We thank you for inviting us to quote for your upcoming relocation. We take this opportunity to inform you that GLOBE

under.

Important Note:

The above proposal is based on moving of volume not exceeding 1x40' Container 54.13 CBM or 12,422 LBS ( Loose
Load ) from San Francisco CA-94116 United States and door delivery to Hyderabad. Should there be an increase /
decrease in volume of goods at the time of packing and moving, the rates will be revised after taking into account the
fixed costs.

- Rates do not include Storage at warehouse or Parking fees etc.


- If the container is not available to load within 3 days of packing, warehouse handling and SIT will apply.
- freight rates quoted may be subject to change and will be requoted as needed at the time of the freight booking (move
date).
- If the Container Move till residence from ICD Hyderabad to Hyderabad - INR 18,000/- Approximate will be applicable.

Charges Include:
The above proposal includes
- Packing of the household goods using export quality packing materials and internationally approved packing
standards and techniques.
- Export documentation & export customs formalities
- Freight to destination port
- Tracking shipment in transit.
- Import documentation and Import customs clearance
- Delivery to residence at destination.

- Placing the furniture at designated location
- Unwrapping of the packed goods on to flat surfaces & simple assembly
- Removal of packing debris on day of delivery
- Dedicated single point customer support & move coordination all through the moving process.
- Expert move consultants available on call to guide on moving related matters.

Charges Exclude:

- Insurance, Customs Duties, Taxes, Destination THC / Port / Liner charges in excess of quoted rates (will be billed as
per receipts), Container Detention or Port Demurrage or Storage Charges due to shipper's non availability /
amendments / incorrect documentation / delay in receiving documentation etc., NVOCC, Port Congestion, Charges
related to X-Ray or Physical examination of goods if done by transit or destination customs, Shuttle Service, GRI, PSS,
Fuel Increase etc. Additional Packing / Crating / Uncrating / Unpacking, Sorting / Extra Collection / Delivery, Extra days
of Packing / Unpacking, Stair Carry, Extra floors Loading / Unloading (In excess of the floors mentioned above), Difficult
Access for loading / Unloading, Collection / Deliveries Beyond 40 KM from Port, Long carry above 100 Feet, hoisting by
rope / crane, forklift / crane if required, Detention of our crew / vehicles, Labour Union Fees, Parking Fees / Permit,
Warehouse handling / Storage / Storage Insurance and Redelivery, Handling of any heavy items like safe, piano etc.,
Dismantling / Assembling of IKEA furniture / Knocked down furniture / Armories / cupboards / Large wall units etc,
Handyman Services like Professional Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber, Maids, Third party services, Services requested
on holidays or after office hours (10 AM to 5.30 PM).

Should you require any of the above services please let us know in advance so that we can include the same in our
service package.

Insurance:

- US Dollar Insurance will be 3.5% of value declared + GST with a Minimum Premium of USD 100/= + GST
- Premium to be paid directly to insurance company. Certificate will be issued in India. If you want Globe Moving to pay
premium on your behalf, an additional fee of USD 70 will be applicable to cover bank and admin charges.
- These charges are inclusive of our service charges to arrange insurance.
- Reasonable care and safety will be taken to transport the goods. However, goods are carried under owner’s risk. For
protection against loss or damages in transit, we encourage you to avail insurance.
- For full protection please send us the completed insurance request form along with itemized value of goods, atleast 3 to
5 working days prior to the start of the packing.
- Insurance will be based on Insurance company terms & IRDA regulations. Please refer to insurance documents for
complete terms.

Transit Time:
Approximately 7-9 weeks from the date the goods leave origin port.

Note: The above transit time is indicative only. Globe Moving will take reasonable care to ensure that the time schedule
is maintained as mentioned above, however, Globe Moving will not be liable for any loss as a result of delays beyond
our control like customs delays, port congestion, port strikes, rollover, strike, riot, lockdown, government regulations,
accidents, weather conditions, natural calamities and other forced majeure conditions.

At Origin:
- Copy of Passport all pages
- Copy of Air-ticket
- Contact & Delivery Instructions Form
- Authorization Letter (Will be prepared by us)

- Other documents as required by Origin Customs (Will be notified by our agents at origin)

At Destination:
- Original Passport ( Last 3 Years )
- Original Residential Permit or PIO Card (Foreigners Only)
- Valid Visa copy

- List of electronic items with make & serial nu

Purchase Order:
A Purchase order or a signed copy of this quote with company seal is to be issued accepting our rates, terms and
conditions

Exchange Rate fluctuations:


Kindly note this proposal is based on origin services, freight etc. calculated at current exchange rates. At the time of
billing, should the exchange rate increase above Rs. 83.26 Per USD then our rates will be revised accordingly.

Payment Terms:
- For Private Individuals - 100% of quoted amount + insurance premium should be paid in advance
- For corporates with Crisil rating above A - 30 days credit provided official work order is issued. For Other corporates -
100% of quoted amount + insurance premium should be paid in advance & balance immediately on completion of the
job.
- We accept payment by only through Direct Bank Transfer to BENEFICIARY- GLOBE MOVING AND STORAGE CO. PVT.

- We also accept payment through Indian Credit Cards, however there is an additional surcharge of 3% on Master &
Visa and 3.5% on American Express.
- If payment is being sent by overseas wire a flat rate of USD 30 will be added to all invoices to cover our bank charges.
This is to be paid mandatorily.
- If you are wiring the payment please ensure that we receive the exact amount as per our invoice. Any shortfalls if any
will be billed back with admin fees

KINDLY NOTE: As we are a MSME Registered company, In accordance with the provision of Section 16 of Micro, Small &
Medium Enterprises Development (MSMED) Act, 2006, if any payment due to a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises
(MSME) is not made within the time specified by the said Act, Compound Interest is payable on the delayed amount for
the no. of days by which the payment was delayed.

Validity:
- This proposal is valid if approved within 7 days from date of quote and if the shipment occurs within 30 days.
- Any hike in the price of raw materials / freight as a direct result of government regulations or forced majeure
conditions, if any, will be added to these rates after prior discussions with you.

Other Terms & Conditions:


- In order to plan and execute a hassle free relocation, we request you to confirm packing and moving dates, at least 15
working days in advance.
- Once the move dates are confirmed to us, should you wish to postpone or cancel the move, cancellation charges may
be applicable.
- All our services are provided in accordance with our Business Terms & Conditions. A copy of this is available on
request.
