I riferimenti alfabetici puntati (es: A.1) contraddistinguono particolari di un insieme fornito assemblato.
Le indicazioni che si riferiscono alla DESTRA ed alla SINISTRA, sono relative al conducente del mezzo rivolto in direzione del senso di marcia.
Prima di installare l’impianto di condizionamento, eseguire un controllo per verificare l’eventuale presenza di guasti o anomalie nel veicolo.
Nel caso venga rimosso il radiatore dell’acqua, ripristinare nel circuito lo stesso liquido scaricato e se necessario, rabboccare aggiungendo il
I liquido anticongelante prescritto.
A montaggio ultimato, verificare il corretto allineamento delle pulegge.
Verificare il corretto serraggio di tutte le viti (fornite ed originali) interessate nel montaggio dell’impianto. Effettuare un’ulteriore verifica dopo
1.500 Km.
Verificare lo stato di tensione di tutte le cinghie e controllarne lo stato di usura; se necessario sostituirle con cinghie della stessa lunghezza
e tipo.

Dotted alphabetical references (ex: A.1) mark the parts of an assembly.
The indications which refer to the RIGHT and to the LEFT concern the driver of the vehicle on the drive way.
Before setting up the air conditioning equipment, verify the possible presence of breakdowns or abnormalities in the vehicle.
GB Should the radiator water be removed, reload the same discharged water in the circuit and, if it is necessary, refill with the prescribed anti-fre-
eze coolant.
When you have completed the assembly, check that the pulleys are properly aligned.
Check that all the screws (both original and supplied), used for assembling the installation, are tightly fastened. Check again after 1.500 Km.
Verify the tension of all the belts and check their conditions; if necessary, replace them with ones of the same length and type.

Les références alphabétiques adoptés (ex : A.1) distinguent les différentes parties d’un ensemble fourni monté.
Les indications qui se référent à DROITE et GAUCHE, doivent être considérées par rapport au conducteur du véhicule dirigé dans le sens
de la marche.
Avant l’installation du systeme, executer un contrôle pour vérifier l’éventuelle présence de dégâts ou anomalies dans le véhicule.
F Au cas où le radiateur eau serait dèplacé, recharger dans le circuit le même liquide que celui qui a èté déchargé et si un remplissage est
nécessaire, ajouter le liquide antigel prescrit.
Une fois le montage terminé, vérifier l’alignement correct des poulies.
Vérifier le serrage correct de toutes les vis (fournies et originales) intéressées par le montage du installation. Effectuer une autre vérification
après 1.500 Km.
Vérifier l’état de tension de toutes les courroies et contrôler l’état d’usure ; si nécessaire les remplacer par des courroies de la même longueur
et du même type.

Die Anzeigen RECHTS und LINKS sind auf den Fahrer in Fahrtrichtung bezogen.
Vor der Installation der Anlage eine Kontrolle durchführen, um ein eventuelles Vorhanden von Schaden oder Störungen des Fahrzeuges zu
ermitteln.
D Falls beim Klimaanlagen-einbau der Wasserkühler ausgebaut wurde, ist die entnommene Flüssigkeit im Umlauf wieder aufzufüllen und das
erforderliche Frostschutzmittel nachzufüllen.
Wenn Sie die Montage beendet haben, prüfen Sie, ob die Scheiben richtig ausgerichtet sind.
Überprüfen Sie, daß alle für die Montage der Klimaanlage verwendeten Schrauben (sowohl Original als auch mitgelieferte) fest angezogen
sind. Führen Sie eine weitere Kontrolle nach 1.500 Km durch.
Überprüfen Sie die Spannung aller Riemen und deren Abnutzung; falls notwendig, ersetzen Sie diese durch Riemen des gleichen Typs und
der gleichen Länge.

