 POSITION: SURE SERVICE ENGINEER

 Maintenance and Support Engineer:

- I work on commissioning, troubleshooting and Support Control System DeltaV PCS,

DeltaV SIS and AMS System at Lot 57 of Repsol.
- Implement modification in process logics, process graphics, dynamos, faceplates
and detailed faceplates when required.
- Performs preventive maintenance and system health check for DeltaV and AMS
Systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolves DeltaV PCS and SIS issues which includes field devices
(Fieldbus, DeviceNet, HART, Analog and Serial)
- Valves Signature with Valvelink.
- Implementation of server PI with OPC, through the server DMZ and the Matrikon
gateway.
- Asset Management System (AMS Suite) include establish communication, network
configuration, device configuration, device database design as per plant area,
device malfunctioning and diagnostics, valve signature and partial stroke test for
SIS & DVC6000 Valves, loop check, calibration management, auto calibration, test
schemes, alert configuration, scheduler, audit trial , display configuration, report
generation, database backup and restored etc.
- Support in the programming, configuration and maintenance routines PLC Siemens
and ControlLogix vía OPC with the System DeltaV.
  Automation and Control Engineer:

- Assist Sales Engineers in the demonstration of Emerson Process Management

products to potential customers and to provide guidance in product application and
after sales service.
- Assists local service engineers in performing diagnostics, troubleshooting and
implementing solutions.
- Involvement in DeltaV projects such as upgrades, migrations, database
consolidation, commissioning and start-up.
- Installation of Operating system and applications such as DeltaV, AMS, Symantec
EP and OPC while onsite.
- Integration between Emerson, Siemens and Rockwell’s brand with Mynah (VIM’s
