16 Having attained the quorum, the meeting started at 2:00 in the afternoon, with the Chairman of the
17 Program and Invitation Committee, Nova Dela Peña presided over the meeting.

20 Preparation for the printing of the invitations and collection of names honor rolls, completers
21 and graduates of S.Y.2021-2022.

24 The meeting was presided by the Chairman of the Program and Invitation Committee,
25 Nova Dela Peña.
26 The following were discussed during the meeting:

28 1. The target day for the finalization and printing of the program invitation for
29 Recognition Day will be on June 8, 2022, in the morning. However, the names of the
30 honor roll for Grades 1-5,7-9, and 11 should be submitted by June 6, 2022. Program
31 invitation for Recognition Day was assigned to Ms. Elsa Galgao.

33 2. The target day for the finalization and printing of the program invitation for the
34 Moving Up Ceremony will be on June 6, 2022. However, submission of the list of
35 completers for Grade 6,10, and 12 shall be submitted on May 31-June 1, 2022.

36 Ms. Rowena Pan-oy was tasked to design the program invitation for Recognition Day.

38 3. Also, the target day for the finalization and printing of the program invitation for
39 Commencement Exercises will be on June 6, 2022. But, it should be noted that the
40 submission of the list of graduates of S.Y. 2021-2022 for Grade 12 and college will be
41 on May 31-June 1, 2022. This task was given to the chairman of the committee, Madam
42 Nova Dela Pena.

44 4. Program invitation for the mass service will be designed by Mr. JP Songday.

46 5. Submission of all the lists mentioned above should be submitted to the respective
47 Principals, Deans, or Program Chairman of concerned departments. It shall then be

forwarded to the Chairman of the Program Invitation Committee for a faster procedure

for inputting names in the program invitation.

52 6. The estimated number of photocopies of the program invitation to be reproduced for
53 pre-elementary will be 50 copies and 10 original copies.

55 7. The estimated number of photocopies for program invitations for the moving up
56 ceremonies will be 160, and 20 original copies.

58 8. The estimated number of photocopies of the program invitation for the Recognition
59 Day is 120, and 20 original copies.