Las piezas originales, a excepción de los componentes electricos, se identifican con referencias numéricas.
Las referencias alfabéticas con puntos (ej:A.1) contradistinguen partes de un total suministrado montado.
Las indicaciones que hacen referencia a la DERECHA o la IZQUIERDA, se refieren al conductor del vehiculo en el sentido de la marcha.
Antes de montar el acondicionador efectuar un control para verificar posibles presencias de avarias o irregularidades en el vehiculo.
En caso se remueva el radiador de agua, recargad en el circuito el mismo liquido descargado, y si es necesario el relleno añadir el liquido
E antihielo prescrito.
Una vez realizado el montaje, comprobar que las poleas estén correctamente alineadas.
Comprobar que sea correcto el cierre de los tornillos (tanto los suministrados como los originales) que se utilizan para el montaje del aparato.
Realice una ulterior comprobación pasados los 1.500 Km.
Comprobar la tensión da todas las correas y controlar el estado de desgaste, si fuera necesario, sustituirlas por otras de la misme medida y
del mismo tipo.

ATTENZIONE
In presenza di compensatori inseriti posteriormente nelle boccole di fissaggio staffa compressore, operare come segue:
1: posizionare il compressore sulla staffa
2: inserire le viti con relative rondelle
I
3: avvitare (senza serrare) le viti frontali (lato puleggia) portando le orecchiette anteriori del compressore a contatto delle boccole
staffa di fissaggio
4: avvitare (senza serrare) le viti posteriori (lato compensatori) fino a portare i compensatori contro le orecchiette posteriori del
compressore
5: serrare definitivamente le viti anteriori e successivamente le viti posteriori
ATTENTION
Where compensators are fitted towards the back in the compressor fastening bracket bushes, proceed as follows:
1: position the compressor on the bracket
2: insert the screws and washers

3: tighten (not fully) the front screws (pulley side) placing the front lugs of the compressor in contact with the fastening bracket
ushes
4: tighten (not fully) the rear screws (compensator side) placing the compensators in contact with the rear lugs of the compressor
5: fully tighten the front screws followed by the rear screws
ATTENTION
En présence de compensateurs insérés à l’arrière dans les douilles de fixation bride compresseur, opérer comme suit:
1: positionner le compresseur sur la bride
2: introduire les vis avec rondelles relatives

3: visser (sans serrer) les vis frontales (côté poulie) en mettant les oreillettes avant du compresseur a contact des douilles bride de
fixation
4: visser (sans serrer) les vis arrière (côté compensateurs) jusqu’à mettre les compensateurs contre les oreillettes arrière du com-
presseur
5: serrer définitivement les vis avant et ensuite les vis arrière
ACHTUNG
Bei Trimmern, die vorne in die Befestigungsbuchsen der Kompressorenbügel eingesetzt sind, wie folgt vorgehen:
1: Den Kompressor auf den Bügel positionieren.
2: Schrauben mit Unterlegscheiben einfügen.

3: Die vorderen Schrauben (Scheibenseite) einschrauben (nicht festziehen) und die vorderen Laschen des Kompressors in Kontakt
mit dem Befestigungsbügel bringen.
4: Die hinteren Schrauben (Trimmerseite) einschrauben (nicht festziehen), bis die Trimmer die hinteren Laschen des Kompressors
erreichen.
5: Die vorderen und anschließend die hinteren Schrauben fest anziehen.
ATENCION
En presencia de compensadores insertados posteriormente en los bujes de fijación soporte compresor, operar como se indica a
continuación:
1: situar el compresor en el estribo
2: insertar los tornillos con las correspondientes arandelas

3: atornillar (sin ajustar) los tornillos frontales (lado polea) llevando las patillas anteriores del compresor hasta hacer contacto con
los bujes estribo de fijación
4: atornillar (sin ajustar) los tornillos posteriores (lado compensadores) hasta llevar los compensadores contra las patillas poste-
riores del compresor.
5: ajustar definitivamente los tornillos anteriores y a continuación los posteriores.

