22 INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONNECTION
Be sure the POWER (1) switch is in the OFF
postion. A connections must be made with all
‘equipment OFF.
For best sound, use ony high quality RCA cables
when hooking up equipment to the DS-2024
Make sure that all cables are pushed in securely
To. hook up you DS-2024 to your mixer, connect
the OUTPUT LINE (17) jacks of the DS-2024 to
any availabe ine level mput on your mixer.
lug your microphones into the MIC (18) jack
tn the front panel of the DS-2024
Using 1/4" plugs and cables, connect tho MIC
OUT (16) jack on the back pane of the 0S-2024

HEADPHONE IN (13) jack on the back panel

your mixer

level input devices may be connected to the
S-2026 by using the LINE INPUT ('8) lack on
the back parel. PHONO/LINE INPUT ('9) on the
back panel can also be used for any of these
‘sources as long as the PHONOILINE (20) switch,
fon the back pane, isn the LINE positon. You
may algo comect a fuimtable instead ofa line
‘soutee into PHONOYLINE INPUT (19) a long as
‘the PHONO’ LINE (20) switch on the back panel,
is Set to the PHONO postion. If you choose to
use a turntable, you must also attach the ground
‘wire ftom the ‘turntable to the GND (29 screw
located on the back panel ofthe DS-2024.
