(già Isvap) delle Imprese Comunitarie autorizzate ad operare in Italia in regime di libera prestazione di servizi in forza di
iscrizione n. II.00189 del 3.01.2008,
Certifica
che, in forza di contratto di assicurazione n. 20996579 a nome di Mary LLC residente a Cook Islands è in vigore per il
periodo 03 July 2023 to 02 July 2024 valida ed efficace copertura per la responsabilità civile per lesioni personali a danni a
cose cagionati a terzi derivanti dall'utilizzo dell'unità da diporto assicurata, identificata come segue, nelle acque territoriali
della Repubblica Italiana:

- denominazione unità: MARY

- iscrizione o registrazione:
- marca e modello: Caterpillar
- potenza nominale del motore in cavalli: 3,467 kW
- marchio e numero identificativo del motore:
- numero identificativo del tender:
- numero identificativo del motore amovibile (fuoribordo):
(Nel caso in cui sia richiesta copertura assicurativa obbligatoria per il tender o per il motore fuoribordo
dello yacht)

e che tale copertura è prestata:

Euro 6,450,000 (SEI MILIONI QUATCENTOCINQUANTAMILA) per lesioni personali
Euro 1,300,000 (UN MILIONE TRECENTOMILA) per danni a cose
per ogni sinistro, indipendentemente dal numero delle persone danneggiate, dall'Art. 128 del Decreto Legislativo no.
209/2005 rispetto all'unità da diporto ivi descritta.

La società sottoscritta ha nominato quale rappresentante per la gestione dei sinistri la Van Ameyde Italia S.r.l. corrente in
Milano, Corso di Porta Romana 89, CCIA e NREA MI/621849, la quale risarcirà, tutte le lesioni fisiche a terzi derivanti
dall'utilizzo dell'unità da diporto sopra specificata nelle acque territoriali della Repubblica Italiana; ai sensi dell'Art. 25 del
Decreto Legislativo no. 209/2005, Van Ameyde Italia S.r.l. ha il potere di rappresentanza della società sottoscritta dinanzi a
tutti i Tribunali e/o altre Autorità Competenti per il risarcimento dei danni reclamati da parti danneggiate in relazione a tali
danni.

Il presente certificato sarà in vigore dal 03 July 2023 to 02 July 2024

The undersigned Assuranceforeningen Skuld (Gjensidig), with registered office in Rådhusgaten 27, 0158 Oslo, Norway,
entered in the Ivass' (formerly Isvap's) registry of the European Enterprises authorised to operate in Italy in the freedom to
provide services regime in force of registration no. II.00189 dated 3.01.2008,
Certifies
that, in force of the policy no.20996579 in the name of Mary LLC domiciled at Cook Islands which is effective from 03 July
2023 to 02 July 2024 is in place a valid and effective insurance of civil liability for bodily injuries and property damages to
third parties arising out of the use of the craft identified below within the territorial waters of the Italian Republic:

(In case the insurance for the yacht’s tender or outboard motor is required)

and that the cover is granted for not less than:

Euro 6,450,000 (SIX MILLION FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND) for bodily injuries
Euro 1,300,000 (ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND) for property damages
for each incident (or claim), regardless of the persons having suffered bodily injuries, in compliance with the limits of liability
provided for by Art. 128 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 209/2005 with respect to the craft described above.

The undersigned has appointed Van Ameyde Italia S.r.l. with registered office in Milan, Corso di Porta Romana 89,
registration no. MI/621849 as its representative in Italy for the purpose of handling claims, who will indemnify within the
limits indicated above, or within the higher limits that may be applicable under the insurance policy, pursuant to the
provision set out by the Legislative Decree no. 209/2005 all bodily injuries to third parties arising out of the use of the above
mentioned craft in the territorial waters of the Italian Republic. In compliance with Art. 25 of the Legislative Decree no.
209/2005, Van Ameyde Italia S.r.l. is empowered to appear before all the Italian courts and/or any other competent Italian
Authority with respect to indemnification of the damages claimed by third parties and referred to said damages.

This certificate is effective from 03 July 2023 to 02 July 2024