AIR BAG
L’AIR BAG è un accessorio di sicurezza potenzialmente pericoloso, pertanto è importante che gli installatori di impianti di aria condizionata
che operano per qualsiasi tipo di intervento su veicoli provvisti di tale sistema, si attengano scrupolosamente alle norme di sicurezza
riguardanti l’AIR BAG dettate dal Costruttore del mezzo.
In particolare dovranno sempre preventivamente scollegare entrambi i poli (+) e (-) della batteria isolandoli accuratamente.
Se durante il montaggio, smontaggio e riparazioni di impianti A/C, sono previsti interventi anche sul dispositivo AIR BAG, dopo lo
scollegamento elettrico della batteria, attendere almeno 10 minuti prima di eseguire qualsiasi tipo di operazione.
Se necessaria la rimozione del dispositivo, utilizzare sempre guanti ed occhiali protettivi e, in caso di eventuale contatto con polveri residue,
sciacquare accuratamente le mani con sapone neutro ed abbondante acqua corrente per prevenire eventuali irritazioni.

I componenti rimossi del dispositivo dovranno essere custoditi, per il periodo che precede il rimontaggio, in uno scomparto apposito,
custodito, resistente agli urti e adeguatamente ventilato, corredato di cartelli monitori specifici a seconda della tipologia di rischio prevista dal
Costruttore del sistema stesso.
Se per cause accidentali i componenti rimossi o parte di essi venissero danneggiati o subissero urti, è consigliabile un loro precauzionale
controllo, prima del rimontaggio, presso un’officina autorizzata dalla Casa Costruttrice del mezzo.
In conclusione, considerando il pericolo potenziale causato dall’eventuale intervento involontario del dispositivo AIR BAG, gli operatori
addetti alla sua manipolazione (anche indiretta) dovranno essere scrupolosamente informati e seguire attentamente le avvertenze
riportate sui manuali specifici del Costruttore del veicolo e/o del sistema stesso.
The AIRBAG is a potentially dangerous safety accessory; thus, fitters of air-conditioning systems performing any type of intervention on
vehicles equipped with said device must carefully follow the safety standards regarding the airbag provided by the manufacturer.
In particular, both battery terminals, (+) and (-), must be disconnected and accurately insulated as a safety measure.
If operations must be carried out on the airbag when fitting, removing, or servicing the A/C system, after disconnecting the battery, wait
at least 10 minutes before proceeding.
If you must remove the airbag, always wear protective gloves and goggles. If you are exposed to any residual dust, wash hands well with
neutral soap and lots of running water to avoid irritations.

Before refitting, the removed components of the airbag must be stored in a specific container that is kept in a safe place, withstands knocks,
is adequately ventilated and is labelled with specific warnings according to the types of hazard specified by the manufacturer.
If the removed components or part of these are accidentally damaged or knocked about, they should undergo a precautionary inspection,
before refitting, at the authorized servicing centres of the manufacturer of the means.
In conclusion, considering the potential danger resulting from the accidental explosion of the airbag, all operators handling (even indirectly)
the airbag must be adequately informed and carefully follow all the warnings detailed in the specific manuals of the manufacturer
of the vehicle and/or the airbag.
L’AIR BAG étant un accessoire de sécurité potentiellement dangereux, il est donc important que les installateurs de dispositifs d’air
conditionné qui opèrent pour tout type d’intervention sur les véhicules munis d’un tel système, respectent scrupuleusement les normes de
sécurité concernant l’AIR BAG dictées par le Fabricant de l’appareil.
En particulier, ils devront toujours préalablement déconnecter les deux pôles (+) et (-) de la batterie en ayant soin de les isoler convenablement.
Si, pendant le montage, le démontage et les réparations de dispositifs A/C, des interventions sont également prévues sur le dispositif AIR
BAG, après la déconnexion électrique de la batterie, attendre au moins 10 minutes avant d’effectuer tout type d’opération.
S’il est nécessaire d’enlever le dispositif, utiliser toujours des gants et des lunettes de protection et, en cas d’éventuel contact avec des
poudres résiduelles, se rincer soigneusement les mains avec du savon neutre et beaucoup d’eau pour prévenir les éventuelles irritations.
F Les composants retirés du dispositif devront être rangés, pendant la période qui précède le remontage, dans un compartiment prévu à cet
effet, protégé, résistant aux chocs et suffisamment ventilé, muni d’étiquettes spécifiques en fonction de la typologie de risque prévue par le
Fabricant du système.
Si pour des raisons accidentelles, les composants qui ont été enlevés, ou une partie de ceux-ci, étaient endommagés ou subissaient des
chocs, il est recommandé, à titre de précaution, d’en effectuer un contrôle, avant le remontage, dans un atelier autorisé par le Fabricant de
l’appareil.
En conclusion, compte tenu du danger potentiel causé par l’éventuelle intervention involontaire du dispositif AIR BAG, les opérateurs chargés
de sa manipulation (même indirecte) devront être scrupuleusement informés et suivre attentivement les avertissements reportées
sur les manuels spécifiques du Fabricant du véhicule et/ou du système lui-même.

