1 INDIRIZZAMENTO DEI MESSAGGI DI PIANO DI
VOLO
1) Gli FPL e i messaggi associati ai voli VFR/GAT e/o
misti (Z), che partono da un aeroporto per il quale
un ARO-CBO (Aro-Central Briefing Office) è l'ufficio
informazioni ATS di giurisdizione, saranno
reindirizzati soltanto al competente ARO-CBO
(Roma 'LIRFZPZX' o Milano 'LIMLZPZX') il quale
sarà responsabile della validazioni e distribuzione
degli stessi agli appropriati enti ATS.
2) Gli FPL e i messaggi associati relativi a voli VFR e/o
misti (Y o Z), voli per i quali l'intera parte IFR del
volo è pianificata al di fuori delle FIR italiane, l'
indirizzo ICAO AFTN 'LIIRZEZX' sarà aggiunto alla
lista di distribuzione stabilita dal DOC ICAO 4444
ATM/501, eccetto per gli FPL per i quali sono
applicate le procedure di reindirizzamento IFPS
(Integrated Initial FPL Processing System).

FPL RELATIVI AI VOLI VFR E/O MISTI (Z), CHE
PREVEDONO STOP INTERMEDI SARANNO
INDIRIZZATI SOLTANTO ALL'ARO ASSOCIATO
ALL' AEROPORTO DI PARTENZA DEL TRATTO
INTERMEDIO.

FLIGHT PLANS
1 ADDRESSING OF FLIGHT PLAN MESSAGES
1) FPL and associated MSG for VFR/GAT and/or mixed
flight rules (Z) flight departing from an aerodrome
for which an 'ARO-CBO' (Aro-Central Briefing
Office) is the jurisdictional ATS reporting office,
shall be addressed solely to the relevant ARO-CBO
(either Roma 'LIRFZPZX' or Milano 'LIMLZPZX')
which will be responsible validating and distributing
them to appropriate ATS unit.
2) For FPL and associated messages related to VFR
and/or mixed flight rules (Y or Z) flight if the whole
IFR part of the flight is planned outside Italian FIR,
ICAO AFTN address 'LIIRZEZX' shall be added to
the recipients distribution list prescribed by ICAO
DOC 4444 ATM/501, unless the IFPS (Integrated
Initial FPL Processing System) procedure for FPL
re-addressing is applied.
REMARK
FPL RELATED TO EACH VFR AND/OR MIXED
FLIGHT RULES (Z) STAGE OF A FLIGHT THROUGH
INTERMEDIATE STOPS SHALL BE ADDRESSED
SOLELY TO THE ARO ASSOCIATED TO THE
DEPARTURE AERODROME OF THAT STAGE.
