la pelle asciutta e pulita:
È importante mantenere il prodotto e la pelle
puliti e asciutti. L'asciuttezza aumenta il comfort
e previene i danni al prodotto.
Ciò è particolarmente importante durante
l’allenamento e quando il prodotto è esposto
a liquidi. Liquidi come sudore, sapone, creme
solari e lozioni.
Postura: Una postura scorretta (ad es. polsi
fortemente piegati) influisce sulla circolazione
del sangue negli avambracci e riduce la
precisione delle misurazioni del battito
cardiaco.

Posizionare il prodotto sul polso. Il corretto
posizionamento è importante per una misurazione
precisa.
  Per misurare il battito cardiaco, il prodotto  
deve aderire comodamente al polso. Il display
deve essere rivolto verso l’alto e posizionato
a un dito di stanza dal polso. Il sensore deve
toccare la pelle
 
 
Il prodotto non deve essere messo così stretto
da ridurre la circolazione sanguigna. Durante
l’allenamento, il prodotto deve aderire al polso
in modo sciolto, come un normale orologio.

Aprire la modalità Gli sport.
Per aprire il sottomenu, scorrere il display
[2]. Il prodotto consente di registrare le
seguenti attività: In esecuzione, Ciclismo,
Corri al coperto, Escursioni a piedi, A
passeggio.
Selezionare la modalità in base alla propria
attività toccando brevemente il display [2].
Toccare "start" sul display [2] e iniziare
l’attività. Il prodotto registra i dati.
Passi
Premere brevemente il display [2] per
visualizzare il valore successivo (Impulso,
Tempo, Distanza, Passaggio, Calorie
bruciate).
Sincronizzare il proprio dispositivo mobile con
l'applicazione SilverCrest Smart Watch
e controllare i dati registrati sul dispositivo
mobile.

If you have a heart pacemaker fitted or an

Salt and thermal water can lead to the

rechargeable batteries
m WARNING! DANGER TO LIFE! Keep
the rechargeable batteries out of the reach of
children. If swallowed, seek immediate medical
attention!
m DANGER OF EXPLOSION! The integrated
rechargeable battery cannot be removed or
exchanged by the user. Do not short-circuit
rechargeable batteries and / or open them.
Overheating, fire or bursting can be the result.
  Never throw this product with built-in
rechargeable battery into fire or water.
  Do not exert mechanical loads to this product
with built-in rechargeable battery.
Risk of leakage of rechargeable
batteries
  Avoid extreme environmental conditions
and temperatures, which could affect this
product with built-in rechargeable battery,
e.g. radiators / direct sunlight.
  Avoid contact of leaking chemicals with the
skin, eyes and mucous membranes. In the event
of contact with battery acid, thoroughly flush
the affected area with plenty of clean water
and seek immediate medical attention.
WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES!
Leaked or damaged rechargeable
batteries can cause burns on
contact with the skin. Wear suitable
protective gloves at all times if such
an event occurs.
  This product has a built-in rechargeable battery
which cannot be replaced by the user. The
removal or replacement of the rechargeable
battery may only be carried out by the
manufacturer or their customer service or by a
similarly qualified person in order to prevent
hazards. When disposing of the product, it
should be noted that this product contains a
rechargeable battery.
Risk of property damage
  This product does not contain any parts which
can be serviced by the user. The rechargeable
battery cannot be replaced.
  Do not place burning candles or other open
fire on or next to the product.
  If you notice smoke or unusual noise or odour,
switch the product off immediately. Immediately
disconnect any connected USB charger.

Resistant to splashes, water and dust
(IEC Standard 60529: IP68 rating)
NOTE: Waterproofing is not an everlasting
feature, you can wear the product in everyday
life. Washing hands, showers, rain or similar
situations / activities are not harmful to the
product. The product is protected against short
immersion (maximum depth of 2 metres up to
30 minutes).
z Before first use
After unpacking the product:
  Charge the product (for details please refer to
the “Charging the battery” section).
  Charge the product in time. The battery
performance will degrade if the voltage is too
low for a long time.
z Charging the battery

  Connect the plug of the USB cable [] to a
free USB port on your computer or to a USB
power adaptor.
  Connect the charging adaptor [] to the
charging contact [5] on the back of the
product. The charging adaptor is held in place
magnetically.
  The product vibrates once at the start of the
charging process.
  When the battery is fully charged: Disconnect
the USB cable [] from the product and from
the USB port.
NOTES:
  Make sure that the charging pins [8] correctly
engage with the charging contacts [5].
  The product turns on automatically as soon as
it is connected with the USB port.
  The product cannot be operated during iOS Android
charging.
  The charging status is shown in the display [2].
  A charging cycle on approx. 120 mA charging
current takes approx. 2 hours.

The product must not be worn so tightly that
blood circulation is reduced. While you are

more loosely around your wrist, in the style of