Der AIRBAG ist ein potenziell gefährliches Element der Sicherheitsausstattung, es ist daher wichtig, dass die Monteure von Klimaanlagen,
die jede Arten von Arbeiten an Fahrzeugen mit diesem System durchführen, sich gewissenhaft an die Sicherheitsnormen bezüglich der
AIRBAGs halten, die der Fahrzeughersteller vorschreibt.
Insbesondere müssen sie als Vorsichtsmaßnahme immer beide Batteriepole (+) und (-) trennen und sorgfältig isolieren.
Wenn bei Einbau-, Ausbau- oder Reparaturarbeiten von Klimaanlagen auch Eingriffe am AIRBAG vorgesehen sind, zuerst die Batterie
elektrisch trennen und dann mindestens 10 Minuten warten, bevor jeder weitere Arbeitsschritt begonnen wird.
Wenn der Ausbau der Vorrichtung notwendig ist, immer Schutzhandschuhe und Schutzbrille tragen und bei eventueller Berührung von
Staubrückständen die Hände gründlich mit neutraler Seife unter reichlich fließendem Wasser waschen, um eventuellen Hautreizungen
D vorzubeugen.
Die ausgebauten Komponenten der Vorrichtung müssen bis zum Wiedereinbau in einem dafür vorgesehenen bewachten Fach aufbewahrt
werden, das stoßfest und angemessen belüftet ist und je nach Art der Gefahren, die vom Hersteller des Systems vorgesehen sind, mit
spezifischen Warnschildern ausgestattet ist.
Wenn die ausgebauten Komponenten oder Teile davon zufällig beschädigt werden oder Stöße erleiden, sollten sie vor dem Wiedereinbau in
einer Vertragswerkstatt der Herstellerfirma des Systems vorsichtshalber kontrolliert werden.
Angesichts der potenziellen Gefahr durch ein eventuelles ungewolltes Auslösen der AIRBAG-Vorrichtung sollten schließlich alle Mitarbeiter,
die für seine (auch indirekte) Handhabung zuständig sind, ausführlich informiert werden und gewissenhaft die Warnhinweise
befolgen, die in den spezifischen Handbüchern vom Hersteller des Fahrzeugs und/oder des Systems aufgeführt sind.
El AIR BAG es un accesorio de seguridad potencialmente peligroso, por ello es importante que los instaladores de instalaciones de aire
acondicionado que efectúan cualquier tipo de intervención en vehículos provistos de tal sistema, se atengan escrupulosamente a las
normas de seguridad relacionadas con el AIR BAG dictadas por el constructor del medio.
En particular deberán siempre, como medida de prevención desconectar ambos polos (+) y (-) de la batería aislándolos cuidadosamente.
Si durante el montaje, desmontaje y reparaciones de instalaciones A/C, se prevén intervenciones también en el dispositivo AIR BAG,
después de la desconexión eléctrica de la batería, esperar al menos 10 minutos antes de llevar a cabo cualquier tipo de operación.
Si es necesario retirar el dispositivo, utilizar siempre guantes y gafas protectoras y, en caso de un eventual contacto con polvos restantes,
aclarar las manos con jabón neutro y abundante agua corriente para prevenir posibles irritaciones.

