Mastice

TITANIUM KNIFE GRADE è un mastice EPOXY VINIL ESTERE ACRILATO formulato per incollare e laminare marmi,
graniti e quarzo. Molto rapido, molto soffice, ottimo colore, ottima spatolabilità e non perde la verticalità dopo la
miscelazione con il catalizzatore. TITANIUM KNIFE GRADE si caratterizza per avere un’ottima adesione sui tempi molto
brevi, 25-30 min, permettendo così una lavorabilità dei pezzi incollati in brevissimo tempo anche a bassa temperatura. Il
mastice polimerizzato si presenta con una superficie molto liscia, brillante e con una buona carteggiabilità e lucidabilità.
Raccomandato per uso interno. Si fa presente che dopo l’aggiunta del perossido il mastice fa un viraggio di colore e dopo
alcuni minuti ritorna al colore bianco iniziale.
Questo fenomeno, dovuto alla speciale composizione chimica della resina, può essere utilizzato come un indicatore di
catalisi. Per ottenere un colore bianco, dopo la polimerizzazione, si consiglia di utilizzare una quantità di perossido in pasta
non superiore a 1%. Il mastice contiene assorbitori UV.

TITANIUM KNIFE GRADE is an EPOXY VINIL ESTERE ACRYLATE mastic developed to glue and to laminate marble,
granite and quartz. It’s very fast, with very light color and with good workability. It’s very easy to stir and to spread. It stays
a thick consistency, even after adding the hardener. TITANIUM KNIFE GRADE has an excellent adhesion in a short time
(25-30 min.) which enables the stone to be handled in a very fast time at low temperatures too. Recommended for interior
use. After cure, the glue, has a flat surface, with high gloss and accepts a good polish-ability. We inform that after the
addition of the peroxide the mastic change a color and after few minutes returns to the initial white color.
This phenomenon come from the special chemical composition of the resin and can be used as a catalyst indicator. To
obtain a white color, after curing, it is advisable to use a quantity of peroxide in the paste of not more than 1%. The glue
contains UV adsorber.

Istruzioni d’uso / Instructions for use :

Prima di applicare il prodotto accertarsi che il materiale sia pulito,

asciutto ed esente da polvere. Prelevare dal
contenitore/barattolo/latta del mastice la quantità necessaria di
mastice che si dovrà utilizzare, addizionare il 1-2% di induritore in
pasta, miscelare energicamente e procedere all’utilizzo.
mell. Non rimettere mai nel contenitore mastice miscelato con il
catalizzatore che non è stato utilizzato.
Nel caso sia necessario correggere il colore del mastice, utilizzare
mell. le paste coloranti per poliestere oppure ossidi metallici.
Il colore va aggiunto prima del catalizzatore. Aggiungere la
quantità necessaria per ottenere il colore desiderato, e poi
aggiungere il catalizzatore per ottenere l’indurimento. Un eccesso
di pasta colorante o di pigmenti in polvere potrebbe alterare le
caratteristiche finali del mastice.
Chiudere i contenitori dopo l’uso. Conservare il mastice e il
catalizzatore nei contenitori originali, lontano dalla luce e
dal sole.

Ensure that the stone to be treated is dry, clean and free of dust.
Take from the tin/can/barrel the necessary amount of glue and
add the catalyst in paste 1-2% in weight.
Stir them thoroughly and use the product thus obtained.
Do not return the unused glue in the can. If is necessary to
correct the colour, use the coloring paste or metal oxides.
Add the color before the catalyst, match the hue and then add the
catalyst.
An excess of color may influence the final characteristic of the
glue.
Keep the can closed after usage. Keep the glue and the
catalyst, in original packaging, away from the sun.

Tempo di Stoccaggio / Shelf life

Nelle normali condizioni di uso e lavoro, il prodotto ben conservato tra 20-25°C lontano da fonti di calore, umidità, luce diretta del sole e nei
contenitori originali non utilizzati e chiusi, viene garantito 10 mesi.

This product will last at least 10 months under normal conditions between 20-25°c, kept away from a source of heat, humidity, sun light
and in unused and closed original containers.
