VERIFY EXISTANCE OF CONTROL PROGRAM
CHECK MODULE CONFIGURATION AS PER RACK ASSIGNMENT AND I/O DETAILS
CHECK THE I/O ADDRESSING FOR THE HARDWARE POINTS 100%
CHECK THE I/O ADDRESSING FOR THE SOFTWARE POINTS 100%

LOOP CHECKING PROSIDURE


EACH LOOP SHOULD BE CHECKED FOR EVERY COMPONENT IN LOOP DROWING
EACH LOOP SHELL BE CHECKED FOR WORKING IN MANNUAL/SEMI AUTO/AUTO MODE
EACH PID LOOPS SHOULD BE CHECKED FOR PROPER CONTRIOL FROM CONTROL ELEMENT
EACH LOOP SHELL BE CHECKED FOR ALARMS AND TRIPPING AS PER DROWING

ANALOG INPUTS-
ACTIVATE EACH OF THE ANALOG INPUTS BY VARYING ANALOG INPUT SIGNAL
CHECK THE CURRENT AT FIELD TERMINAL USING MULTI METER
CHECK THE CORRECT SYSTEM REFERENCE IS ACTIVE AND THE VALUE IN THE REGISTER VARIES CORRECTLY

CHECK CONFIGURED ANALOG SCALLING AND ANALOG ALARM/TRIP LEVELS ARE CORRECT (AS PER SPEC BY ENGINEERING)
CHECK FOR CONFIGURED ALARMS/SIGNALS FOR HMI

THE PURPOSE OF THIS TEST IS TO VERIFY THE LCP APPLICATION CODES AGAINST THE SEQUENCE OF OPERATION AS SPECIFIE
THE CONTROL LOGIC DIAGRAM/FDS.
THE SIMULATION CABINATES HAVE BEEN WIRED TO ALLOW ALL I/O GROUPS TO BE OPERATED WITHOUT DELAY
ALL THE CHANGES IN THE LOGIC(AS PER ENGINEERING ) SHELL BE VISUALIZED BY SIMULATOR PANEL

FIELD I/O NORMAL

ALL THE DIGITAL INPUTS INTO ITS NORMAL POSITION "OPEN" OR "CLOSE" AS PER NORMAL PROCESS OPERATING CONDITION
ALL ANALOGUE INPUTS INTO ITS NORMAL POSITION "LESS THEN HIGH SETPOINT" OR "MORE THEN LOW SETPOINT"AS
NORMAL PROCESS OPERATING CONDITION

LOGIC TEST
EACH LOGIC SEQUENCE WILL BE TESTED EXACTLY AS PER THE CONTROL LOGUIC DIAGRAM FROM ENGINEERING AND OROC
OPERATING CONDITIONS , WITH EACH STEP PERFORMING IN SEQUENCE AS PER ENGINEERING.
ANY CORRECTION REQUIRED WILL BE DONE THEN OR AT THE END OF THE TEST BASED ON CURRENT REQUIREMENT