Los componentes retirados del dispositivo deberán ser guardados, durante el periodo que precede al momento del reensamblaje, en un
compartimiento adecuado, protegido, resistente al robo y adecuadamente ventilado, provisto de carteles monitores específicos dependiendo
de la tipología de riesgo prevista por el constructor del propio sistema.
Si por causas accidentales los componentes retirados o parte de ellos resultaran dañados o sufrieran un robo, es aconsejable un control
preventivo, antes del reensamblaje, en una oficina autorizada por la Casa Constructora del medio.
En conclusión, considerando el peligro potencial causado por una eventual intervención involuntaria del dispositivo AIR BAG, los operadores
encargados de su manipulación (incluso indirecta) tendrán que ser puntualmente informados y realizar atentamente las advertencias
indicadas en los manuales específicos del Constructor del vehículo y/o del sistema mismo.

1 I Scollegare la batteria posta sotto al sedile autista (vedi fig. 1).
GB Disconnect the battery under the driver’s seat (see fig. 1).
F Débrancher la batterie placée sous le siège conducteur (voir fig. 1).
D Die unter dem Fahrersitz befindliche Batterie abklemmen (siehe Abb. 1).
E Desconectar la batería situada bajo el asiento del conductor (véase fig. 1).
2 I Smontare il paraurti e la calandra (vedi fig. 2, 3, 4).
GB Diasassemble the bumper assembly and the the radiator cowling (see fig. 2, 3, 4).
F Démonter les pare-chocs et la calandre (voir fig. 2, 3, 4).
D Die Stoßstangeneinheit und Kühlergrill abmontieren (siehe Abb. 2, 3, 4).
E Desmontar el parachoques y la calandria (véase fig. 2, 3, 4).

3 I Smontare il carter inferiore di protezione motore.
GB Remove the lower engine guard.
F Démonter le carter inférieur de protection moteur.
D Die untere Schutzverkleidung des Motors abmontieren.
E Desmontar el cárter inferior de protección del motor.
4 I Allentare la cinghia OE quindi smontare ed eliminare la puleggia motrice OE recuperando le 4 viti di fissaggio (vedi fig. 5).
GB Loosen the OE belt, then dismantle and eliminate the OE driving pulley and recover the 4 fastening screws (see fig. 5).
F Desserrer la courroie OE; démonter et éliminer la poulie d’entraînement OE et récupérer les 4 visseries de fixation (voir fig. 5).
D Den Riemen OE lockern; die Antriebsriemenscheibe OE ausbauen und entsorgen, die 4 Verschraubung aufbewahren (siehe Abb. 5).
E Soltar la correa OE; desmontar y eliminar la polea motriz OE y recuperar los 4 tornillos de fijación (véase fig. 5).
5 I Sostituire la puleggia motrice eliminata con quella fornita ”C”, fissandola con le viterie recuperate (vedi fig. 6).
GB Replace the eliminated driving pulley with the one supplied ”C”, fastening it in place with the recovered screws (see fig. 6).
F Remplacer la poulie d’entraînement éliminée par celle fournie ”C” en la fixant avec les visseries récupérées (voir fig. 6).
Die ausgebaute Antriebsriemenscheibe durch die mitgelieferte ”C” ersetzen und mit der bisherigen Verschraubung befestigen (siehe Abb.
