l Sistema Perdita Zero SEALTEK® è formulato da una
serie di composti fibrosi veicolati con gel tixotropici
e lubrificanti inerti che, inseriti in una sede ove vi sia
un albero rotante, lo circondano come un manicotto
unico estremamente lubrificato eliminando
completamente ogni punto di eccessiva pressione.
Questo permette di avere attrito bassissimo e quindi una
durata estremamente lunga di tutta l’apparecchiatura.
Correttamente utilizzato, non provoca usura riuscendo
addirittura a funzionare su alberi o bussole precedentemente
danneggiati. Rigorosamente senza amianto, resiste ad alte
temperature, prodotti chimici aggressivi ed elevate velocità
periferiche.
Il Sistema Perdita Zero SEALTEK® elimina la necessità di
ribadernare: è sufficiente aggiungere, via via che si consuma,
un po’ di materiale per avere sempre una tenuta sicura ed

EALTEK® Zero Leakage System® offers a variety
of fibrous flexible compounds, replacing
compression packings in the stuffing box. This
material evenly surronds the shaft and works like
a lubricated plug, eliminating pressure points. It
ensures minimal friction, extended sleeve life due
to no scoring and provides significant energy savings. Zero
Leakage System is available in various synthetic fibres, mixed
with tixotropic and other lubricants. It is pressure treated to
ensure uniform dispersion.
These non asbestos packing materials can operate in
applications of high temperature and pressure, any shaft
speed and most known chemical products. Eliminates
the need for “re-packing”. All it requires is adding a small
quantity of compound whenever it is necessary. When
correctly installed, rotating equipment will operate with

as SEALTEK® Null Leckage System besteht aus
Mischungen diverser faseriger, flexibler Massen,
welche die Welle wie ein geschmierter Pfropfen
gleichmässig umschliessen, ohne dass Druckstellen
entstehen. Hierdurch wird minimalste Reibung erzielt,
was sich erheblich auf die Standzeit der Welle und
den Energieverbrauch auswirkt. Richtig angewendet, wird
die Welle nicht angegriffen und selbst bereits eingelaufene
Wellen können ohne weiteren Verschleiss im Einsatz bleiben.
Das Null Leckage System besteht aus einen Mischung von
thixotropen Schmiermitteln, angereichert mit verschiedenen
synthetischen Fasern, welche unter Druckbehandlung
zu einer festen uniformen Dispersion gebracht werden.
Diese asbestfreie Masse ist beständig gegen hohe
Temperaturen, Drücke und Wellengeschwindigkeiten in
fast allen chemischen Produkten. Das Null Leckage System
verhindert das Neuverpacken. Die einzige erforderliche
Instandhaltungsmassnahme besteht darin, nach längerer

elevatissime prestazioni. Adatto anche
in caso di contatto diretto con alimenti.
Ideale quindi per pompe e valvole nelle
industrie alimentari e negli acquedotti.
Per la sua inerzia chimica e il colore
bianco, si presta anche ad applicazioni
impegnative nell’industria chimica e
farmaceutica. Non richiede flussaggio,

Mischung aus reinem
vorexpandiertem Grafit, speziell
für schwierige Einsatzfälle bei hohen
Temperaturen und Drücken. Einstzbar
in Dampfventilen, Kesselspeisepumpen
und Heissölpumpen. Richtig
angewendet, kann hier Null-Leckage,
ähnlich wie bei Gleitringdichtungen,
erreicht werden. Es greift keine Wellen
oder Spindeln an, und kann auch
bei älteren Anlagen in schlechtem
mechanischen Zustand zum Einsatz
kommen.

Einsatzfällen in Pumpen und Ventilen. Bei
kor- rekter Montage kann in den meisten
Fällen “Null-Leckage” erreicht werden.
Auch als Typ GP erhältlich. Durch die
Einbettung von kleinsten Metallteilchen
in die Dichtmasse wird die Reibung in
Pumpen mit angegriffenen Wellen oder
in schlechtem mechanischem Zustand
erheblich herabgesetzt.

SEALTEK® hat ein neues spezielles

1 Effettuare sempre il primo riempimento della cassa stoppa manualmente come spiegato nelle illustrazioni di pagina 3.

aver fermato la pompa) accertandosi che l’anello antiestrusione posteriore non abbia oltrepassato la valvola di
riempimento. In questo caso dovrà essere estratto preventivamente.
When a “top up” is needed, stop the pump (recommended for safety reasons), unscrew the gland nuts and check that
the outer anti-extrusion ring does not cover the flush port. If so, remove and reinstall properly. Tighten gland nuts
sufficiently to keep gland in place.
Falls ein Nachfüllen erforderlich ist, müssen die Muttern der Stopfbuchsbrille gelöst werden (wir empfehlen aus
Sicherheitsgründen die Pumpe abzustellen), um zu überprüfen dass die Grundringe nicht unter dem Spülanschluss
