Exhaust Gas Series general description
Caratteristiche principali
VULKAN DMR Exhaust Gas Series have been developed to
reduce structural borne noise transmission of exhaust gas ducts
systems.
La Serie Condotte Gas stata sviluppata per ridurre la trasmissione delle vibrazioni e del rumore strutturale propri di una condotta
per gas di scarico.
The structural borne noise propagates through the structure from
the connection points of the exhaust ducts and can be reduced
with a suitable mounting system.
Il rumore strutturale si propaga allambiente circostante tramite
le connessioni della condotta stessa alla struttura di sostegno e pu
essere minimizzato mediante un oculato sistema di antivibranti.
The choice of the resilient mounts and their position must be
determined at the design stage of a system and particular attention has to be given to the Connection Points, which must not
be excessive in number and positioned on the stiffest zones of the
structure.
La scelta degli antivibranti ed il loro posizionamento deve essere
effettuata in fase di progettazione del sistema e particolare attenzione deve essere posta ai cosiddetti Punti di Connessione i quali
non devono eccedere in numero e devono essere in prossimit delle
zone pi rigide della struttura di sostegno.
The suspension points may be divided in: Fixed Point and Stabilizers. A fixed point is a mount where the weight is supported and the
thermal expansion is directed from. A stabilizer is a mount which
stabilizes the pipe and allows thermal expansion displacement.
I punti di sospensione possono essere divisi in Punti Fissi e Stabilizzatori. Un Punto Fisso un resiliente che supporta il peso della
condotta ed indirizza lespansione termica della tubazione in una
direzione. Uno Stabilizzatore un resiliente che stabilizza il movimento della condotta e compensa le dilatazioni termiche.

1. The exhaust gas mounts are available either in natural rubber
or in stainless steel cushion versions.

che in spugnette metalliche.
2. Complementary products such as stainless steel exhaust
bellows and fire deck penetration passages in class A60 & A30
are available.

& A30.
3. Complete technical definition and positioning of the mounts
on the basis of the general installation drawings given by the
customer, will be supplied.

PPS A30 A60 class fire deck passage compensator
PPS A30 A60 passaggi a fuoco
PPS A30 or A60 Class Texture Compensator is a special product
that has been designed and developed for exhaust gas ducts passing through fire classed decks. By means of the used materials, the PPS Texture Compensator has a great resistance to high
temperatures as well as good mechanical behaviour. These features guarantee the PPS to be a fire resistant product and allow
the movements in all directions of the ducts, due to the thermal
expansions. PPS is easy to install thanks to its clamping device. It
is produced on the specific dimensions of the customer ducts.
Il PPS A30 o A-60 un prodotto speciale sviluppato per essere installato su condotte gas che attraversano ponti e paratie in classe [Link] ai materiali impiegati, il PPS ha unottima resistenza
alle temperature elevate e buone caratteristiche di resistenza meccanica. Queste caratteristiche fanno del PPS un prodotto resistente
al fuoco e permettono di compensare i movimenti della condotta,
dovuti alle dilatazioni termiche.
Il PPS facile da installare, grazie ad un sistema di fascette metalliche ed prodotto in accordo alle dimensioni delle condotte, fornite
dal cliente.
