Accensione stufa
accensione.
tramite visualizzazione, su display, della scritta NO ACC.
Stufa in lavoro
dallutente, senza mai entrare in modalità economica.
programmate corrisponderà a quelle precedenti lultimo spegnimento.

In
incremento/decremento temperatura.
ALAR NO ACC

Key a: to increase the temperature
Key b: to decrease the temperature
Key c: to decrease the power of the stove
Key d: to increase the power of the stove.
If you press the keys a and d at the same time you can switch on and off the stove.
If you press the switching on/off key for a few seconds, the switching on phase of the stove will start
up. After a few seconds, the stove starts working in pre-ventilation, the smokes expeller switches on
and the resistance starts up for about 90 seconds. During this phase, you will see the words ACC FAN
on the display.
While the switching on phase of the resistance continues, the endless screw starts loading pellets at
the set speed (this speed can be changed with the parameter PR0 4). You will see the words LOAD
UOOD on the display.
Once the flame appears and the smokes temperature exceeds 50°C (eventually changing parameter
PR 1 3) with an increasing value of about 3°C per minute, the stove is in switching on function.
You will see the words F IRE ON on the display.
During this phase, the system checks that the flame keeps steady for 6 minutes (parameter PR0 2).
After this period of time the stove starts the working function.
The switching on phase must occur in a period of time not exceeding 15 minutes (parameter PR0 1).
If this is not the case, the system will indicate that the switching on phase was not completed and
you will see the words NO ACC on the display.
Working function
According to the room and set temperature, you can have the following functioning conditions:
If the room temperature is lower than the set temperature, the stove works at the set power
until it reaches the set temperature. On the upper display you will see the power and on the
lower display you will see the room temperature.
In the table below you will see the five working powers and the reference parameters for each
power.
It might be necessary to change the parameters to get better performances according to the type
of pellets you use:
If the room temperature exceeds the set temperature, the stove works in Economy (ECO) function.
During this phase, the system lets the stove work at minimum power. You will see the words ECO on
the upper display and the room temperature on the lower display. During this phase you cannot
change the warming power.
If you set a temperature exceeding 40°C, the stove works at the set power without using the economy
function.
Brazier cleaning
While the stove is working, the system checks a regular self-cleaning of the brazier. During this phase
the smokes expeller fan works at maximum speed and the pellets loading is reduced to a minimum.
You will see the words STOP F IRE on the display.
The running time and frequency of the self-cleaning function are indicated by the parameters PR 12
and PR03 (modifiable).
1. Normal economy: when the stove reaches the set temperature. The system reduces
automatically the revolutions of the room fan and the speed of the motor reducer in order to reduce
the pellets loading in the brazier. The stove returns to the working function as soon as the room
temperature drops under the set one or in the event you change the temperature manually.
2. Structural economy: when the smokes temperature perceived by the sensor exceeds 259°C
(parameter PR 14, modifiable). The system reduces the speed of the motor reducer and consequently
the pellets loading. On the other hand the room ventilation works at maximum power. The system
alternates economy phases and working phases every 4-5 minutes. You will see the words R I S on the
display. If there are frequent structural economy phases, there could be some anomalies in the
stove. Please contact a Technical Assistance Centre.
Switching off
If you press the switching on/off key for a few seconds, you can switch off the stove. The system stops
the endless screw motor in order to stop the pellets loading in the brazier. The speed of the smokes
expeller fan increases. The room fan stops as soon as the smokes temperature drops under the limit
set by parameter PR 13. After about 10 minutes, the smokes expeller fan stops too.
Temporized function
The pcb has a temporized function. With this function you can programme the switching on and off
of the stove at the wished time during the week. The stove will work at the temperature and power
you set when you lastly switched it off.
You can start programming your stove pressing the key SET twice. On the upper display you will see
the different parameters (UT0 1; UT02;
UT 10). You can go through the parameters pressing the key SET
again. On the lower display you will see the value of the parameter which can be changed pressing
the keys to increase or decrease the temperature:

If you modify the parameters, it is in any case possible to reset the default values setting the parameter
UT04 to the value oO and confirming the procedure with the key SET.
Setting out
According to the type of pellets you use and to the installation, it might be necessary to change
some parameters in order to get the best performances of the stove. The reference parameters are
the ones concerning the pellets loading (PR04-PR 10) and the revolutions of the smokes expeller motor
(PR 16-PR22).
The pcb grants five possible pellets loads and smokes suctions which can be chosen according to
the type of pellets you use. To enter this function, press the key SET once until you see the set tempe-
rature. Press the key to increase the power; you will see the words PELL on the display. Pressing the
keys to increase/decrease the temperature, you will see the possible available pellets parameters
(from 1 to 5). You can leave this parameter section pressing the switching on/off key. Otherwise the
section will close automatically after 5 standing seconds.
A couple of values defines each parameter referred to the type of pellets. This couple of values
indicates the percentage change of the loading time by the endless screw and the revolutions of
the smokes expeller motor. You can gain access to these values indicated by the parameters PR56
PR65, through the technical parameters menu UT04, giving the password C9. It is possible to change
these values using the keys to increase and decrease the temperature.
Service Function
The Service Function informs you that the stove has finished a complete working schedule
corresponding to 900 hours. After this period of time it is necessary to contact an Authorised Technical
Centre to check and service the stove.
The reference parameter for the service function is PR45. To gain access to this parameter, press the
key SET five times until you reach UT04 and set the code B9 using the keys to increase and decrease
the temperature. If you confirm the key SET again, you will see the 900 default hours.
It is also possible to see the partial and total working hours of the stove.
To see the partial hours, press the key SET five times until you reach the parameter UT04. Using the keys
to increase and decrease the temperature, reach the value 0 1 and confirm with the key SET.
To see the total working hours of the stove, press the key SET five times until you reach the parameter
UT04. Using the keys to increase and decrease the temperature, reach the value 02 and confirm with
the key SET.
With the pcb it is also possible to clear the partial hours. Press the key SET five times until you reach the
parameter UT04. Using the keys to increase and decrease the temperature, reach the value 55 and
confirm with the key SET.
Alarms
The pcb identifies on the display possible errors or anomalies which could occur during the functioning
of the stove. The alarm is always indicated by a sound signal. Here following you can find the possible
alarms and their meaning:
ALAR NO ACC
Switching on failure. The smokes temperature could not reach 50°C (parameter PR 13) in time according
to the parameter PR01. Press the switching on/off key to reset the alarm.
ALAR NO F IRE
The stove switches off while working. Press the switching on/off key to reset the alarm.
ALAR FAN FA IL
The revolutions of the smokes expeller motor cannot be perceived. Press the switching on/off key to
reset the alarm.
ALAR S IC FA IL
The stove overheats. Once the manual start up thermostat switches on, the motor reducer stops and
the stove starts switching off. It is possible to switch on the stove again restarting the thermostat
manually. If the problem persists, please contact an Authorised Technical Centre.
ALAR DEEP FA IL
The pressure switch starts up.
COOL F IRE
There is no power supply during the working phase. The stove switches off automatically and switches
on again only if you press the switching on/off key.
